Abstract

Buku teks yang kritis dan kreatif dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia sangat penting karena dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan berpikir kritis dan kreatif mereka. Dengan menggunakan buku teks yang kritis, siswa diajak untuk tidak hanya menerima informasi secara pasif, tetapi juga menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan mengkritik informasi yang diberikan. Hal ini dapat membantu siswa menjadi pembaca yang lebih cerdas dan penuh pertanyaan. Selain itu, buku teks yang kreatif juga dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar dengan cara yang lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Dengan pendekatan yang kreatif, siswa dapat lebih mudah memahami materi pelajaran dan mengembangkan keterampilan berbahasa Indonesia mereka dengan lebih baik. Dengan demikian, buku teks yang kritis dan kreatif dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia tidak hanya membantu siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran, tetapi juga membantu mereka mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif yang sangat penting untuk kehidupan sehari-hari dan masa depan mereka.Buku teks yang kritis dan kreatif dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia sangat penting karena dapat membantu siswa mengembangkan berpikir kritis dan kreatif mereka. Dengan menggunakan buku teks yang kritis, siswa diajak untuk tidak hanya menerima informasi secara pasif, tetapi juga menganalisis, mengevaluasi, dan mengkritik informasi yang diberikan. Hal ini dapat membantu siswa menjadi pembaca yang lebih cerdas dan penuh pertanyaan. Selain itu, buku teks yang kreatif juga dapat memotivasi siswa untuk belajar dengan cara yang lebih menarik dan menyenangkan. Dengan pendekatan yang kreatif, siswa dapat lebih mudah memahami materi pelajaran dan mengembangkan keterampilan berbahasa Indonesia mereka dengan lebih baik. Dengan demikian, buku teks yang kritis dan kreatif dalam mata pelajaran bahasa Indonesia tidak hanya membantu siswa dalam memahami materi pelajaran, tetapi juga membantu mereka mengembangkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan kreatif yang sangat penting untuk kehidupan sehari-hari dan masa depan mereka.

Abstract

Bagi guru dalam interaksi belaja rmengajar, bahasa berpengaruh terhadap tercapainya suatu tujuan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan fungsi bahasa dari segi penutur dan untuk mengetahui bentuk fungsi yang terdapat dalam interaksi belajar mengajar di SMK. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif dengan data berup atuturan guru yang dikumpulkan melalui rekaman dan pencatatan kemudian dianalisis dengan identifikasi, klasifiksi, daninterpretasi. Fungsi tuturan guru sebagai fungsi instrumental berorientasi pada penutur yang berupa kalimat perintah dan permintaan untuk menggerakkan pendengar agar menyebabkan suatu peristiwa terjadi. Fungsi tuturan guru sebagai fungsi interaksional berupa sapaan, menanyakan kondisi atau kabar di awal pertemuan, dan pujian terhadap murid yang berprestasi. Fungsi tuturan guru sebagai fungsi heuristis berupa pertanyaan tentang materi yang dipelajari untuk menyelidiki pemahaman murid terhadap ilmu yang diperoleh.

Abstract

The history of human civilization shows that language is a form of human behavior that has its own characteristics. Another definition, language is a means of thought, a system of expression that mediates the transmission of thoughts from one person to another. Meaning is a symptom in speech. Contextual meaning is a meaning of a lexeme or word that is in one context. Motto is a word or exclamation that describes the motivation, spirit, and goals of an organization. This research is a qualitative research. Qualitative research is research that intends to understand the phenomenon of what is experienced by research subjects. Based on the results of the discussion, it can be concluded about the Analysis of Contextual Meaning in the Thesis Motto of Indonesian Language and Literature Students Class of 2015 as follows: contextual meaning of setting, contextual meaning of activities, and contextual meaning of relationships.

Abstract

Manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan menjadi hal yang penting yang bisa mempengaruhi proses belajar mengajar dan sistem pada suatu lembaga sekolah, dimana manajemen pembiayaan pendidikan yang baik dapat akan memastikan bahwasanya dana yang tersedia dipergunakan secara efektif serta efisien, sehingga bisa mengoptimalkan kualitas pendidikan. Manajemen keuangan juga memungkinkan lembaga pendidikan agar mengelola risiko keuangan, seperti biaya yang tidak terduga ataupun kekurangan dana. Peran penting manajemen keuangan dalam konteks pendidikan juga terwujud saat memastikan akses yang adil serta merata terhadap pendidikan bagi seluruh peserta didik. Dengan penerapan manajemen keuangan yang efektif, sekolah bisa memberikan peluang yang setara bagi semua peserta didik agar memperoleh pendidikan berkualitas. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi signifikansi manajemen keuangan dalam meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik di lingkungan sekolah. Metode penelitian ini yakni kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, menggunakan literatur berupa jurnal, artikel, dan dokumen terkait yang mendukung penelitian ini. Penelitian dilakukan untuk memberikan informasi dan pengetahuan tentang manjemen pembiayaan pendidikan yang dapat meningkatkan prestasi peserta didik dan diharapkan untuk memberikan manfaat dalam evaluasi dan perbaikan dan mengoptimalkan transparansi serta akuntabilitas penggunaan dana pendidikan.

Abstract

The influence of Korean culture has had a positive impact on the lifestyle of students at Raden Mas Said State Islamic University (UIN), particularly in areas such as fashion, hairstyles, and the adoption of Korean cultural trends. This research aims to investigate the influence of Korean culture on the lifestyle of students at UIN Raden Mas Said. The study employs a quantitative descriptive research method and gathers data by distributing questionnaires to UIN Raden Mas Said students. The results of this research indicate that Korean culture has been well-received by UIN Raden Mas Said students. The statistical analysis demonstrates a high level of significance (0.000) with a significance level of 5% (0.05), resulting in a p-value of 0.1329. Furthermore, all calculated values are less than the tabular values, affirming the validity of all questionnaire statements. In conclusion, this study reveals that Korean culture has made a substantial impact on the lifestyle of UIN Raden Mas Said students, with positive outcomes. The findings contribute to a comprehensive understanding of the influence of foreign cultures on the younger generation, highlighting both the advantages and potential challenges they pose within the context of family education and contemporary society.

Abstract

Ruwatan is a self-cleansing method in Javanese society for those considered sukerta (spiritually unclean person). To prevent a misfortune in life, the sukerta people must be ritually cleaned. The Murwakala performance is led by a dhalang ruwat in this ruwatan ceremonial procession, therefore a dhalang plays an important role. However, several qualifications must be met before being ordained as a dhalang ruwat and trusted to lead the ruwatan sukerta procession. The objective of the study is to explore the concept of old-aged (sepuh) in becoming a dhalang ruwat. The descriptive qualitative model was used to develop this study, the results of which were descriptions of field notes in the form of interviews with dhalang ruwat, observations, and documentation. The results showed that in order to become a dhalang ruwat, one must be descended from a dhalang ruwat, be a role model, and have married their offspring. The notion of sepuh (old-aged) in becoming a dhalang ruwat includes being psychologically mature in terms of age, as well as being spiritually capable in terms of social position.

Abstract

A dedicated and hardworking teacher consistently achieves better results in overcoming challenges and achieving educational goals. It is also important to consider ways to improve the effectiveness of education as well as teacher well-being in schools and educational institutions. The purpose of this study was to understand the role of teacher well-being as a mediating factor between principal leadership, and teacher commitment in relation to teacher performance. The population of this study was teachers of SMP Karasidenan Banyumas and the sample was collected using axial sampling techniques and open questionnaires and the sample used was 240 respondents. The findings of the study indicate that there is an influence of principal leadership, teacher commitment, and teacher well-being that have a positive and significant effect on teacher performance. In addition, principal leadership has a positive and significant effect on teacher well-being , but is different from the results of teacher commitment which has a negative but significant effect on teacher well-being . This study also shows that teacher well-being can be a mediating factor in the influence of principal leadership but is not significant, while teacher commitment itself has a negative and insignificant effect.

Abstract

Collaboration skills are vital for 21st-century success, particularly as advancements reshape various aspects of life. At SMK N 1 Kedawung, The Basics of Plant Agribusiness, a subject for tenth graders, emphasizes cultivating these skills. This study investigates the effects of different learning models-discovery learning and project-based learning (PjBL)-on enhancing vocational students' collaboration skills. Conducted using classroom action research with a qualitative descriptive approach, the study spanned five cycles. The findings reveal that both models significantly improve collaboration skills. Discovery learning fosters inquiry and problem-solving through active exploration, gradually enhancing teamwork and critical thinking. In contrast, PjBL centers on collaborative, real-world projects, promoting hands-on engagement and deeper learning. Quantitative results show that collaboration skills improved in all cycles, with PjBL demonstrating a more pronounced effect. Discovery learning yielded consistent yet gradual improvements over three cycles. However, PjBL facilitated quicker and more substantial progress within two cycles, underscoring its effectiveness in fostering teamwork, participation, and practical knowledge application. In conclusion, both methods positively influence collaboration skills, with PjBL offering superior outcomes. Its practical, engaging approach makes it particularly effective for vocational training, addressing the demands of 21st-century education. PjBL is thus recommended for optimal skill development.

Abstract

Pesantren harus beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman, termasuk dalam hal penyampaian dakwah. Santri sebagai kader dakwah Islam yang penting, perlu dibekali dengan kemampuan untuk menulis artikel Islami yang informatif, menarik, dan sesuai dengan kaidah jurnalistik. Hal ini dapat membantu mereka dalam menyebarkan dakwah Islam di era digital. Kegiatan pelatihan jurnalistik untuk santri di Ponpes SABAR merupakan salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan kompetensi santri dalam menulis artikel Islami. Kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat membantu santri untuk menjadi agen literasi dan komunikasi yang efektif dalam menyebarkan dakwah Islam. Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi santri dalam menulis artikel islami. Hasil kegiatan pengabdian ini meliputi: Santri memahami konsep dasar jurnalistik, santri mampu menulis artikel Islami dengan baik, santri termotivasi untuk terus berkarya dan menulis artikel Islami, dan meningkatnya jumlah artikel Islami yang dihasilkan santri.
