Abstract

Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan usaha dari mitra serta memberikan jalan keluar melalui implementasi program kerja yang baru pada Toko Paris Furniture. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini memfokuskan dalam bagian advertising dalam menggunakan metode digital yaitu dengan mengimplementasikan e-catalog sebagai alat bantu dalam mengiklankan produk toko tersebut melalui layanan internet ataupun sosial media yang tersedia. Hasil dari wawancara serta pengamatan secara langsung merupakan sumber pendataan dalam mencari masalah serta merancang program kerja tersebut. Hasil dari pengamatan dari pelaku pengabdian kepada masyarakat ialah mitra masih sangat minim dalam memanfaatkan internet sebagai salah satu media pengenalan produk dimana pada zaman milenial ini penggunaan internet telah sangat merebak dimana-mana. E-catalog merupakan alat bantu yang akan cukup effisien dimana sebelumnya mitra hanya menggunakan catalog konvensional dalam mengenalkan produknya kepada calon konsumen, dan dibantu oleh whatsapp sebagai sarana direct marketing dimana pada catalog tersebut akan terletak sebuah icon yang dimana ketika di klik akan langsung secara otomatis me-redirect konsumen kepada halaman Whatsapp dari Toko Paris Furniture Hasil yang diperoleh setelah melakukan implementasi cukup memuaskan dimana ada beberapa orang yan melihat hingga menanyakan produk dan ada juga beberapa yang berhasil melakukan pembelian sehingga penerapan e-catalog tentu membantu mitra.

Abstract

During the process of working on this activity that had been approved, the practicioner realized that so far the owners of the Martabak Bangka Sungai Liat SME had only promoted their SME through manual method, which is from mouth to mouth. Therefore the practicioner concluded that the owner of the Martabak Bangka Sungai Liat SME doesn't yet have a social media account to promote their business. In this activity report, practicioner use social media promotion methods to help introduce Martabak Bangka Sungai Liat SME to wider community. The results of the project were shown in the form of Instagram, Facebook and Whatsapp Business social media accounts. The outputs produced by the practicioner through working on this activity report have been received and used by the owner of the Martabak Bangka Sungai Liat SME.

Abstract

The spread of Covid-19 pandemic throughout the world, including Indonesia has caused most of the daily activities to be replaced by an online system. This causes the urgency for MSMEs to implement business marketing through a digital system. This study aims to create and implement the best business strategy in this current digital era for AJF Collection which is based in Batam, Indonesia. The strategy for this business is to create an e-brochure and start implementing digital marketing by using Instagram as the social media platform. The project started from September 2021 and was carried out until December 2021. Results of the study shows that e-brochure and implementation of digital marketing through Instagram has increased the user’s brand awareness towards AJF Collection’s products, which hold an important key in the business customer database growth.

Abstract

Penelitian pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini diterapkan dalam tujuan mengembangkan usaha toko dengan mencarikan solusi, mengatur strategi pada usaha tersebut dan memperbaharui strategi promosi yang telah diterapkan oleh Toko Diah Brand Shoes, serta menyempurnakan dengan menerapkan strategi pada sistem promosi sesuai dengan perkembangan zaman saat ini. Beberapa data sebagai acuan saat menyusun laporan pengabdian kepada masyarakat didapatkan melalui metode pengawasan dan wawancara serta merancang strategi dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan. Pemilik Toko Diah Brand Shoes menjelaskan bahwa Toko tersebut kurang memfokuskan diri dalam media sosial sebagai alat bantu penjualan dalam Toko mereka. Dengan adanya market media sosial dengan jaringan internet pemilik bisa dengan mudah memasarkan produk mereka memperluas penjualan serta melakukan promosi dan endorsement melalui media sosial. Hasil yang didapatkan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bisa meningkatkan jumlah pelanggan di Toko Diah Brand Shoes dan omset penjualan bulanan. Dengan ini peneliti menyarankan kepada Pemilik Toko terus melakukan promosi produk atau menerapkan sistem strategi online secara konsisten dan terus mengikuti perbaharuan perkembangan dengan tujuan dapat meningkatkan keuntungan.

Abstract

Tujuan dari diterapkannya promosi pada Rumah Makan Khas Kalimantan 889 adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara mempromosikan dan mempunyai berbagai macam promosi yang dapat diterapkan Rumah Makan Khas Kalimantan 889. Dalam penulisan laporan kerja berikut, teori promotion mix diterapkan dalam mempromosikan dan mengiklankan produk yang ditawarkan oleh perusahaan. Promotion mix merupakan suatu strategi yang bermanfaat dan peran yang penting dalam membantu Rumah Makan Khas Kalimantan 889 untuk bersaing dengan mitra lainnya yang ada di Kota Batam. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menerapkan berbagai strategi bauran promosi yang dapat menyelesaikan masalah Rumah Makan Khas Kalimantan 889 selama tiga bulan. Metode yang dilakukan untuk mengumpulkan informasi pada laporan berikut adalah observasi, wawancara dan perancangan strategi langsung yang dilakukan secara langsung kepada pemilik usaha tersebut. Hasil dari kesimpulan penelitian tersebut, dapat dinyatakan bahwa perlunya Rumah Makan Khas Kalimantan 889 meningkatkan bauran promosi yang sudah ada dengan tujuan untuk menumbuhkan pendapatan penjualan dan lebih bisa bersaing kepada dengan mitra lain.

Abstract

CV Auto Mobil Inti Jaya is a company engaged in buying and selling vehicles, but CV Auto Mobil Inti Jaya does not have any system nor understanding for marketing and advertising through social media. This was the beginning of the practical work activities carried out to help CV Auto Mobil Inti Jaya to be able to design and apply an online or social media-based marketing system into their work system. The data collection method used is the interview method, the observation method and also the documentation method. The result of the practical work that has been carried out is the design of an online-based marketing system that can be used directly by CV Auto Mobil Inti Jaya with their social media. May the suggestions and conclusions that have been summarized can help similar research in the future.

Abstract

This study focuses on the development strategy of tourism villages through the implementation of Community Based Tourism (CBT) and women's empowerment as an effort to achieve Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) in Kampung Tua Bakau Serip, Nongsa District. Tourism villages are crucial drivers of sustainable economic and environmental development in Indonesia, yet challenges remain in optimizing human resources and managing village potential. Through partnerships between Batam International University, local communities, and corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs, various capacity-building initiatives were implemented, particularly emphasizing women's participation in creative economy activities. The development roadmap envisions Kampung Tua Bakau Serip as a "Smart Village" and Mangrove Education Study Center over the next five years. Initial results indicate that community empowerment, infrastructure improvement, and educational tourism development can significantly contribute to economic growth and environmental conservation. The research highlights the importance of sustainable community engagement in achieving long-term tourism village viability.
