Abstract

Keluarga sakinah, mawaddah, wa rahmah, merupakan idaman setiap orang yang menjalin hubungan secara sakral (mitsaq ghalidha), namun kenyataannya tidak sedikit rumah tangga yang goyah dan bahkan hancur karena terjadi relasi yang timpang dalam pemenuhan hak dan kewajiban suami isteri. Maka dibutuhkan rekonstruksi paradigma relasi suami istri yang moderat di era modern.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk dapat mewujudkan terpenuhinya hak dan kewajiban suami istri secara moderat sesuai dengan konteks pada masa kini. Adapun metodologi yang diginakan adalah termasuk penelitian pustaka yang mengkaji tentang pemikiran-pemikiran progresif terhadap fenomena rumah tangga pada saat ini. Kenyataannya para istri tidak lagi banyak yang bertugas hanya menjadi ibu rumah tangga, lebih dari itu juga turut membantu mencari nafkah dalam rumah tangga, maka konsep keadilan, persamaan, ukhuwah islamiyah dan mu’asyarah bil ma’ruf haruslah diutamakan demi kemaslahatan dan terbentuknya keluarga yang sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah, perlu untuk dipertimbangkan kembali jika harus dijadikan sebuah paradigma fikih baru.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand visual stories and creative narratives in advertising through a brand-image approach. The study employs a qualitative approach with narrative analysis. Data collection was conducted through the observation of four TV advertisements for instant cooking spices from various brands, as well as through literature reviews. The results of the study indicate that, in building brand image, instant cooking spices use fragments of life narratives, comparisons, and visual storytelling. In this context, the narrative is constructed through the depiction of values by aligning perception creation with the image, special qualities through associations in image creation via resolution, distinctiveness through identity in image creation through actions, and uniqueness through character and culture in image creation through logical actions.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilaksanakan di Majlis Taklim Baiturrahmah dengan fokus pada penanaman nilai-nilai moderasi beragama melalui pendekatan tradisi tahlilan. Program ini bertujuan memperkuat pemahaman keagamaan jamaah agar lebih inklusif, toleran, dan seimbang dalam menjalankan ajaran Islam di tengah masyarakat yang majemuk. Tradisi tahlilan, sebagai salah satu praktik keagamaan yang telah mengakar dalam masyarakat Muslim Indonesia, diposisikan bukan hanya sebagai ritual spiritual, tetapi juga sebagai media edukatif untuk menanamkan nilai kebersamaan, penghormatan terhadap perbedaan, dan ukhuwah Islamiyah. Metode pelaksanaan menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif-edukatif melalui pengajian interaktif, diskusi nilai-nilai moderasi beragama, serta praktik reflektif dalam kegiatan tahlilan rutin. Peserta dilibatkan secara aktif untuk memahami makna tahlilan dari perspektif teologis dan sosial, serta mengaitkannya dengan sikap moderat dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan refleksi jamaah terhadap materi yang disampaikan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman jamaah mengenai konsep moderasi beragama, terutama dalam aspek tasamuh (toleransi), tawazun (keseimbangan), dan ta’adul (keadilan), yang tampak dari perubahan cara pandang dan sikap mereka terhadap perbedaan praktik keagamaan. Tradisi tahlilan terbukti menjadi wadah internalisasi nilai-nilai moderasi yang kontekstual dengan budaya lokal tanpa mengurangi substansi ajaran Islam. Dengan demikian, kegiatan pengabdian ini menegaskan bahwa pelestarian tradisi keagamaan lokal dapat menjadi strategi efektif dalam memperkuat moderasi beragama dan membangun harmoni sosial di lingkungan masyarakat.

Abstract

Penggunaan aplikasi seluler menawarkan banyak keuntungan, misalnya sebagai alat untuk mengolah data atau banyak fungsi lain seperti membuat atau mengedit dokumen dan file. Salah satu langkah yang dilakukan oleh SD di Jakarta Barat yaitu SDIT BISA adalah dengan memperkenalkan aplikasi mobile bernama EIIS. Dari data yang diperoleh, sehingga dibutuhkan pengembangan system informasi berbasi web kedalam versi mobile agar menciptakan layanan akademik yang lebih baik, efisien, dan efektif serta dapat menunjang kenyamanan, kemudahan dan kepraktisan. Dalam pembuatan aplikasi EIIS metode yang digunakan adalah metode design sprint. Hasil pengujian purwarupa antarmuka dilakukan sebanyak tiga kali, dengan hasil pengujian EIIS sprint pertama, dan kedua menggunakan kuisioner UMUX-LITE dengan hasil pengujian mendapat acceptability ranges berada pada “Acceptable” dengan grade scale dengan nilai “B” serta adjective ratings bernilai “Excellent”. Sedangkan pengujian sprint ketiga menggunakan kuisioner System Usability Scale (SUS) dengan acceptability ranges berada pada “Acceptable” dengan grade scale dengan nilai “C” serta adjective ratings bernilai “Good” pada role siswa, guru dan orang tua sedangkan untuk role guru mendapat grade scale dengan nilai “B” serta adjective ratings bernilai “Excellent”.

Abstract

Social media provides significant benefits in life, one of which is as a communication and promotional tool. Instagram, as the platform with the second most users in the world, is a strategic medium for promotion. This study analyzes RFAS Music's strategy in utilizing Instagram to promote the song "Berona" by Rizky Febian. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with structured interviews, observation, and documentation methods. The collected data are analyzed through the process of data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theories used are the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) which emphasizes technology acceptance and Quesenberry's Theory which emphasizes marketing communications. The results of the study indicate that RFAS Music successfully implemented an Instagram social media marketing strategy to create interaction and attract the attention of the target audience. This strategy not only increases audience awareness of the new song but also strengthens RFAS Music's position in the music industry. Thus, this study can be concluded that RFAS Music's strategy is a social media promotion strategy that pays attention to the level of efficiency and the times. By implementing the strategy and linking it to marketing communications, RFAS Music successfully promoted the launch of Rizky Febian's song "Berona." The study suggests that it would be better if this promotional activity also used other platforms that are currently equivalent and as widely used as Instagram. and continue to improve interesting strategies.customers

Abstract

This study analyzes the application of Article 53 of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) regarding the marriage of pregnant women as a result of adultery in the perspective of maqāṣid asy-syarī'ah, with a case study in Kota Agung District, Tanggamus Regency. The phenomenon of pregnancy outside of marriage not only presents moral issues, but also raises legal issues related to the protection of women, the certainty of the status of the child, and social approval. Article 53 KHI is presented as a legal solution by allowing marriage between a pregnant woman and the man who impregnated her without waiting for the child to be born. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach through interviews, observations, and documentation studies, and is analyzed using source and method triangulation techniques. The results of the study show that the normative application of Article 53 of the KHI is in line with the objectives of maqāṣid of asy-syarī'ah, particularly in protecting women's honor (ḥifẓ al-'irḍ), lineage (ḥifẓ an-nasl), and safety of life (ḥifẓ an-nafs). This policy is considered capable of minimizing social stigma and providing administrative legal certainty for women and children. However, at the practical level, its implementation still faces moral and administrative challenges, as well as the risk of normalizing marriage during pregnancy if it is not accompanied by preventive training. Therefore, this study emphasizes the importance of repositioning maqāṣid asy-syarī'ah not only as the basis for legal permissibility, but also as an evaluative and preventive instrument in Islamic family law policy.

Abstract

This research examines the influence of customer brand love and the mediating role of genuineness of personal branding on consumer loyalty among Gen-Z coffee shop patrons in Mataram City. With Gen-Z prioritizing authenticity and value alignment, the research investigates how emotional connections and perceived brand genuineness shape loyalty in a competitive market. A quantitative approach using structural equation modeling (SEM) with 384 respondents revealed significant direct effects: customer brand love positively influences both genuineness of personal branding and consumer loyalty. Additionally, the genuineness of personal branding directly impacts loyalty. Notably, genuineness of personal branding mediates the relationship between customer brand love and customer loyalty, explaining 30% of the total effect. The findings highlight that authentic personal branding amplifies emotional bonds, which in turn drive loyalty. The study underscores strategies for coffeeshops to foster Gen-Z loyalty by prioritizing transparent communication, experiential engagement, and values-driven narratives. Practical implications emphasize the need for brands to align with Gen-Z’s demand for authenticity to enhance competitiveness.

Abstract

State Islamic Universities (Universitas Islam Negeri/UIN) in Indonesia function as transformative arenas for the development of Islamic thought and movements that actively counter radicalism and extremist ideologies. This study employs a qualitative approach with an exploratory descriptive design, utilizing a case study methodology. Data were collected through field observations and in-depth interviews with nine purposively selected informants, including the head, secretary, and administrative staff of Ma’had Al-Jami’ah. The data were analyzed using content analysis informed by social theory to capture both normative and practical dimensions of religious moderation. The findings demonstrate that the concept of Maslahah Mursalah plays a central role in shaping the religious moderation programs implemented at Ma’had Al-Jami’ah. This principle serves as a flexible legal-ethical framework that enables Islamic teachings to respond constructively to contemporary social challenges. Core religious subjects—such as theology (ʿaqīdah), ethics (akhlāq), and Islamic law (sharīʿah)—are not taught rigidly but are interpreted contextually to address present-day realities. For instance, the concept of jihad is redefined beyond its narrow association with armed struggle and expanded to include intellectual endeavors (ṭalab al-ʿilm), scientific advancement, and technological innovation. This reinterpretation encourages students to view knowledge production and social contribution as integral forms of religious commitment. This study contributes significantly to the discourse on religious moderation in Islamic higher education by offering empirical insights into institutional strategies that foster moderation, resilience, and responsiveness to contemporary societal issues.

Abstract

In the increasingly tight competition of the soft drink industry, companies need to understand how the advertisements broadcast are able to attract attention, arouse interest, and encourage consumers to make purchases. The purpose of this study is to measure 1) The television advertisement of Nutrisari version of the champion nyegerin on residents of the Graha Indah 2 Pamulang complex. 2) Purchasing decisions on residents of the Graha Indah 2 Pamulang complex. 3) The influence of the television advertisement of Nutrisari version of the champion nyegerin on product purchasing decisions on residents of the Graha Indah 2 Pamulang complex. The theory used in this study is the Marketing Communication Theory. Television Advertisements with dimensions: Head words & sound effect, Music, Seen word, Picture, Color, and Movement, as well as the Purchasing Decision theory with dimensions: Problem Recognition, Information Search, Alternative Evaluation, Purchase Decision, and Post-Purchase Behavior. This study uses a quantitative approach with a survey method with a questionnaire as the data collection instrument. The population in this study were residents of the Graha Indah 2 Pamulang RW 25 complex with characteristics that had been found as many as 123 and the number of samples as many as 94. The sampling technique used probability sampling technique. The results of the study showed that 1) The images presented in Nutrisari advertisements made the audience's attention interesting and got the highest average value of 3.28 from the Picture dimension. 2) In the Purchase Decision, there was the highest value of 3.21 from the Purchase Decision dimension. 3) There was an Influence of Nutrisari Television Advertisement Version of Si Juara Nyegerin on Product Purchase Decisions. t-count was (9.992) > t-table (1.661). The magnitude of the influence was R 0.719 or 71.9% and R Square was 0.517 or 51.7%

Abstract

The reduction in agricultural land due to being converted into housing and urban areas means that the amount of food production is decreasing. Based on the problems above, the author offers an innovation to overcome the problem of food security through "Smart Farming". This innovation can be implemented by the community using the concept of integrated agriculture with fisheries which is easy to apply on minimal land which has not been utilized properly. However, currently There is currently no system that can monitor the pH and PPM levels of water automatically and easily. This has an impact on the poor quality of hydroponic plant production so that it cannot be sold to consumers and causes losses for this business Internet of Things (IoT) and website, this smart farming innovation was developed as a system for monitoring the condition of pH and PPM levels of water in hydroponic planting media. The development of a website-based pH and PPM monitoring system offers an innovative approach in utilizing technology to overcome the challenges of monitoring water quality effectively. By utilizing the advantages of information technology and the internet, this system can become an important solution in supporting efforts to protect the environment and sustain water resources in the future.
