Abstract

Penelitian ini mengevaluasi efektivitas puding jagung dan kacang hijau untuk mengatasi stunting pada anak-anak di Desa Tebing Karya Mandiri, Kabupaten Mesuji Timur. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah puding ini dapat meningkatkan pertumbuhan dan status nutrisi anak-anak di area dengan sumber daya terbatas. Metode: Puding jagung dan kacang hijau diberikan secara rutin kepada anak-anak selama beberapa bulan, dan perubahan dalam tinggi badan, berat badan, dan status nutrisi mereka dinilai melalui pengukuran periodik. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan dalam tinggi badan, berat badan, dan status nutrisi anak-anak dibandingkan dengan pengukuran awal, membuktikan efektivitas puding dalam mengurangi stunting. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa puding jagung dan kacang hijau bisa menjadi solusi nutrisi lokal yang efektif dan ekonomis untuk mengatasi stunting, serta memberikan dasar untuk pengembangan program nutrisi serupa di daerah lain.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis metode penyusutan yang digunakan oleh PT. Sumber Alfaria Tbk. Dasan Cermen Mataram. Jenis penelitian merupakan penlitian deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil analisis metode penyusutan yang digunakan adalah metode penyusutan angka tahun. Penggunaan metdeo penyusutan angka tahun akan mengakibatkan nilai beban penyusutan pada tahun pertama akan besar shingga mengakibatkan laba tahun pertama akan kecil, selanjutkan nilai beban penyusutan tahun berikutnya akan menjadi lebih kecil sehingga laba akan menjadi lebih besar di tahun kedua, ketiga, dan keempat.

Abstract

The development of Islamic teachings in the archipelago cannot be separated from the role of Walisongo. Walisongo preached and broadcast Islamic teachings in Java in the 14th century. Long before Walisongo’s arrival, they still used a da’wah system with the pattern of inviting communities of various beliefs to follow Islamic teachings and this took place with little response because the community still strongly followed the traditions of their ancestral religious teachings. After Walisongo’s arrival, the da’wah system used implemented several methods that attempted to change old things that were not in accordance with Islam through a cultural approach. With the da’wah methods used by Walisongo, Islam quickly entered and developed in the archipelago. The propagation of Islam in the process of its spread in Java has been etched in history and the success of the Guardians is recognized as having expanded the adherents of the Islamic religion to the majority of Indonesian society, especially Java, both in urban, rural and mountainous areas. This is proven by the construction of mosques as places of worship and as places to teach religion. This research aims to determine the role and methods of da’wah used by Walisongo in the development of Islamic culture in Indonesia. The method used is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach and literature study as a data collection technique.

Abstract

Men are heads of households and wives are housewives. That is the paradigm embedded in our society in general, because so far men have always been the main ones in the front line while wives have always been in a limited area, the problem is that contextually, the role of women is no longer in the domestic area alone, but many have also played a role outside the home to help their husbands earn a living. The question in this article is how can the rights and obligations of husband and wife be carried out in this context? The purpose of this research is to obtain a reconstruction of new rights and obligations that are based on fikih mubadalah. This research is a literature research study, qualitative analysis approach with analysis of mubadalah theory, primary data sources obtained from several documents related to this study. The result of this study is that partners between men and women in realizing justice in the household must be equal, such as mutual deliberation, mutual realization of democracy and mutual good deeds in relationships. The contribution of this article can be applied in households to achieve a harmonious and prosperous household.

Abstract

A concept of rights and obligations will work when there is a balance between the two. Malahat theory is an intra doctrinal reform for the realization of humane legal norms. However, in reality, this concept is not easy to implement. It is said that a woman is made as to the subordinate in the family and sometimes there is no justice for her. At this time, women not only play a role as housewives but also help earn money for the family. What becomes a problem is how to reinterpret the equitable distribution of household rights and obligations. This study aims to describe the rights and obligations of husband and wife by maintaining the values of justice. This research is library research that discusses the husband's income for his wife, who is also the breadwinner. The paradigm of the husband is the leader of the household, and the wife is the housewife is something that spurs Muslim feminists to reinterpret. It is because wives are no longer only responsible as housewives, but more than that, they also help make a living in the household. Then, the concepts of justice, equality, ukhuwah islamiyah and mu'asyarah bil ma'ruf must be prioritized for the benefit and the formation of a sakinah, mawaddah wa rahmah in a family. It needs to be reconsidered if we want to make it a new fiqhparadigm.

Abstract

In the Islamic concept that the husband is the head of the household and the wife is the housewife, but the development of the wife is looking for income in public spaces. What is interesting to study is, is it possible for the wife to become a partner in the household? With the aim, to get scientific insights about the rights and obligations of husband and wife that are relevant to the current context. This study is a library study that has qualitative research types. For criticizing the feminist concepts about the rights and obligations of husband and wife, I used Maslahah theory with philosophical-sociological approach. Feminists interpret the rights and obligations of husband and wife in the household, arguing that contextually the wives are no longer in charge of being housewives, but rather help to make a living in the public sphere, for the sake of justice, equality, democracy and doing good. Things this is not an absolute thing, but an offer and casuistic that should not be provoked because the concept of Islam has brought benefit if applied properly.

Abstract

The sandwich generation often experiences ambiguity in determining their survival in the household, because this generation often experiences a mental burden on themselves because of the responsibilities they have to carry out. The problem is what impact will the sandwich generation have on the childfree lifestyle? The aim of this research is to see the childfree lifestyle that is popular with society today, and to what extent the sandwich generation has had an impact on their mentality, so that they are required to live a childfree lifestyle. This research is a type of normative research that looks at the symptoms that occur in the sandwich generation psychologically, so that the burden they experience causes them to choose to be childfree. The results of this research show that the sandwich generation psychologically often experiences two impacts; First, some of the sandwich generation experience mental disorders, so that in their households they choose to live a childfree lifestyle, because of the burden that weighs on them, so they think that children are a burden that will add to the burden in their lives. Second, some people think that the sandwiches that happen to their family tend to make them experienced in managing responsibilities, so that they actually have lots of offspring.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  menganalisis perusahaan-perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 dan untuk menganalisis apa saja perusahaan pada sektor pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia yang berpotensi mengalami kebangkrutan pada tahun 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan menggunakan purposive sampling dan diperoleh sebanyak 35 sampel perusahaan. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu kuantitatif deskriptif untuk menganalisis model Altman Z-Score dalam memprediksi kebangkrutan usaha perusahaan sektor pariwisata yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada masa pandemi Covid-19 periode 2021. Dari hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat 16 perusahaan pada kategori distress, 5 perusahaan pada kategori grey area dan 14 perusahaan pada kategori sehat

Abstract

The laws and regulations in Indonesia have regulated the existence of new regulations regarding the age limit for marriage, which is 19 years old for men and women, as stipulated in Law Number 16 of 2019 in response to the birth of the Constitutional Court Decision Number 22/PUUXV/2017, marriage dispensation can be granted if it meets two requirements, namely; First, urgent and have, Second, have sufficient evidence. In fact, this rule often makes it difficult for the community, so that finally many efforts to dispensate marriage are made in order to be able to carry out formal marriage contracts. The problem is how do judges respond to the submission of marriage dispensation to children who are far from the minimum age limit for marriage, which is 19 years for men and women, and what is their contribution to efforts to reform marriage law in Indonesia? To contribute new ideas to the renewal of marriage law scientifically and logically. This research is a type of library research, with a scientific-rational approach to the minimum age limit for marriage in Law Number 16 of 2019, with the theory of sadd al-dzariah as an effort to be able to present legal justice. The conclusion is that the determination of the Religious Court judge regarding marriage dispensation on urgent grounds as the main argument, so that there are often decisions on marriage dispensation at the age of under 16 years, although sadd al-dzariah is a solution that is solutive according to the evidence submitted, but logically it violates the rules of scientific-rational. Abstract

The reduction in agricultural land due to being converted into housing and urban areas means that the amount of food production is decreasing. Based on the problems above, the author offers an innovation to overcome the problem of food security through "Smart Farming". This innovation can be implemented by the community using the concept of integrated agriculture with fisheries which is easy to apply on minimal land which has not been utilized properly. However, currently There is currently no system that can monitor the pH and PPM levels of water automatically and easily. This has an impact on the poor quality of hydroponic plant production so that it cannot be sold to consumers and causes losses for this business Internet of Things (IoT) and website, this smart farming innovation was developed as a system for monitoring the condition of pH and PPM levels of water in hydroponic planting media. The development of a website-based pH and PPM monitoring system offers an innovative approach in utilizing technology to overcome the challenges of monitoring water quality effectively. By utilizing the advantages of information technology and the internet, this system can become an important solution in supporting efforts to protect the environment and sustain water resources in the future.
