Abstract

Commercial TV advertising can translate everything from the advertiser's goals through communicative, educative, and entertaining messages. As in the commercial TV advertisement message, Sahaja socialises the Islamic brand, which aims to be able to dialogue with the target market of Indonesian Muslims. This study aimed to determine the visual and narrative form of the Islamic brand of Sahaja's commercial TV advertising message. This study uses a qualitative approach with narrative analysis, how do communicators tell stories. The data collection techniques are observing Sahaja's advertising materials and literature study, analysing each ad frame and duration individually, and selecting and grouping according to the research focus for data presentation. In conclusion, Sahaja's commercial TV commercial carries #NawaituSahaja as its creative foundation. It shows a visual story of a happy family living their life and worship with white domination. Five essential keys visible reflections of Islamic brands narrate the form of a brand that identifies with Islamic characteristics. This research is expected to help provide input or reference for further research and considerations in building an Islamic brand.

Abstract

Kegiatan dakwah yang mampu mengikuti perkembangan zaman dan mampu mengemas materi dakwah seunik mungkin sesuai kondisi lingkungan tersebut. Instagram adalah layanan jejaring sosial berbagi foto dan vidio yang di ungggah dan dibagikan ke publik, pengguna aplikasi instagram ini untuk semua kalangan tanpa batasan usia. Namun bisa juga digunakan sebagai media dakwah. Salah satu Da’i yang eksis dalam menggunakan media sosial Instagram adalah ustadzah Putri Ramadhona pada akun @sister.fillah. Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu Bagaimana isi pesan dakwah pada akun @sister.fillah di instagram dalam tinjauan analisis isi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui isi pesan dakwah pada akun @sister.fillah di Instagram dalam tinjauan analisis isi. nelitian ini merupakan penelitian analisis kualitatif deskriptif. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kepustakaan (Library Reseach) yaitu dengan menggunakan buku, catatan maupun hasil laporan terdahulu. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik documenter atau dokumentasi, data online, observasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis isi yang diperoleh kemudian di analisis secara deskriptif dengan cara penyajian data, pengolahan data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Temuan dari penelitian ini dapat diketahui bahwa pesan dakwah yang di sampaikan oleh Putri Ramadhona dalam akun Instagram akun sister.fillah secara keseluruhan mengandung tiga kategori pesan dakwah yaitu pesan akhlak yang meliputi pesan Aqidah yang meliputi kepercayaan atas ketentuan Allah, pesan syariah yang meliputi sholat, berdoa dan berzikir kepada Allah, dan pesan akhlak yang meliputi akhlak terhadap diri sendiri,akhlak terhadap orang tua dan orang lain.

Abstract

Prototipe mesin pencacah sampah sisa makanan digunakan untuk mengolah sampah sisa makanan yang nantinya akan dimanfaatkan sebagai pakan untuk maggot Black soldier Fly. Prototipe mesin ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan teknologi proses yang sederhana dengan prinsip dasar pemotongan yang menggunakan dua buah pisau potong berbentuk silinder dan berputar pada arah berlawanan. Mesin ini diharapkan dapat bermanfaat bagi komunitas masyarakat pengelola sampah domestik terutama para penggiat budidaya maggot sekaligus mengurangi masalah lingkungan akibat sampah makanan yang tidak terurai dengan baik. Hasil perancangan menunjukkan hasil yang cukup baik, dimana komponen-komponen utama mesin pencacahan ini memperlihatkan kekuatan yang lebih besar daripada beban yang terjadi. Tegangan lentur pada pangkal mata potong pisau sebesar 1,231 Mpa dan teganagn kombinasi pada poros pisau sebesar 1,229 MPa lebih kecil daripada tegangan ijin bahan SS400 sebesar 42,5 MPa. Factor of safety untuk kedua komponen tersebut adalah sebesar 34,52 dan 34,58. Kapasitas terbesar dari mesin ini dicapai pada pengujian dengan lebar celah antara pisau 1 mm yaitu sebesar 187,2 kg/jam. Kapasistas lebih kecil dicapai pada pengujian dengan lebar celah antara pisau 0,5 mm, yaitu 153,3 kg/jam. Efisiensi mesin terbesar dicapai pada pengujian dengan lebar celah antara pisau sebesar 0,5 mm yaitu dengan angka efisiensi 72,72 %. Efisiensi lebih kecil dicapai pada pengujian dengan lebar celah antara pisau 1 mm, yaitu dengan angka efisiensi 68,72 %.

Abstract

In practice, when the concept of tax is implemented, there is often a lack of transparency in its distribution. In contrast, zakat has clear rules that must be fulfilled by the muzakki (payer) and distributed to eight eligible categories of recipients. This raises the question of whether an individual should pay both taxes and zakat or choose to pay only one. Based on the identified issues, the research formulates the following problems: 1) What is the Islamic legal perspective on the implementation of zakat collection systems in Law No. 23 of 2011 on Zakat Management? 2) What is the perspective of maslahah (public benefit) regarding the zakat collection system in Law No. 23 of 2011 on Zakat Management? This study aims to: 1) Understand, logically and scientifically, the implementation of zakat collection under Law No. 23 of 2011 in the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh); and 2) Gain deeper insights into the maslahah values of Law No. 23 of 2011 and propose a legal zakat collection system, along with deterrent measures for those who fail to pay zakat. This is a qualitative research study in the form of a literature review, employing a philosophical-juridical approach to analyze the regulations, particularly Law No. 23 of 2011, with a focus on aligning zakat collection with tax systems that ensure public benefit. The findings suggest that the influence of Shariah economic law on zakat management can provide substantial insight, which could inform considerations for improving the understanding of Islamic principles in Indonesia. Comprehensive ijtihad (juridical reasoning) indicates that the effort to raise awareness and encourage zakat payment should be properly managed by the government, with penalties or fines imposed on those who fail to fulfill this religious obligation, as it is an essential duty in Islam

Abstract

Politics is a dynamic topic that follows the development and needs of the times. This reality needs to be taken seriously by researchers to determine dhowabhit syar’I so that political activities do not go off track. Najmuddin ath Thufi is one of the scholars who emphasizes the flexible and responsive nature to changes in social and political conditions. This principle is oriented towards the common good, and its relevance is apparent in answering various contemporary issues including the theme of Islamic Politics. This study uses a qualitative analysis method. The data that the author has analyzed shows that the theory of al Maslahah ath Thufi is widely used by Yusuf al Qaradhawi in contemporary political fatwas.

Abstract

Retribution refers to the payment imposed for the provision of market service facilities carried out by the local government. Its implementation must be conducted properly and in accordance with statutory regulations to ensure optimal benefits for the community. However, in practice, the collection of retribution fees at Simpang Sari Market differs from the stipulations outlined in Article 18, Paragraph (2) of the Regent Regulation of West Lampung Regency, which states: “Retribution officers are prohibited from altering or increasing the amount of the retribution fee.” In reality, the amount of retribution collected by officers diverges from the officially prescribed tariff. This study aims to investigate and analyze the implementation of market service retribution collection at Simpang Sari Market, and to examine it from the perspective of Fiqh Siyasah Tanfidziyyah (the Islamic theory of administrative governance). The research adopts a field research methodology using a descriptive approach, with data gathered through interviews and direct observation. Data were collected from pre-selected informants to ensure accuracy and relevance for this study. Although the local government has established regulations and provided implementation guidelines for the collection of market service retribution, several issues have emerged in practice. These include a lack of understanding among market vendors regarding the retribution system, poor coordination among collection officers, and the involvement of unauthorized individuals who collect fees outside the formal governmental structure.

Abstract

In classical fiqh studies, scholars agree that having children is a desired outcome of marriage. However, in modern times, the promotion of the childfree lifestyle is increasingly advocated through scientific discourse. The question arises: what factors contribute to childfree becoming a goal of marriage, and what is the contribution of this research to the renewal of contemporary Islamic family law? The purpose of this research is to challenge societal paradigms about childfree and work towards building a new perspective as part of the renewal of contemporary Islamic family law. This research is a field study (field research) in the form of qualitative research with a socio-psychological approach using the iceberg theory. Data was collected through interviews with respondents, specifically from the younger generation. The results of the study indicate that the childfree paradigm exists because it is promoted through mass media, print media, scientific articles, and other scholarly discussions that deliberately instill the idea that childfree is a lifestyle choice. The researcher suggests that education on this matter should be provided by various parties, including religious leaders through organizations, religious counselors, health professionals, as well as psychologists and psychiatrists, to build a perspective that having children is one of the main purposes of marriage.

Abstract

"Marriage under age Judging from Glasses Sociology" The view of the Jurists' that the minimum age to marry is puberty signs of puberty there are two, namely bi al-alâmaât; for men marked by a dream or out of sperm, while women are marked with menstruation. bi al-sin; according to Hanafi, 18 year old male and a 17 year old woman. Maliki, is characterized by the growth of hair. Shafi, 15 years for men and 9 years for women. Hanbali, 15 years in both men and women. In Indonesia, the minimum limit married 19 for men and 16 for women. Age children who have reached adulthood, called puberty phase, at this age the child already has a full awareness of himself, sehingg he was given the burden of responsibility, especially religious and social responsibility.

Abstract: "Tradition ('urf) as a Source of Islamic Law Reasoning; Study Paradigm Sunnah wal Jama'ah Experts in Developing Local Culture "One tradition ( 'urf) can be used as a source of Islamic law if it does not conflict with Personality', and not all traditions can be used as a source of Islamic law. Tradition itself is an activity that is repetitive, but does not violate the order of Shariah, the tradition is not sharia, but branches (furu ') in order to address or even develop Islamic teachings amaliyah (amaliy) or often called (bid’ah hasanah) .The ahlu sunnah wal jama'ah develop local culture such as tahlilan, yasinan, istighasah, tawashul or the like in the implementation of the (practice) there is no standard rules, but it is the implementation of more emphasis on reading tahlil (la ilaha ilallah), or yasinan namely reading yasin as the heart of a Qur'an, namely istighasah appeal help in Allah and not in others, and that is ihtiram tawashul to teachers as washilah in a prayer, and of course this is bid’ah hasanah not teaching out of Personality ' ,Keywords: Tradition, 'urf, Ahl Sunnah Wa al-Jama'ah

Abstract

Islam is a religion rahmatan lil'alamin, for that Islam can put the situation and conditions. Islam is the religion Hanīf, fairness and tolerance to their ikhtilaf (dissent). In terms of the causes and roots, there are two forms ikhtilaf (dispute), the deviation caused by the character and thought. Unjustified deviation is a deviation in aqidah matter of principle. Deviation is actually a little touch on the basic framework of worship. However, when the jurists began to enter the technical and operational principle that no deviation is irreversible appearance. Deviation can be justified is the deviation in trouble furu', and the issue is not the principle I'tiqad. Deviation different from the iftiraq, iftiraq according to the language comes from the word meaning mufarawah division and separation. Meanwhile, according to the terms of the scholars, iftiraq is out of the Sunnah and Jama'ah on one ushul (principal) of a judge actions ushul fundamental, both in aqidah or amaliyah.
