Abstract

This qualitative research elaborates that Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) is Indonesia's most prominent Islamic organization, contributing to the green pesantren. This article also explores NU's change, challenge, and contribution through Pesantren in environmental and ecological issues. The primary data in this research methodology are interviews and documents. The secondary data includes other resources that are relevant to this research, such as articles, books, and news. This research shows that NU, through the Green Pesantren program, is trying to contribute to being part of the problem solver on environmental, ecological, and climate change issues. This article also explains green pesantren as an answer to the debate about the relationship between Islam, ecology, and the environment. The concern of green pesantrenis is not only in the teaching and learning aspects of Islamic doctrine and individual piety but also in today's environmental, ecological, and human problems. In this context, the roles and functions of kiai, pesantren students, and alums in addressing environmental and ecological issues are multifaceted. They combine education, community engagement, religious perspectives, advocacy, practical solutions, and role modeling to effect meaningful change and contribute to a more sustainable future.

Abstract

Citizenship training has the significance of being a vehicle for character schooling which is worked to encourage and foster shrewd and productive members of society in formal, casual and non-formal training channels which have become piece of the objectives of public instruction in Indonesia. From the consequences of the writing concentrate on that I found, it was uncovered that Civics learning or subjects assume a vital part in learning. This is because of the nature and objectives of Civics subjects which contain values that can be implemented into life so that we can become good citizens or good citizenship. The article writing method is a descriptive qualitative method using literature studies and library research. Then the results of this article are about Civics Problems in Religious Based Schools in Urban Areas. Civics Problems in Religious Based Schools in Urban Areas at this time are basically what Citizenship Education is experiencing is still the same as in previous years, namely that it still prioritizes cognitive aspects, so the aim is to create students who are critical and responsible. still not realized. In fact, most students think that Citizenship Education subjects are formal learning and are only a requirement.

Abstract

Citizenship education is taught to instill a sense of nationalism and foster the nation's moral values ​​in order to achieve the glory and glory of a nation, as well as foster a sense of love for one's country and pride in being a citizen of a nation. If citizenship education is not implemented, the noble values ​​of the nation that have been formed long ago will simply disappear and will ultimately create disorganized social, national and state life and lead to destruction. The method used in this research is literature study using educational articles and also theses. By using a descriptive research approach, this research is intended to explain in more detail the topic raised as the main topic and also a specific explanation of the data sources that have been obtained. The results of this research show that from a citizenship studies perspective, cultural diversity in Indonesia is very complex and has characteristics in accordance with a citizenship studies perspective. Pancasila is one of the perspectives of Pancasila studies, where Pancasila in this context is a lens for viewing cultural diversity itself as in its implementation. every principle in Pancasila.

Abstract

This study aims to highlight the significance of Ahmad Hasyim Muzadi’s thoughts on civil tolerance, arguing that his paradigm can be used in conflict resolution. It explores the significance of Muzadi’s ideas in the context of Indonesia’s religious diversity, employing a qualitative approach through textual analysis. The findings revealed that Muzadi pioneered the concept of civil tolerance—a nuanced, humanized type of religious coexistence and mutual respect that goes beyond surface-level acceptance. Civil tolerance places a premium on the human experience and the defense of human rights while acknowledging the values inherent in all religious teachings. Muzadi’s four-dimensional concept of civil tolerance involves respecting diversity, acknowledging religious values, understanding human rights, and making collaborative efforts to build a more harmonious society. This research contributes to the discourse by presenting insights into how accepting such a nuanced form of tolerance can address existing problems as well as set the groundwork for a more inclusive society.

Abstract

Early Childhood Education (ECE) plays a crucial role in shaping the foundational character and morals of children. This study examines methods for developing religious and moral values in young children at school. The Library Research method was utilized, gathering information from national and international journals. ECE principles, including child needs, learning through play, conducive environments, integrated learning, life skills, instructional media, and gradual learning, are outlined. The moral development of young children follows Piaget's stages, influenced by religion, including the fairy tale, reality, and individual stages. Methods for developing religious and moral values through storytelling, play, field trips, and singing help children understand and apply these values in their daily lives. The research findings provide practical guidance for educators to effectively shape the character and morals of children. It is hoped that a deeper understanding of these methods will help create individuals of noble character ready to face future challenges.

Abstract

This study aims to optimize religious and moral values in early childhood through storytelling. Early childhood represents the next generation that requires character education from an early age. Early Childhood Education (PAUD) plays a crucial role in shaping children's character and morals according to religious values. The storytelling method with Islamic themes was applied in this study to enhance the development of religious and moral values in children at POS PAUD Harapan Bunda, Kampar Kiri Hilir District. The results showed that before the implementation of the storytelling method, the development of children's religious and moral values was categorized as "Not Yet Developed." After applying the storytelling method over two cycles, there was a significant increase: from the initial cycle to cycle I by 28.7%, and from cycle I to cycle II by 51.3%, with an overall increase of 94.81%. The storytelling method proved effective in enhancing religious and moral values, helping children develop strong character and noble morals.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to understand the roles of parents and teachers in instilling moral and religious values and preventing bullying in early childhood. This study employs the Library Research method. Data collection techniques include gathering various journals, articles, research findings, books, and other records to address the research questions. Data analysis involves data reduction followed by data display, and finally, summarizing the research findings. The specific subject of this study pertains to the roles of parents and teachers in instilling moral and religious values and preventing bullying in early childhood. Based on the results of the Library Research, it is evident that the roles of parents and teachers are crucial in the character development of early childhood. Children at a young age exhibit unique characteristics that are often challenging for their environment to accept. When their desires are not met, they may resort to bullying behavior, which is often unnoticed by parents due to a lack of attention given to the child and insufficient interaction, leading to deviant behavior in children.

Abstract

Abstrak: Kecanggihan teknologi memberikan pengaruh terhadap kalangan. Kebebasan dalam mengakses konten pornografi memiliki dampak krusial bagi kalangan remaja dan anak-anak. Meningkatnya kasus kejahatan seksual anak baik menjadi pelaku maupun korban menjadi salah satu masalah yang harus dipecahkan penanganannya oleh banyak pihak. Pemecahan ini merupakan tanggungjawab pemerintah, pemangku pendidikan, serta orang tua. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif diskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kasus yang bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi bentuk perubahan perilaku seksual anak usia sekolah dasar yang telah terpapar konten pornografi, bentuk penanganan guru kelas dan orang tua serta dampaknya pada hasil belajar siswa. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara mendalam serta dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa anak mulai mengkonsumsi video porno kelas 2 SD dengan bentuk perubahan perilaku sering terbayang-bayang atau berimaginasi isi video porno, menyentuh bagian sensitif teman lawan jenis, melakukan onani baik telah mengeluarkan sperma maupun tidak. Bentuk penanganan guru kelas diantaranya konseling, membangun komunikasi, kolaborasi dengan orang tua, dan kontrol perilaku. Bentuk penanganan orang tua diantaranya memberikan kegiatan positif, membatasi pertemanan, membangun komunikasi dua arah, pendekatan agama serta kolaborasi dengan guru kelas. Konten pornografi berpengaruh terhadap fokus belajar tetapi tidak menunjukkan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap hasil belajar.Kata Kunci: Perilaku Seksual, Konten Pornografi, Hasil BelajarAbstract: Sophisticated technology increasingly showed the big influence to many people. Freedom to access pornographic content has a crucial impact on youth and children. The increase in cases of child sexual crimes, both perpetrators and victims that is one of the problems that must be solved by many parties. This solution is the responsibility of the government, education stakeholders, and parents. This research was a descriptive qualitative research with a case study approach that aimed to identify forms of sexual behavior changes in elementary school-age children who have been exposed to pornographic content, forms of handling classroom teachers and parents and their impact on student learning outcomes. Data collection was done through in-depth interviews and documentation. The results showed that children began to consume porn videos are in second grade of elementary school with a form of behavior change often shadowed or imagined the contents of pornographic videos, touching sensitive parts of the opposite sex, doing masturbation either had sperm or not. Forms of classroom teacher handling include counseling, building communication, collaboration with parents, and behavioral control. Forms of handling parents include providing positive activities, limiting friendships, building two-way communication, religious approaches and collaboration with classroom teachers. Pornographic content affected the focus of learning that did not show a significant effect on learning outcomes.Keywords: Sexual Behavior, Pornographic Content, Learning Outcomes

Abstract

Urgensi penelitian ini ialah pentingnya memanfaatkan budaya lokal Indonesia untuk penguatan pendidikan karakter peserta didik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: 1) Mengetahui makna simbolik pada motif batik jetis sebagai etnoedagogi masyarakat Sidoarjo, 2) Mengetahui nilai-nilai pada motif batik jetis sebagai etnopedagogi masyarakat Sidoarjo, 3) Mentransformasi makna simbolik dan nilai pada motif batik jetis dalam penguatan karakter profil pelajar Pancasila. Metode penelitian yang digunakan menggunakan studi literatur dengan cara memahami dan mempelajari teori-teori dari berbagai literatur yang berhubungan dengan penelitian ini. Lebih jelas, studi literatur yang digunakan ialah jenis systematic literature review. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Batik jetis memiliki beberapa motif yang mengandung nilai kerja keras, peduli lingkungan, kejujuran, cinta damai, mandiri, keindahan, dan kesetiaan. Nilai batik jetis tersebut berkaitan dengan nilai karakter profil pelajar Pancasila yang meliputi: 1) Beriman, bertakwa kepada Tuhan Yang Maha Esa, dan berakhlak mulia, 2) Mandiri, 3) Bergotong-royong, 4) Berkebinekaan global, 5) Bernalar kritis, dan 6) Kreatif. Hubungan antara nilai pada motif batik jetis dengan nilai karakter profil pelajar Pancasila kemudian ditransformasikan ke dalam pembelajaran IPS materi keragaman sosial budaya di Masyarakat.

Abstract

Communication is the primary aspect that parents build in fulfilling their role as role models for their children. Various strategies for instilling character are also employed to foster good values in their children, ensuring that the parents' role as the three pillars of education is not neglected or lost. This research emphasizes the importance of parents' role as the main agents in environmental education, encompassing both verbal and non-verbal communication strategies. The study uses a descriptive qualitative method to explain various communication methods used by parents in teaching environmental values to their children. The results of this research show a pattern of communication in the form of interactive dialogue that encourages open discussion about environmental issues, setting examples through real actions such as recycling and energy conservation, and creating a home environment that supports eco-friendly practices as efforts by parents to teach environmental awareness to their children. The findings indicate that effective communication strategies can foster positive attitudes and pro-environmental behaviors in children. The research also identifies challenges faced by parents, including a lack of in-depth knowledge about environmental issues and limited time. The article provides recommendations for enhancing communication effectiveness, such as increasing environmental literacy for parents and integrating environmental values into daily activities. ABSTRAKKomunikasi merupakan hal utama yang dibangun orang tua dalam melakukan perannya sebagai teladan bagi anak, berbagai strategi dalam menanamkan karakter juga dilakukan demi membangun nilai-nilai baik pada anak mereka, sehingga peran orang tua sebagai tiga pilar pendidikan tidak diabaikan dan hilang begitu saja. Penelitian ini menekankan pada penjelasan terkait pentingnya peran orang tua sebagai agen utama dalam pendidikan lingkungan, yang mencakup strategi komunikasi verbal dan non-verbal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif untuk menjelaskan berbagai metode komunikasi yang dilakukan oleh orang tua dalam mengajarkan nilai-nilai lingkungan hidup kepada anaknya. Hasil penelitan ini menunjukkan terdapat pola komunikasi berupa dialog interaktif yang mendorong diskusi terbuka tentang isu-isu lingkungan, pemberian contoh melalui tindakan nyata seperti daur ulang dan penghematan energi, serta penciptaan lingkungan rumah yang mendukung praktik ramah lingkungan dilakukan orang tua sebagai upaya untuk mengajarkan lingkungan hidup kepada anak. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi komunikasi yang baik dapat menumbuhkan sikap positif dan perilaku pro-lingkungan pada anak-anak. Penelitian ini juga mengidentifikasi tantangan yang dihadapi orang tua, termasuk kurangnya pengetahuan mendalam tentang isu lingkungan dan keterbatasan waktu. Artikel ini juga memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan efektivitas komunikasi, seperti peningkatan literasi lingkungan bagi orang tua dan integrasi nilai-nilai lingkungan dalam aktivitas sehari-hari.
