Abstract

ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to analyze the potential contribution of Islamic banking to development of Halal tourism and the enhancement of local community welfare in rural area.The present study employs a critical analytic approach based on extensive review and discussing the possible contribution of Islamic banking to development of Halal tourism and the local communities in rural area.As discussed in the paper there are some strategies for Islamic banking in the rural area. First, Islamic banking can establish special purpose vehicle to run the microfinance scheme in the rural area in order to minimize the potential risks. Second, some financing mechanisms also can be run by the Islamic banks both sources from internal and external resources, such as participatory model – musyarakah and mudharabah and third parties fund – zakah, infaq, sadaqah and waqf.Last, the branchless banking strategy is also proposed but with a certain intermediations should be firstly done by the Islamic banks, such as social and financial intermediation. Keywords Indonesia, Islamic Banking, Halal tourism, Local Welfare

Abstract

The research object chosen in the film Mulan is because the narrative contained in the film Mulan discusses things that are very closely related to the phenomenon of patriarchal culture as is often the case in Indonesian society today. In this thesis there is a problem formulation, namely how patriarchal culture was formed and also the causes of the emergence of patriarchal culture in the film Mulan. Patriarchy is a structure that places men at the center compared to women. Patriarchal culture places women in a second position with limitations and is not allowed to exceed men's position as the main actor. This research is a qualitative descriptive method obtained through literature study. The conclusion of this thesis is that the writer concludes that Mulan's character in her behavior is able to fight discrimination and obstacles imposed on women by showing behavior as a leader, responsible, independent and brave enough to take risks. The writer hopes that similar research can use other approaches such as a feminist perspective and for filmmakers the writer hopes to raise the issue of gender equality so that it can help in building public awareness of the importance of gender equality

Abstract

This study examines the management of sports facilities and infrastructure in preparation for PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024. The purpose of the study was to determine the planning, organizing, actuating, controlling in the implementation of PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 Sports activities. Qualitative research method, research respondents are people related to the implementation of PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024 activities. Data collection techniques by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis using data triangulation. Based on the results of the study, it can be explained that planning has been prepared since the determination of the host for the implementation of PON XXI Aceh-Sumut 2024. Procurement of facilities and infrastructure has been planned according to the sports branches determined in Aceh Province. Organization is based on matters concerning common interests and provisions for placement of places based on previous matters. The facilities and infrastructure provided are in accordance with the needs determined for each sport being fostered. Actuation is carried out comprehensively based on the results of control in the field. Supervision (controlling) of the supervision process is also carried out well so that it will run smoothly as expected

Abstract

ABSTRACT Efforts to improve the quality of health services are carried out by measuring quality indicators. One of the quality indicators measured is compliance with the clinical pathway. Given the large role of clinical pathway, the implementation of clinical pathway is important in hospitals. However, from the RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman Quality Committee report from 2017-2023 compliance with the clinical pathway at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman has not yet reached the national quality standard. This is considered to be related to individual factors, organizational factors, psychological factors, and knowledge of care professionals. This study aims to analyze the relationship between individual factors, organizational factors, and psychological factors with compliance of clinical pathways in professional caregivers at the Outpatient Unit of RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. This study is a quantitative study using an analytic observational method with a cross-sectional approach. The sample in this study were Professional Care Givers in the Outpatient Unit of RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. The sample size was taken with a proportionate stratified random sampling technique of 83 respondents, consisting of 32 dental asisstant, 29 dentists, and 22 specialist dentists. The results of the statistical test show that there is no relationship between individual factors (age, gender, education, tenure, marital status) with compliance of clinical pathway. There is a relationship between organizational factors, namely leadership (p=0.019) with compliance of clinical pathways, but other organizational factors, namely human resources and rewards have no relationship with compliance of clinical pathways. There is a relationship between psychological factors, namely attitude towards clinical pathway (p=0.003), work motivation (p=0.008), and perceived benefits of clinical pathway (p=0.008) with compliance of clinical pathway. From multivariate results, it was found that attitude towards clinical pathway (p=0.013) had a significant relationship with compliance of clinical pathway. So, there is relationship between leadership, attitude, motivation, and perceived with compliance of clinical pathways. And attitudes towards clinical pathways have a significant relationship with compliance of clinical pathways. Keywords: Individual Factors, Organizational Factors, Psychological Factors, Compliance of Clinical Pathway  ABSTRAK Upaya peningkatan mutu pelayanan kesehatan dilakukan dengan pengukuran indikator mutu. Salah satu indikator mutu yang diukur adalah kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Mengingat besarnya peranan clinical pathway, maka pelaksanaan clinical pathway menjadi penting di rumah sakit. Namun, dari laporan Komite Mutu RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman dari tahun 2017-2023 kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway di RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman belum mencapai standar nasional mutu. Hal ini dinilai berhubungan dengan faktor individu, faktor organisasi, dan faktor psikologi para profesional pemberi asuhan.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan faktor individu, faktor organisasi, faktor psikologi, dan pengetahuan dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway pada profesional pemberi asuhan di Unit Rawat Jalan RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman Kalimantan Selatan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan metode observasional analitik dengan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah Profesional Pemberi Asuhan di Unit Rawat Jalan RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. Besar sampel diambil dengan teknik proportionate stratified random sampling sebanyak 83 responden, yang terdiri dari 32 terapis gigi dan mulut, 29 dokter gigi, dan 22 dokter gigi spesialis. Dari uji statistik pada penelitian ini didapati tidak ada hubungan antara faktor individu (usia, jenis kelamin, pendidikan, masa kerja, status pernikahan) dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Ada hubungan antara faktor organisasi, yaitu kepemimpinan (p=0,019) dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway, namun faktor organisasi lain, yaitu sumber daya manusia dan imbalan atau reward tidak ada hubungan dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Ada hubungan antara faktor psikologi, yaitu  sikap terhadap clinical pathway (p=0,003), motivasi kerja (p=0,008), dan persepsi manfaat clinical pathway (p=0,008) dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Dari hasil multivariat, didapati sikap terhadap clinical pathway (p=0,013) merupakan variabel yang paling berhubungan bermakna dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Jadi, disimpulkan ada hubungan kepemimpinan, sikap, motivasi, dan persepsi dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Dan sikap terhadap clinical pathway memiliki hubungan paling bermakna dengan kepatuhan terhadap clinical pathway. Kata Kunci: Faktor Individu, Faktor Organisasi, Faktor Psikologi, Kepatuhan Terhadap Clinical Pathway

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan Mahasiswa pada mata kuliah Pendidikan Pancasila dengan menerapkan metode Project Based Learning (PjBL) menerapan Sila Pancasila didalam kehidupan sehari-hari". Penelitian ini menggunakan metode yang descriptive kualitatif yang menggunakan teknik triangulasi untuk memperoleh dan mengolah data. Subyek penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa semester satu Universitas Sains Cut Nyak Dhien. Yang berjumlah 25 mahasiswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan menggunakan Project Based Model pembelajaran pembelajaran dapat memunculkan keterampilan dan kreativitas siswa membuat proyek dan 98% kemampuan mahasiswa meningkat terkait pemahaman tentang pentingnya belajar Pendidikan Pancasila.

Abstract

Kualitas pembelajaran PAI di SMP Negeri 1 Baktiya, masih menghadapi kendala, seperti penggunaan metode konvensional yang kurang interaktif dan minimnya inovasi dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran. Hal ini berdampak pada rendahnya kompetensi kognitif peserta didik dalam memahami materi PAI. Tujuan penelitian adalah Untuk menjelaskan inovasi dan Strategi pembelajaran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kognitif siswa SMP Negeri 1 Baktiya. Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian kualitatif studi kasus. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa guru PAI SMP Negeri 1 Baktiya tidak berinovasi dalam pembelajaran dan masih menggunakan mengajar secara konvensional tanpa menerapkan strategi yang bervariasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu Inovasi pembelajaran guru PAI dalam meningkatkan kompetensi kognitif siswa SMP Negeri 1 Baktiya masih sangat terbatas. Guru belum menerapkan metode, media, dan strategi pembelajaran yang inovatif, kreatif, kolaboratif, fleksibel, dan kontekstual. Untuk meningkatkan kompetensi kognitif siswa, diperlukan upaya serius dalam meningkatkan kapasitas guru, memperbaiki sistem pembelajaran, serta mengembangkan sistem penilaian yang lebih komprehensif dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan siswa.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems in supporting managerial decision-making within logistics companies in Cikarang, Indonesia. As logistics operations become increasingly complex, the demand for integrated systems that provide real-time information and enhance decision quality has grown significantly. A quantitative research method was applied, involving 30 respondents selected from logistics companies actively using ERP. Data were collected using a 5-point Likert scale questionnaire and analyzed with SPSS version 25. The results of descriptive analysis show that respondents perceived ERP positively, with high mean values for both ERP usage (4.12) and managerial decision-making (4.25). Validity and reliability tests confirmed that all research indicators were valid and reliable. Regression analysis revealed that ERP usage has a positive and significant effect on managerial decision-making (β = 0.642, t = 5.734, p < 0.05), explaining 41.2% of the variance in decision-making effectiveness. These findings demonstrate that ERP contributes substantially to enhancing decision quality, timeliness, and strategic planning in logistics firms. The study concludes that while ERP is a vital enabler of decision-making, its success also depends on complementary factors such as managerial competence, organizational culture, and training.

Abstract

Introduction: Based on data from the Indonesian Health Survey, the stunting rate in South Kalimantan Province in 2023 reached 24.7%. The target for reducing the national stunting rate in 2024 is 14%. Nutrition practitioner play a diverse and crucial role in handling stunting, from assessment and education to policy intervention and advocacy. This study aims to determine the effect of competence, appreciation and geographical proximity on the performance of nutrition practitioner with management span as a moderating variable in preventing stunting cases. Methods: This type of research is observational analytic with a cross-sectional design. The location of this research is at the Health Center in the working area of the South Kalimantan Provincial Health Office and the duration of the research is 2 months. The sample of this research is 280 respondents who were taken using the cluster sampling technique. The data collection method uses a questionnaire. Ethical approval was obtained from the Health Research Ethics Commission of the Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences, Lambung Mangkurat University with number No.067/KEPK-FKIK ULM/EC/V/2024 and participants signed the Informed Consent. Results: The findings show that geographical proximity (t = 0.658, p = 0.510) has no significant effect on TPG performance, indicating that the distance between program targets and TPG members does not influence outcomes. In contrast, competence (t = 5.404, p = 0.000), rewards (t = 3.766, p = 0.000), and management range (t = 2.577, p = 0.010) have a significant positive impact on performance, where higher competence and more frequent rewards lead to improved results. The results further demonstrate that management range strengthens the effect of both rewards (t = 3.872, p = 0.000) and competence (t = 3.549, p = 0.000) on performance, indicating that effective coordination enhances their impact. However, the interaction between management range and geographical proximity (t = 0.742, p = 0.458) is not significant, suggesting that distance does not moderate the influence of management range on performance. Conclusion: Competence and reward is the factor influencing performance, while geographical proximity do not show significant influence. Competence, rewards, geographical proximity, and management span simultaneously influence performance with a contribution of 71% (R² = 0.710). This finding suggests the need for organizations to focus on improving TPG competencies through continuous training, skill development, and knowledge enhancement. In addition, it is important to explore other factors outside the research model that may have a significant impact on performance, including intrinsic motivation and better work system support.

Abstract

This article discussed the historiography of oil history presented in this review article. This article aimed to demonstrate that oil historians are continually conversing with one another through their publications, even if it is not always visible. This historiographical perspective was supposed to provide a valuable framework for understanding this debate. This article used descriptive analysis in analyzing data to examine major disputes in oil history and how interpretations of those debates have influenced the trajectory of oil history and diplomatic and economic events. The Prize, a famous work by Daniel Yergin, focused on the article's debate. The goal was to examine historical events or topics in oil history from many angles, drawing on several sources that have affected historians' contributions to the field. According to the article, Oil has always been linked to a quest for money and power. The global economy, the result of conflicts, and the political landscape of states were altered by this battle. This study showed that a never-ending attempt to secure Oil, as long as it is vital to human civilization, would eventually lead to wars and conflicts.

Abstract

Kemajuan terbaru dalam teknologi telah mempengaruhi hampir setiap aspek pemasaran. Salah satu dampak kemajuan teknologi dalam aspek pemasaran adalah penggunaan digital marketing. Keuntungan menggunakan digital marketing yaitu dapat meningkatkan pemasaran suatu produk. Saat ini, proses pemasaran hasil pertanian yang dilakukan oleh masyarakat petani yang ada di Gampong Baroh, Kecamatan Pidie, Kabupaten Pidie, masih dilakukan melalui personal selling. Proses pemasaran seperti dirasa kurang efektif dan efisien. Strategi pemasaran yang banyak diterapkan oleh pelaku usaha dalam melakukan promosi saat ini adalah melalui digital marketing melalui media landing page. Berdasarkan hal tersebut maka tim pengabdi mengadakan kegiatan pelatihan pembuatan landing page untuk membantu memperluas proses pemasaran hasil pertanian yang dihasilkan oleh petani di Gampong Baroh. Manfaat yang diperoleh dari pelaksanaan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini, agar petani yang ada di Gampong Baroh dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan tentang penggunaan digital marketing khususnya pemanfaatan landing page dalam proses pemasaran hasil pertanian, sehingga pemasaran hasil pertanian menjadi luas dan meningkat.
