Abstract

School is a place for learners to develop potential, attitudes, and emotions. Teachers as educators play the role of role models with their personality competencies. This study aims to determine the personality competence of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers at SMPN Pidie Regency, describe the implementation of character education, and explain the relevance of teachers' personalities to the development of character education in the school. The method used is a field study with a qualitative descriptive approach, through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of the study show that the personality competencies of PAI teachers at SMPN Pidie Regency include stability, maturity, and wisdom, with a responsible attitude, pride in being a teacher, and commitment to self-development. PAI teachers have a work ethic based on ukhrawi intentions, and show a polite, fair, and patient attitude. They have noble morals, which can be seen from honesty and patience in supporting students, and making assignments as worship. The implementation of character education is carried out by internalizing character values into compulsory subjects, such as PAI and PKn, and using analogies that are relevant to students' lives. In local content subjects, character values such as religiosity, confidence, and discipline are also instilled. The personality of PAI teachers is very relevant in the development of character education, where teachers with integrity and empathy become effective role models for students. The personality development of PAI teachers is an important step towards achieving holistic and sustainable character education in schools.

Abstract

The Quran does not specifically discuss Islamic communication practices. Islamic communication, typified by Qaulan, primarily revolves on interpersonal relationships. It involves linguistic interactions that are influenced by context and circumstances. The study employs qualitative methodologies. Research refers to the process of doing library research by analyzing material, such as written texts, notes, or reports, in order to provide novel research discoveries. Analytical terms are used to scrutinize information conveyed via symbols recorded in diverse media, including books, articles, and other mediums. The word "ill-defined" is used when the author is addressing a theory or notion that lacks a clear and precise definition, making it difficult to evaluate and develop into a comprehensible concept. The Qur'an comprises the verses known as Qaulan Karima, Qaulan Layyina, Qaulan Ma'rufa, Qaulan Sadida, Qaulan Baligha, and Qaulan Shakhila.

The purpose of this study is to identify effective strategies in managing anxiety and building happiness, identify factors that trigger anxiety, and provide practical guidance that can be applied by individuals and professionals in improving mental health. This study uses a library research method by reviewing various credible written sources such as books, scientific journals, and academic articles related to emotional regulation, anxiety, and happiness. The results of the study state that effective emotional management strategies include mindfulness practices to be present and accept current emotions without judgment, positive affirmations, optimistic mindsets, self-acceptance, social support, and developing a healthy lifestyle through exercise, adequate sleep, and regular eating patterns. The discussion shows that good emotional response management allows individuals to respond to anxiety reflectively and constructively so as to improve psychological well-being, productivity, and the quality of social relationships. Abstract

Educating children in the 21st century is different from it was in the 20st century. Parents in this era face challenges because it is impossible for their children to be away from the Internet and social media. Children become asocial because of their addiction to gadgets and the Internet. However, from the Internet, they may learn different new things that allow them to get information faster than their parents do. Parents must certainly adapt to this change in educating their children so that they are not distracted by the negative effects of incorrect education caused by technological advancements. The purpose of this study is to promote some of the important knowledge that parents must have to educate their children in this century, aside from religious knowledge, as the primary foundation of upbringing in Muslim families. This research undertakes a thorough examination of scholarly work on Islamic education for children and contemporary studies on children's learning in the 21st century. After scrutinizing a range of literature, the researchers identified several pertinent references for this investigation. The results of this study elucidate that in order to effectively nurture their children in the contemporary era, parents are required to possess a profound understanding of Islamic principles alongside a continuous commitment to enhance their comprehension in diverse fields such as parenting techniques, information technology, psychology, and communication strategies.

Abstract

The focus of the research is how is the implementation of quantum teaching theory in learning Islamic Religious Education? This research uses a qualitative approach and a type of library research. The data obtained from the research were analysed by descriptive method. The results showed that the application of quantum teaching theory in learning Islamic religion consists of several stages, namely educators must give examples to their students, make the learning environment comfortable and fun, and make students happy. In Islamic religious education, the advantages of applying quantum teaching theory can be seen from several things, namely integrity (honesty), failure is the beginning of success, speaking with good intentions, living in the present, commitment, responsibility, flexible attitude, and balance. The role of Islamic education teachers in carrying out activities through the application of quantum teaching theory is (1) encouraging students by providing rich learning recitations that are well designed to enhance the development of students' spiritual, intellectual, emotional, and social potential, (2) often giving positive motivation to students by interacting with them, (3) telling the benefits of learning a material, and (4) participating as a person who is happy to help, can lead and assert, and inspire by fostering curiosity and enthusiasm.

Abstract

Many gifted children do not receive the educational services that are appropriate for them. By neglecting to provide them with the proper education that they should receive, will make gifted children unable to grow and develop aspects of their talent. Alferd binet proposed the concept of "Triadic model of giftedness" as an improvement model for the "Three-ring Conception of giftedness" proposed by Renzulli by adding the elements of family, school and peers (environment or neighborhood), to complement Ranzully's concept consisting of creativity, task commitment, and above-average ability. This study uses analytical descriptive qualitative research. The monk concept considers proper education for gifted children to develop their talents, such as special classes, accelerated classes or enrichment classes.

Abstract

The role of psychology in Islamic education is based on the assumption that there are differences in psychology and the socio-cultural background of students. Psychology is here to bridge the different needs of each student so that educational goals are achieved, namely the transfer of knowledge, ethics, and values to them. The application of psychology in Islamic education is inseparable from the three aspects that make up the human self: the physical, the nafsiah, and the spiritual. These three become essential in applying the psychological approach to Islamic education. On these three fundamental aspects, psychology has three critical roles, namely: (1) The role of psychology in Islamic education as a bio-sociopsychic-spiritual; (2) The role of psychology in Islamic education as a form of one's Islamic character; (3) The role of psychology in Islamic education as a form of spirituality.
