Abstract

Abstrak: Artikel ini membahas peran perkembangan agama dalam pembentukan akhlak remaja serta kaitannya dengan fenomena kenakalan remaja di era digital, yang dilatarbelakangi oleh meningkatnya perilaku menyimpang akibat ketidakseimbangan antara pertumbuhan fisik dan perkembangan psikospiritual. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kajian pustaka dengan pendekatan deskriptif-analitis terhadap berbagai literatur dalam bidang psikologi perkembangan, psikologi agama, dan pendidikan Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa masa remaja merupakan fase krisis identitas yang ditandai oleh pencarian makna hidup dan internalisasi nilai keagamaan, di mana lemahnya perkembangan jiwa keagamaan berkontribusi pada rendahnya kontrol diri dan meningkatnya kenakalan remaja, baik konvensional maupun digital. Sebaliknya, internalisasi nilai agama yang sehat berfungsi sebagai faktor protektif dalam pembentukan akhlak dan perilaku moral. Pendidikan agama yang kontekstual serta peran keluarga yang suportif dan komunikatif terbukti memiliki kontribusi signifikan dalam mencegah kenakalan remaja, sehingga penguatan perkembangan psikospiritual melalui sinergi pendidikan agama dan keluarga menjadi strategi penting dalam membentuk remaja yang berkarakter dan bertanggung jawab.

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to compare the concept of fitrah in Islam and the tabularasa theory in psychology. This article is included in the literature review, using comparative study methods. The results of the research show that the concept of Islamic education and the tabularasa theory have similarities even though these two theories are different. This difference cannot be separated from the paradigm behind the two theories. The concept of fitrah views that humans are born in a clean and holy state, but is accompanied by the potential inherent in babies, such as the potential for monotheism as mentioned in the Al-Qur'an. Meanwhile, the tabularasa theory is a theory that developed in the West which views that humans are born as empty as white paper. This theory rejects the existence of innate ideas in babies, on the grounds that they cannot be proven sensory. So it can be concluded that in the concept of nature the potential that exists in babies will develop according to the environment that influences them, while in the tabularasa theory only sensory experiences obtained from the environment will fill and decorate the blank paper.

Abstract

The development of linguistic abilities in elementary school students is very important, this is because students' linguistic abilities have an influence on students' readiness to take part in learning at a higher level. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method with literature study (library research). Literature study (library study) is research by collecting data through reading, literature, books, or several other references related to the problem being studied. This research using literature studies utilizes readings related to the research. The research subjects in this study were elementary school students. Based on the research results found, it shows that the theory of multiple intelligences initiated by experts, one of whom is Gardner, reveals the number (plural) of intelligence possessed by each individual. Apart from that, strategies to improve one of the multiple intelligences, namely linguistic intelligence, in elementary school children generally have several methods, here are 5 methods: singing method, field trip method, talking science method, interactive animation-based method, and storytelling method. These five methods are said to be able to train students in improving children's abilities in linguistic intelligence, also through activities that support students' linguistic abilities to be directed in channeling them.

Abstract

This study investigates the correlation between emotional intelligence (EQ) and the ability to memorize the Qur’an among students of MTsS Dayah Insan Qur’ani Aceh Besar. The study addresses the lack of empirical research examining non-cognitive factors that influence Qur’anic memorization success in Islamic education. Using a correlational quantitative approach, data was collected through observation, questionnaires, and documentation from 35 tahfidz students, representing 20% of the total population of 176 students. Based on the results of random sampling, the selected sample came from grades VIII and IX who were active in tahfidz and muroja'ah activities. Descriptive results show that students’ emotional intelligence and Qur’an memorization ability are generally in the moderate category. Reliability testing indicated high internal consistency (EQ scale α = 0.886; memorization scale α = 0.871). Pearson’s correlation analysis produced a strong positive relationship (r = 0.694, p < 0.01), indicating that students with higher EQ tend to achieve more extensive memorization. Practically speaking, the results of this study recommend that teachers in tahfidz learning integrate and strengthen the development of students' emotional aspects along with cognitive training so that the target of memorizing the Qur'an can be achieved optimally. This finding reinforces the understanding that emotional intelligence plays a significant role in the success of tahfidz-based Islamic education.

Abstract

This study examines uswah hasanah as a pedagogical model in Islamic family education and addresses a recurring gap in prior discussions that often emphasize exemplary conduct as a moral ideal without offering an operational framework that parents can apply in everyday family life. Using a descriptive qualitative approach through a literature review, this article synthesizes peer reviewed studies and scholarly sources published between 2016 and 2025 that discuss uswah hasanah, exemplary education, and Islamic family education. The analysis was conducted through close reading and thematic coding to identify recurring concepts, implementation mechanisms, and educational outcomes associated with exemplary education in the family context. The findings indicate that the family as madrasah al ula is a decisive setting for character formation because children internalize values primarily through repeated observation of parental conduct. The synthesis further shows that the implementation of uswah hasanah can be organized into five interrelated dimensions, namely tarbiyah bi al qudwah, tarbiyah bi al adat, tarbiyah bi al mau idzah, tarbiyah bi al mulaahadzah, and tarbiyah bi al uquubah, which together form a coherent sequence from modeling and habituation to guidance, supervision, and responsible discipline. This article contributes a structured conceptual framework that links Islamic educational thought with practical parental strategies for character formation in the home and provides a foundation for future empirical studies across diverse family settings.

Abstract

This study aims to conceptually analyze the transformation of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning models based on digital literacy. A qualitative approach with a library research design was employed to understand, interpret, and synthesize ideas, concepts, and learning models of PAI from theoretical studies and previous research (2018–2024). The data sources included scholarly literature, such as academic books, national and international journal articles, and research reports, which were selected using a qualitative systematic literature review (SLR) approach. Data analysis was conducted through content analysis and qualitative descriptive methods, following the model of Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña, including data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The findings indicate that the transformation of PAI learning in the digital era involves: (1) an epistemological shift from a normative-transmissive approach to a constructive-reflective approach, with teachers acting as epistemic facilitators; (2) the integration of digital pedagogy based on critical literacy through the use of TPACK and the SAMR model, enabling students to actively construct meaning and produce digital religious content; and (3) the internalization of spiritual and digital ethical values, emphasizing digital manners, tafakkur (reflection), ijtihād (critical reasoning), and tablīgh (religious dissemination) within the digital learning ecosystem. This transformation supports the development of holistic learners who are intelligent, critical, creative, and virtuous. The study contributes to Islamic education scholarship by highlighting digital literacy as an instrument for cultivating moral character and reinforcing maqāṣid al-tarbiyah values, rather than merely technological skills. Practically, it requires PAI teachers to develop new roles as moral and pedagogical facilitators in digital learning environments.

Abstract

Ketahanan pangan berbasis komunitas atau kearifan lokal menjadi isu strategis dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan, terutama di wilayah perkotaan yang menghadapi keterbatasan lahan dan ketergantungan tinggi pada pasokan eksternal. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberdayakan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) di Desa Pango Deah, Kecamatan Ulee Kareng, Banda Aceh, dalam meningkatkan ketahanan pangan keluarga berbasis kearifan lokal. Metode pengabdian menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif melalui tahapan sosialisasi, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan difokuskan pada optimalisasi pekarangan, pemanfaatan tanaman lokal, penguatan kapasitas kelembagaan KWT, serta pengolahan hasil pertanian rumah tangga. Hasil pengabdian menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan anggota KWT dalam budidaya pangan lokal, meningkatnya ketersediaan pangan rumah tangga, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran kolektif terhadap pentingnya kemandirian pangan. Selain itu, program ini memperkuat peran perempuan sebagai agen perubahan dalam pembangunan pangan berkelanjutan berbasis nilai-nilai lokal Aceh. Kegiatan ini berkontribusi pada penguatan ketahanan pangan masyarakat sekaligus pelestarian kearifan lokal sebagai fondasi pembangunan sosial-ekonomi yang inklusif dan berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kesadaran religius siswa kelas VIII MTsN 2 Banda Aceh serta pengaruh tantangan globalisasi terhadap perilaku keagamaan mereka. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah mixed methods dengan desain explanatory sequential, yaitu tahap kuantitatif diikuti dengan wawancara kualitatif. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 240 siswa yang dipilih melalui teknik proportional stratified random sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan angket skala Likert yang diadaptasi dari Indonesian-Psychological Measurement of Islamic Religiousness (I-PMIR), serta wawancara semi-terstruktur dengan guru fikih dan siswa terpilih. Hipotesis penelitian menyatakan bahwa terdapat hubungan negatif antara tantangan globalisasi dan tingkat kesadaran religius siswa. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kesadaran religius berada pada kategori tinggi (rata-rata 80,4%), sedangkan uji korelasi Pearson menghasilkan nilai r = -0.421 (p < 0.05) yang menandakan korelasi negatif signifikan. Secara kualitatif, pengaruh media sosial dan budaya populer menjadi faktor penurunan spiritualitas, namun lingkungan madrasah dan kultur religius Aceh terbukti mampu menjadi benteng moral dalam menghadapi arus globalisasi.

Abstract

The growing prevalence of mental health issues in the digital era reflects a deepening spiritual void among modern individuals, especially younger generations. This study aims to analyze the relationship between Islamic worship and mental health from the perspective of modern Islamic psychology of religion. Using a qualitative descriptive approach through library research, data were collected from the Qur’an, Hadith, classical Islamic texts, and contemporary studies on psychology of religion and mental health. The findings indicate that acts of worship particularly prayer (shalat), remembrance (dhikr), and fasting (sawm) play a therapeutic role in maintaining psychological balance by regulating emotions, nurturing life meaning, and strengthening spiritual resilience. The holistic view of the unity of body, intellect, and soul found in classical Islamic thought remains consistent with modern theories such as Pargament’s religious coping and Frankl’s logotherapy. The study also highlights the importance of family, education, and spiritual communities as protective factors for digital generations vulnerable to stress and existential anxiety. Therefore, integrating Islamic worship values within the framework of modern psychology of religion offers both conceptual and practical solutions for enhancing mental health in contemporary society. Fenomena meningkatnya gangguan kesehatan mental di era digital menunjukkan adanya kekeringan spiritual yang dialami manusia modern, terutama di kalangan generasi muda. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara ibadah dan kesehatan mental dalam perspektif psikologi agama Islam modern. Menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan, data diperoleh dari Al-Qur’an, hadis, literatur klasik Islam, serta kajian kontemporer mengenai psikologi agama dan kesehatan mental. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ibadah terutama shalat, dzikir, dan puasa memiliki fungsi terapeutik yang nyata terhadap keseimbangan psikologis. Ibadah berperan dalam regulasi emosi, pembentukan makna hidup, dan penguatan resiliensi spiritual. Konsep kesatuan jasad, akal, dan jiwa yang diperkenalkan oleh pemikir Islam klasik tetap relevan dengan teori religious coping (Pargament) dan logoterapi (Frankl). Selain itu, penelitian ini menyoroti pentingnya pendidikan dan komunitas spiritual sebagai benteng mental bagi generasi digital yang rentan terhadap stres dan kehilangan arah hidup. Dengan demikian, integrasi nilai-nilai ibadah dalam kerangka psikologi agama Islam menjadi solusi konseptual dan praktis dalam membangun kesehatan mental manusia modern.

Abstract

Previous hypnoteaching studies in education predominantly focus on learning outcomes and motivation improvement, while limited attention has been given to the psycho-pedagogical mechanisms of conscious and subconscious mind engagement from students’ lived learning experiences. This gap leaves unanswered questions regarding how hypnoteaching operates internally during classroom interaction, particularly in religious education contexts. This study aims to explore how the conscious and subconscious mind are empowered through hypnoteaching and how students experience light trance conditions in the learning process. Employing a qualitative case study approach, the research was conducted in an Islamic junior secondary school (MTs) involving one teacher and twenty-four eighth-grade students in Pendidikan Agama Islam classes over eight weeks. Data were collected through classroom observations, in-depth interviews, and learning documentation, and analyzed using thematic coding. The findings reveal three major themes: (1) emotional comfort as a gateway to light trance, (2) reduced critical resistance and increased learning receptivity, and (3) internalization of positive belief systems through repetitive suggestion. These findings demonstrate that hypnoteaching functions not merely as a motivational technique but as a humanistic pedagogical mechanism that restructures students’ learning consciousness. This study contributes theoretically by extending hypnoteaching discourse beyond outcome-based evaluation toward experiential and psychopedagogical analysis, and practically by offering an evidence-based framework for reflective hypnoteaching implementation in Islamic education.
