AbstrakPenelitian ini menganalisis korelasi antara inflasi dan volatilitas harga sahamPT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk selama periode 2006 hingga 2023. Dengan metodedeskriptif kuantitatif, penelitian ini menggunakan data harga saham bulanandari Investing.com dan data inflasi dari Bank Indonesia. Hasil penelitian inimenunjukkan bahwa tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan di antara fluktuasiharga saham dan tingkat inflasi, sebagaimana ditentukan oleh uji korelasiSpearman dan kausalitas Granger. Hasil ini mengindikasi volatilitas hargasaham TLKM lebih dipengaruhi oleh sentimen pasar global dibandingkandengan tekanan inflasi domestik. Saham TLKM dinilai cocok sebagai bagiandari portofolio investasi yang terdiversifikasi karena ketahanannya terhadapinflasi.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara inflasi danvolatilitas harga saham PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) dari tahun 2004 hingga 2023, serta konsekuensi dari hubungan tersebutterhadap strategi investasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik deskriptifkuantitatif dengan data sekunder dan untuk menguji hubungan antara duavariabel digunakan uji Spearman dan uji Kausalitas Granger. Hasil ujiSpearman menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara inflasi danvolatilitas saham ASII dengan nilai probabilitas p=0.8406 (>0.05). Lebih lanjut,dengan nilai probabilitas masing-masing sebesar p=0,619 dan p=0,773, ujiKausalitas Granger juga menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan kausalitasantara kedua variabel tersebut di kedua arah. Hasil ini mengisyaratkan bahwainvestor sebaiknya tidak terlalu berfokus pada pergerakan inflasi ketikamenganalisis kinerja saham ASII. Faktor lain yang lebih relevan dan terfokus,seperti kinerja inti perusahaan, kinerja industri otomotif, dan kondisi pasarsecara umum, harus lebih dipertimbangkan. Analisis ini menunjukkanpentingnya diversifikasi perusahaan ASII dalam mengurangi dampak inflasi,meskipun tidak ada korelasi langsung antara inflasi dan volatilitas saham.Hasil penelitian ini dapat membantu investor untuk mempertimbangkanaspek-aspek spesifik perusahaan dalam merencanakan strategi investasimereka. This study aims to determine the relationship between inflation and stock pricevolatility of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) from 2004 to 2023, as well as theconsequences of the relationship on investment strategy. This research usesquantitative descriptive techniques with secondary data and to test therelationship between the two variables the Spearman test and GrangerCausality test are used. The Spearman test results show there is no significantrelationship between inflation and ASII stock volatility with a probability valueof p=0.8406 (>0.05). Furthermore, with probability values of p=0.619 andp=0.773 respectively, the Granger Causality test also shows no causalityrelationship between the two variables in both directions. This result suggeststhat investors should not focus too much on inflation movements whenanalyzing ASII stock performance. Other more relevant and focused factors,such as the company's core performance, automotive industry performance,and general market conditions, should be considered more. This analysisshows the importance of ASII's corporate diversification in mitigating theimpact of inflation, although there is no direct correlation between inflation andstock volatility. The results of this study may help investors to considercompany-specific aspects in planning their investment strategy.

Literasi keuangan terbukti menjadi prediktor signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan penjualan, pertumbuhan laba, dan kinerja bisnis UMKM secara keseluruhan. Namun variabel kontrol seperti gender, pendidikan, dan pengalaman tidak memberikan peran penting dalam hubungan antara literasi keuangan dan peningkatan kinerja bisnis UMKM. Penelitian ini melibatkan responden sebanyak 400 responden yang tersebar di Provinsi Jawa Timur yang terdiri dari berbagai sektor UMKM. Metode yang digunakan adalah Structural Equation Model – Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) dengan tujuan untuk menguji dan mengestimasi secara simultan hubungan antara variabel eksogen dan endogen multiple dengan banyak factor. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa literasi keuangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan (T = 5.371, p value 0,000) terhadap daya saing UMKM dan digitalisasi manajeme beperngaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap (T = 16.093, p value 0,000). Beberapa hal yang bisa dilakukan untuk meningkatkan daya saing UMKM di Provinsi Jawa Timur adalah menyasar aspek lanjutan, peningkatan kesadaran, fasilitasi akses teknologi, pendampingan teknologi, analisis data usaha, integrasi platform digital, penguatan jejaring usaha, dan penerapan model bisnis berkelanjutan

At the end of 2019 towards the beginning of 2020, the world was shaken by a virus known as Coronavirus Disease (covid-19). The Covid-19 pandemic began in the city of Wuhan, Hubei Province, China and then spread to 200 countries, impacting various sectors of the global economy. Fighting this virus requires strategies and policies to regulate the economy. This article describes the Indonesian Government's Policy for Preeconomic Stability During Covid-19. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in the form of literature studies or what is known as review literature. The results of this study show that although various policies carried out by the Indonesian government are appropriate, in their implementation, further steps are still needed to maintain the stability of the Indonesian economy.

Tasawuf menawarkan sebuah pendekatan baru terhadap problem-problem psikologis, yaitu untuk memberikan solusi yang menjadi tujuan utama daripada diskursus psikoterapi. Oleh karena itu tasawuf sangat penting terhadap solusi-solusi spiritual berkenaan dengan masalah kejiwaan. Hal ini kemudian menyebabkan munculnya studi tasawuf psikoterapi di Lembaga-lembaga Pendidikan, khususnya di Indonesia. Manusia dikenal sebagai homo religiosus, yakni manusia tidak akan bisa terpisah dari agama, Keadaan manusia yang selalu tak lepas dari agama, di mana pun itu, meniscayakan keterikatan agama dan kondisi psikologis manusia. Agama, sebagai subjek, menjadikan jiwa manusia sebagai salah satu objeknya. Di sinilah agama dan psikologi bersimpangan. Teori asal usul tasawuf bersumber dari ajaran Islam. Semua praktek dalam kehidupan para tokoh-tokoh sufi dalam membersihkan jiwa mereka untuk mendekatkan diri pada Allah mempunyai dasar-dasar yang kuat baik dalam al-Qur’an maupun as-Sunnah. Teori-teori mereka tentang tahapan-tahapan menuju Allah (maqomat) seperti taubat, syukur, shabar, tawakal, ridha, takwa, zuhud, wara’ dan ikhlas, atau pengamalan batin yang mereka alami (ahwal) seperti cinta, rindu, intim, raja dan khauf, kesemuanya itu bersumber dari ajaran Islam. Istilah psikoterapi (psychotherapy) mempunyai pengertian cukup banyak dan kabur, terutama karena istilah tersebut digunakan dalam berbagai bidang operasional ilmu empiris seperti psikiatri, psikologi, bimbingan dan penyuluhan (Guidance and Counseling), Kerja Sosial (Case Work), Pendidikan dan Ilmu Agama. persoalan yang ditangani oleh psikoterapis barat menyangkut masalah-masalah yang bersifat fisiologis- emosional-kognitif-behavioral-sosial. Meskipun jangkauannya bervariasi, seringkali konotasi menjadi sempit, yaitu hanya mengarah kepada suatu usaha dalam proses penyembuhan, menghilangkan persoalan dan gangguan. Sedangkan, Psikoterapi Islam adalah proses pengobatan dan penyembuhan suatu penyakit, baik mental, spiritual, moral maupun fisik dengan melalui bimbingan Al-Qur’an dan As-Sunnah. tasawuf psikoterapi adalah suatu pendekatan dengan corak tasawuf, kepada proses pengobatan isu-isu kejiwaan dengan cara-cara psikologis klinis non-medis (tanpa obat-obatan). Tasawuf psikoterapi merupakan reaksi Islam terhadap isu-isu kejiwaan, dan merupakan corak islami dalam ilmu kejiwaan.

This research aims to investigate export-based MSME development strategies with a focus on the role of digital marketing and digital leadership in Indonesia. The research method used is in-depth interviews with SMEs owners who have succeeded in developing their export markets using digital platforms. The research results show that using digital marketing, such as social media and search engine optimization, is very important to increase the visibility and competitiveness of SMEs in the global market. Digital leadership from SMEs owners also plays a key role in driving innovation and adaptation to global market changes. These findings have important implications for SMEs owners and other stakeholders in developing effective strategies to face challenges and exploit opportunities in export market expansion.

This study aims to analyze the Development of a Sustainable Business Model for Horticultural Agriculture at SMK Negeri 1 Trowulan. Indonesia has abundant natural resources and high biodiversity. One of the reasons Indonesia is considered an agrarian country is because the agricultural sector is one of the leading sectors in its economy. Vocational education has undergone significant transformation through various episodes of Merdeka Belajar (Freedom to Learn) initiatives launched by the Minister of National Education and Technology Research, Mr. Nadim Makarim. These programs are based on the goal of ‘Link and Match’ between the Business, Industry, and Work World (DUDIKA) and vocational education institutions, including Vocational High Schools (SMK) and Vocational Higher Education Institutions. One of the Merdeka Belajar episodes is the SMK PK (Center of Excellence) program in episode 8. Agribusiness in Food Crops and Horticulture (ATPH) is one of the skill packages at SMK Negeri 1 Trowulan. The ATPH skill package continuously and consistently conducts theoretical and practical learning that creates an engaging learning environment, is favored by students, eagerly awaited hour by hour, and leaves a deep impression on all students. The qualitative research method with a case study approach was chosen because it aligns with the research objective, which is to understand how the sustainable business model for horticultural agriculture is developing at SMKN 1 Trowulan. The school can begin developing more practical marketing systems, such as utilizing online platforms and scaling up commodity production. Students can begin to actively participate in large-scale production development, enabling them to delve deeper into business models for entrepreneurship. This prepares them to engage in agricultural entrepreneurship upon graduation, particularly in horticultural commodities. The strengths and weaknesses of the best strategy for developing student entrepreneurship business models at vocational schools must be considered. Implementing the Business-to-Consumer (B2C) model involves components such as students, schools, partners, communities, and families. Its implementation begins with students learning agricultural practices on a small scale using school land (during the first year of study) with guidance from teachers and partners

The purpose of this study was to determine the right strategy for marketing the educational tourism village in Kampung inggris Pare. Data analysis in this study used descriptive qualitative methods with case studies. Data sources were obtained from observation, interviews with 5 informants from Kampung Inggris Pare, and documentation in the form of photos and voice recordings. Checking the validity of the data using triangulation of sources and triangulation techniques. This research resulted in 3 conclusions, including: (1) Strengths for Kampung Inggris Pare: (1) The strengths of Kampung Inggris Pare consist of the low cost of living, comfortable learning atmosphere equipped with facilities from the institution, and health insurance for all elements of Kampung Inggris Pare. Then some weaknesses of Kampung Inggris Pare include the tight learning hours, less maintained environment at some points, and less efficient access to Kampung Inggris Pare. (2) The most potential opportunities for Kampung Inggris Pare include the number of fresh graduates, the recommendation of Kampung Inggris Pare alumni, and the potential arrival of students as a result of extensive promotion. As well as threats that can have an impact on Kampung Inggris Pare consist as the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the existence of restrictions by the government, and the lack of holiday time for prospective students of Kampung Inggris Pare. (3) The strategic position based on the SWOT Diagram is in quadrant 1, which means that Kampung Inggris Pare can use an aggressive strategy with the results of the SWOT Matrix in the SO (Strengths-Opportunity) position. These strategies include utilizing alumni in promotional media by displaying the advantages of Kampung Inggris Pare, adding vaccination activities and health facilities, as well as promotions in the form of discounts and free products for fresh graduates who come to Kampung Inggris Pare

This article presents a literature study that examines the use of ethnomethodology as an approach in qualitative research, specifically within the context of human resource management (HRM). Employing the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this study explores, identifies, investigates, evaluates, and interprets existing research to uncover how ethnomethodology addresses challenges in HRM. The findings reveal that ethnomethodology offers a valuable lens for understanding complex issues within HRM by analyzing the everyday interactions and practices of individuals in the workplace. This approach enables researchers to uncover underlying problems in HRM and provides insights that can inform strategies for problem-solving. By highlighting the actions and knowledge of actors within organizations, ethnomethodology contributes to a deeper understanding of HRM dynamics, facilitating evidence-based solutions to improve management practices
