Abstract

The research aims to determine the effectiveness of Facebook social media marketing in the wedding and pre-wedding event photography services business which is very interesting for consumers to pay attention to. This research method is descriptive qualitative research. The results of research using Facebook social media are very influential and effective because Facebook has features that support promotional activities, especially in the field of photography. With the existence of social media, it is easier for a business to be run to reach the wider community, Facebook social media is also very helpful in determining effective market segmentation in determining customers who need photographer services. There are obstacles for Arie Photo Studio in carrying out promotions on Facebook accounts that still have followers. It's still a bit difficult for photos uploaded by Arie Photo Studio to reach a wider community of Facebook users.

Abstract

This study explores the dynamics of financial behaviour among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) within the framework of contemporary Islamic financial management. It focuses on analyzing the relationship between financial literacy, attitudes toward Islamic finance, intention to manage finances in line with Sharia principles, and the influence of personality traits on financial decision-making. Using a quantitative survey involving MSME actors from various industry sectors, the research finds that while overall financial literacy remains relatively low, most respondents possess a basic understanding of Islamic financial principles. Higher levels of financial literacy—especially in areas like cash flow and investment—are positively linked to effective financial management. A positive attitude toward Islamic finance also enhances MSME actors' intention to apply Sharia-compliant practices in their business operations. Those who value Islamic financial principles tend to manage debt more responsibly and avoid non-compliant financial behaviour. The study further shows that intention plays a central role in shaping Sharia-aligned financial practices. MSME actors with strong Sharia-based financial intentions are more open to using Islamic financial instruments and participating in related educational programs. Personality traits, particularly openness and conscientiousness, are found to significantly influence the likelihood of adopting Islamic financial practices, whereas closed or less detail-oriented individuals face greater challenges. This research contributes to the broader literature on Islamic financial management by offering insights into the behavioural factors influencing MSME financial practices and providing practical implications for strengthening Islamic financial literacy and implementation in the MSME sector.

Abstract

This study focuses on unlocking the potential of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) and how employee satisfaction mediates human resource management (HRM) practices to enhance employee performance globally. Through a case study of the KABOKi Woven Bag Industry, this research explores the relationship between employee satisfaction, HRM practices, and employee performance. Involving a population of 112 employees in this industry, a sample of 87 employees was selected using the Slovin technique. Findings highlight the crucial role of employee satisfaction as a mediator between HRM practices and employee performance in facing challenges and opportunities in the global market. The results of this study contribute significantly to stakeholders in developing effective HRM strategies to strengthen MSMEs' employee performance on an international scale

Abstract

This research investigates the impact of leadership, organizational culture, and innovative work behavior on employee performance within Teak Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) centers in Pasuruan. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews. With a population of 153 employees in Teak MSMEs in Pasuruan, a sample size of 102 is selected using the Slovin technique. Data collection includes surveys and interviews to gather insights into leadership styles, organizational culture dynamics, innovative work behavior, and employee performance indicators. Statistical analyses, including regression models and thematic analysis, are utilized to interpret the data. The findings contribute to understanding the intricate relationship between leadership, organizational culture, innovative work behavior, and employee performance in the context of Teak MSMEs in Pasuruan, offering valuable insights for both academics and practitioners in the field

Abstract

The MSME creative industry has a significant role in local and national economic activities. Creative products from MSMEs provide added value and innovation, create jobs, and support economic growth. MSMEs often face challenges in marketing their products. In increasingly fierce competition, it is important to develop effective marketing strategies. Geographical boundaries are no longer limits today's creative industries. MSMEs in this sector must face competition not only in regional areas but also on a national scale. The research method used in this article is a descriptive qualitative method with a SWOT analysis approach. This research can analyze MSME marketing strategies in the creative industry and become a new contribution to literature and business practices. It is hoped that this research can also provide insight and practical recommendations to MSMEs in the creative industry, the government, and other related parties to increase the competitiveness and growth of the creative industry by using all marketing media and doing it consistently

Abstract

The psychology bureau is a place for the public to tell a problem to the experts or psychological tests for job recruitment, psychological tests for students, and other IQ tests. AscaElpida Service Bureau is an institution engaged in services. Based on this, the research aims to find out the effect of dual positions and work culture on work performance at the AscaElpida service bureau. The research method used is qualitative. Data will be collected using interviews, observation, and documentation with as many as 2 informants. The study results indicate that job performance at the AscaElpida Service Bureau is the target that has been achieved. The number of customers increased, and there are multiple positions, namely leaders who carry out more than one activity and are carried out with one person. The organizational culture applied to the Asca Elpida Service Bureau is not optimal enough. This makes employees less efficient or can hinder work. Concurrent positions and organizational culture should be controlled and given maximally so that employees can pay more attention to performance for better performance.

Abstract

The existence of e-commerce provides convenience in economic transactions, especially buying and selling transactions. However, behind the convenience there is also a risk that must be borne by consumers. However, this still makes e-commerce enthusiasts increase every year. The purpose of the study was to see the effect of price, advertising, online customer reviews and convenience on purchasing decisions at e-commerce. The research method applied is descriptive quantitative method, which is a method which explains the data in the form of numbers or numbers. In this study, primary data was used through a questionnaire with 301 respondents. The scale of the questionnaire is a Likert scale of 1-5. Multiple linear regression OLS method was applied as an analytical method which was processed using e-views 10 software and tested classical assumptions and hypothesis tests. The research findings found that price, online customer review and convenience showed a positive and significant relationship to purchasing decisions partially. Meanwhile, advertising shows a positive and insignificant relationship with purchasing decisions. Price, advertising, online customer review and convenience variables show a positive and significant relationship to purchasing decisions simultaneously

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of perceived convenience, perceived usefulness and perceived risk on interest in using shopeepay e-wallet. In this study, primary data was used in the form of questionnaires which were distributed to students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, State University of Malang. Quantitative research was applied with a Likert scale of 1-5 and the respondents were 120 respondents. As for the use of analysis in the study, namely the use of the SEM-PLS method and processed with SmartPLS 3.0 software to determine the relationship between variabels, then there is also a classical assumption test analysis and descriptive analysis in the study. This study intends to see how students' perceptions are related to the use of digital money or electronic money considering the current covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia. The results of this study are that the perception of convenience has no effect on the interest in using the shopeepay e-wallet, while the perception of usefulness and the perception of risk has an influence on the interest in using the shopeepay e-wallet

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia has caused crises in various sectors, including health, education, and the economy. SMEs play a crucial role in promoting economic growth and achieving national stability. At this time, there are many buying and selling activities that use digital media, because it makes it easier for both consumers and SMEs themselves. This study aims to analyze the role of social media marketing in improving performance in several SMEs in Malang City during the Covid -19 pandemic. This study used qualitative methods, while the data obtained were based on primary data. The data collection technique used is the triangulation technique, while the sample is taken using purposive sampling, with the criteria of informants, namely SMEs in Malang City who have implemented social media marketing. There are several benefits obtained by MSME actors in implementing social media marketing during the Covid -19 pandemic. First, social media can be used as an effective and efficient promotional medium. Second, social media marketing can also build brand awareness by consistently running promotions on social media. Third, research informants agreed that implementing social media marketing during the Covid -19 pandemic was effective in increasing SMEs' sales. Restrictions on people's activities in Indonesia during the pandemic have made consumers who buy products from social media tend to increase.

Abstract

The phenomenon of intensifying humanitarian crises and environmental degradation in the context of modern education demonstrates an urgent need to reconstruct the orientation of the Islamic Education curriculum to make it more adaptive and relevant. The theoretical landscape shows that Arkoun's sustainable humanism and critical epistemology approaches offer a potential conceptual framework to address these issues, but they have not yet been comprehensively integrated into curriculum design. This study aims to formulate an Islamic education curriculum model that combines humanistic values, ecological awareness, and critical thinking skills through a synthesis of sustainable humanism and critical epistemology. Using a descriptive qualitative method based on literature review, this study examines Arkoun's thinking and sustainable humanism theory to develop a systematic theoretical formulation. The results show that the integration of these two approaches can produce a more inclusive, reflective, and transformative curriculum paradigm, as well as strengthen the relevance of Islamic education in facing contemporary social, ecological, and epistemological challenges. In conclusion, this study offers an integrative model that can serve as the basis for curriculum reform in Islamic educational institutions, with recommendations for strengthening teacher competencies, revising the curriculum structure, and developing learning assessments that emphasise ethical, critical, and sustainability aspects.
