Abstract

Kondisi pandemic covid-19 turut memberikan tantangan baru pada proses pembelajaran yaitu terjadinya perubahan model pembalajaran konvensional menjadi jarak jauh, model pembelajaran jarak jauh menuntut guru sebagai pendidik harus cakap dalam menyajikan model dan terobosan baru dalam pelaksanaan pembelajaran yang memadukan penggunaan teknologi dan kreatifitas untuk menciptakan proses pembelajaran yang baik. Tujuan pada penelitian ini untuk memberikan edukasi tentang strategi pembalajaran dan Inovasi pembelajaran di era pandemi covid-19, serta pelatihan Aplikasi Quizziz serta   Kahoot   yang   bisa   dipraktikkan   dalam pembelajaran. Tahapan-tahapan dalam kegiatan ini adalah penyampaian materi, FGD (Forum Group Discussion), pelatihan dan pendampingan. Materi yang disampaikan meliptui aplikasi Quizizz dan Kahoot dan diakhir dilanjutkan dengan praktik pembuatan materi di aplikasi Quizizz dan praktik pembuatan soal di aplikasi Kahoot. Lokasi kegiatan di Desa Wajak Kecamatan Wajak Kabupaten Malang Provinsi Jawa Timur dengen jumlah peserta sebanyak 150 orang guru Madrasah Ibtidaiyah. Hasil dari pelatihan inovasi pembelajaran ini adalah guru peserta pelatihan berhasil menyelesaikan tugas pelatihan dan pendampingan berupa pembuatan materi pembelajaran di aplikasi quizizz dan pembuatan soal evaluasi di aplikasi kahoot.

Abstract

Salah satu fenomena contactless payment di Indonesia saat ini berkembang cukup pesat dengan hadirnya berbagai macam jenis pembayaran digital yang menjadi trend bagi masyarakat. Bank Indonesia menyediakan standar pembayaran QR Code untuk pembayaran melalui aplikasi uang elektronik berbasis server. Perkembangan teknologi yang cukup pesat diikuti dengan perkembangan teknologi pada bidang keuangan dengan istilah Financial Technology (Fintech). Beberapa Penyelenggara Jasa Sistem Pembayaran (PJSP) yang telah memperoleh perjetujuan QRIS kategori Non Bank salah satunya LinkAja yang mendukung program BI, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk  mengetahui peran, fungsi, dan manfaat dari sistem pembayaran digital pada kalangan mahasiswa di Kota Malang serta memperdalam pengetahuan dan perilaku mahasiswa  sebagai pengguna aplikasi.Metode penelitian  yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan fitur dan layanan LinkAja bermanfaat bagi mahasiswa untuk kegiatan sehari-hari. Dengan upaya LinkAja melalui bekerjasama dengan universitas, menyediakan layanan booth di beberapa lokasi, kerjasama dengan berbagai platform penyedia jasa layanan transportasi, lifestyle, kebutuhan sehari-hari seperti di pasar tradisional, merchant di dalam mall, pelaku UMKM di Kota Malang dengan tujuan memperluas sebaran penggunaan transaksi non tunai agar tercipta transaksi yang aman, mudah, praktis, dan terstruktur.

Abstract

Teaching competency development can be improved by increasing research and scholarly writing. The benefits of research can increase knowledge and insight, improve the quality of learning in the classroom and increase collaboration through a collaborative research system. However, teachers are still unable to write scientific articles due to the lack of knowledge about research methods and analysis tools that affect the lack of scientific writing. This community service program aims to provide knowledge and improve the ability of economics teachers in the field of research, especially quantitative analysis in the use of analytical tools related to the learning process and research preparation by Blitar Regency/City Economics MGMP teachers. The activities carried out were socialization, training on quantitative methods, and the use of statistical analysis tools. The results are an increase in the number of scientific articles written by teachers, an increase in knowledge about research methods and the use of SPSS, and an increase in the number of scientific articles published by teachers. In addition, the participation satisfaction survey shows that the community service team has carried out activities according to the needs of teachers and has had significant results in accordance with the goals of community service.

Abstract

This study aims to analysis the role of agricultural sector in food security and poverty alleviation in Indonesia and Turkey. Data analysis method was descriptive data analysis,while the data were secondary data. The results of this study show that Indonesian agricultural sector provides basic food needs for the population in the form of rice, corn, and cassava productions. When considered in terms of Turkey, agricultural sector shows that products such as wheat,sugar beet and barley provide the basic food needs for the population.In some cases where food needs cannot be fulfilled by domestic productions, importing food products from other countries becomes an option. Import is expected to be able to maintain the stability of domestic food price and availability. In addition, agricultural sector plays a role in providing employment and income for the population in Indonesia and Turkey. By doing this, agricultural sector can provide food and alleviating poverty in both countries.

Abstract

In Indonesia's economic development, SMEs are the backbone of the people's economic system to reduce poverty problems, and their development can broaden the economic base and improve the economy. In order for Pasuruan Furniture SMEs to survive in exporting furniture production, an appropriate strategic model is needed to continue their existence in free trade flows. In research using qualitative methods, data collection methods interviews, participant observation and documentary research. Data analysis techniques for this study then used data acquisition, data reduction, data display, and inference from data analysis. The results of the study show that Furniture SMEs in Pasuruan can survive by using a production strategy that is characterized and serving orders based on customer wishes combined through innovation, product improvement and then applying social capital through expanding business networks

Abstract

Studies on the use and effectiveness of social media in large companies abound in the literature. However, the use of social media for relationship marketing in small and medium enterprises is still under-researched. This study examines how social media influences SME's international relations with their customers. Technology Affordance theory is used as a theoretical framework. Furthermore, the case study is used as a research design. The research participants were owners/managers of UKM Raragu Craft Pasuruan. Thematic analysis techniques were used to analyze the data. This study identified three social media capabilities in the context of relationship marketing in UKM Raragu Craft Pasuruan: brand visibility, sharing, and relationships. This social media capability results in customer acquisition. The findings and their implications have been discussed in this article..

Abstract

Buying and selling is an economic activity that cannot be separated from daily life. Basically the law of buying and selling in Islam is permissible. Islam has regulated all provisions related to buying and selling activities, but in its implementation there are still irregularities found, one of which is bond trading which contains an element of taghrir (uncertainty) in its implementation. Such buying and selling is still taking place in Klemunan Village, Wlingi District, Blitar Regency. This study aims to determine the mechanism of implementing the system of buying and selling rice harvests in Klemunan Village in terms of an Islamic economic perspective and the reasons why farmers choose to use the system in buying and selling agricultural crops. This research is a case study qualitative research. Data was collected through interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the sale and purchase of crops carried out with the slashing cengkalan system which took place in Klemunan Village, Wlingi District, Blitar Regency, East Java, was included in the bonded sale and purchase system. The buying and selling system applied contains an element of market distortion in the Islamic economy, namely taghrir in quantity. The ongoing buying and selling activities with this system are driven by several things, including the area of arable land, practicality, compatibility with buyers, and habits and lack of religious knowledge. Abstract

This research was conducted to describe how an MSME company innovates in improving its internationalization performance by developing product standards and improving product quality. The object of research is the Aida Funiture company located in Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. The research approach uses descriptive and qualitative methods. Data collection techniques are carried out by conducting direct interviews with business owners. The research results show that the company has a strategy related to standard product development and quality improvement. This proves that by innovating the company can compete and have a competitive advantage. Innovation is an important thing that can differentiate a product from other products so that it can improve its internationalization performance

Abstract

This study aims to find out how to implement knowledge management as an effort to increase competitive advantage towards exports. This research was conducted at Aida Furniture, Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. The research method was carried out using descriptive and qualitative analysis, by conducting direct interviews with company owners and direct observation of the company. This study obtained results indicating that the successful implementation of knowledge management in the Aida Furniture company was determined by leadership and management support, organizational culture, information technology innovation, training and education. This understanding will help companies to identify important issues that must be faced when designing and implementing knowledge management. This lack of understanding causes companies to be slow to compete with others making it difficult to export due to low internationalization performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out how companies implement in adapting to technology and the use of international languages to increase MSMEs towards internationalization. This research was conducted at Aida Furniture, Pasuruan, East Java, Indonesia. The approach used in this study is descriptive and qualitative analysis by conducting direct interviews with company owners. In addition, direct observation of the research object was also carried out and secondary data collection, namely online document searches and literature reviews. This study obtained results indicating that the company has made adaptations in technology in its production process. The use of technology is carried out by the company in the process of painting and drying products. The obstacle faced by companies to be able to export is the use of international languages. If these obstacles can be overcome positively, then the company will generate a competitive advantage so that MSMEs can compete and lead to internationalization. Technological innovations carried out by the company will accelerate the company's competitive advantage for internationalization and export.
