Abstract

Budaya mempunyai kekuatan untuk mempengaruhi organisasi, ia akan mempengaruhi setiap hal dari siapa yang dipromosikan dan keputusan apa yang dibuat. Budaya kerja juga sangat kuat dan potensif, setiap orang mengetahui tujuan perusahaan dan bekerja untuk mencapainya. Melihat dampak itu, budaya juga mempunyai pengaruh yang besar terhadap kinerja dari karyawan.Tujuan dalam penelitian ini adalah: “Untukmengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi pengaruhnyaterhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran”.Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif, karena data yang diperoleh nantinya berupa angka. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah 60 karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik Nonprobability Sampling jenis Sampling jenuh, teknik penentuan sampel bila semua anggota populasi digunakan sebagai sampel. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh karyawan PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran dengan jumlah responden 60 orang.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: “Terdapat pengaruh antara Budaya Organisasiterhadap Kinerja Karyawan, terbukti nilai R2 (R Square) sebesar 0.810. Hal ini menunjukan bahwa sebesar 81.0% budaya organisasi berpengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawansedangkan sisanya sebesar 19% berpengaruh terhadap faktor lainnya yang tidak diteliti dalam penelitian ini.Hal ini menunjukkan semakin kuatnya budaya organisasi di PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja para karyawannya juga. Begitu juga sebaliknya, apabila budaya organisasi di PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran lemah, maka kinerja karyawannya pun akan menurun. Pada intinya, apabila budaya organisasi dapat disosialisasikan dengan komunikasi yang baik kepada karyawan, maka akan dapat menentukan kekuatan menyeluruh perusahaan, kinerja dan daya saing PT. Bank Negara Indoensia (Persero) Tbk Kantor Wilayah Jakarta Kemayoran dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

The concept or idea of the Ecocracy (Eco-Crasi) suggests that the environment has its own sovereignty called environmental sovereignty. The concept of the eco- nomic places the environment as the subject of law and has the right to obtain legal protection, including the right to compensation and environmental restoration from pollution and environmental destruction. The environment as the subject of law can not be equated with human beings, because the environment can not speak and act as human beings, therefore the environmental rights to demand environmental compensation due to pollution and / or environmental damage are represented to the state, One legal principle in the PPLH Law is the principle of state responsibility, the consequence of the principle of state responsibility, the government may take legal action to represent the environmental interests provided for in Article 90 paragraph (1) of the PPLH Law. The compensation of the environment and the restoration of the environment shall be carried out by means of civil law enforcement instruments such as by filing a civil lawsuit to the court by the agency responsible for the environment, the lawsuit filed on the basis of Legal Acts (PMH) as enshrined in Article 1365 of the Civil Code and the basis of the lawsuit Strict Liability (Strict Liability) as a model of legal liability that does not need to prove the existence of liability without fault as stipulated in Article 88 UUPPLH.

Abstract

This study aims to provide an overview and empirical evidence of the impact of Cross Training and Psychological Contracts on Psychological Welfare and Employee Performance. The population and sample in this study only consisted of contract workers. Bankaltimtara Samarinda branch which has a total of 72 people. The analytical method applied is PLS (Partial Least Squares) analysis, which is a powerful method for conducting analysis because it is not based on many conjectures. The advantages of PLS ​​are that the sample size does not have to be large, the data used does not need to all have a multivariate normal distribution, and PLS can not only be used in fire theory, but can also describe the influence of latent variables. The results of the study show that cross training can have a significant impact on employee performance at Bank Altimtara which is supported by indicators that have high loading factor values. Cross training can have a significant impact on psychological well being at Bankaltimtara which is supported by indicators that have high loading factor values. Psychological Contracts can have a significant effect on employee performance at Bankaltimtara which is supported by indicators that have high category loading factor values. Psychological Contracts can have a significant impact on psychological well-being at Bankaltimtara which is supported by indicators that have high category loading factor values. Psychological Well Being has a significant impact on employee performance at Bankaltimtara which is supported by indicators that have high category loading factor values. Cross Training has a significant impact on employee performance mediated by psychological well being at Bankaltimtara which is supported by indicators that have high loading factor values. Psychological contracts have a significant impact on employee performance which is mediated by psychological well-being at Bankaltimtara which is supported by indicators that have high category loading factor values.

Menggambar merupakan sesuatu aktivitas guna membentuk image, dengan memanfaatkan banyak metode/ tata cara serta perlengkapan (gambar). Sebuah gambar dapat pula berarti membuat tanda tertentu diatas permukaan dengan memanipulasi goresan dari alat gambar. Microsoft Word adalah sebuah program yang merupakan bagian dari paket instalasi Microsoft Office, berfungsi sebagai perangkat lunak pengolah kata meliputi membuat, mengedit, dan memformat dokumen. Tahapan kegiatan pengabdian yaitu 1. menjelaskan tools shapes pada Microsoft word 2. melaksanakan pelatihan menggunakan tools shapes dalam membuat gambar denah rumah 3. evaluasi kegiatan pelatihan.. Pelatihan yang dilakukan dengan cara pemaparan materi tentang teknik menggambar untuk menarik perhatian peserta, menjelaskan fitur dan tools yang ada di Microsoft word yang dapat digunakan untuk menggambar, menjelaskan dan mempraktikkan teknik menggambar dengan Microsoft word dengan studi kasus gambar denah rumah masing-masing peserta. ukup dengan Microsoft word siswa/I dapat menggambar denah bahkan dapat membuat gambar atau desain lainnya seperti brosur ataupun poster.

Abstract

Irwansyah. The city of Palembang is one of the cities in Indonesia that has environmental problems, namely the existence of densely populated settlements in riverbank areas. With these conditions, the Palembang City Government has made efforts to prevent river water pollution as a form of Healthy City development. This is realized by the construction of a Wastewater Treatment Plant in Karya Jaya Village, Kertapati District, Palembang City, part of which is located right on the riverside. The main concern in this study is the role of the Government of Karya Jaya Village, Kertapati District, Palembang City in empowering the community to utilize communal WWTP which includes human empowerment, business empowerment, environmental empowerment, institutional empowerment, obstacles and efforts made to overcome them.The results of the study show that the role of the Karya Jaya Village Government, Kertapati District, Palembang City in environmental management consisting of human empowerment, business empowerment, environmental empowerment and institutional empowerment has not been carried out optimally. This is because the empowerment effort is a cross-sectoral effort. The obstacles that arise in the implementation of the role of the Karya Jaya Village Government, Kertapati District, Palembang City in environmental planning consist of budget limitations, community mindset and binding rules, which have not been overcome by the efforts that have been made, namely maximizing community participation and awareness. Therefore, the Government of Karya Jaya Village, Kertapati District, Palembang City should take coordination steps with related parties to maximize its role in environmental planning in the area. Thus, the environmental arrangement efforts carried out become more optimal and comprehensive. The Karya Jaya Village Government, Kertapati District, Palembang City should take intensive coordination steps with LPMK, RW, RT administrators, religious leaders and local community leaders to overcome various obstacles that arise in environmental planning in this region.

Abstract

Community service in the form of workshop on digital literacy at Rahmatullah Al-Ma'arif Darek Junior High School in Central Lombok aimed to improve students' understanding of digital literacy through a systematic evaluation process. The pre-test showed a low initial level of understanding, which significantly improved after the workshop. Statistical analysis using a t-test showed the effectiveness of the workshop in improving students' digital literacy. This research underscores the importance of ICT education and the need to include digital literacy initiatives in basic education. The findings provided additional insights for educators and policy makers in promoting digital skills among students, especially in rural areas.

Abstract

The problems examined in this research are related to social interactions between NU and Muhammadiyah in Sungai Korang Village. The two organizations can work together amidst bigotry and differences of opinion. The aim of this research is to determine the factors and forms of social interaction between the NU organization and Muhammadiyah in Sungai Korang village. This research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative research type. The data collection techniques are observation, direct interviews with experts in the field, and documentation. The theory used in this research is Gillin and Gillin's social interaction theory. This theory explains the factors and forms of social interaction in society in the form of activities that create cooperation between people, harmony and harmony in two organizations. The results of this research show that social interaction is influenced by several factors, including: Establishing family relationships, recognition of differences in understanding, high level of meetings, goals to be achieved together, wisdom from the leaders of both organizations who are always good role models. This research also found forms of associative interaction in the form of cooperation in the security sector, mutual cooperation in providing energy, materials and congregations to attend recitations, prioritizing good communication models when organizations make mistakes (accommodation). in any justification where others are invited to participate, or the marriage of different organizations (assimilation). Meanwhile, the dissociative form is competition in the form of words containing envy, and comparing organizations and contraventions can take the form of incitement.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of internal control effectiveness, suitability of compensation, the morality of management, the observance of accounting rules, and information asymmetry to the tendency of accounting fraud (a survey of the company's distributor in the city of Bengkulu). The data used in this research is primary data, which is obtained by spreading the questionnaire. The number of samples used in this study is 50 samples. Data analysis techniques using the help of IBM SPSS 16.0. The results showed that the effectiveness of the internal control and the morality of management negatively affect the tendency of accounting fraud. While information asymmetry has a positive effect on the tendency of accounting fraud. To the suitability of the compensation and the observance of accounting rules does not negatively affect the tendency of accounting fraud.Key words: Influence, Compensation, Management, Rules, Asymmetry, Accounting

Abstract

apparatus internal government (apip) on quality of local government financial report in bengkulu province. This research uses quantitative approach, using primary data through questionnaire. Respondents in this study are the Financial Administration Official (PPK), the Technical Activity Executing Officials (PPTK), and the Spending Treasurer. Technical analysis of data using multiple linear regression analysis of SPSS program assistance. The results of this study indicate that the competence of the apparatus of financial statements do not positively affect the quality of local government financial and the role of apparatus internal government (APIP) has a positive effect on the quality of local government financial statements in Bengkulu Province.Key Words: Government, Competency, APIP

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis model inkuiri dengan media simulasi PhET terhadap hasil belajar IPA dan aktivitas siswa kelas V SD N 104215 Sudirejo tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan desain eksperimen semu dengan jenis pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah dua kelompok kelas masing-masing terdiri dari 30 siswa. Pada kelas eksperimen diterapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis model inkuiri dengan media simulasi PhET dan pada kelas kontrol diterapkan pembelajaran konvensional. Data hasil belajar (pretest dan posttest) serta lembar observasi aktivitas siswa telah dikumpulkan. Digunakan uji t untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, uji N-gain untuk mengetahui efektifitas perlakuan terhadap capaian pembelajaran, dan uji beda untuk melihat perbedaan aktivitas siswa tiap grup. Dari hasil uji t diperoleh temuan perbedaan perolehan hasil belajar dan aktivitas antara kedua grup. Ditemukan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai n-gain pada kategori efektif pada kelas eksperimen dan kategori kurang efektif pada kelas kontrol.
