Abstract

Negative ambition, thirst for power, which gives birth to fraud in constitutional politics, greed will tend to give birth to authoritarian government, which also facilitates uncontrolled corrupt behavior in all levels of the government system, the result is that corruption becomes a system that is difficult to judge effectively. right in front of the judiciary. The state's ideals which are the legal basis in the Proclamation are only historical, the State's goals as stated in Paragraph IV appear to be subject to multiple interpretations with negative ambitions and a monopoly in the control of natural resources by certain groups. The Constitutional Court has become a bone of contention. because it is considered the last bull of the constitution. The various systems and regulations as the basic foundation in the 1945 Constitution are the reason that it is no longer appropriate to the situation and must be repeatedly amended. The recruitment of State Rulers through the ELECTION system once every five years continues to be changed in a direction that is increasingly widening and even eliminating the true meaning of the goals of a State which is based on the Blessing of God. Almighty. Our constitutional history, which is quite long since the birth of the 1945 Constitution, will continue to be corrected for reasons of adjusting interests. In fact, the state is a tool to achieve the goals of the nation that agreed to form the state with the aim of protecting and ensuring the welfare of the people of that nation. The principles and foundations of the State have been established as the foundation in a state order, but our constitutional problems can only be resolved by changing the law and very minimally changing the concept of human thinking in that Pancasila has become the philosophy and goal of national life. The next question will be whether the Amendment to the 1945 Constitution will continue. carried out to adjust the circumstances of the desires or interests of the State authorities. Conflicts of interest in our state structure must return to the order of religious values ​​in religion which in Islamic psychology is known as Maqashidus syari'ah jurisprudence.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini menciptakan sebuah bentuk koreografi dengan garapan baru yang berjudul Manogu yang berlandaskan dari Folklor Tungkot Tunggal Panaluan yang ada pada suku Batak Toba. Pada penelitian menggunakan Teori Folklor, Teori Koreografi, dan Teori Interpretasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualtitatif dimana proses pendekatan yang lebih menekankan pada aspek pemahaman yang meliputi Koreografi Manogu ini menggunakan metode penciptaan dari Alma Hawkins yaitu eksplorasi, improvisasi, dan pembentukan. Hasil atau capaian dalam penelitian ini berupa koreografi Manogu yang dipertunjukan di pelataran parkir Fakultas Bahasa dan Seni Unimed. Koreografi Manogu bertemakan tentang cinta terlarang, oleh karena makna dari cinta itu bukan hanya tentang biologis melainkan sebuah bentuk kasih sayang dan oleh karena sebuah bentuk kasih sayang membuat datu akhirnya menolong sebuah peristiwa yang salah yaitu menyelamatkan saudara kembar yang melakukan hubungan cinta terlarang dan perbuatan datu itu adalah perbuatan yang bersalah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tradisi lisan Tortor Siburuk, sebuah tari kreasi baru yang diciptakan oleh empat seniman Batak Toba di Kabupaten Samosir. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan populasi sekaligus sampel yang terdiri dari seniman Batak Toba di Kabupaten Samosir, pemusik, penari, serta masyarakat Kecamatan Ronggurnihuta. Teknik pengumpulan data meliputi studi kepustakaan, studi lapangan, observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Tortor Siburuk terdiri dari beberapa ragam gerak utama, yaitu Habang, Mangangkat, Mangurpas Habong, Manipulhon Habong, dan Manghuhupi. Musik pengiring yang digunakan adalah Uning-Uningan Siburuk. Tata rias dalam Tortor Siburuk menerapkan konsep rias cantik dan tampan, sementara busana yang digunakan mencakup berbagai jenis ulos, seperti Ulos Sibolang, Ulos Bintang Maratur, Ulos Sadum, Ulos Ragi Hotang, dan Ulos Mangiring, dengan tambahan aksesori berupa Sortali. Properti utama yang digunakan dalam pertunjukan ini adalah sebuah seruling dan dedaunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan bentuk penyajian Tortor Siburuk sebagai hasil kreasi empat seniman Batak Toba di Kabupaten Samosir, serta untuk memahami elemen-elemen pendukungnya dalam konteks tradisi lisan masyarakat Batak Toba.

Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a disease caused by a lack or inability of the pancreas to produce insulin at all in the blood, causing various complications that lead to death. Diabetes mellitus sufferers are increasing every year and it is estimated that in 2030 in Indonesia it will reach 21.3 million. Research Objectives: To detect the risk of diabetes mellitus early on the teaching staff of the Mega Rezky Stikes Makassar Research Method is Descriptive Analytic with 42 respondents with propusive sampling technique, data were collected using respondent observation sheets and the results of the study were analyzed in a univariate form. Research results There were 23 respondents (55 %) who have normal blood sugar levels, 13 respondents (31%) are at risk of Type II Diabetes Mellitus and there are 6 respondents (14%) who are identified as sufferers of Diabetes Mellitus. Research Implications: Can be used as a reference for learning, research and scientific development related to conclusions. There are 13 respondents (31%) at risk of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus Suggestions It is expected that all of the Stikes Mega Rezky Makassar teaching staff to implement a healthy lifestyle as a way to reduce the risk of diabetes mellitus.

Abstract

Community Service activities aim to provide skills to partners in developing interactive multimedia-based learning materials. The method used is the approach method which includes observation, interview and counseling. The implementation of this activity was carried out in two meetings or about two days, where the meeting was in the form of presentation of material, and continued with assistance in making multimedia-based learning materials until completion. The results obtained by participants can create interactive learning media with the Sothink SWF Easy application. The response results from participants gave positive statements.

Abstract

Legal protection for work safety for workers when carrying out work still involves irregularities and accidents often occur during work.. This is caused by several factors that become obstacles, especially at the palm oil factory in Aek Litta Village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. The problem formulation in this research is (1) what are the work safety practices of employees at the palm oil mill in Aek Litta Village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency? (2) What do employees think about employee work safety at the palm oil factory in Aek Litta Village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency? (3) What is the legal protection for work safety in palm oil mills from Imam As-Syatibi's perspective? This research aims to determine (1) work safety practices among palm oil factory employees in Aek Litta Village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. (2) employee opinions regarding the work safety of palm oil factory employees in Aek Litta Village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency. (3) legal protection for work safety in palm oil mills from Imam As-Syatibi's perspective. In this research the author uses an empirical juridical research method, namely examining the applicable legal provisions and what is happening in society. Then go directly into the field to see how these regulations are implemented, so that they are more detailed so that they can be analyzed and interpreted through the data collected, using sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from direct interviews with the Palm Oil Factory, namely through Mr. Sanjaya Marpaung as Manager and Mr. Alatas Siregar, Mr. Ridwan, Mr. Selamat Haidir as employees at the Palm Oil Factory. Secondary data was obtained from various literature such as books, journals related to research. . The results of the research show that (1) Work safety practices at the Palm Oil Factory, Aek Litta Village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency, are that the company has provided work safety personal protective equipment, there is no work safety expert available at the company and there are no pictures or posters about the use of the equipment. at the location of the palm oil processing factory (2) The employee's opinion regarding the work safety system at the Palm Oil Factory in Aek Litta Village, Aek Nabara Barumun District, Padang Lawas Regency is that the company has not been able to create a workplace that is safe and away from the risk of work accidents. There are still employees who have not complied with the regulations. (3) The legal protection for work safety in Palm Oil Factories from Imam As-Syatibi's perspective is mandatory.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis etika, moral dan akhlak mahasiswa jurusan gizi terhadap dosen UIN Sumatera Utara. Fakultas Kesehatan Masyarakat merupakan suatu lembaga yang bertujuan mencetak sarjana kesehatan yang berakhlaqul karimah, sarjana yang berpengetahuan dan mempunyai keahlian untuk menyampaikan ilmu dengan berbagai cara kepada manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif deskriptif. Adapun sumber data berasal dari data primer dan sekunder, penetapan informan dilakukan dengan cara teknik purposive sampling yaitu 25% dari sumber informan dengan hasil 10 informan. Sedangkan sumber data sekunder adalah sumber bahan bacaan, berupa surat-surat pribadi, dokumen-dokumen resmi, buku-buku, hasil-hasil penelitian yang berwujud laporan, dan sebagainya. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik triangulasi sumber data dalam penelitian ini observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Etika, moral dan akhlak mahasiswa gizi di ruang kelas secara signifikan dikatakan baik berdasarkan temuan wawancara. Hal ini terbukti dari temuan penelitian, yang menunjukkan bahwa 7 siswa (70%) memiliki etika yang kuat, 2 individu (20%) memiliki etika yang cukup, dan 1 individu (10%) memiliki etika yang kurang. Berikut ini adalah beberapa indikasi yang masih belum terpenuhi: 1) sering menggunakan bahasa kotor dan kasar; 2) sering terlambat ke sekolah; dan 3) kurangnya rasa hormat terhadap instruktur saat mereka memberikan pengetahuan.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between fixed costs and variable costs on sales at Ucok Kopi, Pematang Siantar. The type of research used in this study is quantitative descriptive research. The sample and population in this study are variable cost reports, fixed costs, and sales. Data processing in this study used SPSS 26 to determine the results of this study. It is known that, the data analysis technique performed is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis and Hypothesis Test (F Test). Where, it is known that Variable X is Variable Cost (X1) and Fixed Cost (X2) and Variable (Y) is Sales. The results of data analysis show that there is a positive relationship in each data analysis technique performed.

Abstract

Regional development, as an integral part of national development, aims to optimize the utilization of human resources and other potential resources. One crucial factor in the success of regional development is the availability of adequate financial resources, which include general allocation funds, special allocation funds, central government balancing funds, and locally sourced revenues. This study analyzes the acceptance of Local Revenue (PAD) in Samarinda City by examining factors such as public expenditure, private investment, Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP), and per capita income. Using a multiple linear regression analysis method with time-series data from 2013 to 2023, the study finds that public expenditure has a positive but insignificant effect on PAD, while private investment, GRDP, and per capita income have a significant positive impact on PAD. The findings suggest that increasing local investment, economic growth, and per capita income can enhance the financial independence of Samarinda City. The study highlights the importance of policy formulation aimed at improving local revenue management and reducing dependency on central government transfers.
