Abstract

The implementation of Regional Autonomy will encourage an increase in the welfare of the regional people, especially the poor. With Regional Autonomy, it will be easier for the poor to access resources and develop their potential to be able to increase the progress of their respective regions, so that the gap between regions and the center can be narrowed. This is because rebellions and separatist actions in the regions, according to some experts, originate from regional assessments that do not fairly receive most of the country's wealth originating from the regions. So the roots of these political demands are demands for economic justice, an unfair distribution of the cake between the center and the regions. The method used in this study is a method of quantitative data analysis and data analysis method using a path diagram with 6 dimensions of measurement, namely, factors supporting regional finance (Regional Original Income, Central Government Transfer Income, Regional Transfers, Investment, Degree of Economic Exploitation), Financing Development, and Level of People's Welfare in Kutai Kartanegara Regency in 2013-2021. Regional Own Revenue, Central Government Transfer Funds, Transfers to Regions, and Investments have a significant effect on development financing in Kutai Kartanegara Regency. However, the degree of direct economic exploitation has no significant effect on development financing and the level of welfare in Kutai Kartanegara Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of personal selling, advertising, and service quality on consumer buying interest in OPPO mobile phones at Halup Cell Store Berau. The research method uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 90 respondents. The results showed that personal selling and service quality had a significant partial effect on buying interest, while advertising did not. Simultaneously, all three variables significantly influenced consumer buying interest.

Abstract

In Indonesia, public awareness of the Internet has grown very rapidly. Especially for students, teachers and other communities. Technology is present and has become part of human life, as if someone cannot work without smartphones, tablets and computers which are production tools for modern technology. Apart from that, the increasing popularity of the Internet among the public has led to the proliferation of internet cafe businesses in several cities in Indonesia. , one of which is Medan City. Cyber ​​Net is a place that facilitates people in using the internet as a medium for playing online games as well as a medium for seeking information and learning. The aim of the research was to create a comfortable gaming place that would attract the attention of e-sports users. By using a qualitative approach, it is hoped that this research can produce a design that not only pays attention to beauty and aesthetic aspects, but also pays attention to the appropriate and comfortable position and layout.

Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan faktor penting yang memengaruhi keberhasilan suatu perusahaan dalam mencapai tujuannya. Penurunan kinerja yang terjadi selama tiga tahun terakhir di perusahaan ini diduga dipengaruhi oleh kurangnya disiplin kerja dan kondisi lingkungan kerja yang belum optimal, baik secara fisik maupun nonfisik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada PT. Andalasia Jakarta Selatan. Metode penelitian yang dipergunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh yang menggunakan seluruh populasi menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini, yaitu sebanyak 65 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang dipergunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah melalui kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial maupun simultan, disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan demikian, perusahaan perlu meningkatkan kedisiplinan dan menciptakan lingkungan kerja yang lebih nyaman guna mendorong kinerja yang optimal

Abstract

This research aims to look at the factors that influence students' decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major at the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business, UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi. This research uses quantitative methods, in this research uses personal and social variables. The population in this study was all 96 students from the class of 2022. The sample used was incidental sampling with a total sample of 49 students. This research uses multiple linear analysis, classical assumption test, t test and f test and uses the coefficient of determination (R2). Based on the results of partial research, it shows that personal and social variables have a significant influence on student decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major. Simultaneously or together, personal and social variables have a significant influence on students' decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major with a value of 0.723, which shows that decision making is influenced by 72% of independent variables and the remaining 28% is influenced by other variables not explained in this research. . It is hoped that from the results of this research, the banking study program can maintain personal and social variables which are the most dominant factors in influencing student decision making in choosing a Sharia Banking major, Faculty of Islamic Economics and Business, UIN Sultan Thaha Saifuddin Jambi.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui efektivitas pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis model inkuiri dengan media simulasi PhET terhadap hasil belajar IPA dan aktivitas siswa kelas V SD N 104215 Sudirejo tahun ajaran 2024/2025. Metode kuantitatif digunakan dengan desain eksperimen semu dengan jenis pretest-posttest control group design. Sampel penelitian adalah dua kelompok kelas masing-masing terdiri dari 30 siswa. Pada kelas eksperimen diterapkan pembelajaran berdiferensiasi berbasis model inkuiri dengan media simulasi PhET dan pada kelas kontrol diterapkan pembelajaran konvensional. Data hasil belajar (pretest dan posttest) serta lembar observasi aktivitas siswa telah dikumpulkan. Digunakan uji t untuk melihat perbedaan hasil belajar kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol, uji N-gain untuk mengetahui efektifitas perlakuan terhadap capaian pembelajaran, dan uji beda untuk melihat perbedaan aktivitas siswa tiap grup. Dari hasil uji t diperoleh temuan perbedaan perolehan hasil belajar dan aktivitas antara kedua grup. Ditemukan peningkatan hasil belajar siswa dengan nilai n-gain pada kategori efektif pada kelas eksperimen dan kategori kurang efektif pada kelas kontrol.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja  dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja guru di SMPN 4 Pasarkemis Kab. Tangerang. Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan sampling jenuh sebanyak 45 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reabilitas, uji asumsi kelasik, analisis regresi, koefisien korelasi, koefisien determinasi dan uji hipotesis.hasil penelitian ini adalah disiplin kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru sebesar 64,5% dan uji hipotesis di peroleh thitung >ttabel atau (8,846 > 1,681). Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 73,4%  dan uji hipotesis diperoleh thitung>ttabel atau (10,895 > 1,681). Disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja guru dengan persamaan regresi Y = 5,618 + 0,314X1 + 0,561X2. Nilai koefisien determinasi sebesar 76,4% sedangkan sisanya 23,6% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Uji hipotesis diperoleh nilai fhitung>ftabel atau (68,100 > 3,220),

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and physical work environment on employee performance at Sapphire Sky Hotel BSD South Tangerang City. The background of this research is the importance of the role of a strong organizational culture and a comfortable physical work environment in supporting the creation of optimal employee performance. This research uses a quantitative method with an associative approach because it aims to determine the relationship and influence between independent variables and dependent variables. The research sample consisted of 64 respondents which was determined through a saturated sampling technique, namely the entire population was used as a respondent. Data processing is carried out with the help of the SPSS program version 25 through the stages of validity test, reliability, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination, and hypothesis testing using t test and F test. The research results show that partially organizational culture (X1) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (Y). This is proven by the calculated t value of 3.236 greater than the t table of 1,999, and the significance value of 0.002 which is less than 0.05. Furthermore, the physical work environment (X2) also has a positive and significant influence on employee performance with a calculated t value of 4,441 greater than the table t of 1,999 and a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05. Simultaneously, both free variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, shown by the results of the F test with a calculated F value greater than the F table and a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. The determination coefficient value of 65.6% indicates that employee performance is influenced by organizational culture and physical work environment, while the remaining 34.4% is influenced by other factors outside this study.

Abstract

The study of paleogeography and hydrocarbon potentiality of the Sula area, North Maluku has been conducted by the Lemigas Exploration team. This paper specifically presents a paleogeography of the Jurassic-Cretaceous age of the Sula area as a part of the result of this study. In this paper, paleogeography means palaeoenvironment which is defined based on biostratigraphy. Data used in this paper are mostly secondary data obtained from National Data Center which is combined with primary data collected during field work campaign. The subsurface data analysis allows subdivision of 7 depositional sequences throughout Jurassic-Cretaceous succession. In fact, each sequence mostly consists of transgressive and highstand system tracts. Lowstand system tract only occurs in the earliest sequence. Sequences 1 (Bobong Formation), 2, 3 and 4 (Buya Formation) are assigned to the Jurassic age, whilst sequences 5, 6 and 7 (Buya Formation) are attributed to the Cretaceous age. Generally, the depositional environment of most sequences is getting deeper toward the North. The shallowest environment takes place in non-marine setting, whereas the deepest environment occurs in outer neritic (100m-200m). It is most likely that Jurassic-Cretaceous depocenter was situated in the northern part of the study area. However, it is required additional data to confirm this interpretation.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) generative telah memicu praktik manipulasi visual dalam kampanye politik digital. Persoalan etika dan regulasi muncul seiring dengan putusan Mahkamah Konstitusi (MK) terkait pelarangan penggunaan citra manipulatif berbasis AI dalam Pemilu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pembingkaian berita terkait isu tersebut pada empat media online, yaitu Kompas.com, Tirto.id, Fajar.co.id, dan CNBC Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis framing kualitatif yang dipandu dengan Teori Framing Robert Entman. Hasilnya menunjukkan perbedaan empat media membingkai putusan MK. Kompas.com memilih isu tentang manipulasi foto dan gambar AI telah mengaburkan citra asli peserta Pemilu dan memengaruhi persepsi pemilih. Tirto.id berusaha menonjolkan aspek etika dan manipulasi visual yang diciptakan oleh AI yang disebutnya sebagai teknologi menyesatkan. Fajar.co.id mengungkit legalitas kampanye pasangan calon presiden dan wakil presiden Prabowo Subianto dan Gibran Rakabuming Raka yang sebelumnya menggunakan foto AI. Sementara CNBCIndonesia.com mengungkapkan perdebatan di tengah masyarakat. Secara umum empat media tersebut membingkai putusan MK sebagai langkah afirmatif terhadap integritas Pemilu, serta adanya ketidakjelasan hukum tentang "citra diri". Framing yang ditampilkan mengandung elemen kritik terhadap ketertinggalan etika dan regulasi di tengah pesatnya inovasi AI. Penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya pembaruan kebijakan kampanye digital dan penegasan etika visual politik dalam era komunikasi berbasis AI. The development of generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has triggered the practice of visual manipulation in digital political campaigns. Ethical and regulatory issues arose following the Constitutional Court's (MK) ruling prohibiting the use of AI-based manipulative images in elections. This study aims to analyze the news framing of this issue in four online media outlets: Kompas.com, Tirto.id, Fajar.co.id, and CNBC Indonesia. The method used was qualitative framing analysis guided by Robert Entman's Framing Theory. The results show differences in the four media outlets' framing of the MK ruling. Kompas.com chose the issue of AI-manipulated photos and images obscuring the true image of election participants and influencing voter perceptions. Tirto.id attempted to highlight the ethical aspects and visual manipulation created by AI, which it called misleading technology. Fajar.co.id raised the legality of the campaign of presidential and vice-presidential candidates Prabowo Subianto and Gibran Rakabuming Raka, who previously used AI-generated photos. Meanwhile, CNBCIndonesia.com revealed the debate within the community. In general, the four media outlets framed the Constitutional Court's ruling as an affirmative step toward election integrity, as well as the legal ambiguity surrounding "self-image." The framing presented contains elements of criticism of the lag in ethics and regulations amidst rapid AI innovation. This research emphasizes the importance of updating digital campaign policies and affirming political visual ethics in the era of AI-based communication.
