Dalam pengembangan kawasan ekowisata mangrove memerlukan sebuah kajian terkait aspek ekologi yang berkaitan dengan analisis kesesuaian lahan. Dengan kesesuaian lahan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai landasan apakah suatau wilayah layak atau tiak untuk dijadikan sebagai kawasan ekowisata. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung indeks kesesuaian kawasan untuk pengembangan ekowisata mangrove. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode survey yaitu melakukan pengamatan langsung terhadap kondisi biofisik mangrove. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian potensi biofisik ekowisata mangrove yang ada di Kuri Caddi pada stasiun I termasuk dalam kategori S2 yaitu sesuai dengan presentase 77%, stasiun II dan III termasuk dalam kategori S1 yaitu sangat sesuai dengan presentase 86%. Dengan demikian disimpulkan bahwa potensi biofisik dari ekosistem mangrove sudah layak dan mendukung untuk dilakukan kegiatan ekowisata mangrove di Dusun Kuri Caddi Kabupaten Maros.

Daring mathematics study leaves pupils with troubles and anxiety after more than a year of daring learning. Furthermore, students often struggle to understand instructional materials that need graphic interpretation when learning mathematics. This activity aims to improve the competence of mathematics teachers with skills using the iSpring and GeoGebra so that they can create creative and effective learning media so that their virtual mathematics learning becomes more interesting and understandable for students. This activity is conducted daring via Zoom and live on YouTube, as well as offline meetings that are carried out with due observance of health protocols. Lectures, demonstrations on the use of iSpring and GeoGebra, as well as monitoring and evaluation are methods used in daring and offline activities. The target audience for this community service is Middle School Mathematics teachers in Pattalassang District. The results of the training showed an increase in the understanding and skills of mathematics teachers in utilizing iSpring and GeoGebra multimedia. This improvement in IT skills can contribute to increasing creativity and effectiveness in learning mathematics in the classroom.

The main goal of this research is to developed learning program of physics practicum oriented to guided-heuristic for improving students academic skills. The research method used is the R&D that was conducted in physics laboratory of FMIPA Unesa with research design one-shot case study in trial I and one group pretest-posttest in trial II. Data analysis techniques through quantitative descriptive, qualitative descriptive and inferensial statistics. The results has shown that the learning program of physics practicum oriented to guided-heuristic effectively improved students academic skills.Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan program pembelajaran praktikum Fisika Dasar berorientasi heuristik terbimbing untuk meningkatkan kecakapan akademik mahasiswa yang ditinjau dari karakteristik program pembelajaran, kecakapan akademik mahasiswa, peningkatan kecakapan akademik setelah penerapan, respon mahasiswa terhadap penerapan program pembelajaran yang dikembangkan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah R&D (research and development) dengan desain penelitian one-shot case study pada uji coba I dan one group pretest-posttest design pada uji coba II. Teknik analisis data melalui analisis deskriptif kuantitatif, deskriptif kualitatif dan statistik induktif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa program pembelajaran praktikum Fisika Dasar berorientasi heuristik terbimbing yang dikembangkan efektif meningkatkan kecakapan akademik mahasiswa.

The purpose of this research is to produce learning materials of science bases on guided inquiry model intgrated with PhET media valid to excercise science process skills of Junior High School Student. The learning materials development model used is Research & Development (R&D) with ten steps are related. Learning materials that developed was validated by experts and try out II toward 30 students of VII grade students on academic year 2016/2017 by using One Group Pre-test and Post Test Design. The results of this research : 1) The validity of the materials is very valid category; 2) the realization of the lesson plan categorized very good with percentage 98%, students response towards the learning material, 3) student activities highest in the activity of doing experiments and perform tasks LKS, 4) implementation learning reaches over 80% categorized as very strong; and 5) the increase in science process skills with N-gain 0.80, high criteria. It was concluded that learning material of science bases on guided inquiry model intgrated with PhET media that developed is eligible for increasing Junior High School students science process skills.

On the processing officers are still use microsoft excel for performing calculations customer satisfaction that require a long process in the questionnaire and will have an impact on delays in the construction of the evaluation.On a calculation the questionnaire is only in the average satisfaction users and descriptive analysis.In the process of making final report was late as service representative difficulties in the decision to improve the service.For want of customer services will continue to increase who made the gap between hope users and library service.So based on these problems, then required analysis users application satisfaction library. The application can help raise, store, cultivate all the questionnaire at a time and he knows the gap between hope and the fact that able to improve services properly.Then will be tested validity and reliabilitasnya employing correlation product momment pearson and cronbach alpha.After a questionnaire valid data and it is reliable, then will be calculation using modeling gap analysis. With the application it may help staff of the agency library and chancery east java to analyse satisfaction visitors exact in service of the library.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan media pembelajaran berupa LKPD Fisika berbasis Problem Solving yang layak digunakan dalam mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik khususnya pada materi Fluida Statis. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian R & D dengan desain penelitian mengacu pada 4-D yang dimodifikasi menjadi 3-D terdiri dengan tahapan: define, design, serta develop. Instrumen yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data penelitian meliputi lembar validasi, angket respon peserta didik, angket respon guru. Pengujian LKPD Fisika dilakukan kepada 20 peserta didik kelas XI MIPA 3 SMAN. 1 Majene. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) LKPD Fisika berbasis problem solving telah memenuhi kriteria sangat valid berdasarkan hasil validasi para ahli (2) LKPD berbasis problem solving berada pada kategori sangat praktis berdasarkan hasil pengisian angket respon peserta didik dan respon guru (3) LKPD berbasis problem solving cukup efektif digunakan untuk mengukur kemampuan berpikir kreatif peserta didik dengan rata-rata perolehan sebesar 67 yang berada pada kategori cukup kreatif.

Penelitian bertujuan mengetahui pelaksanaan kontrak pengadaan Barang dan Jasa pemerintah di Kabupaten soppeng dan upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak pengguna barang dan jasa bilamana terjadi keterlambatan di dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan pengadaan barang dan jasa Pemerintah di KabupatenSoppeng. Tipe penelitian ini adalah penelitian empiris. Hasil penelitian Pelaksanaan Pengadaan barang dan jasa Pemerintah untuk menentukan penyedia barang dan jasa dilakukan dengan metode seleksi atau pelelangan. Kontrak Pengadaan Barang dan Jasa adalah perjanjian dimana suatu pihak yaitu penyedia barang dan jasa sepakat menyerahkan barang atau melaksanakan jasa tertentu dan pihak pengguna barang dan jasa sepakat membayar atas barang yang telah diserahkan atau jasa yang dilaksanakan, Kontrak pengadaan barang dan jasa Pemerintah pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Soppeng dibuat dengan akta dibawah ditangan. Upaya-upaya yang dilakukan oleh pihak pengguna barang dan jasa bilamana terjadi keterlambatan di dalam penyelesaian pekerjaan pengadaan barang dan jasa Pemerintah di KabupatenSoppeng dengan menambah waktu pelaksanaan pekerjaan dengan amandemen Kontrak, sanksi denda, dan pemberhentian kontrak. This study aims to determine the implementation of government procurement contracts for goods and services in Soppeng Regency and the efforts made by the users of goods and services if there is a delay in completing the work of the procurement of government goods and services in Soppeng Regency. This type of research is empirical research. The results of research on the implementation of government procurement of goods and services to determine the providers of goods and services are carried out by the selection or auction method. The Goods and Services Procurement Contract is an agreement in which a party, namely a provider of goods and services, agrees to deliver goods or carry out certain services and the goods and services user agree to pay for the goods that have been delivered or services performed, a contract for the procurement of government goods and services at the District Education Office Soppeng made by deed under the hand. Efforts made by the users of goods and services when there is a delay in the completion of the work of the procurement of government goods and services in Soppeng Regency by increasing the time for carrying out the work by amending Contracts, sanctions fines, and terminating contracts.

Visual media are still ineffective in covering all learning focus and learning activities to support independent learning. Independent learning guides students to learn the material by themselves, but it is still not supported by the existing visual media. Infographics are a medium that underlies transformative skills in teaching because they can provide a complete learning focus in each material. This study was aimed at developing English teaching media for the 9th grade. A Design and Development research (DnD) proposed by Richey and Klein (2005) was used in this study, including design, development, and evaluation. Initial observations have been carried out at one of the junior high schools in Buleleng, Bali, Indonesia. Data collection was carried out by library research relating to the development of infographics and the nature of independent learning, document analysis by doing syllabus analysis, and expert judgment. The results obtained from the research are infographics are considered to be very good as a medium for teaching English for independent learning. This research implies that teachers' technology-based teaching skills can be assisted by developing this infographic teaching media.

Organizations can achieve success through their resources, especially human resources. Therefore, employees become the driving force in making a real contribution to the success of the organization on an ongoing basis. Of course, only employees with optimal performance can achieve this success. However, to maximize employee performance, there must be a strategy to improve it, among others by creating employee organizational commitment. This study aims to find out how this strategy improves employee performance. This research was conducted at PT Bintang Samudra Utama Merak Banten Indonesia with a population of 76 employees while the sample used by the author, namely all the population was drawn into the sample with the Total / Saturated sampling technique. The PLS-SEM approach was used in this study. The results of this study indicate that intrinsic motivation, work discipline, and organizational commitment can be a driver in strategies to improve employee performance, either directly or indirectly optimally through organizational commitment. To be able to improve employee performance, it is necessary to improve intrinsic motivation and work discipline both directly and through organizational commitment.

The aspect that can be used as a benchmark for an agency in managing its human resources is employee performance. The purpose of this study, among others, to test and analyze the factors in improving the performance of employees with competence through work motivation. This research was conducted at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning with a population of 198 using a sample of 150 respondents. The questionnaire method was distributed using an interval scale of 1 strongly disagree 10 strongly agree. The data analysis technique used SEM PLS. The results of this study indicate the influence of competence on employee performance, the influence of competence on work motivation, the influence of work motivation on employee performance and work motivation can be a mediation in improving employee performance.
