Abstract

This study aims to analyze how motivation, organizational culture, and turnover intention impact employee productivity (a study conducted on employees of PT Bank Sumut Medan Head Office Human Resources Division). The research design employed in this study is quantitative research with an associative approach. Sampling was conducted using the saturated sampling technique, and 41 respondents were selected as samples. Primary data for this study were obtained by distributing questionnaires directly to employees (respondents), while secondary data were gathered through literature studies. The data analysis techniques included validity tests and reliability tests. The data analysis methods encompassed classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. The results of this study indicate that motivation, organizational culture, and turnover intention all have a significant impact, both individually and collectively, on employee productivity.

Abstract

In maintaining the sustainability of the company, human resources play a very important role. Therefore, the company needs to provide support to employees so that they feel valued, which will ultimately have a positive impact on their development and performance. This study aims to identify the influence of interpersonal communication and organizational support on employee performance at Tirta Terubuk Company in Bengkalis Regency. The results of this study indicate that Perceived Organizational Support partially affects Employee Performance, with a t-value of 3.220 > 1.6779 and a significance level of 0.039 < 0.05, as well as a positive regression coefficient value of 0.075. Interpersonal Communication partially affects Employee Performance with a t-value of 2.823 > 1.6779 and a significance level of 0.015 < 0.05, along with a positive regression coefficient value of 0.190. In simultaneous testing, Perceived Organizational Support and Interpersonal Communication have a simultaneous effect on employee performance variables of 65%, while the remaining 35% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

In the digital era, technology companies like Gojek must continuously improve service quality and create greater value to maintain customer loyalty. This study aims to understand how value co-creation practices can enhance customer loyalty among Gojek users who are students at the University of North Sumatra. This research uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires to 100 students from 15 faculties who actively use Gojek services in the last three months. Data analysis was performed using simple linear regression through the SPSS application. The results of the study indicate that value co-creation has a positive and significant impact on customer loyalty, with a t-value of 9.773, which is greater than the t-table value of 1.66023, and a significance level of 0.000. Thus, value co-creation has been proven to enhance customer loyalty through active participation, interaction, and knowledge sharing between customers and service providers.

Abstract

The very rapid development of technology has caused changes in various fields, one of which is business, various ways are used by companies to market their products, starting from building good brand equity to creating content via social media. The population of this research is people in Medan City who use Wardah products with a total sample of 100 respondents who have purchased Wardah products. From the data collected, data analysis was carried out using SPSS to determine the results of the research hypothesis. The results of this research show that brand equity and marketing content through social media can influence the purchasing decisions that a consumer will make, which means that the stronger the brand equity and the more interesting the content used in marketing, the greater the customer's purchasing decisions can be.

Abstract

Companies in today's digital era must adapt to changing customer behavior and increase customer loyalty to maintain company values amid fierce competition. Value co-creation as a marketing strategy can be used to create company value through customer participation. This study aims to analyze the influence of value co-creation on Gojek customer loyalty in Medan Selayang District, Medan City. The method of this study is to use a quantitative method with the application of SPSS with several simple regression analysis techniques with two independent variables and dependent variables. Data collection was carried out to 100 respondents who are Gojek users in Medan Selayang District, Medan City who have used Gojek services at least 3 times. The results showed a coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.623. This means that the value co-creation variable can explain 62.3% of the variability of customer loyalty, while the remaining 37.7% is explained by other variables that are not discussed in this study. In addition, it is known that the calculated t-value is 12,730 and the significance value is 0.000, which is less than 0.05. Therefore, the null hypothesis (H0) was rejected, while the alternative hypothesis (H1) was accepted. Overall, this study shows that the value co-creation strategy is very important for Gojek to increase customer loyalty, especially in Medan Selayang District, Medan city. This strategy can be implemented by collecting and analyzing customer feedback regularly to continuously improve Gojek's customer service in Indonesia.

Abstract

The current digital era continues to develop, the role of Instagram endorsers in influencing purchasing decisions for fashion products, especially among Gen Z. Endorsers are considered brand representations that play a key role in branding and marketing communication strategies. The goal of celebrity endorsement, as a marketing tactic, is to use one or more celebrities to advocate for a specific good or service. The purpose of this study is to gain a thorough understanding of the ways in which Gen Z consumers on USU campuses are influenced by Instagram influencers when making fashion-related purchases. This study employed a quantitative research design with a sample size of seventy USU students interested in fashion and who use Instagram to follow celebrity endorsers. This study used simple linear regression analysis as its data analysis method. The findings demonstrated that Instagram endorsers had an impact on purchase decisions, as seen by the t value of 7.833>1.667, which was reached above the t table. Abstract

ABSTRACT: The Covid-19 pandemic has caused changes in everyone. These changes have influenced the communication industry which created the concept of Video On Demand. Netflix is one of the streaming services that have a variety of shows such asmovies, anime, documentaries, and many more. During the first time, Netflix came to Indonesia, they had many issues with government and public services. The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of electronic word of mouth (E-WOM) and brand image on the purchase decision of Netflix subscriptions in Medan city. The research used an associative method with a quantitative approach. The sample andpopulations in this research are 100 people who have used Netflix in Medan City. Data were collected using a survey method and then analyse by using simple linier regression. The results of the research conducted indicate that the E-WOM variable (X1) has no significant effect on purchasing decisions. Meanwhile, the brand image variable (X2) has significantly influenced buying decisions. However, E-WOM and brand image have an equal (simultaneous) effect on purchase decisions (Y). The result of the correlation coefficient (R) of 0.836, where this coefficient value shows the relationship between E-WOM and brand image on purchasing decisions.

Abstract

In today's increasingly competitive digital business era, the foundation of product innovation so that companies can continue to grow lies in human resources. In realizing its goals, the company needs qualified employees, who demonstrate citizenship behavior that is able and willing to do more than just ordinary tasks, beyond the demands of the company to provide performance that exceeds expectations known as organizational citizenship behavior. This study aims to determine the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction partially and simultaneously on organizational citizenship behavior in employees of PT BPR Nusantara Bona Pasogit 17.  This research uses quantitative methods with an associative approach. Sampling was carried out through sampling techniques with saturated sampling methods, and used 31 respondents as samples.  Primary data used was obtained through direct questionnaire distribution and secondary data obtained through literature studies.  The data analysis technique uses instrument test, validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results showed that work motivation has no partial effect on organizational citizenship behavior, obtained a tcount value of 1.9442.04841 with a significance level of 0.0620.025. Job satisfaction has a partial effect on organizational citizenship behavior, obtained a tcount value of 3.9682.04841 with a significance level of 0.0000.025. Work motivation and job satisfaction simultaneously affect organizational citizenship behavior, obtained fcount value 9.5453.34 with a significance level of 0.0010.05 and the coefficient of determination of 36.3% while the remaining 63.7% is influenced by other variables not included in the research variables.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) and training on employee performance at PT PLN (Persero) ULP Kotapinang. Influence K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) and training are partially and simultaneously analyzed on employee performance. Sampling used a saturated sample technique and used 30 respondents. The analysis methods used are the validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis test. The results of this study showed that K3 (Occupational Safety and Health) had a significant positive effect on employee performance, obtained a t-count value of 3,299>2,052 with a significant value of 0.003< 0.05 and had a regression coefficient value of 0.311. Training also had a significant positive effect on employee performance obtained a t-value of 3,635>2,052 with a significance level of 0.001 and had a regression coefficient value of 0.255. In simultaneous testing, the K3 (Safety and Health) variable and training had a simultaneous effect with a magnitude of 55.4%, while the remaining 44.6% was influenced by factors outside the variables of this study.

Abstract

Purchasing decisions are one of the important factors in marketing a service. The lack of consumer purchase interest in Maxim online transportation services makes Maxim less recognized by the people of Medan. Factors that can influence purchasing decisions such as perceived ease of use, brand image, and price. The form of research used is quantitative with an associative approach. The population in this study is the community of Maxim online transportation service users in Medan City, with a sample of 96 respondents, with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. Primary data were obtained through direct distribution of questionnaires and secondary data were obtained through literature studies. The results of this study showed that Perceived Ease of Use did not significantly affect the Purchase Decision, with a sig value of 0.203 > 0.05.  Brand Image has a significant positive effect on Purchase Decisions with a significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Price also has a significant positive effect on Purchasing Decisions with significance levels of 0.005 < 0.05.  In simultaneous testing, the variables Perceived Ease of Use, Brand Image, and Price had a simultaneous effect with an influence rate of 46.8%, while the remaining 53.2% was influenced by factors outside this research model.
