Abstract

Rapat Kerja Nasional (RAKERNAS) Aliansi Dosen ASN Indonesia (ADAKSI) Tahun 2025 diselenggarakan sebagai forum strategis untuk memperkuat konsolidasi organisasi dan memperjuangkan hak-hak dosen ASN di seluruh Indonesia. Kegiatan ini dihadiri oleh Ketua Umum ADAKSI, Dewan Pakar, serta Ketua Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) yang memberikan legitimasi formal atas eksistensi ADAKSI sebagai organisasi profesi. Agenda utama meliputi pelantikan Dewan Pengurus Pusat (DPP) periode 2025–2028, pengesahan 19 Dewan Pengurus Wilayah (DPW), pembahasan program kerja 2025–2026, serta diskusi panel tematik yang menyoroti isu kesejahteraan, karier, dan profesionalisme dosen ASN. Melalui forum ini, disepakati sejumlah rekomendasi strategis, antara lain pemerataan tunjangan kinerja, advokasi kenaikan tunjangan fungsional, penyusunan roadmap jenjang karier, serta penguatan riset dan publikasi akademik. Rekomendasi tersebut disusun berbasis data dan pengalaman lapangan, sehingga dapat menjadi landasan advokasi berbasis bukti (evidence-based advocacy). Hasil RAKERNAS menunjukkan bahwa ADAKSI memiliki peran penting sebagai mitra strategis pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kesejahteraan dan pengakuan profesionalisme dosen ASN. Dengan kepengurusan yang sah dan representatif, RAKERNAS 2025 diharapkan menjadi pijakan bagi perjuangan berkelanjutan dalam mewujudkan keadilan, kepastian karier, serta kontribusi dosen ASN bagi pembangunan sumber daya manusia Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to develop an Android-based literary theory learning media using the inventor application in the independent learning era - independent campus. This study used the Research and Development (R & D) that refers to the model of the research and development of 4D (four-D), which is definition, design, development, and dissemination. The Android-based learning media developed was tested on students in the odd semester taking the course of Theory of Literature at the Department of Indonesian Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Bengkulu. Based on the results obtained from the questionnaires that were distributed in this study, which were from the results of material validation, data related to the learning media used in this study were declared suitable for use without revision. In terms of media appearance and display (text on the media, color combination on the media, images on the media, navigation board layout), the result in general was "strongly agree". In terms of usage (instructions for use and user interface), the result in general was "agree". Based on the results of questionnaire distribution to thirty students, the following results were obtained. Twenty-three students stated "strongly agree" and seven students stated "agree" to the learning indicators. Regarding the material indicator, twelve students stated "agree", eighteen students stated "strongly agree". Meanwhile, regarding the learning media display indicator, all students stated that they strongly agreed. With the usage indicators, twenty-one students agreed and nine students strongly agreed. The test in the form of giving questions to students aimed to discover the extent to which students understood the material after the Android-based learning media created using the MIT App Inventor application was tested. The data obtained revealed that 39% of students got an A, 51% of students got a B and 10% of students got a C.

Abstract

The Seren Taun tradition in Citorek Village, Lebak Regency, Banten, is a ritual of gratitude for the rice harvest which is carried out every year. In the context of Indonesian agriculture, this tradition reflects the close relationship between society and nature as well as the values ​​of togetherness and religiosity. This study aims to explore the implementation and meaning of the Seren Taun tradition, as well as the social and cultural values ​​contained therein. With a qualitative approach through interviews and observations, this study explores how the Citorek community inherits this tradition and relates it to Islamic teachings. The results of the study show that Seren Taun is not only a ritual, but also a means of spiritual communication and strengthening the cultural identity of the community. This tradition is expected to continue to be preserved as a valuable cultural heritage in Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out how the role of teachers according to Abdurrahman an-Nahlawi and its relevance in contemporary education. This research was conducted using the library research method with primary data sources in the form of books, scientific articles, and other publications relevant to the subject. The findings of this study show that the role of teachers according to an-Nahlawi is the person responsible for shaping and developing all the potential of students and in line with Islamic values, this is very relevant to contemporary education, where teachers not only transfer knowledge but teachers also have responsibility for attitudes, knowledge, and skills. Teachers are also not only educators, but also facilitators, motivators, curriculum designers and compilers as well as evaluators.

Abstract

Guidance and Counseling is a service provided to students to help them develop their potential optimally. Detecting students' facial expressions in the counseling room plays a crucial role in assisting counselors in understanding the emotional state of students who may need help, such as depression, anxiety, or stress, as they often find it difficult to express their feelings verbally. Therefore, this research will focus on 7 types of facial expressions: Anger, Disgust, Fear, Happiness, Neutral, Sadness, and Surprise. To classify these facial expressions, a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) technique will be used, which identifies objects based on color and contours in an image. The aim of this research is to create a CNN model that can detect students' facial expressions during counseling sessions. In this study, the machine learning life cycle method is also employed as a stage in building the CNN model, starting with data collection with a total of 618 images, data cleaning, labeling the data, splitting the data into training and testing data with an 80% training data and 20% testing data ratio, creating the CNN architecture, training and evaluating the created model, and finally implementing it using a webcam. The results of this research show that the model achieved an accuracy of 33%. However, the facial expression detection features using the CNN model successfully detected students' facial expressions despite having a low prediction accuracy rate. Keywords— Convolutional Neural Network, Facial Expression Detection, Guidance Counseling, Machine Learning, Webcam

Abstract

The implementation of TPACK (Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge), which combines technology, pedagogy and content knowledge, is considered the right solution to bridge the gap between technological developments and effective learning methods. The aim of this research is to describe the practice of implementing Indonesian language learning using the TPACK (Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge) Framework based on the Merdeka Curriculum for class X at Bengkulu City State High School. In this research, the research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods. Data collection techniques in this research were carried out by means of classroom observations, interviews with teachers, and video recordings. The data analysis technique is carried out by means of data reduction, namely sorting relevant observation and interview data, data presentation, namely presenting the results of data reduction in the form of a short research on the implementation of Indonesian language learning using TPACK (Technology Pedagogical Content Knowledge) based on the Merdeka Curriculum for class and learning methods that involve students actively, teachers are clear in collecting and assessing student assignments, teachers are active, communicative and organized in class management, teachers understand the material being presented, teachers are clear in explaining the material and always involve students actively in explaining the material.

Abstract

The existence of minority groups often leads to conflict in a homogeneous community. Differences, misdirection, are often blamed on those who are considered controversial. One of the minority groups of public concern is the Jemaat Ahmadiyah Indonesia (JAI) in Tenjowaringin Village, Salawu District, Tasikmalaya Regency, West Java Province. In 2005 and 2013 there were conflicts between JAI and non-JAI groups in Tenjowaringin. The conflict caused damage to buildings, closure of houses of worship, and hampered communication interactions between the two groups. This study uses a qualitative interview and observation techniques. There were 8 informants among JAI and non-JAI groups. The informants represented residents, community leaders, and the local village government. The research observations were carried out for two months in Tenjowarigin Village, Salawu District, Tasikmalaya Regency. The results of the study explained that the conflict caused distrust between groups, including the closing of the mosque by non-JAI groups and making it difficult for JAI groups to carry out worship. To restore communication activities between the two groups, the two groups re-established post-conflict interaction through several activities initiated by the community or village government such as volleyball and eye donors. Abstract

Bahan ajar monoton sering kali mengurangi keterlibatan dan menghambat kemampuan menulis puisi siswa. Pembelajaran puisi yang mengintegrasikan tema lingkungan dan pendekatan praktis dapat meningkatkan minat dan keterampilan menulis puisi siswa. Adapun permasalahan yang akan diselesaikan dalam penelitian ini adalah bagaimana kebutuhan pembelajaran puisi berbasis lingkungan yang relevan untuk peserta didik kelas VIII SMP di Bengkulu Selatan ? Dan bagaimana kelayakan modul pembelajaran puisi berbasis lingkungan yang dikembangkan dapat memfasilitasi peserta didik kelas VIII di Bengkulu Selatan dalam menulis puisi? Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kebutuhan pembelajaran puisi berbasis lingkungan yang relevan untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP di Bengkulu Selatan dan mengembangkan modul pembelajaran puisi berbasis lingkungan yang layak untuk siswa SMP kelas VIII di Bengkulu Selatan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development dengan model ADDIE (Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan, Implementasi, Evaluasi). Guru dan siswa kelas VIII SMP N 11 Bengkulu Selatan terlibat di dalam penelitian. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara, observasi, dan angket, kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif dan statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebutuhan pembelajaran puisi berbasis lingkungan yang relevan untuk siswa kelas VIII SMP yaitu pembelajaran di luar kelas, memiliki banyak contoh puisi lingkungan, pendekatan kontekstual/CTL digunakan di dalam pembelajaran dan menghasilkan produk pembelajaran. Untuk pengembangan modul pembelajaran sangat layak digunakan dari segi materi, media, dan bahasa, serta mendapat respon positif dari guru dan siswa serta mampu menghasilkan antologi puisi..Dengan lingkungan sebagai sumber belajar, modul ini memungkinkan siswa mengalami langsung proses penulisan puisi, sehingga memberikan pemahaman yang lebih bermakna.

Abstract

TikTok, a video-sharing app launched in September 2016 by Byte Dance, has become very popular in Indonesia, especially among university students. In May 2024, Indonesia became the country with the highest number of student TikTok users in the world. This study explores the role of religious moderation as a potential solution to address the issue of cyberbullying on TikTok, focusing on the values of Tawassuth (moderation), Tasamuh (tolerance), and Ishlah (rectification). This research uses descriptive quantitative methods through a survey of 83 students of the Islamic Education Study Programme of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta, consisting of 65 TikTok users and 18 non-users. The results showed that the majority of students agreed that they try not to discriminate against groups in the society. to not discriminate against groups in communication, respect differences, and try to improve the situation through the use of TikTok. In addition, most students also agreed that TikTok can be used as a means to establish friendship and promote religious moderation values. These findings indicate that religious moderation values can play an important role in reducing cyberbullying and promoting more positive communication on social media.

Abstract

This study aims to examine how SARA-related discourse targeting the Madurese ethnic group is produced and normalized through digital interactions on the Instagram account @fuadsasmitaa. Employing a qualitative approach within a constructivist paradigm, this research applies netnography as the primary method. Data were collected through virtual observation and documentation of 20 highly engaged posts and their comment sections. The data were analyzed using thematic analysis to identify patterns of discourse, audience responses, and mechanisms underlying the normalization of ethnic-based bullying. The findings reveal that humorous content, although not explicitly conveying SARA-related messages, encourages audiences to generate derogatory comments toward the Madurese ethnic group. Repeated interactions between content and audience responses contribute to the normalization of ethnic-cultural bullying in digital spaces, reinforcing psychological stigmatization and ethnic polarization among social media users.
