Abstract

Beberapa lembaga dan perusahaan menghadapi masalah perencanaan penjadwalan kegiatan para karyawannya, salah satunya adalah Kantor Urusan Agama (KUA). Namun, KUA masih menggunakan sistem manual sekarang, dan dengan adanya sistem database PhpMyAdmin membantu memiliki ruang penyimpanan data, agar aktivitas yang direncanakan, tindakan yang harus diselesaikan tepat waktu akan dapat mengurangi kesalahan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk membangun sebuah sistem informasi jadwal kerja pegawai KUA Medan Tuntungan yang sebelumnya belum memiliki sistem penjadwalan kerja yang sudah terkomputerisasi. Studi ini menggunakan metode waterfall dan model ini menggunakan pendekatan sistem dan urutan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi kinerja kantor-kantor agama berbasis website di wilayah Tuntungan dapat melakukan tugas-tugas pegawai negeri di wilayah KUA dengan lebih efisien dan mudah.

Abstract

Crime is a problem that has long occurred, even since the beginning of the fall of the prophet Adam and Eve. So far, the problem of crime is only involved in information that comes from binding laws and regulations. Crimes that have been considered crimes are only limited to individuals who are trapped in the context of mistakes without explaining the origin of the source of the crime committed. About crime also tends to be discussed in the science of criminology. In the field of criminology, W Boger himself is divided into two, namely pure criminology that breeds criminal science in criminal anthropology, criminal sociology, criminal psychology, criminal psychopathology and neuropathology and phenology while applied criminology is criminal hygiene, criminal politics and criminalism. This writing is sharpened at the source of crime in the perspective of Islamic psychology. In Islamic psychology itself, crime is basically not much different from the psychological outlook developed by Freud's psychoanalysts such as explaining between Id, Ego and Super Ego, if in Islamic psychology the source of crime can be found in Nafs explanations such as Vegetable Nafs, Animal Nafs, and Human Insights . This crime has an explicit explanation in the Animal Nafs.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the psychological aspects of brainwashing schemes among adolescents with radical potential within student organizations at University X. Adolescence is a period of contradictions, where psychological stability is often fragile, and emotions can be difficult to control. This instability can lead to behaviors that undermine national unity, as evidenced by the growing tendency of youth toward religious radicalism. According to data from Babel Review (2019), based on a 2017 survey by the National Counterterrorism Agency (BNPT), the Bangka Belitung Islands Province ranks fifth nationally in radicalism potential within educational settings. The rise of religious radicalism is often rooted in fragmented religious understanding, misinterpretation of religious texts, and political and economic deprivation, as noted by Azyumardi Azra. This study employs a qualitative methodology to explore the internal cadre training processes within radical organizations, particularly focusing on the brainwashing techniques used in recruiting new members. The findings reveal that these brainwashing practices are systematically and structurally implemented within such organizations, posing a serious threat to social harmony and national unity. This research contributes to a deeper understanding of the radicalization process among adolescents and provides insights into more effective preventive strategies through educational and psychological interventions.

Abstract

Humans in speaking really need to pay attention to politeness when interacting or communicating with other humans, the goal is that humans can use polite speech and do not make mistakes when speaking or communicating. So with that, politeness is needed and very much needed. Often we hear the conversation of people in a certain area who express impolite words. Limited to one problem. The problem of this research is how the principle of politeness in the Sombah Nasi ceremony, the Traditional Marriage of the Kenegrian Siberakun Community, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. The purpose of this study is to describe, analyze, interpret, and conclude the Malay language politeness maxim in the traditional marriage sombah rice of the Kenegrian Siberakun Community, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. In this study, the researcher uses Leech's politeness principle because until now it is still used and is the most complete and relatively comprehensive according to Leech (Rahardi, 2005: 59) there are six maxims of politeness principles. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method because the data analyzed is not to accept or reject the hypothesis (if any), but the results of this analysis are descriptive of the observed symptoms. The techniques used are recording techniques, listening techniques and note-taking techniques. The conclusion of this study is the politeness maxim in the Sombah Nasi ceremony, the Malay Traditional Marriage of the Kenegrian Siberakun Community, Benai District, Kuantan Singingi Regency. Based on the research results of the politeness maxim in the Sombah Nasi ceremony, the Malay Traditional Marriage of the Kenegrian Siberakun Community, Benai District, Kuntang Singingi Regency, the most spoken utterances amounted to 16 utterances. The politeness maxim which contains the maxim of wisdom is 10 utterances. The politeness maxim which contains the maxim of generosity is 10 utterances. The politeness maxim which contains the meaning of the maxim of praise is 10 utterances. The politeness maxim which contains the meaning of the maxim of simplicity is 10 utterances. consensus is 16 utterances. The maxim of politeness which contains the meaning of the maxim of sympathy is 9 utterances.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan wujud majas sindiran dalam tulisan bak truk di jalan Semarang—Jepara tahun 2021. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode observasi dan metode dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan interactive model, meliputi: (1) reduksi data; (2) penyajian data; dan (3) verifikasi data. Hasil akhir menyatakan bahwa kelima wujud majas sindiran telah terpenuhi dengan baik. Adapun wujud majas sindiran yang ditemukan yakni majas ironi, sarkasme, sinisme, satire, dan innuendo.ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to describe the form of satire figure of speech in writing like a truck on the Semarang-Jepara road in 2021. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation and documentation methods. Data analysis techniques using interactive models, including: (1) data reduction; (2) data presentation; and (3) data verification. The final result states that the five forms of satire figure of speech have been well fulfilled. The forms of satire figure of speech found are irony, sarcasm, cynicism, satire, and innuendo.

Abstract

Pelaksanaan pembelajaran secara daring pada masa pandemi Covid-19 menghadirkan permasalahan tersendiri bagi anak berkebutuhan khusus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan permasalahan anak berkebutuhan khusus pada saat pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualititatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi dengan menggunakan triangulasi. Teknik analisisnya menggunakan teknik analisis data kualitatif dengan tahapan reduksi, verifikasi dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa permasalahan pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus di era pandemic merupakan suatu permasalahan yang kompleks, dan di urai menjadi tiga factor, yaitu: 1). Faktor Sekolah. Kesulitan dan ketidak-siapan pihak sekolah terutama guru kelas dan guru pendamping khusus sebagai pembimbing anak dalam melaksanakan pembelajaran online yang inovatif. 2). Faktor Orang tua. Kurang menguasai teknologi, tidak memiliki pemahaman terkait dengan pendidikan anak berkebutuham khusus. 3). Faktor Lingkungan. Penelitian ini berdampak pada keberlanjutan kualitas pembelajaran anak berkebutuhan khusus sehingga pihak terkait akan berusaha lebih baik lagi untuk menyediakan layanan

Abstract

Sepak takraw merupakan salah satu permainan net yang proses penambahan poin yang tidak jarang dapat dilakukan pada tahapan servis. Tujuan dalam penelitian ini yaitu, melakukan perbaikan dalam tes sepak mula/servis Sepak takraw. Komponen yang diperbaiki pada proses pelaksanan gerakan sepak mula pada gerakan sikap awalan, gerakan sikap pelaksanan dan gerakan sikap akhir pelaksanaan. Instrumen tes yang sudah ada cuma mengukur hasil sepakan sepak mula yang jatuh ke daerah yang sudah diberi nomor atau angka.Mengetahui kualitas keterampilan sepak mula Sepak takraw mahasiswa Penjaskesrek Universitas Islam Riau, tentunya harus ada instrumen tes dan norma tes yang sesuai yang bisa mengukur dari proses pelaksanan gerakan sampai pada hasil dari sepakan tersebut. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian danmetode pengembangan atau penelitian dan pengembangan. Validasi penelitian daninstrumen pengembangan menggunakan validasi konten yang dilakukan oleh beberapa orangahli (expert judgement) yang menjadikan satu orang ahli tes dan pengukuran serta dua orang ahli dalambidang Sepak takraw.Berdasarkan hasil analisis evaluasi uji ahli, instrumen sepak mula Sepak takraw dinyatakan valid dan reliabel, sehingga dapat dijadikan instrumen tes untuk mengukur kemampuan hasil sepak mula mahasiswa.

Abstract

The E-commerce market is expected to continue growing until 2025 with an average of 9.6%. All the same, there are several aspects that are pain points in the E-commerce business. Over 90% of customer complaints and negative feedback are related to transit times and late deliveries. 69% of customers are not likely to shop at an E-commerce platform in the future if the purchase is not shipped within two days of the promised date. According to the voice of the customer, it is necessary to have a logistics model to increase the delivery speed at competitive prices. In the E-commerce logistics operation model, the delivery process and fulfillment center activities could be outsourced to logistics service providers. Therefore, this challenge becomes an opportunity for logistics service provider companies. Therefore, a feasibility study analysis of a fulfillment center business is carried out by considering the market aspect, technical aspect, organizational aspect, and financial aspects using case study in Yogyakarta. Based on the four aspects' feasibility analysis, the business fulfillment center is feasible as described from the financial parameters, Net Present Value Rp. 188,020,130, Annual Worth Rp. 24,574,231, Internal Rate of Return 34%, and Benefit Cost Ratio 1.23.

Abstract

In Pekanbaru there is a land conflict involving the community and the government, the community disagrees with the ownership of their land in the public interest. The community opposes this land conflict by reporting it to Commission I of the Pekanbaru City DPRD. The theory used in this study is that the role of the government is in accordance with its functions, including: 1. As a facilitator, local governments can accelerate development through improving the attitudinal environment, which is related to improving licensing and service procedures, as well as establishing areas to strengthen the arrangement of spatial dimensions in development . 2. Negotiations can measure the government's role in negotiating or negotiating can be seen from the efforts made such as identifying problems, seeking and gathering information from each in conflict. 3. Mediation of conflict control by means of mediation is carried out if both parties in conflict agree to appoint a third party as a mediator. Data collection techniques used in this study were interviews and documentation. This research was conducted in Tenayan Raya District, Pekanbaru City. The results of the study show that the process of implementing land consolidation for the Tenayan Raya Ring Road has been carried out optimally, because the government plays a role through participation, negotiation and mediation. The obstacles faced by the Pekanbaru city government in solving consolidation problems are partly due to the lack of public knowledge about the purpose and benefits of land consolidation. Abstract

Sifat mampu bentuk berhubungan dengan regangan maksimum yang dapat dicapai dalam satu tahap proses deformasi. Aluminium dalam kondisi normal mempunyai sifat mampu bentuk yang cukup baik meski tak sebaik baja ringan, namun demikian sifat mampu bentuk ini bisa ditingkatkan dengan menambah temperatur selama proses pembentukan. Penelitian ini bertujuan memodelkan dua dimensi thermo elasto-viskoplastis pada proses pembentukan sederhana, memvisualisasikan hasil pemodelan, mengetahui pengaruh parameter utama pemodelan terhadap analisa tegangan-regangan, membandingkan (validasi) hasil pemodelan program Fortran dengan pemodelan software komersial yang telah teruji. Hasil simulasi distribusi temperatur menunjukkan hasil yang valid dengan selisih sekitar 0.28%. Hasil validasi pengaruh temperatur terhadap displacement dan tegangan beam menghasilkan data yang setara yitu selisih masing-masing -0.25 mm dan 5.19 MPa.
