Abstract

This research discussed about: 1) the process of implementing practical field experience conducted by students of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palu at the Central Sulawesi Museum; 2) students' interest in learning at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palu in the implementation of practical field experience at the Central Sulawesi Museum; and 3) student achievement of SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palu on the implementation of practical field experience at the Central Sulawesi Museum. The research method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, documentation, and literature study. The interviews were aimed at teachers who teach history, school principals, and students at SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Palu. Processing techniques and data analysis techniques are carried out in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation and data verification. The results of the study revealed that the implementation of practical field experience by students of SMK Muhammdiyah 1 Palu in the Central Sulawesi museum was seeing and observing various collections of historical relics. Implementation of field experience practice at the Central Sulawesi Museum in history learning can reduce boredom, increase interest in learning, be fun, interesting, not boring, add insight and knowledge and generate new enthusiasm in students in learning history. The results of the questionnaire explained that the implementation of practical field experience at the Central Sulawesi Museum could improve student achievement. This is indicated by the completeness percentage of class X Tkj A and X Tkj B reaching 95.8%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghasilkan Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) terintegrasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an pada subtema keberagaman budaya bangsaku dan mendapatkan kevalidan dan kepraktisan LKS. Jenis penelitian ini adalah R&D (Research and Development) dengan model pengembangan ADDIE (Analys, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation). Penelitian ini dilakukan di MI Datuk Sulaiman Palopo yang beralamat di Jl. DR. Ratulangi No. 16 Balandai. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara mengobservasi serta mewawancarai guru kelas IV yang dilakukan secara langsung. Sedangkan Instrumen yang digunakan berupa lembar observasi, pedoman wawancara, angket siswa, dan angket uji validasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan yaitu mixed method sequential expararatory penganalisisan data awal berupa kualitatif kemudian dilanjutkan dengan data kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menghasilkan produk bahan ajar berupa Lembar Kerja Siswa terintegrasi ayat-ayat Al-Qur’an. Lembar Kerja Siswa yang dibuat diuji validasi oleh 3 pakar ahli sesuai bidangnya yakni, ahli materi  92,5% (sangat layak), ahli bahasa 75% (layak), ahli keagaman 91,7% (sangat layak). Dengan demikian produk yang dihasilkan telah memenuhi kevalidan dan kepraktisan sehingga Lembar Kerja Siswa (LKS) yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan.

Abstract

Perangkat desa berupaya untuk tetap berkomitmen dalam memberikan pelayanan yang maksimal bagi masyarakat di tengah situasi yang tidak menentu dan berubah drastis sebagai dampak pandemi Covid-19. Pelatihan mindfulness adalah pelatihan yang menempatkan kesadaran penuh pada sesuatu yang terjadi di momen saat ini dengan keterbukaan dan penerimaan. Tujuan dari penelitian adalah mengetahui efektivitas pelatihan mindfulness dalam meningkatkan komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif eksperimental yang didukung oleh pendekatan kualitatif. Partisipan dalam penelitian ini adalah 36 orang perangkat desa yang bekerja di Kabupaten Sigi, Sulawesi Tengah, yang terbagi dalam kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol. Partisipan telah mengisi skala komitmen pelayanan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian pelatihan mindfulness. Teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Paired-Samples T Test dengan bantuan software IBM® SPSS® Statistics. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa setelah pemberian pelatihan mindfulness pada kelompok eksperimen, diketahui bahwa terdapat peningkatan skor komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa, sedangkan kelompok kontrol tidak mengalami peningkatan skor komitmen pelayanan. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan mindfulness merupakan salah satu teknik yang efektif untuk meningkatkan komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa. Implikasi dari penelitian ini adalah komitmen pelayanan pada perangkat desa dapat dikembangkan dengan cara mempraktikkan teknik mindfulness. Materi dalam pelatihan teknik mindfulness yang telah dipelajari oleh para perangkat desa dapat ditindaklanjuti dengan latihan informal mindfulness secara rutin dan teratur, baik dalam lingkup pekerjaan, maupun kehidupan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berjudul: “Peningkatan Kemampuan Tutor Dalam Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual Melalui Supervisi Di PKBM SURYA MUDA”. Tujuan penelitian tindakan PKBM ini adalah untuk meningkatkan Kemampuan Tutor Dalam Menggunakan Model Pembelajaran Kontekstual Melalui Supervisi Akademik Di PKBM SURYA MUDA. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan (action Research) yang terdiri dari 2 (dua) siklus, dan setiap siklus terdiri dari: Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, Pengamatan, dan refleksi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa (1) Pada komponen Instrumen Monitoring Supervisi, terlihat peningkatan dari 62% pada Siklus I, menjadi 81% pada siklus II (2) Pada Komponen Instrumen Peningkatan Kompetensi Pimpinan PKBM , terdapat peningkatan Kompetensi dari 70% pada siklus I menjadi 81% pada siklus II; (3) Dalam Komponen Instrumen Evaluasi Hasil Supervisi, yang di dalamnya memuat langkah-langkah model pembelajaran, terlihat adanya peningkatan yang signifikan dari yang semula hanya 64% pada siklus I menjadi 81% pada siklus II. (4) Pada komponen Instrumen Peningkatan Prestasi Peserta Didik juga terdapat adanya peningkatan dari 76% pada siklus I, menjadi 81% setelah siklus II; (5) Peningkatan yang cukup signifikan juga dapat kita lihat pada komponen Instrumen Studens Welbeing (Kebahagiaan Siswa) . Dari yang semula hanya 72% pada siklus I dan berhasil mencapai 81% pada akhir siklus 2. Melihat data perolehan hasil penelitian dalam kegiatan penelitian tindakan PKBM ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan model pembelajaran Kontekstual melalui supervisi akademik dapat meningkatkan kemampuan Tutor di PKBM SURYA MUDA.

Abstract

This Community Service Program (PKM) aims to enhance the creativity of children and adolescents at Sanggar Seni Kololio, Sigi Regency, through training in creative diversification based on the Kaili ethnic culture. This program was initiated due to the low literacy rate and environmental awareness among children in Kaleke Village. The project has two main focuses: improving literacy and increasing environmental awareness. Literacy improvement is achieved by establishing a Reading Corner (Pondok Baca) filled with various activities such as free reading, storytelling, book discussions, and reading journals. Meanwhile, environmental awareness is increased through activities like creating herbariums and insectariums, making trash cans from plastic waste, and crafting handicrafts from recycled materials. The program utilizes a participatory approach, actively involving the community in every stage of the process. The implemented methods include education, training, empowerment, demonstration, and appreciation. The expected output of this activity is the documentation of community service activities in the form of a scientific article. The target achievements of this project include increasing children's interest in reading, environmental awareness, and skills, as well as the availability of an adequate Reading Corner. The results of this PKM activity indicate that the program has run well and achieved its objectives. Indicators of the program's success include increased creativity of children and adolescents, diversification of artistic creations, strengthening the capacity of Sanggar Seni, and community empowerment.

Abstract

This study aims to 1). determine the Influence of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) on the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Sindue, 2). to determine the Influence of Work Motivation on the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Sindue, 3). to determine the Influence of the Merdeka Mengajar Platform (PMM) and Work Motivation on the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Sindue. This type of research is quantitative research with a survey approach. The number of populations and samples is the same, namely, 27 teachers using the technique of taking samples, which is total sampling or saturated sampling. Data collection will use questionnaires, interviews, and documentation to test hypotheses using the formula multiple linear regression. The results show that 1). The influence of the independent teaching platform (PMM) on the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Sindue has a significance value of 0.015 and a contribution value of B of 0.546. 2). Work motivation has an influence on the implementation of the independent curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Sindue, with a significance value of 0.044 and a contribution value of B of 0.414. 3). There is an Influence of the Independent Teaching Platform (PMM) and Work Motivation on the Implementation of the Independent Curriculum at SMP Negeri 1 Sindue, which has a very high significance level of 0.000 with a contribution level of influence or R² of 0.835 (83.5%) and an F value of amounting to 60,545 and there are around 16.5% of other factors or variables that influence the existing variables.

Abstract

Currently, students' interest in reading in Indonesia has not experienced a significant increase, even though the government has tried to make improvements from year to year. Formulation problem in this study: How does the quantum learning model influence students' interest in reading history? Influence model quantum learning learning on students' cognitive abilities in history subjects. Research objectives: To analyze the influence of the quantum learning model on students' reading interest in history subjects and to analyze the influence of the quantum learning model on students' cognitive abilities in history subjects. Research methods: This type of research is a quasi-experiment, a research that is almost similar to an experiment but not entirely an experiment because the research subjects cannot be manipulated and controlled intensively. Research results: The interpretation of these data may reflect the success of the program or strategy implemented to improve cognitive abilities. However, further analysis is needed to identify these factors in order to draw more valid conclusions regarding the effectiveness of the intervention and inform future decision-making.

Abstract

Learning at the tertiary level has an important role in preparing competent and competitive prospective teachers. In the Elementary School Teacher Education (PGSD) Study Program at Tadulako University, the Social Science Education (IPS) course is one of the essential curriculum components. This study aims to develop hypercontent-based social studies teaching materials in the PGSD study program at Tadulako University. The research problems include: (1) the development of a hypercontent-based social studies learning model for basic education and (2) the feasibility of these teaching materials. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method using the Rowntree model, which consists of three stages: Planning, Writing Preparation, and Writing and Rewriting. Data were collected through literature studies, questionnaires, and learning outcome tests, and analyzed qualitatively and statistically. Validation results indicated the feasibility of the learning materials, with scores from linguists (4.5), media experts (4.3), content experts (4.4), and student readability (4.08), all categorized as “Excellent”. The effectiveness of this module was further confirmed by the test results, where more than 70% of the students answered the questions correctly. These findings indicate that hypercontent-based teaching materials are feasible and effective for use in social studies learning in the PGSD study program at Tadulako University.
