Abstract

The objective of this research is to analyze and to know the influence of organizational culture and leadership behavior toward water management performance in unit installation of PDAM Kota Makassar and to know which variable is the biggest influence to water management performance in unit installation of PDAM Kota Makassar. This study took a sample determined by the census method of the population studied is the number of Employees of Unit Installation IV PDAM Kota Makassar as many as 40 people. The data obtained from the empirical approach are analyzed quantitatively by using simple regression (multiple regression), which is calculated using software (SPSS). The results of research indicate that (1) organizational culture in high category (82,50%) (2) organizational behavior in supporting category (80.00%). The magnitude of the model's predictive power is given by the coefficient of determination symbolized by R2 (R-Square) = 0.611 indicating that the model has a prediction power of 0.611 or about 61.1%. Variations in the rise and fall of employee performance can be explained by the model or influenced by organizational culture variables, and leadership behaviors, while the remaining 38.9% is influenced by other factors not included in the analytical model.

Abstract

The objective of this research is "To know how effective and pest control service (Pest control) applied by Company and CV. Putra Jaya Mandiri Makassar, controlling pest completely through the application of integrated pest control (IPM) ". Population in this research is the object of research which become target to get and collect data.Jadi become Population in this research is CV. Putra Jaya Mandiri Makassar. The determination of this sample aims to express appropriately the general characteristics of the population and for investigation. The number of samples in this study were 105 people. The method of analysis used is multiple regression.After the authors describe the problems that exist, it can be concluded that the implementation of Pest Control through the application of integrated pest (IPM) is quite effective and able to eradicate pests completely and efficiently without polluting and causing health hazards on the use of chemicals.

Abstract

Stunting is a chronic nutritional problem that can provide an illustration of growth failure that accumulates before and after birth caused by insufficient nutrition.The type of research is Observational Analytical with a Case Control approach which studies the relationship between exposure and disease by comparing case groups and control groups based on their exposure status. The total number of samples was 184 samples.The results of the research were analyzed using the Chi Square statistical test. The results obtained showed that there was a significant relationship between the Behavioral Factors obtained p=0.001 (p<0.05), the Environmental Sanitation results obtained p=0.001 (p < 0.05), and Personal Hygiene. results were obtained p=0.000 (p <0.05) regarding the incidence of stunting. There is a significant relationship between behavioral factors, environmental sanitation and personal hygiene with the incidence of stunting in toddlers aged 6-24 months in the Anggeraja Health Center Working Area, Enrekang Regency. It is recommended for the community, especially mothers, to participate in health services, and process waste properly, such as separating organic and inorganic waste. For community health centers, it is hoped that sanitarian workers will provide education regarding clean water sources, waste management, healthy latrines and waste processing to the community. Abstract

The study aims to analyze the effectiveness of public services from the impact of Geuchik leadership, community participation, and the competence of village officials. Using quantitative associative research using regression analysis. The study was conducted on 234 residents of Gampong Keurisi Meunasah Beureumbang, Jangka Buya District, Pidie Jaya Regency. The results showed that there were effects; (1) each factor of Geuchik leadership, community participation, and the competence of village officials on the effectiveness of public services at the Geuchik Office. (2) And the biggest impact was the community participation factor. (3) simultaneously, the three factors contributed to the effectiveness of public services by 75.8%.

Abstract

Jama’ah prayer is one of the important practices in Islam which has many advantages, including building spiritual awareness, discipline, and strengthening social ties among Muslims. At the Babul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Lung Ie Village, Krueng Barona Jaya Sub District Aceh Besar Districk, jama’ah prayer is an integral part of the religious education applied to students. Fostering awareness of jama’ah prayer is carried out through various methods, such as direct teaching, strict supervision from the ustadz, examples from the instructors, and routine habits in the daily activities of the students. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a field research type. The results of the study indicate that 1). The process of fostering awareness of jama’ah prayer implemented at the Babul Ulum Islamic Boarding School, Lung Ie Village, Krueng Barona Jaya Sub District Aceh Besar Districk has been running well and has had a positive impact on the discipline and spirituality of students, although ongoing efforts are still needed to strengthen the internal awareness and spiritual independence of students. 2). The main supporting factors in fostering awareness of jama’ah prayer at the Babul Ulum Islamic Boarding School Lung Ie Village Krueng Barona Jaya Sub District Aceh Besar Districk are the commitment of the ustadz, the Islamic environment, and a structured coaching system. However, inhibiting factors such as differences in students' internal motivation, habits that are difficult to instill, and the influence of gadgets need more attention. To overcome these obstacles, Islamic boarding schools need to continue to improve their more personal approach, strict supervision, and strengthening spiritual awareness through ongoing coaching.

Abstract

Masaalah lingkungan merupakan hal yang utama dalam industri pertambangan yangmana aktivitas operasionalnya menimbukan dari sisi ekologis. Green accounting sendiri merupakan suatu solusi perusahaan dalam melibatkan lingkungannya ke dalam sistem akuntasi demi menopang bisnis perusahaan tersebut. Penelitiana ini bertujuan untuk menjawab apakah penerapan green accounting mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan dan kinerja lingkungan perusahaan sektor pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Systematic Lliterature Review dengan mengumpulkan dan menganalisis artikel-artikel ilmiah nasional dan internasional yang berkaitan dengan green accounting pada sektor pertambangan. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa pada perusahaan perusahaan sektor pertambangan di Bursa Efek Indonesia, penerapan green accunting secara umum meningkatkan legitimasi perusahaan dan kepercayaan stakeholder, yang berpotensi berdampak positif terhadap nilai dan kinerja keuangan perusahaan. Namun demikian, temuan penelitian terdahulu juga menunjukkan hasil yang beragam, di mana dalam beberapa kasus penerapan green accounting belum memberikan dampak finansial langsung. Oleh karena itu, integrasi kebijakan lingkungan yang konsisten dan komitmen manajemen yang kuat diperlukan agar green accounting dapat memberikan manfaat optimal bagi kinerja keuangan dan keberlanjutan lingkungan perusahaan.

Abstract

The concept of Society 5.0 enables humans to utilize technology-based knowledge to provide services for humans. The goal of Society 5.0 is to create a society that enjoys life and feels comfortable. The industrial revolution has brought changes to all areas of life, including education, the economy, the world of work, and human lifestyles, which have certainly had a profound impact on human civilization in this era. The existence of Society 5.0 has both positive and negative impacts on the moral development of Indonesian teenagers in particular. The positive impact of Society 5.0 on teenagers is that it gives them the opportunity to express themselves through the works they create. Many cases of teenagers today have declining moral values, caused by the influence of advanced technology. Among the moral phenomena observed among teenagers in the era of Society 5.0 are neglecting the obligations of prayer and study, a lack of manners, bullying, promiscuity, screen aggression, and sextortion, as discussed in the previous chapter. And this certainly does not happen by itself; there are many factors that cause it, including the low level of family education, particularly in terms of religious knowledge, smartphone addiction, and the misuse of the internet and social media. However, what is important here is the role of parents in educating their children about the use of today's sophisticated technology and instilling good moral values in them to avoid harmful and unproductive behaviors.ABSTRAK Konsep Society 5.0 membuka jalan bagi manusia untuk memanfaatkan ilmu pengetahuan berbasis teknologi, sekaligus menyuguhkan layanan yang mempermudah kehidupan sehari-hari. Visi dari Society 5.0 adalah menciptakan komunitas yang mampu menikmati hidup secara maksimal dan merasakan kenyamanan yang menyeluruh. Revolusi industri telah memicu transformasi di berbagai aspek kehidupan mulai dari pendidikan, ekonomi, dunia kerja, hingga pola hidup manusia yang berimbas signifikan pada peradaban manusia di era modern ini. Kehadiran Society 5.0 membawa dampak ganda bagi perkembangan moral di kalangan remaja Indonesia. Dampak positifnya terlihat dari kesempatan yang diberikan kepada remaja untuk menyalurkan ekspresi diri melalui karya-karya kreatif mereka secara optimal. Namun, banyak fenomena negatif juga muncul: penurunan akhlak akibat pengaruh teknologi canggih, seperti mengabaikan kewajiban shalat dan belajar, berkurangnya tata krama, perilaku bullying, pergaulan bebas, hingga munculnya agresi digital yang dikenal sebagai screen-aggression. Sextortion (sekstorsi), sebagaimana telah dijelaskan di bab sebelumnya, tidak muncul secara tiba-tiba. Banyak faktor yang melatarbelakangi, antara lain rendahnya tingkat pendidikan keluarga khususnya dalam ilmu agama, ketergantungan pada smartphone, serta penyalahgunaan internet dan media sosial. Yang menjadi poin krusial adalah peran orang tua dalam memberikan pendidikan mengenai pemanfaatan teknologi yang begitu canggih, sekaligus menanamkan nilai-nilai akhlak yang mulia kepada anak, agar mereka terhindar dari perilaku negatif dan dapat meraih manfaat yang baik

Abstract

Koi fish (Cyprinus rubrofuscus) is an ornamental fish with a relatively high percentage of domestic and international market demand, and its price is highly dependent on the body shape and color quality. Adding carotenoids to feed is one technique to improve the quality and brightness of koi fish colors. This research aimed to analyze the effectiveness of carrot meal fermented using rumen fluid and Bacillus sp. in feed to improve the color and growth performance of koi. This experiment was designed using a completely randomized design method, consisting of four types of treatments, each of which was repeated three times, resulting in a total of twelve test units.  The treatments tested included the use of carrot meal fermented by rumen fluid and Bacillus sp. at levels of 0% (control), 10%, 15%, and 20%.  The parameters observed were carrot meal carotenoids after fermentation, fish color performance, feed utilization efficiency, feed conversion ratio, muscle glycogen content, specific growth rate, absolute growth, and survival of koi fish. Data were analyzed using analysis of variance and further tested using Duncan. The results showed the best in treatment C, 15% rumen microbe fermented carrot meal and Bacillus sp. in feed, and produced the best color performance, TFC 89.91%, FUE 87.54%, FCR 1.99%, MGC 16.79%, SGR 22.62%, AG 34.33g, and SR 100%. This information can help koi breeders improve the color and growth performance of koi fish by using fermented carrot feed, rumen fluid, and Bacillus sp.

Abstract

A school can be said to be effective if there is good management of facilities and infrastructure. This study aims to analyze the level of feasibility and availability of facilities and infrastructure at Candingasinan State Elementary School. This type of research is a survey with a descriptive analytical method. This research was conducted at Candingasinan State Elementary School. Data collection techniques in this study included in-depth interviews (teachers and school committee), questionnaires and documentation studies. The validity of the data collected in this study was triangulation of techniques (in-depth interviews and documentation) and sources (teachers and school committee). Data analysis techniques were collected interactively with the following stages: data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of learning at Candingasinan State Elementary School in the use of facilities and infrastructure has been running quite well, although improvements are needed regarding facilities (student toilets and storage) and infrastructure (OHP, projectors, and whiteboards). This study is expected to provide an overview of the challenges and opportunities in improving the quality of learning facilities that support educational progress.
