Abstract

Tujuan ini dilatar belakangi karena masih banyaknya TK/RA yang belum memperhatikan pengelolaan lingkungan belajar. Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan memaparkan hasil dari observasi di RA Baiturrahman terkait sistem pengelolaan lingkungan belajar. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, RA Baiturrahman sudah menerapkan sistem pengelolaan lingkungan belajarnya dengan baik. Tahap yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan penelitian deskriptif-kualitatif, dimana peneliti berusaha menggambarkan dan menginterpretasikan objek yang diteliti sesuai dengan apa adanya. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode observasi dan wawancara. Data yang telah dikumpulkan selanjutnya dianalisis melalui beberapa tahap yaitu pengumpilan data, reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa di RA Baiturrahman sudah dapat menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang merangsang anak (inviting classroom), mendukung anak untuk mandiri, sudah menerapkan prosedur penggunaan lingkungan belajar, dan sudah melakukan beberapa prinsip-prinsip dari pengelolaan lingkungan belajar. Dar penelitian ini dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa proses belajar mengajar pengelolaan lingkungan belajar mempunyai tujuan secara umum menyediakan fasilitas dari berbagai macam kegiatan anak dalam lingkungan sosial, emosional, dan intelektual dikelas. This goal is motivated because there are still many kindergartens / RAs that have not paid attention to the management of the learning environment. This paper aims to find out and explain the results of observations at RA Baiturrahman related to the learning environment management system. Based on the results of the study, RA Baiturrahman has implemented its learning environment management system well. The stage carried out in this study is descriptive-qualitative research, where researchers try to describe and interpret the object under study according to what it is. The methods used in this study are observation and interview methods. The data that has been collected is then analyzed through several stages, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and conclusions. The results of this study explain that RA Baiturrahman has been able to create a learning environment that stimulates children (inviting classroom), supports children to be independent, has implemented procedures for using the learning environment, and has carried out several principles of learning environment management. From this study, it can be concluded that the teaching and learning process of learning environment management has the general purpose of providing facilities for various kinds of children's activities in the social, emotional, and intellectual environment in the classroom.

Abstract

The efforts to improve the quality of learning carried out by elementary school teachers are not enough just to carry out certain directions and supervision, the implementation of which is very limited, but must also be supported by an evaluation system that can be monitored at any time by the Principal. Therefore, optimizing the use of JIBAS e-Education technology is expected to assist School Principals in carrying out supervision and providing input in improving the quality of learning. To determine the role of e-Education based on the JIBAS application in improving the quality of learning which is carried out by elementary school teachers, This research was designed by applying action research methods to elementary school teachers which included two research cycles. The results of this research found that implementing e-Education based on the JIBAS application can be carried out as long as the school is prepared for it. The school must ensure that the facilities and infrastructure are adequate and the school's human resource elements are able to use these technological devices. Through the implementation of this application, teacher’s mastery of material and skills in learning process has increased significantly. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of JIBAS e-education has a positive impact on improving the quality of elementary school teachers in the student learning process.

Abstract

Profesi guru di Indonesia berada pada situasi yang masih sulit. Pada satu sisi guru dituntut untuk professional dalam menjalankan tugasnya, tetapi pada sisi lain sebagian besar guru masih perlu berjuang untuk dapat memenuhi kebutuhan dasar yang tidak tercukupi dengan penghasilannya sebagai guru. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendalami seberapa besar status profesi guru BK di sekolah, yang akan berdampak pada proses pendidikan peserta didik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah Library Research atau studi kepustakaan, dengan fokus pembahasan pada professional guru BK di sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa aspek dan indikator kompetensi profesional yang harus dikuasai seorang guru BK diantaranya mereka harus menguasai konsep untuk dapat memahami kondisi kebutuhan dan masalah yang dialami peserta didik sebagai klien mereka, mampu mengatministrasi segala instrumen yang berkaitan dengan proses pemberian layanan dan sebagainya.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan negara yang mempunyai budaya yang beragam. Salah satunya adalah dalam permainan tradisionalnya. Permainan tradisional ada hampir di seluruh wilayah Indoneisa, permainan tersebut juga sangat beragam dan mempunyai karakteristik tersendiri. Permainan ini biasanya sering dimainkan oleh anak. Banyak manfaat yang di dapat dalam permainan dalam permainan tradisional ini. Dalam permainan ini jika diterapkan dalam pembelajaran anak usia dini, banyak aspek yang akan didapat. Salah satunya adalah aspek perkembangan sosial anak. Tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui bagaimana cara permainan tradisional dapat melatih aspek perkembangan anak usia 5-6 tahun. Khusunya pada permainan gobak sodor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi kepustakaan. Teknik pengumpulan datanya dengan cara membaca dan menulis dari sumber buku, literatur dan laporan dari suatu studi kasus yang terkait. Hasil yang diperoleh adalah permainan tradisional gobak sodor dapat meningkatkan perkembangan sosial anak. Permainan tradisional pun dinilai cukup baik diterapkan dalam suatu metode pembelajaran khusunya di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini untuk dapat mengembangkan perkembangan sosial anak. Maka dari itu, permainan tradisional harus terus dilestarikan agar dapat mengembangkan seluruh aspek perkembangan anak.

Abstract

Membaca permulaan merupakan hal yang penting dikenalkan sejak usia dini untuk kemampuan membaca lebih lanjut. Pada masa ini perkembangan otak anak berkembang begitu pesat. Penelitian ini dilatar belakangi oleh rendahnya kemampuan membaca permulaan anak usia 4-5 tahun di Kober Nurul Falah karena kurang variatifnya media yang digunakan. Salah satu media yang bisa digunakan untuk membantu membaca membaca permulaan anak yaitu dengan menggunakan media buku alfabet fonik. Buku alfabet fonik dapat memudahkan anak mengenal huruf dengan cara melihat gambar yang sesuai dengan nama awal huruf dan menyuarakan huruf dengan menirukan gambar bentuk mulut cara pengucapan huruf . Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis buku alfabet fonik terhadap kemampuan membaca permulaan anak usia 4-5 tahun di Kober Nurul Falah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif melalui teknik observasi dan wawancara. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa anak-anak sangat senang bermain buku alfabet fonik dan buku ini efektif dalam membantu meningkatkan kemampuan membaca permulaan anak usia 4-5 tahun.

Abstract

Education is an important aspect to prepare a quality generation of the nation. Of course, in education there needs to be good educational management in order to achieve success in educational goals. However, the management of education at educational institutions in Indonesia is still far from good. The aim of this research is to find out about education management and the implementation of special services in formal early childhood education institutions, namely RA. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods. Researchers conducted research at RA LISDA targeting RA LISDA school principals, as well as carrying out documentation for data collection. Then the researcher carried out data reduction to analyze the data, present the data, and draw conclusions. The results of this research are that RA LISDA has implemented education management well and provided special religious services as a form of implementation of education management. This special religious service aims to shape the morals and behavior of students to become human beings who always obey Allah SWT. However, RA LISDA has not yet fully and completely provided special services, because there is no specific and permanent program.

Abstract

An elementary school is a learning environment that serves as a springboard for kids' development into Pancasila-like individuals. Because the only source of revenue is school operational aid, students have difficulty finding other sources of income. It is impossible to optimize the financing components to improve reading literacy. This occurs as a result of the fact that educational policies influence school financial policies. The dualism of rules, notably the Ministry of Home Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Culture, must also be considered when discussing financing. As a result, determining the efficacy of reading literacy development programs is difficult. Based on this description, a Financial Management Strategy for Improving the Quality of Reading Literacy is required. This research aims to show how strategic planning is employed, how the strategy is implemented, and what the results of the financial management strategy are. This study takes a qualitative approach and uses the case study method. The research found that the school, in collaboration with the parents' association, conducts strategic planning, and the committee is planning the optimization of the school library, which is managed by teachers and associations, as well as the activation of book maintenance, which is charged to the borrower. During the implementation of this technique, the parents' association takes turns as a library manager, manages the agreement's results on maintenance fees, and teachers merely assist with reading and writing activities, as well as school literacy competitions. As a result of this technique, pupils are more familiar with reading literacy exercises, and libraries that were previously unaccredited are now accredited.

Abstract

Building a child's character formation requires habituation. To create good habits, habits must be carried out regularly in everyday life. As a result, instilling religious and moral principles in early childhood is very important. The aim of this research is to study in depth how PAUD teachers help children become more religious by teaching them habits such as the duha prayer. Data was collected using descriptive qualitative methods through documentation, in-depth interviews and observations with speakers consisting of school principals and teaching staff there. For the results of the analysis, researchers combine data collection findings from reliable sources with data collection findings that are converted into text. The results show that there are differences between children who are used to performing Dhuha prayers and children who are not. The aim of this habituation is to make children accustomed to positive things, understand religion better, and have good morals. It is recommended that this habituation be carried out regularly and involve the role of parents so that the results are better

Abstract

Dalam penyediaan pendanaan pendidikan, pemerintah menyiapkan Dana Oprasional Sekolah (BOS). Berdasarkan prosedur yang ada penggunaan dana BOS harus dikelola secara relevan dan efektif, yang penggunaanya dibagi kedalam 8 Standar penggunaan. Salah satu diantaranya yaitu Standar pengembangan sarana dan prasarana sekolah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji keterhubungan  Efektivita Pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS) terhadap kondisi Sarana dan Pendidikan di SDN 1 Cigugur Kecamatan Cigugur Kabupaten Pangandaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan korelasi. Data diperoleh dengan menggunakan data primer dan data skunder, melalui hasil skala likert dan studi dokumentasi lapangan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Oprasional Sekolah (BOS) sangat berpengaruh terhadap kondisi sarana dan pendidikan. Ada beberapa catatan dari penelitian ini yaitu: hasil uji regresi hubungan yang kuat antara efektifitas pengelolaan dan BOS terhadap sarana dan prasarana (57%). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada keterhubungan yang sangat erat antara efektifitas pengelolaan Dana Bantuan Oprasional Sekolah (BOS) terhadap sarana dan prasarana pendidikan di SDN 1 Cigugur Kabupaten Pangandaran.

Abstract

Finances in an educational unit must be properly managed. It is important to participate in contributing to school funds so that the funds received function effectively and efficiently. The use of BOS or funds needs to be based on agreements and conclusions with the managers of these BOS funds, teachers and school institutions. Based on the results of the agreement, it is submitted in the form of written minutes of the meeting and signed by all meeting participants. In fact there were several obstacles that occurred including the ineffectiveness of school financial management, no staff who were proficient in managing school finances, delays in the disbursement of BOS funds. The purpose of this study was to describe the effectiveness of the use of BOS funds at SDN 2 Budiasih. The method used in this research is qualitative, with a field case study research design with descriptive-analytic characteristics. In collecting data using techniques for collecting this data will use, by way of interviews, documentation and observation. The results obtained from this study are that there is often a delay in the allocation of funds at SD Negeri 2 Budiasih which has an impact on learning activities at the school. If there is a delay in the distribution of school operational funds, the school's needs will become more difficult. Evaluation must be carried out so that school operational assistance funds are distributed on time with the right calculation in achieving all school activities and needs so that school operational activities run well and do not interfere with the school program that has been planned. Finansial di salah satu satuan pendidikan harus ditata dengan baik. Penting untuk ikut serta memberikan kontribusi dana sekolah agar dana yang diterima berfungsi selaku efektif dan efisien. Penggunaan BOS atau dana perlu berlandaskan persetujuan serta kesimpulan bersama pengelola dalam dana BOS ini, pihak guru serta lembaga sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil persetujuan disampaikan pada bentuk risalah rapat tertulis serta di tanda tangani seluruh peserta rapat. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis metode kualitatif akan memerlukan desain terhadap penelitian studi kasus lapangan dengan berkarakter deskriptif-analitik. Pada pengambilan data mengunakan teknik terhadap pengumpulan data ini akan mengunakan, dengan cara wawancara, dokumentasi serta observasi. Inilah dapat ditunjukkan oleh hasil pada penelitian ini dengan menunjukkan bahwa seringnya terjadi keterlambatan alokasi dana di SD Negeri 2 Budiasih berdampak pada kegiatan pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut. Jika terjadi keterlambatan penyaluran dana operasional sekolah, kebutuhan sekolah menjadi lebih sulit. Evaluasi harus dilakukan agar dana bantuan operasional sekolah tersalurkan tepat waktu dengan perhitungan yang tepat dalam mencapai semua kegiatan dan kebutuhan sekolah.
