Abstract

Berbagai organisasi menggunakan teknologi informasi untuk menunjang aktivitas bisnisnya namun dalam penerapannya masih dijumpai persoalan-persoalan, maka itu dibutuhkan tata kelola teknologi informasi yang baik agar organisasi dapat eksis dan bersaing dengan pesaingnya. Salah satu BPR Bank Bapas 69 Magelang menggunakan teknologi informasi dengan memiliki tingkat kepercayaan dan keamanan sangat diharapkan oleh nasabah BPR Bank Bapas 69 Magelang, maka manajemen Sistem Informasi secara keseluruhan perlu diperhatikan mulai dari perencanaan hingga implementasi agar sistem informasi yang dihasilkan sesuai dengan tujuan perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dan framework ITIL v3 sebagai acuan dan panduan untuk menerapkan praktek terbaik yang telah diakui. Analisa berfokus pada sistem informasi perkreditan yang digunakan oleh PD BPR Bank Bapas 69 Magelang Cabang Selatan menggunakan framework ITIL v3 domain strategi layanan dan proses yang terdapat didalamnya yaitu manajemen portfolio, manajemen keuangan dan manajemen permintaan. Analisis strategi layanan terhadap sistem informasi sudah dikelola dengan baik, namun masih diperlukan pemeliharaan secara berkala agar manfaatnya lebih efektif.

Abstract

Potensi, peluang dan keunggulan-keunggulan desa Banaran belum mampu menggerakkan ekonomi kerakyatan secara maksimal. Beberapa potensi dan keunggulan lain desa Banaran Cepogo Boyolali meliputi pertanian dataran tinggi, peninggalan sejarah, seni dan budaya, pemandangan alam, waduk/embung dan potensi jasa juga belum digarap secara terintegrasi. Realisasi kegiatan pengabdian di mitra Pokdarwis pada prinsipnya dilakukan dengan penguatan industri ukir tembaga dan wisata sekitar embung. Pengembangan wisata di sekitar embung diprioritaskan penanaman tanaman hias dan buah. Tanaman pucuk merah dan buah terutama mangga merupakan tanaman yang mudah ditanam dan berkhasiat cukup banyak di bidang kesehatan

Abstract

This research discusses the "Semarang Wegah Nyampah" campaign conducted by the Communication Division of the Regional Secretariat of Semarang City. The campaign aims to promote an environmentally friendly lifestyle and public awareness of the impact of waste, especially single-use plastic waste. However, the campaign has not been effective due to its limited reach and lack of high interaction on Instagram and TikTok social media platforms. The purpose of this research is to describe the process of forming public engagement in the Semarang Wegah Nyampah campaign, using concepts such as Persuasive Communication, Types of Campaigns, Public Policy, Social Psychology, and the Pyramid Model of PR Research. The research methodology employed is qualitative-descriptive, involving direct observation, in-depth interviews, and document analysis. The findings of this research indicate that the Semarang Wegah Nyampah campaign has had a positive impact on waste management in Semarang City. Despite facing challenges, the campaign has successfully increased awareness and changed behaviors related to waste management. However, the campaign's message has not been effectively disseminated, and public participation needs improvement. To achieve larger goals and create a greater impact on the public, further efforts are required to widely disseminate the campaign's message, enhance public knowledge, and integrate public policies. Therefore, the Semarang Wegah Nyampah campaign can continue to play a significant role in creating a clean and sustainable environment in Semarang City.

Abstract

Tingkat kunjungan pasien merupakan sebuah indikator kinerja untuk Rumah Sakit yang berbanding lurus dengan pendapatan. Pendapatan Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Brigjend. H. Hasan Basry Kandangan memberikan kontribusi sebesar 11% terhadap pendapatan asli daerah pada tahun 2022 sehingga apabila  terjadi penurunan pendapatan RSUD) Brigjend. H. Hasan Basry Kandangan maka mengakibatkan pendapatan daerah turut mengalami penurunan. Mengetahui hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, dan fasilitas dengan pemanfatan pelayanan pada poliklinik rawat jalan. Studi ini bersifat observasional analitik dan menggunakan pendekatan cross-sectional dengan rumus slovin 92 sampel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Variabel terikat: pemanfatan pelayanan pada poliklinik rawat jalan. Variabel bebas:Usia, jenis kelamin, dan fasilitas. Analisis bivariat menggunakan chi-square dan multivariat menggunakan regresi logistik berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat hubungan antara usia(p=0,001), jenis kelamin(p=0,003), dan fasilitas(p=000) dengan pemanfatan pelayanan. Variabel fasilitas paling berhubungan dengan pemanfatan pelayanan pada poliklinik rawat jalan RSUD Brigjend. H Hasan Basry Kandangan. Terdapat hubungan antara usia, jenis kelamin, dan fasilitas dengan pemanfaatan layanan. Variabel yang paling berhubungan dengan pemanfaatan layanan poliklinik pasien rawat jalan RSUD Brigjend. H. Hasan Basry Kandangan adalah fasilitas.

Abstract

General elections in a democratic country are carried out to elect a figure as the leader of the country so that all citizens are obliged to vote well and be able to create maximum leadership formation in a country. But in reality, Indonesia, as a democratic country, still has a few percent of people who are apathetic towards politics by abstaining from abstention. This research uses explanatory quantitative research methods and the Theory of Planned Behavior as a framework. Based on hypothesis testing, exposure to the KPU Goes to Campus campaign and news of criminal sanctions inviting other people to abstain had an effect of 13.4% on anti-abstention behavior intentions and had a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05, therefore it can be concluded that the higher the level of exposure to the KPU Goes to Campus campaign and news of criminal sanctions inviting other people to abstain, the higher the anti-voting behavior intentions that appear in a person

Abstract

The relocation of the National Capital has become a topic of discussion for the Indonesian people, where the relocation of IKN is a topic that is very rarely discussed because of the statement made by Indonesian President Joko Widodo which will move the Indonesian National Capital from DKI Jakarta to East Kalimantan Island, more specifically North Penajam Paser. . From the statement of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, the public has an opinion regarding the relocation of the country's capital, which is DKI Jakarta. The national media has an opinion based on how they report on the relocation of IKN. There are those who support it, there are also those who reject it. This research will discuss the attitude of the local East Kalimantan media regarding the statement regarding the relocation of IKN. By using framing analysis, Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M Kosicki. Researchers selected and analyzed 10 news stories from local media Tribunkaltim which were the research subjects, namely Tribunkaltim with a news period of 1-30 March 2022. The results of this research found that the local online media tribunkalitm used 3 themes in reporting on the relocation of the National Capital, namely: (1) Society (2) Potential Natural Disasters (3) Government preparations that were not optimal. These 3 themes show the framing that rejects the relocation of IKN. Tribunkaltim was seen using local community sources for the content of Tribun Kaltim's news where the community was worried about the relocation of IKN which was placed in North Penajam Paser. Tribun Kaltim also expressed its rejection on the grounds that the IKN buffer villages have the potential for natural disasters and reported that preparations for the IKN relocation were not optimal in terms of preparation. In this case, Tribunkaltim applies framing of a topic or event in society for the needs of society or the media itself. Tribunkaltim framed the relocation of IKN as not providing benefits to the community and also lacking thorough preparation in planning the relocation. The framing carried out by Tribunkaltim shows the media's attitude towards the relocation of IKN promoted by the government by rejecting it by framing the Community. and also shows how the government has less than optimal preparations in preparing for the relocation of IKN.

Abstract

The issue of minorities in Indonesia is still an issue that is full of pros and cons, this is no exception for sexual minorities. The media, which has an important role to provide information to the public as a neutral party, gives a negative impression of sexual minorities. This study aims to analyse the framing done by online media in Indonesia towards athletes who change their sexual identity. Using the framing analysis method popularised by Zhongdang Pan and M. Kosicki, this research examines articles from several online media related to the Aprilia Manganang case. The results showed that online media in Indonesia tended to provide positive framing of the athlete. In addition, the majority of media framed Aprilia Manganang as a man. However, there were also some journalistic ethics violations in the reporting related to the LGBTQ coverage guidelines from the NUJ Guidlines as well as KEJ and P3SPS, such as the use of sensitive words and the selection of news topics that lead to a person's privacy area. The conclusion of this study is that not all media in Indonesia provide framing that corners sexual minorities. There are still media outlets that provide positive framing, although some violations are still found. However, the majority of violations are due to the absence of definitive guidelines in Indonesia on how to write about LGBTQ people.  This research is expected to provide insight into the importance of neutrality and ethics in reporting on sexual minorities.

Abstract

The existence of sexual assault on public transportation is proof that security in public spaces has not been fully realized, especially for women who tend to be victims. Transjakarta, one of the public transportation companies in DKI Jakarta, is holding a Stop Sexual Harassment Campaign to create a safe space involving passenger participation. Peer group communication is one of the factors that can influence female passengers to have a firm attitude in dealing with sexual harassment in Transjakarta. This research aims to determine the influence of exposure to the stop sexual harassment campaign in Transjakarta and the intensity of peer group communication from the Busway Fan Club community in shaping the attitudes of female passengers facing acts of sexual harassment in Transjakarta. This research uses purposive sampling with a total of 100 respondents. The theories used in this research are Cognitive Response Theory and Reference Group Theory. Testing uses simple linear regression analysis. The findings show that there is an influence from exposure to the stop sexual harassment campaign and the intensity of peer communication from groups from the Busway Fan Club (BFC) community on the attitudes of female passengers in facing acts of sexual harassment in Transjakarta. These findings show that cognitively, affectively, and conatively, female passengers tend to act assertively if they see or become victims of sexual harassment in Transjakarta.

Abstract

In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic spread throughout the world. Various efforts have been made to resolve the pandemic, one of which is the Covid-19 vaccine. The Republic of Indonesia Governments made a statement that the public required to receive 2 doses of the Covid-19 vaccine and 1 booster dose. The emergence of the Covid vaccine has caused many pros and cons in society, given that the Covid vaccine is a new thing and there is a lot of confusing information about the vaccine. Although information and invitations for vaccines have been widely circulated, there are still people who refuse to be vaccinated. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of reading Covid-19 news in the mass media and the intensity of receiving the Covid-19 Vaccine Word of Mouth information with public attitudes regarding the Covid-19 Vaccine. The theory used in this theory is the dependency theory of mass media effects and the theory of the buyer's information environment. The population in this study was the people of Central Java aged 18-25 years who were healty and ready to get the Covid-19 Vaccine. This study uses a non-random sampling method by means of purposive sampling. The results of the Kendall Tau-B analysis test show that there is a correlations between the intensity of the Covid-19 Vaccine news and the attitude of the Covid-19 Vaccine community, namely with a significance number of 0.224. Meanwhile, the results of the hypothesis test for the variable intensity of receiving Word of Mouth information with public attitudes regarding the Covid-19 Vaccine show a significant relationship of 0.449. The conclusion from the results of this study is that there is a relationship between reading the news and people's attitudes about the Covid-19 vaccine. This is because in times of crisis such as a pandemic which causes access to information from the media to be higher and information from the mass media can provide affective, cognitive, and behavioral effects for the audience. Then the word of mouth information is also related to public attitudes about vaccines. WoM information is believed to be easier to accept because there is no affiliation and occurs naturally, so WoM plays a role in disseminating information related to vaccines and is used as a basis for the community before using the Covid-19 Vaccine.

Abstract

Women are the gender group that dominates the number of migrant workers in Indonesia. The significant increase in the number of women among migrant workers is directly proportional to the increase in the number of cases experienced by migrant workers. Online media as a provider of public space to monitor the power and representation of minorities should be able to provide news with a positive climate for women through the implementation of gender perspective journalism. The results of the research show that online media in Indonesia has implemented most of the gender perspective journalism indicators through the proportion of sensational diction in news titles, the proportion of news bodies that meet the journalistic code of ethics adopted from articles 4, 5 and 8, the proportion of diction used in body of news, and the proportion of female and male sources in the news. Of the 63 news stories analyzed, 39 news stories (61.9%) had titles that contained some sensationalist diction, 33 news stories (52.4%) had implemented a journalistic code of ethics that was relevant to gender perspective rules, and 30 news stories (47.6%) had used diction that gender perspective. In the resource element, the research results showed that 60.5% of the resource persons were male, while 39.5% of the resource persons were female. However, the number of categories implementing some indicators and implementing all indicators is not significantly different in the category of using stereotypical diction in news titles and body of news. Thus, online media has a record of creating a more balanced proportion of reporting in terms of diction selection.
