Abstract

Sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi keberhasilan suatu organisasi. Sebagai contoh, sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi pada salah satu organisasi yang ada yaitu Dinas Perindustrian dan Tenaga Kerja (Dispernaker) Kota Salatiga. Dispernaker dalam menjalankan tugasnya sudah menggunakan SI/TI tetapi penggunaanya belum maksimal, hal ini menyebabkan Dispernaker seringkali menemui masalah. Melihat kondisi masalah tersebut maka dibutuhkan suatu perencanaan strategis SI/TI yang dapat mendukung proses bisnis pada organisasi (dalam hal ini Dispernaker) sedangkan perencanaan strategis sendiri merupakan proses bagaimana organisasi mencapai atau merealisasikan tujuannya. Untuk dapat menerapkan perencanaan strategis yang sesuai dengan organisasi tentu melalui sebuah penelitian. Penelitian tersebut ialah penelitian perencanaan strategis sistem informasi dan teknologi informasi. Penelitian ini sendiri nantinya akan menggunakan metode Ward and Peppard yang dilakukan dengan menganalisis lingkungan bisnis juga lingkungan SI/TI secara internal dan eksternal. Metode tersebut memiliki beberapa analisis, analisis yang digunakan yaitu analisis SWOT, analisis Value chain dan analisis PEST, analisis Five Force Model, analisis McFarlan. Dari hasil penelitian ini akan memberikan rekomendasi yang berkaitan dengan visi misi, dengan harapan rekomendasi tersebut dapat digunakan sebagai cara untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan publik.Abstract Information systems and information technology (IS / IT) is one of the factors that influence the success of an organization. For instance, information systems and information technology in an organization called the Department of Industry and Labor (Dispernaker), Salatiga. SI/TI in Dispernaker in its used has not be maximzed yet ,because the use of SI/IT in the Dispernaker has not been maximal. This matter causing data in the  dispernaker not well structured. This problem Happen because of random Datas. Besides, there are a part of business process that still take manually. Dispenaker Salatiga also doesn't have strategic planning of SI/TI. By the conditions of the problem, we need a strategic plan of IS / IT to support business processes in an organization (in this case Dispernaker) while strategic planning is itself is a process of how organizations achieve theirgoals. To be able to apply strategic planning according to the organization is through a research. The researchis astudy is a strategic planning of information systems and information technology. The research will use Ward and Peppard method by analyzing the business environment and the IS / IT internally and externally. The method has some analysis, the analysis used are SWOT, Value Chain and PEST, Five Force Model, McFarlan Strategic Grid. The results of the study will be recommendations related to the vision and mission. Researcher hopes that these recommendations can be used to improve the quality of public services.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di Indonesia merupakan masalah yang belum terselesaikan sampai sekarang. Pengolahan sampah yang tidak benar dan tidak dianjurkan akan mengakibatkan masalah lebih lanjut. Dilakukannya penyuluhan mengenai pengelolaan dan pengolahan sampah dan pelatihan eco-bricks dan eco-enzyme di Desa Bunglai RT. 04 Kecamatan Aranio Kabupaten Banjar guna meningkatkan pengetahuan dan sikap masyarakat terhadap pengelolaan dan pengolahan sampah yang baik serta dapat mengolah sampah organik dan anorganik sehingga sampah memiliki daya guna kembali. Metode kegiatan yang digunakan adalah metode ceramah, metode diskusi dan metode demonstrasi. Instrumen kegiatan yang digunakan adalah angket berupa pre-test dan post-test serta lembar evaluasi. Peserta kegiatan ini adalah masyarakat Desa Bunglai RT 04 sebanyak 31 orang. Dari hasil dan analisis dengan uji wilcoxon didapatkan nilai signifikan (0,000) < 0,05 yang berarti terdapat perbedaan rata-rata pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan penyuluhan. Kegiatan intervensi kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan dengan melihat perubahan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test mampu mempengaruhi peningkatan pengetahuan, sikap dan pemahaman bagi para peserta mengenai pengelolaan dan pengolahan sampah yang baik dan benar.

Abstract

The performance of professional caregivers and patient satisfaction are closely interrelated and mutually influential. As a primary indicator of dental healthcare quality, patient satisfaction is shaped by the comparison between service expectations and the actual care received. Satisfaction increases with excellent performance and decreases with poor performance. This study analyzed the association between key performance factors—specifically promptness, attitude, and communication of professional caregivers—and patient satisfaction in the Outpatient Unit of Gusti Hasan Aman Dental and Oral Hospital. An analytic observational design with a cross-sectional approach was employed, involving 105 patients selected through accidental sampling. Chi-square tests revealed significant associations between attitude (p = 0.000) and communication (p = 0.000) in service and patient satisfaction. However, no significant association was found between promptness (p = 0.331) and patient satisfaction. Multiple logistic regression analysis further confirmed the importance of attitude (p = 0.016) and communication (p = 0.005) in service as factors related to patient satisfaction, with communication emerging as the most dominant factor (OR = 6.064; 95% CI: 1.711–21.490). The analysis also considered respondent characteristics such as age, gender, type of healthcare financing, and education level. In conclusion, attitude and communication in service were significantly associated with patient satisfaction, with communication being the most influential factor.

Abstract

Inserting bushing merupakan bagian dari assembling yang bertujuan untuk memasang bushing ke dalam mata pegas daun dengan cara ditekan menggunakan mesin pres hidrolik. Masalah yang terjadi saat proses inserting bushing adalah cara mengatur center bushing terhadap pegas daun yang dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan tidak efisien dari segi waktu. Rancangan baru mesin pres diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan proses inserting bushing sesuai dengan permintaan industri. Proses perancangan mesin menggunakan metode VDI 2222 sebagai acuan dasar dalam penelitian. Rancangan baru mesin pres dibuat dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SolidWorks. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan mesin pres dilengkapi dengan locator bushing dan supply bushing storage. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis konstruksi menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi kuat dan aman untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Shortening the updating and inputting of accurate and real-time stock data is crucial for smooth retail business operations at PT XYZ. The existing system had low availability, lacked scalability, and incurred high costs in managing inventory in real time. Implementing real-time stock streamline with automatic scaling and Google Cloud Pub/Sub can help achieve this goal. This system utilizes Google Cloud Pub/Sub as a message delivery platform to distribute stock information from sender to receiver in real-time. Auto-scaling is used to automatically increase or decrease the number of servers processing stock data based on demand. The system is designed using Python and integrated through libraries with the Google Cloud Platform. The results of this research prove that the system is capable of providing optimal performance and scalability with high availability, good security, and cost savings.

Abstract

The use of gadgets in the pandemic era is unavoidable. Distance learning system makes children from an early age to the final-year age use gadgets and online media as a means of information and education. Unfortunately, the data shows that children are accidentally exposed to and susceptible to pornographic content in online media. This makes children need communication and parental assistance in accessing online media. This research was conducted in Semarang private school as a form of community dedication for parents who have an early child. The theory used in this study is the theory of family communication patterns and parental mediation theory. The research method used is mixed methods. The results of this study indicate that parents give their children access to gadgets by giving them screen time. Every respondent also felt concerned about pornographic content. They stated that there is a need for assistance when early childhood access gadgets. Communication in the form of conversation and active mediation between parents and children is a form of parental communication in preventing exposure to pornographic content in online media.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to modify the design of a cooling product and combine it with a new, environmentally friendly insulation that does not harm the ozone layer. In this study, data collection techniques include a literature review from various books and journals. The cooling box in this design uses hydrocarbon refrigerant, namely musicool-22, with polyurethane insulation of 1.75 m thickness and a capacity of 95 kg, resulting in a cooling load of 8768.951 W. A 3HP compressor is used, generating a refrigeration impact of 370 kJ/kg, a refrigerant flow rate of 0.018 kg/s, compressor power of 1080 watts, COP of 6.24, and an estimated cooling time of approximately 1.108 hours.

Abstract

Leadership is an intriguing topic that is essential for every generation. This implies that effective leadership necessitates a leader with strong character, the ability to lead, and the capacity to comprehend the changes and advancements that occur with time. As times change, new leaders emerge in response to the demands and circumstances of their environment. The leadership of the millennial generation is a critical challenge in contemporary society. As a result, this study aims to describe the ideal leadership traits for the millennial generation. The goal is to examine leadership theories and types, millennial characteristics, and ideal leadership traits for the millennial generation. This research is a literature study that involves gathering data from theoretical sources relevant to ideal leadership characteristics for the millennial generation. Leadership is a crucial component of the management process and is required in all types of organizations. Leaders plan and organize available resources by influencing and directing others to achieve optimal employee performance. Leadership success is influenced by the leadership style employed and employee satisfaction. Becoming a good leader for the millennial generation and beyond is a critical challenge. However, a good leader should also possess integrity, honesty, and loyalty to the interests of the people. Millennial leadership must foster the independence and entrepreneurial spirit of the millennial generation. Nation-building must have independence and entrepreneurship as its core foundations.

Abstract

This study explores the effects of a comprehensive training program on the skills, knowledge, and motivation of Posyandu cadres in Guntung Manggis, Banjarbaru, Indonesia—a region with notably high maternal and infant mortality rates. The sample included 68 Posyandu cadres, divided equally into intervention and control groups. The intervention group underwent an interactive, hands-on training program, which led to significant improvements in knowledge and practical skills compared to the control group. Post-training, the intervention group’s mean skills score increased from 48.24 ± 6.47 to 74.15 ± 7.85, while the control group showed no significant change. These findings suggest that comprehensive training programs, which incorporate practical and interactive components, are more effective than traditional lecture-based methods in enhancing cadre competencies. It is recommended that health authorities consider adopting such training programs on a larger scale, particularly in high-need areas, as a strategy to improve maternal and child health outcomes and reduce maternal and infant mortality rates.

Abstract

Utilization of health services is an important aspect in developing health status. Based on data obtained from the utilization figures for specialist oral surgery polyclinics at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman in the last 4 years, there have been fluctuations in the number of referrals to specialist oral surgery polyclinics and the number of patients visiting. It turns out that not all patients who visit the oral surgery clinic utilize the services at the polyclinic. Service utilization is related to various factors including perceptions of health and illness, health status, income, insurance membership, and availability of infrastructure. To determine the relationship between perceptions of health and illness, dental and oral health status (DMF-T), income, insurance membership, and availability of infrastructure and utilization of specialist oral surgery polyclinic services at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. This research uses an analytical observational method with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects consisted of 97 patients from the oral surgery clinic at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, statistical analysis with the Chi square test and multiple logistic regression analysis. The results of analysis using Chi square show the p value of the variables perception of health and illness (p= 0.005), dental and oral health status (DMF-T) (p= 0.207), income (p= 0.170), insurance membership (p= 0.003), and availability of infrastructure (p= 0.000). The results of analysis using multiple logistic regression show the p value and Exp B of the health-sickness perception variable (p= 0.033, Exp B= 5.925), the dental and oral health status variable (DMF-T) (p= 0.068, Exp B= 4.225), income variable (p= 0.015, Exp B= 2.013), insurance membership variable (p= 0.005, Exp B= 14.111) and infrastructure availability variable (p= 0.000, Exp B= 18.534). There is a significant relationship between perceptions of health and illness, insurance membership, availability of oral surgery polyclinic infrastructure at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. There is no significant relationship between the dental and oral health status variable (DMF-T) and the income of the oral surgery clinic at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. The most dominant variable is the availability of infrastructure
