Abstract

Inserting bushing merupakan bagian dari assembling yang bertujuan untuk memasang bushing ke dalam mata pegas daun dengan cara ditekan menggunakan mesin pres hidrolik. Masalah yang terjadi saat proses inserting bushing adalah cara mengatur center bushing terhadap pegas daun yang dilakukan secara manual menyebabkan tidak efisien dari segi waktu. Rancangan baru mesin pres diperlukan untuk mengoptimalkan proses inserting bushing sesuai dengan permintaan industri. Proses perancangan mesin menggunakan metode VDI 2222 sebagai acuan dasar dalam penelitian. Rancangan baru mesin pres dibuat dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan bantuan software SolidWorks. Hasil penelitian berupa rancangan mesin pres dilengkapi dengan locator bushing dan supply bushing storage. Hasil perhitungan dan analisis konstruksi menunjukkan bahwa konstruksi kuat dan aman untuk digunakan.

Abstract

Shortening the updating and inputting of accurate and real-time stock data is crucial for smooth retail business operations at PT XYZ. The existing system had low availability, lacked scalability, and incurred high costs in managing inventory in real time. Implementing real-time stock streamline with automatic scaling and Google Cloud Pub/Sub can help achieve this goal. This system utilizes Google Cloud Pub/Sub as a message delivery platform to distribute stock information from sender to receiver in real-time. Auto-scaling is used to automatically increase or decrease the number of servers processing stock data based on demand. The system is designed using Python and integrated through libraries with the Google Cloud Platform. The results of this research prove that the system is capable of providing optimal performance and scalability with high availability, good security, and cost savings.

Abstract

The use of gadgets in the pandemic era is unavoidable. Distance learning system makes children from an early age to the final-year age use gadgets and online media as a means of information and education. Unfortunately, the data shows that children are accidentally exposed to and susceptible to pornographic content in online media. This makes children need communication and parental assistance in accessing online media. This research was conducted in Semarang private school as a form of community dedication for parents who have an early child. The theory used in this study is the theory of family communication patterns and parental mediation theory. The research method used is mixed methods. The results of this study indicate that parents give their children access to gadgets by giving them screen time. Every respondent also felt concerned about pornographic content. They stated that there is a need for assistance when early childhood access gadgets. Communication in the form of conversation and active mediation between parents and children is a form of parental communication in preventing exposure to pornographic content in online media.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to modify the design of a cooling product and combine it with a new, environmentally friendly insulation that does not harm the ozone layer. In this study, data collection techniques include a literature review from various books and journals. The cooling box in this design uses hydrocarbon refrigerant, namely musicool-22, with polyurethane insulation of 1.75 m thickness and a capacity of 95 kg, resulting in a cooling load of 8768.951 W. A 3HP compressor is used, generating a refrigeration impact of 370 kJ/kg, a refrigerant flow rate of 0.018 kg/s, compressor power of 1080 watts, COP of 6.24, and an estimated cooling time of approximately 1.108 hours.

Abstract

Leadership is an intriguing topic that is essential for every generation. This implies that effective leadership necessitates a leader with strong character, the ability to lead, and the capacity to comprehend the changes and advancements that occur with time. As times change, new leaders emerge in response to the demands and circumstances of their environment. The leadership of the millennial generation is a critical challenge in contemporary society. As a result, this study aims to describe the ideal leadership traits for the millennial generation. The goal is to examine leadership theories and types, millennial characteristics, and ideal leadership traits for the millennial generation. This research is a literature study that involves gathering data from theoretical sources relevant to ideal leadership characteristics for the millennial generation. Leadership is a crucial component of the management process and is required in all types of organizations. Leaders plan and organize available resources by influencing and directing others to achieve optimal employee performance. Leadership success is influenced by the leadership style employed and employee satisfaction. Becoming a good leader for the millennial generation and beyond is a critical challenge. However, a good leader should also possess integrity, honesty, and loyalty to the interests of the people. Millennial leadership must foster the independence and entrepreneurial spirit of the millennial generation. Nation-building must have independence and entrepreneurship as its core foundations.

Abstract

This study explores the effects of a comprehensive training program on the skills, knowledge, and motivation of Posyandu cadres in Guntung Manggis, Banjarbaru, Indonesia—a region with notably high maternal and infant mortality rates. The sample included 68 Posyandu cadres, divided equally into intervention and control groups. The intervention group underwent an interactive, hands-on training program, which led to significant improvements in knowledge and practical skills compared to the control group. Post-training, the intervention group’s mean skills score increased from 48.24 ± 6.47 to 74.15 ± 7.85, while the control group showed no significant change. These findings suggest that comprehensive training programs, which incorporate practical and interactive components, are more effective than traditional lecture-based methods in enhancing cadre competencies. It is recommended that health authorities consider adopting such training programs on a larger scale, particularly in high-need areas, as a strategy to improve maternal and child health outcomes and reduce maternal and infant mortality rates.

Abstract

Utilization of health services is an important aspect in developing health status. Based on data obtained from the utilization figures for specialist oral surgery polyclinics at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman in the last 4 years, there have been fluctuations in the number of referrals to specialist oral surgery polyclinics and the number of patients visiting. It turns out that not all patients who visit the oral surgery clinic utilize the services at the polyclinic. Service utilization is related to various factors including perceptions of health and illness, health status, income, insurance membership, and availability of infrastructure. To determine the relationship between perceptions of health and illness, dental and oral health status (DMF-T), income, insurance membership, and availability of infrastructure and utilization of specialist oral surgery polyclinic services at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. This research uses an analytical observational method with a cross-sectional design. The research subjects consisted of 97 patients from the oral surgery clinic at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis, statistical analysis with the Chi square test and multiple logistic regression analysis. The results of analysis using Chi square show the p value of the variables perception of health and illness (p= 0.005), dental and oral health status (DMF-T) (p= 0.207), income (p= 0.170), insurance membership (p= 0.003), and availability of infrastructure (p= 0.000). The results of analysis using multiple logistic regression show the p value and Exp B of the health-sickness perception variable (p= 0.033, Exp B= 5.925), the dental and oral health status variable (DMF-T) (p= 0.068, Exp B= 4.225), income variable (p= 0.015, Exp B= 2.013), insurance membership variable (p= 0.005, Exp B= 14.111) and infrastructure availability variable (p= 0.000, Exp B= 18.534). There is a significant relationship between perceptions of health and illness, insurance membership, availability of oral surgery polyclinic infrastructure at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. There is no significant relationship between the dental and oral health status variable (DMF-T) and the income of the oral surgery clinic at RSGM Gusti Hasan Aman. The most dominant variable is the availability of infrastructure

Abstract

ABSTRACT The Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia has established the Integrated Referral Information System (SISRUTE) to regulate the referral process of emergency patients vertically and horizontally. However, the practice of its use still varies greatly in various regions and its implementation is considered not optimal. Analyze the obstacles to implementing SISRUTE in the emergency room of RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya as a referral hospital in Central Kalimantan Province from the aspects of Communication, Resources, Disposition and Bureaucratic Structure. This is an qualitative research with the data collection process conducted through interviews with 15 informants selected by purposive sampling and document review. The transmission and consistency of information has been done well from the Health Office to the representatives of each health facility, but there is a lack of clarity of information due to the ignorance of other health facilities when they have difficulty using so they do not fill in SISRUTE.. The number of implementing human resources has been increased but is less active, although sources of information, authority, and supporting facilities are available. Bureaucratic arrangements or recruitment are appropriate, but there are no incentives. SPO is available but has not been updated, and a separate SISRUTE management team has been formed to divide responsibilities. The obstacles to the implementation of SISRUTE in the Emergency Room of Dr. Doris Sylvanus Hospital Palangka Raya are lack of clarity of information, limited number and inactivity of implementing human resources, no incentives, and SPO has not been updated. Keywords: Impementation, SISRUTE, Online Referrals, Emergency Department  ABSTRAK Kementerian Kesehatan Republik Indonesia telah menetapkan Sistem Informasi Rujukan Terintegrasi (SISRUTE) untuk mengatur proses rujukan pasien gawat darurat secara vertikal maupun horizontal. Namun, praktik penggunaannya masih sangat bervariasi di berbagai daerah dan implementasinya dinilai belum optimal. Menganalisis kendala implementasi SISRUTE di IGD RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya sebagai rumah sakit rujukan di Provinsi Kalimantan Tengah dari aspek Komunikasi, Sumber Daya, Disposisi, dan Struktur Birokrasi. Merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan proses pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara 15 orang informan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling dan telaah dokumen. Transmisi dan konsistensi penyampaian informasi telah dilakukan dengan baik dari Dinas Kesehatan ke perwakilan masing-masing Fasyankes, namun terdapat kurangnya kejelasan informasi karena adanya ketidaktahuan Fasyankes lain saat kesulitan menggunakan sehingga tidak mengisi SISRUTE. Jumlah SDM pelaksana telah ditambah namun kurang aktif, meskipun sumber informasi, wewenang, dan fasilitas pendukung telah tersedia. Pengaturan birokrasi atau rekrutmen sesuai, namun belum ada insentif. SPO telah tersedia namun belum diperbaharui, serta telah dibentuk tim pengelola SISRUTE tersendiri untuk membagi tanggung jawab.  Kendala implementasi SISRUTE di IGD RSUD dr. Doris Sylvanus Palangka Raya adalah kurangnya kejelasan informasi, keterbatasan jumlah dan kurang aktifnya SDM pelaksana, belum ada insentif, dan SPO belum diperbaharui. Kata Kunci: Implementasi, SISRUTE, Rujukan Online, Instalasi Gawat Darurat

Abstract

Dalam menanggapi permasalahan ikim global, seluruh dunia telah menyepakati untuk berkomitemen menekan peningkatan temperatur rata-rata dunia di bawah 2OC melalui kesepakatan internasional Paris Agreement pada tahun 2015. Indonesia pun turut serta menyepakati komitmen tersebut melalui pengurangan emisi Gas Rumah Kaca (GRK) sebesar 29% pada tahun 2030 (secara mandiri). Pada sektor energi, Indonesia menargetkan pengurangan emisi GRK sebesar 11% melalui peningkatan pemanfaatan Energi Baru Terbarukan (EBT) sebesar 23% pada tahun 2025 dan setidaknya  31% pada tahun  2050 terhadap energi nasional. Upaya-upaya dilakukan oleh pemerintah Indonesia untuk memenuhi komitmen tersebut, salah satunya ialah meningkatkan investasi dalam pengembangan infrastruktur pemanfaatan EBT. Melalui studi ini, evaluasi trend historis pemanfaatan EBT terhadap kegiatan investasi sektor EBT dilakukan untuk menilai kesiapan Indonesia dalam pemenuhan komitmen penggunaan EBT sebesar 23% di tahun 2025. Selain itu, kendala yang akan dihadapi pun diinvestigasi untuk mengidentifikasi beberapa hambatan pemenuhan komitmen tersebut. Korelasi kegiatan realisasi pengembangan EBT terhadap realisasi penurunan emisi GRK pun diinvestigasi untuk melihat signifikansi penurunan emisi GRK melalui pemanfaatan EBT di Indonesia.

Abstract

Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome Coronavirus 2 (SARS-COV2), a new type of coronavirus discovered in humans since an extraordinary incident appeared in Wuhan China in December 2019, and causes disease Coronavirus Disease-2019 (COVID- 19). Achievement of COVID-19 vaccination in Indonesia national elderly on July 10 2023 dose 1 84.88%, dose 2 70.33%, dose 3 33.75% and dose 4 2.15%. The achievement of vaccination for the elderly in South Kalimantan Province dose 1 was 86.52%, dose 2 was 63.10%, dose 3 was 23.74%, and dose 4 was 0.75% while the achievement of COVID-19 vaccination in the elderly in Banjarbaru city dose 1 was 11,349 doses , dose 2 was 9,876 doses, dose 3 was 5,567 doses, and dose 4 was 347 doses. To speed up the achievement, the government is actively providing vaccination services through the Puskesmas and public spaces. Knowing the relationship between comorbid diseases, elderly independence, perceptions of government policiesrelated to Covid-19 vaccination, the ease of obtaining vaccine information with Access to COVID-19 Vaccination in the elderly group at the Guntung Payung Health Center, Banjarbaru City. Results of analysis with Who squaresshows the p-value of comorbid diseases (p= 0.000), elderly independence (p = 0.015), perceptions of government policiesrelated to COVID-19 vaccination(p=0.031), and ease of obtaining vaccine information (p=0.007). The results of the analysis with multiple logistic regression showed the p value and Exp B of the comorbid disease variable (p = 0.003, Exp B =3,064), elderly independence variable (p=0.026, Exp B=2,253), the variable perception of government policy (p=0.028, Exp B= 2.240), and ease of obtaining vaccine information (p=0.024, Exp B= 2.541). The results of the analysis with Chi square showed p values of age (p= 0,026), gender (p= 0,017), JKN membership status (p= 0,013), toothbrush behavior (p=0,006) and cariogenic food comsumption (p=0,001). The results of analysis with multiple logistic regression showed values of p and Exp B of age (p=0,008, Exp B=2,569), gender (p=0,017, Exp B= 1,956), JKN membership status (p=0,031, Exp B= 1,667), toothbrush behavior (p=0,006, Exp B= 2,742), and cariogenic food consumption (p=0,006, Exp B= 2,952) There is a significant relationship between comorbid diseases, elderly independence, perception of government policies, ease of obtaining vaccine information and access to COVID-19 vaccination in the elderly group at the Guntung Payung Health Center, Banjarbaru City. Themost dominant variable related is comorbid disease.
