Abstract

Today's young citizens are categorised as Generation Z. They are very closely related to gadgets and are often called digital natives. Currently, the number of young citizens dominates the Indonesian population, so young citizens need critical literacy to respond to any information critically. This study aimed to determine the level of critical literacy of young citizens. The research approach is descriptive and quantitative, with data collected using a survey questionnaire from senior high school students in Indramayu Regency, Indonesia. The research results are as follows: making decisions based on data is classified as excellent at 70%; being communicative and tolerant of differences at 73.1%; taking concrete action for a better life for all is 33.7%. Based on these findings, critical literacy needs to be continuously improved, including the use of learning resources and learning media that encourage the use of digital technology.

Abstract

The character of responsibility is an essential behavior for someone, including elementary school students, so they have this excellent character at school and outside school. This study aims to understand the influence of the two stay two stray learning models on the responsible character of fourth-grade elementary school students in science learning. This literature study was developed through various sources such as books, journals, and other literature related to the characters and learning models studied. In the two-stay-two-stray learning model, students must be responsible and active in every learning activity. This learning method can increase student communication in socializing and make the class atmosphere more lively. Apart from Increasing students' responsibility in carrying out their assignments so that their responsible character is also embedded in their daily lives, students can practice making assignment reports. In carrying out this model, the tributes different tasks to each group, where students must carry out the tasks well and correctly according to the teacher's order.

Abstract

In teaching and learning activities, educators are still not optimal in applying problem-based methods. Critical thinking is needed to find a way out of these problems regarding students' responses to teachers. Critical thinking is analyzing problems in an idea to find solutions. Five indicators of critical thinking namely: analyzing problems, being able to ask and answer questions, solving problems, making conclusions, and evaluating or assessing observation results. This literature review discusses the impact of implementing a problem-based learning model on elementary school students' critical thinking skills in learning citizenship education. This problem-based learning model is proven to be able to improve student's critical thinking skills, be able to present problem orientation for students so they can understand learning objectives and solve problems, organize students in group discussions, guide group investigations so they can look for problems that are presented, develop and present work results so that Students can prepare reports on discussion results, analyze and evaluate the problem-solving process so that teachers and students can evaluate the problem-solving process in learning. Critical thinking is seen as essential and developed in schools so that students are accustomed to dealing with various problems around them.

Abstract

The objectives of this development research are: 1) Developing vocational culinary materials based on the Banabooku application for autistic students; 2) Analyzing the feasibility of vocational culinary materials based on the Banabooku application for autistic students; 3) Analyzing students' responses to Banabooku application-based vocational culinary material. This development research uses the ADDIE Model with 5 stages which include; 1) Analyzing the Independent Curriculum used in Special Schools; 2) Designing a material development concept map by the Independent Curriculum; 3) Developing material according to the concept map; 4) Testing the material that has been developed on students to analyze student responses; 5) Provide formative evaluations to students to determine the achievement of the learning objectives that have been formulated. The results of this research are: 1) Gluten and Casein Free Industrial Food and Beverage Materials based on the Banabooku application for autistic middle and high school students in Special Schools; 2) The feasibility of the Gluten and Casein Free Industrial Food and Beverage material on the Banabooku application received assessment results from material experts of 83.4% (very feasible), language experts 81.8% (very feasible), and media experts 86.2% (very feasible). worthy); 3) Student responses to the Gluten and Casein Free Industrial Food and Beverage material based on the Banabooku application obtained a result of 82.2% (very good).

Abstract

Potensi lokal Desa Sumberejo Kecamatan Gedangan, Kabupaten Malang, memiliki sektor budidaya pisang namun masih belum dimanfaatkan secara maksimal. Tim pengabdian menyelenggarakan pelatihan dengan memanfaatkan potensi pisang di Desa Sumberejo Kabupaten Malang. Tujuan pelatihan untuk diversivikasi produk olahan berbahan dasar pisang di UMKM Maharani dan Kader PKK. Inovasi yang dilakukan adalah berbahan pisang ambon, pisang candi, pisang kepok, menjadi produk yang bisa menjadi oleh-oleh khas Desa Sumberejo. Peserta pengabdian berjumlah 30 orang yang terdiri dari pelaku UMKM Desa Sumberejo dan Kader PKK. Program pelatihan meliputi pemaparan materi mengenai prosedur P-IRT dan Sertifikasi Halal, prosedur pemasaran digital, dan proedur pengemasan makanan. Dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan pembuatan produk inovasi berbahan dasar pisang dan kegiatan tanya jawab. Hasil dari pelatihan ini menghasilkan Hasil pelatihan berupa peningkatan keterampilan peserta diperoleh dari angket yang disebarkan berturut-turut; 1) Penyampaian materi pembuatan desain kemasan 80%; 2) Pelaksanaan pelatihan meningkatkan produk unggulan berbasis pisang 85%; 3) Pelatihan kemasan meningkatkan nilai jual 80%; 4) Pendampingan Sertifikasi Halal dan P-IRT dapat meningkatkan keamanan dan kepastian produk yang dipasarkan 87%; dan 5) Pemasaran digital melalui sosial media 78%. Kata kunci— Inovasi pisang, UMKM, Tim Penggerak PKK Abstract The local potential of Sumberejo Village, Gedangan District, Malang Regency, includes the banana cultivation sector, which has not yet been fully utilized. This program organized a training program to utilize the banana potential in Sumberejo Village, Malang Regency. The purpose of the training was to diversify banana-based processed products for Maharani SMEs and PKK cadres. The innovation involves using Ambon bananas, Candi bananas, and Kepok bananas to create products that could become Sumberejo Village's unique souvenirs. The training participants consisted of 30 people, including SME actors from Sumberejo Village and PKK cadres. The training program included presentations on P-IRT procedures and Halal Certification, digital marketing procedures, and food packaging procedures. This was followed by activities on making innovative banana-based products and a question-and-answer session. The training outcomes showed an improvement in participants' skills based on the surveys distributed as follows: 1) Presentation of packaging design material 80%; 2) Training implementation increased banana-based flagship products 85%; 3) Packaging training increased product value 80%; 4) Halal Certification and P-IRT assistance improved the safety and certainty of marketed products 87%; 5) Digital marketing through social media 78%. Keywords— Banana Innovation, SMEs, PKK Mobilization Team

Abstract

C Background: Complementary foods are foods and drinks other than breast milk that are given to infants when they are 6 months old. Giving food and drink other than breast milk to babies before 6 months of age is called early complementary feeding. The prevalence of infants who have been given early complementary foods in Cimahi city is 40%. Objective: The purpose of this research was to see the description of mothers knowledge, early complementary feeding, and the relationship between mothers knowledge and early complementary feeding in the working area of Padasuka Cimahi Health Center. Method: This study uses Analytical Survey research method with Cross Sectional design. The sample technique used was Total Sampling. The sample in this study were mothers who had babies aged 0-12 months totaling 92 mothers in the Padasuka Cimahi Health Center working area. Univariate analysis used frequency distribution and bivariate using Chi Square analysis. . The hypothesis test obtained is Ha accepted or failed to be rejected. Data collection methods using questionnaires. Results: The results of this study indicate that there is a relationship between maternal knowledge about complementary foods and early complementary feeding with the results of the Chi Square test with a p-value of 0.001 <0.05. Conclusion: There is a relationship between maternal knowledge about complementary foods and early complementary feeding. Suggestion: It is suggested that local health services can increase health promotion about complementary foods in the area to be used as additional information for mothers who are preparing to give complementary foods and who have given complementary foods to their babies, so that mothers can increase their knowledge of complementary foods.

Abstract

Kematian neonatal terjadi 0-6 hari (79,1 %). Penyebab kematian neonatal terbanyak pada tahun 2021 adalah Berat Badan Lahir Rendah (BBLR) 34,5%. Kematian bayi di Kabupaten Cirebon yang diakibatkan BBLR  (41,1 %). (Riskesdas, 2021). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor ibu dan janin yang berhubungan dengan kejadian BBLR di Kabupaten Cirebon. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif case control study dengan pendekatan kohort retrospektif. Sampel penelitian ini BBL dengan tekhnik simple random sampling diperoleh 100 responden. Analisis menggunakan Chi Square dan regresi logistic. Hasil penelitian variabel umur ibu didapatkan nilai p 0.046, hipertensi didapatkan nilai p 0.004, preeklampsia didapatkan nilai p 0.002 nilai, anemia didapatkan nilai p 0.002, prematur didapatkan nilai p 0.035, gemeli didapatkan nilai p 0.024, paritas didapatkan nilai p sebesar 0.168. Ada hubungan umur ibu, hipertensi, preeklampsia, anemia, prematur dan gemeli dengan kejadian BBLR, sedangkan paritas tidak ada hubungan dengan kejadian BBLR di Kabupaten Cirebon Tahun 2022.

Abstract

Dalam konteks penerimaan negara, penghindaran pajak yang mengacu pada tindakan yang bertujuan mengurangi kewajiban perpajakan suatu badan usaha atau perorangan telah menjadi permasalahan yang signifikan. Studi ini mengkaji strategi penghindaran pajak yang populer serta dampak fiskal dan ekonomi yang ditimbulkannya. Artikel ini membahas dampak penghindaran pajak terhadap pendapatan negara dengan menggunakan penelitian kontemporer, dengan menekankan sejauh mana aktivitas ilegal ini telah merugikan keuangan negara. Esai ini juga mengeksplorasi konsekuensi politik yang mungkin digunakan pemerintah untuk mengatasi masalah penghindaran pajak dan meningkatkan keadilan fiskal. Dengan mencermati permasalahan ini, artikel ini diharapkan dapat memberikan analisis yang mendalam kepada para akademisi, politisi, dan pihak-pihak lain di masyarakat.

Abstract

Kemiskinan didefinisikan sebagai kondisi dimana pendapatan tidak memenuhi kebutuhan dasar, sehingga membuat kelangsungan hidup menjadi sulit, oleh karenanya dalam proses memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, perlu adanya partisipasi dari semua pihak, baik pemerintah maupun masyarakat. Di dalam Agama kemaslahatan umat manusia juga di tekankan dalam maqasid syariah yang bertujuan untuk mendorong kesejahteraan melalui penjagaan agama, jiwa, akal, harta dan keturunan. Pemerintah Indonesia melalui Kementrian Sosial pada Tahun 2007 telah mengeluarkan Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH). Program ini diharapkan mampu menjadi solusi untuk membantu kekurangan masyarakat, melalui dari kebutuhan pokok, pendidikan, sampai kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pelaksanaan Program Keluarga Harapan di Desa Ganjar Sabar Kecamatan Nagreg Kabupaten Bandung, dan menjelaskan bagiamana masyarakat penerima manfaat menggunakan dana bantuan PKH, di tinjau dari analisis maqhasyid syariah terhadap masyarakat penerima manfaat dalam mempergunakan dana bansos Program Keluarga Harapan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan empiris normatif, dengan metode penelitian menggunakan studi literatur, penelitian lapangan, metode pengamatan, dan metode deskriptif analitis. Pengumpulan data ini diperoleh melalui Wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, sebagai sumber informasi yang dicari. Kemudian, data ini oleh peneliti dianalisa dan diolah yang selanjutnya digunakan unuk penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Program Keluarga Harapan (PKH) di Desa Ganjar Sabar, sudah di jalankan dengan arahan dan mekanisme sesuai kebijakan serta aturan yang berlaku. Akan tetapi hasil analisis maqashid syariah terhadap masyarakat penerima manfaat dalam mempergunakan dana bansos program keluarga harapan (PKH) belum bisa memanfaatkan dengan baik sesuai anjuran yang berlaku trutama dalam hal menjaga hartanya, hal tersebut tidak sesuai dengan tujuan maqashid syariah yang salah satunya ialah menjaga harta (hifzh al-mal), dimana hal ini termasuk dalam tingkatan dharuriyat (tujuan-tujuan primer), yaitu sebagai tujuan yang harus ada dan merupakan kebutuhan dasar bagi terwujudnya kemaslahatan umat manusia di dunia dan di masa yang akan datang.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran pengembangan oven pengering untuk telur asin dengan asap cair, berbasis Internet of Thing (IoT) di SLB Autis Laboratorium UM. Metode pelaksanaan melalui observasi, pengembangan alat oven telur asin, forum grup discussion, dan sosialisasi alat. Sosialiasi dilaksanakan dengan tujuan memberi penyuluhan pembuatan telur asin dengan metoda asap cair, yang dilanjutkan dengan pengeringan menggunakan oven pengering. Hal ini dilakukan untuk mengembangkan oven yang sudah ada dengan metode oven asap. Kegiatan pengabdian ini dilaksanakan untuk memberikan pelatihan kepada para peserta didik disabilitas untuk melatih kemampuan mereka dalam bidang kewirausahaan, khususnya dalam pembuatan produk telur asin.
