Abstract

Faktor mendasar dari penelitian ini  yaitu siswa  kesulitan dalam memahami materi pelajaran produk pastry dan bakery. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan game berbasis android sebagai media pembelajaran pada materi cokelat dan permen cokelat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menghasilkan produk game Flappy Chocolate, menguji kelayakan produk game Flappy Chocolate, dan menguji efektifitas game Flappy Chocolate. Metode penelitian adalah RD, penelitian ini menggunakan angket dengan skala likert pada kelayakan produk dan uji N-Gain untuk menguji efektivitas dari produk pengembangan game yang didapat dari hasil nilai pretest dan posttest materi cokelat dan permen cokelat. Sampel dalam penelitian yaitu siswa kelas XI SMK Negeri 7 Malang Program Keahlian Tata Boga dan SMK Swasta Kartika IV-1 Malang Program Keahlian Tata Boga sebanyak 32 siswa. Hasil penelitian berupa produk game Flappy Chocolate berbasis android diuji kelayakannya melalui empat validator. Validasi oleh ahli materi menunjukkan game Flappy Chocolate dengan kategori sangat layak (86,1%), oleh ahli media mendapat kategori sangat layak(95,8%), oleh ahli bahasa mendapat kategori sangat layak (91,7%), dan oleh ahli teknologi informasi mendapat kategori sangat layak  (87,5%).  Efektivitas produk  pengembangan  game  berdasarkan perhitungan uji  N-Gain menghasilkan nilai 0,75 menunjukkan bahwa game Flappy Chocolate mempunyai efektivitas tinggi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian produk game Flappy Chocolate berbasis android sangat layak dan efektif  sebagai  media  pembelajaran pada  mata  pelajaran produk  pastry  dan  bakery  Program Keahlian Tata Boga.

Abstract

This article discusses the role of Canva For Education in enhancing the creativity and presentation skills of students at Universitas Negeri Malang. Faced with the challenges of the global job market, the university recognizes the potential of Canva For Education as an innovative solution with features such as visual design, team collaboration, and multimedia integration. Despite implementation challenges such as integrating technology into the curriculum and data security issues, Canva For Education can provide a positive contribution to the development of students' skills. Literature reviews indicate that this platform can boost creativity through appealing visual designs, team collaboration, and the utilization of learning resources. Furthermore, Canva For Education can advance presentation skills through attractive slide designs, effective use of visualization, and consistent content design. The article concludes by affirming that Canva For Education is a valuable tool in preparing students for the demands of the increasingly visually-oriented global job market

Abstract

The problem of prematurity continues to be a concern in today's modern era. Preterm birth is a major cause of neonatal morbidity and mortality. One of the efforts to prevent infection in preterm infants is by giving oropharyngeal colostrum to preterm infants. Objective: to analyze the effect of oropharyngeal colostrum on symptoms of infections in preterm infants in the NICU Room of Ummi Hospital Bogor. Method: the type of research used in this study was a pre-experimental design with one group pre-post test design. non-probability sampling technique with purposive sampling. The measuring instrument used was the form Newborn-Assessment-Observation-Chart and Early Warning Score with Mc Nemar analysis. The number of respondents was 26 premature infants. Results: the characteristics of respondents aged one-day premature babies 22 respondents (88.5%). Birth weight ? 1,500 gr 15 respondents (57.7%), and 53.8% were female. Symptoms of suspected infection during the pre-test were 16 respondents (61.5%) and the uninfected category amounted to 10 respondents (38.5%). At the same time, the post-test obtained symptoms of non-infection of 16 respondents (61.5%) and suspected infection of 10 respondents (38.5%). Conclusion: This study obtained p = 0.07 which showed no effect of oropharyngeal colostrum administration on the incidence of infection in premature infants in the NICU room of Ummi Bogor Hospital.

Abstract

Background: Vitamin D supplementation to prevent Metabolic Syndrome (MetS) has been widely implemented in developed countries and is now being introduced in developing countries. However, recent studies have shown no association between vitamin D and MetS in adults. Objectives: This study aims to obtain a profile of vitamin D values ​​in adults and explore vitamin D status in MetS patients, MetS components, and healthy adults. Methods: This research design was a cross-sectional study, utilizing both secondary and primary data from the research on the Risk Factors for Non-Communicable Diseases (RF-NCD) longitudinal study in 2021. Serum 25(OH)D levels in 956 adult respondents were determined by Enzyme-linked Immune Assay (ELISA) analysis using Stored Biological Material (SBM) serum from the 2021 RF-NCD longitudinal study. The ANOVA test was used to determine differences in vitamin D levels in various physiological conditions of respondents (MetS, MetS components, and healthy people). Results: A total of 68.5% of respondents had inadequate (deficiency and insufficiency) serum vitamin D levels, with an average of 26.5 ng/mL. The average vitamin D levels between MetS patients, MetS components, and healthy people were not significantly different (p-value>0.05). However, the number or percentage of respondents with 25(OH)D deficiency in the MetS group (12.1%) was higher than other physiological conditions. Conclusions: Most of the respondents in this study have inadequate vitamin D levels. The average vitamin D levels did not differ between physiological conditions. Further studies are needed on other micronutrient factors that affect the incidence of MetS and its components.

Abstract

This study aim to explore the effect of the motor stimulus oral massage to the ability to drink in premature baby in the Perinatology. This study was a quasi - experimental research by using the approach of pre and post test with control group design. The results showed that the difference between the pre-test and post-test scores obtained was 0.001. In conclusion, the application of motoric oral massage stimulus on the ability to drink in premature infants can improve the ability to drink in premature infants. Abstract

Sekolah Autis Laboratorium UM (SAL UM) adalah penyelenggara pendidikan dan layanan bagi siswa autis dibawah naungan Universitas Negeri Malang. SAL UM memberikan layanan bagi siswa yang memiliki kelainan dalam hal konsentrasi dan prilaku motorik. Penanganan anak dengan kondisi autisme harus sangat detail, teliti dan tepat sasaran. Salah satu terapi diet yang dianjurkan diberikan pada anak autis adalah diet bebas gluten/gluten free dan bebas kasesin/caseine free  (GFCF). Pemberian diet GFCF dapat mengurangi atau mencegah gejala autis. Berdasarkan hasil studi awal penerapan diet GFCF belum bisa diterapkan secara optimal oleh sekolah SAL UM karena beberapa hal termasuk kurangnya akses informasi dalam menyediakan dan mengelola diet yang sesuai kebutuhan.  Kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mentrasnfer pengetahuan dan keterampilan untuk memoptimalkan fungsi kantin sekolah dalam menyediakan kebutuhan makanan jajanan sesuai diet GFCF berbasis tepung komposit kelor dan kentang Tengger. Pelatihan dilaksanakan dengan metode brain strorming, drill dan eskperimen pembuatan makanan diet GFCF berupa velva labu siem dan kelor (LASIKE), velva dragon fruit, velva pumpkin, blondies kelor kukus, komposit kentang tengger kelor (KKTK) muffin, cookies komposit tepung kentang dan tepung kelor (TANGKE)

Abstract

Tujuan dari program pengabdian kepada masyarakat adalah memberikan pelatihan inovasi desain kemasan produk-produk hasil olahan perikanan di Desa Sambigede yang memiliki potensi perikanan yang melimpah, tepatnya sebuah potensi desa yang bernama Kebon Watu. Kebon Watu memilki sebuah bendungan milik dinas Perairan, namun dikelola oleh masyarakat menjadi tambak-tambak ikan khususnya ikan Nila. Potensi perikanan di desa Sambigede Kabupaten Malang sangat menjanjikan untuk dikembangkan dalam bentuk hasil olah perikanan, budidaya maupun perikanan tangkap. Selama ini hasil-hasil tambak tersebut diperdagangkan secara langsung tanpa pengolahan ke luar Desa Sambigede. Kendala dan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh mitra yakni Pokmas Nila Sejahtera antara lain adalah kurang nya ketrampilan masyarakat menggunakan teknologi didalam mengolah hasil perikanan, minimnya keterampilan masyarakat dalam mengaplikasikan teknologi disain kemasan makanan dan kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat terhadap pengemasan didalam teknologi pengawetan makanan. Metode yang digunakan dengan cara menyelenggarakan diseminasi inovasi teknologi pengolahan ikan, teknologi disain kemasan dan teknologi pengemasan makanan terhadap teknologi pengawetan makanan di Desa Sambigede melalui kegiatan Karya Cipta Boga 2022 dosen dan mahasiswa Departemen Pendidikan Tata Boga dan Tata Busana (DTBB). Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat menunjukkan respon yang cukup tinggi terhadap program diseminasi yang diselenggarakan. Kesimpulan utama pelaksanaan program diseminasi dapat diterima dengan baik oleh masyarakat dan pokmas Kebon Watu untuk mengembangkan usahanya.

Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat merupakan kegiatan dalam upaya-upaya peningkatkan sumber daya manusia diantaranya memperluas wawasan pengetahuan sebagaimana yang telah dilakukan oleh aktifitas Akademia dalam bentuk perwujudan Tri dharma untuk menciptakan masyarakat yang berpendidikan khususnya tentang pendidikan agama yang terdapat dilembaga Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah. Kurangnya lulusan diniyah disebabkan oleh kurangnya tenaga pendidik, kurangnya pemahaman kurikulum dan kurangnya dukungan orang tua. Maka untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut diadakan Seminar Pengembangan Kurikulum Madrasah Diniyah Takmiliyah Awaliyah dengan judul Peningkatan Guru Madrasah dalam Upaya Integrasi Pendidikan Karakter di DTA Al Hidayah Desa Bangunkarya. Tujuan seminar ini agar seluruh guru madrasah diniyah dapat memahami dan memberi pemahaman kepada orang tua bahwa begitu pentingnya sebuah pendidikan karakter bagi anak-anak. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengembangan kurikulum adalah metode bercerita, hafalan dan tanya jawab. Hasil dari program yang dilaksanakan oleh KKN PAR STITNU Al Farabi Pangandaran di desa Bangunkarya tahun 2023 dengan pembuatan Pengembangan Kurikulum MDTA berbasis karakter dapat bermanfaaat hingga berkepanjangan.

Abstract

This study aims to explore the interconnection between gender equality, education, and the workforce of Generation Z in Japan, South Korea, and Indonesia, focusing on their roles in sustainable development. With rapid technological advancement and globalization, Generation Z is expected to be the primary driver of future labor markets. However, challenges related to gender inequality, education gaps, and labor market readiness persist in these countries. This paper reviews recent literature to identify existing research gaps, particularly the lack of comprehensive studies integrating gender equality, education, and workforce development within the framework of sustainable development. Previous studies have focused on individual aspects, but there is limited research that holistically examines these factors across multiple countries with differing socio-economic contexts. By employing a qualitative approach, this study analyzes secondary data, government reports, and interviews with experts to examine how gender equality, educational access, and workforce preparedness can contribute to the achievement of sustainable development goals in these three nations. The research hypothesis suggests that inclusive education and stronger gender equality policies will improve the workforce readiness of Generation Z, ultimately accelerating sustainable development in Japan, South Korea, and Indonesia. The findings of this study aim to provide actionable policy recommendations to promote gender equity, educational inclusivity, and labor market readiness, thereby enhancing the long-term sustainability of these countries.

Abstract

The objectives of this research: 1) produce a product in the form of explosion box media; 2) analyze the suitability of the explosion box media; 3) analyze the effectiveness of the explosion box media. This Development Research or RD uses Sugiyono's development model, the stages it goes through include: 1. potential and problems; 2. data collection; 3. product design; 4.design validation; 5. design revision; 6. product testing, and 7. product revision. The research subjects were media experts and material experts who acted as validators, as well as language experts, with one expert each and 30 respondents aged between 7 and 13 years who lived in Kampoeng Heritage Kajoetangan Malang. Data collection uses questionnaires and assessment sheets from material experts, language experts and media experts to evaluate how effective the explosion box media is. Produce: 1) explosion box media getting to know the Kampoeng Heritage Culinary of Kajoetangan Malang; 2) the explosion box media recognizes that the Kampoeng Heritage Kajoetangan Malang Culinary is suitable for use, this is in accordance with the results of validation by material experts who gave a score of 87.5%, media experts 88.6%, and language experts 84.3%; 3.) shows the effectiveness of the explosion box media to get to know the culinary delights of Kampoeng Heritage Kajoetangan Malang which was tested using a validity test and a reliability test which showed a result of 0.755 which means reliable.
