Abstract

Pengetahuan tentang literasi keuangan menjadi salah satu hal yang penting. Melalui kegiatan PKM ini, sosialisasi peningkatan literasi keuangan melalui media papan bermain (board game) bertujuan untuk membantu siswa/i jurusan akuntansi kelas 11 SMK Negeri 1 Kota Malang mengenal lebih dalam mengenai prinsip pengelolaan uang mulai dari bagaimana cara mendapatkan uang, strategi dan mengolahnya, serta memberdayakan uang tersebut dengan harapan terwujudnya kemandirian finansial dengan cara yang kreatif dan menyenangkan. Sosialisasi yang dilakukan adalah materi presentasi terkait literasi keuangan dan bermain game yang bernama Finance Frenzy Snake and Ladders. Kegiatan ini melibatkan lima mahasiswa dari Universitas Brawijaya sebagai fasilitator, yang berperan dalam menyampaikan materi dan memandu permainan. Hasil dari kegiatan ini menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa/i tentang literasi keuangan, serta keterlibatan aktif mereka dalam proses belajar. Dengan pendekatan yang interaktif dan menyenangkan, diharapkan siswa/i dapat menerapkan pengetahuan yang diperoleh dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, sehingga dapat mengelola keuangan mereka dengan lebih baik dan bijak di masa depan.Abstrak untuk masing-masing bahasa hanya boleh dituliskan dalam satu paragraf saja dengan mengikuti format yang diberikan.

Abstract

Rapor Pendidikan merupakan instrumen penting untuk menilai kinerja dan mutu pendidikan di berbagai jenjang. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji bagaimana pemanfaatan Rapor Pendidikan dapat membantu pemangku kepentingan, seperti kepala sekolah, guru, dan pemerintah, dalam mengevaluasi dan merencanakan peningkatan kualitas pendidikan. Kajian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan menelaah literatur yang relevan serta studi kasus implementasi Rapor Pendidikan di beberapa daerah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Rapor Pendidikan mampu memberikan gambaran menyeluruh tentang capaian siswa, mutu sekolah, serta efektivitas kebijakan pendidikan. Namun, tantangan seperti rendahnya pemahaman pengguna dan keterbatasan data perlu diatasi untuk optimalisasi penggunaan Rapor Pendidikan.

Abstract

This research aims to investigate the influence of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model using the Talking Stick method on the learning outcomes of fourth-grade students in Civic Education (PKn) at SDN 1 Astana. The background of this study is based on the low learning outcomes and lack of student activity in Civic Education lessons, which are often dominated by conventional teaching methods. This quantitative study employed a quasi-experimental design with a pretest-posttest control group. The sample consisted of two classes selected through purposive sampling, with the experimental class receiving PBL with the Talking Stick method and the control class receiving conventional learning. Data collection techniques included tests, observation, and documentation, while data analysis used the independent sample t-test. The results showed that the experimental class achieved a higher posttest average score than the control class, indicating a significant improvement in students' cognitive abilities. Furthermore, student activity and participation also increased in the experimental class. These findings suggest that the implementation of the PBL model combined with the Talking Stick method can effectively improve students' learning outcomes and foster active participation in Civic Education learning.

Abstract

Needs are everything that is required to live a prosperous life. When people are able to fulfill their needs, they will prosper. One aspect that is equally important is psychological needs, especially for students, which play a major role in supporting their social, academic and emotional development. This research is to find out what are the roles of psychological needs in improving students' academic achievement. The descriptive qualitative method was chosen because it provides an opportunity to describe phenomena that occur in the field with a focus on in-depth understanding, through comprehensive observations and interviews. So the results of the research through interviews conducted with 6 students from SD Negeri Kartini 5 can be found in several aspects ranging from preferred lessons, how students learn, activities that students do when they are lazy to learn, and students' academic motivation, it is found that by maintaining mental health, students can avoid feeling depressed, losing enthusiasm, and a sense of alienation in the social environment. Therefore, the fulfillment of learners' psychological needs greatly affects their academic success, social relationships, and emotional well-being. The environment around them, including support from loved ones, plays a significant role in creating an atmosphere conducive to such growth.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui strategi kapala madrasah dalam mengembangkan kewirausahaan atau edupreneurship di Madrasasah Ibtidaiyah Ma’araif NU Pageraji Cilongok Banyumas. Kepala madrasah memiliki peran yang penting dalam usaha mengebangakan dunia usaha di lingkungan madrasah. Penelitian menggunakan metode diskriptif kualitatif untuk mengetahui strategi kepala madrasah dalam usaha meningkatkan dan mewujudkan kewirausahaan di madrasah. penelitian ini menggunakan metode observasi meliputi semua kegiatan dalam pembelajaran, wawancara dengan kepala madrasah, guru, dan siswa, serta studi dokumentasi. Sedangkan teknik analisa data menggunakan reduduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi data atau kesimpulan. Teknik keabsahan data meliputi triangulasi sumber dan triangulasi teknik. Hasil penelitian menyebutkan bahwa: pertama kepala madrasah memberikan andil yang besar dalam menciptakan kewiraushaan di madrasah, kedua, penerapan kewirauhaan membantu siswa dalam menanamkan nilai kejujuran dan tanggng jawab di madrasah, ketiga bahwa pendidkan kewirausahaan berhasil dan dapat dijadikan contoh bagi sekolah atau madrsasah yang lain.

Abstract

Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesehatan dan membentuk karakter santri melalui penerapan olahraga Petanque di Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ula, Nglawak, Kabupaten Nganjuk. Kegiatan dilaksanakan oleh tim dosen Universitas Negeri Surabaya (UNESA) sebagai upaya mendukung pelaksanaan Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi dalam bidang pengabdian. Petanque dipilih karena merupakan olahraga ringan yang mudah diterapkan, tidak memerlukan fasilitas kompleks, dan efektif dalam menumbuhkan nilai-nilai karakter seperti disiplin, kerja sama, konsentrasi, dan sportivitas. Metode pelaksanaan meliputi empat tahap, yaitu persiapan, survei kebutuhan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Kegiatan berlangsung dengan antusias, melibatkan santri, guru, dan pengasuh pondok. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta terhadap teknik dasar Petanque serta tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya aktivitas jasmani dan nilai-nilai karakter dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Melalui kegiatan ini, terjalin kolaborasi antara UNESA dan Pondok Pesantren Miftahul Ula yang diharapkan berlanjut dalam pembinaan olahraga dan pendidikan karakter secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

The issue of gender inequality in the legal framework governing post-divorce maintenance in Cirebon City continues to face significant challenges in its implementation. Although regulations such as Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974, Law No. 16 of 2019, and the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) establish the obligation of financial support for former wives and children, practical application reveals considerable disparities. Women who file for divorce (cerai gugat) encounter greater difficulties in securing financial maintenance compared to those in divorce initiated by the husband (cerai talak), where maintenance is automatically granted through an ex officio court ruling. Beyond regulatory issues, social, economic, and patriarchal cultural factors further exacerbate the difficulties faced by women after divorce. Strong societal norms discourage women from demanding financial support due to family pressure and social stigma. Even when courts grant maintenance, low compliance rates among ex-husbands and weak enforcement mechanisms pose major obstacles to ensuring economic rights for divorced women. The need for inclusive legal reforms and increased legal awareness is essential to safeguard women’s rights. Updates to regulations and improvements in enforcement mechanisms are required to ensure that divorced women receive fair financial support without structural barriers. With more effective policies and heightened legal awareness, gender disparities in post-divorce financial distribution can be minimized, providing better legal protection for women facing divorce. Abstract

Since 2010, mosque revitalization has become a strategic priority of Muhammadiyah, emphasizing the integration of religious observance with community-based empowerment. This study examines the Garbage Charity Program (Sedekah Sampah) as a transformative model of mosque-led initiatives that promote belief, worship practices, and civic engagement. Grounded in Social Capital Theory, the research examines how trust, norms, and social networks are fostered through environmentally motivated religious actions. Utilizing a Concurrent Triangulation Design, qualitative data were collected through field observations, semi-structured interviews with stakeholders, and document analysis, enabling methodological cross-validation. The findings indicated that the program fosters mutual trust and collective responsibility among mosque congregants, while reinforcing Islamic ethical norms related to charity and environmental stewardship. The initiative has gained traction beyond Bantul, with its success replicated in Central and West Java, and it has been recognized both nationally and internationally. It has expanded to include eco-mosque features such as rainwater harvesting and greywater filtration for ablution, promoting sustainability through faith-based frameworks. This convergence of religious values and environmental consciousness generates robust spiritual and social capital. In conclusion, mosque-based empowerment initiatives can significantly contribute to community resilience and sustainable development when anchored in localized religious practices and supported by substantial social capital.

Abstract

Financial reporting is essential for transparent corporate performance, yet pressures in merger and acquisition activities heighten the risk of creative accounting. This study analyzes the influence of managerial ownership, leverage, and BOPO on creative accounting practices, as well as the moderating role of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), in the context of mergers and acquisitions in Indonesia to maintain the integrity of financial statements and stakeholder trust. Using a quantitative approach, a sample of 20 companies from 159 merger & acquisition entities registered with the business competition supervisory commission for the 2019-2023 period. Secondary data from financial and annual reports were obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange and company websites. Moderated regression analysis through SPSS was used to test the hypotheses. The results show that managerial ownership has no significant effect, leverage has a significant negative effect, and BOPO has a significant positive effect on creative accounting. GCG does not moderate the relationship between managerial ownership and creative accounting, but strengthens the effect of leverage and weakens the effect of BOPO. These findings emphasize the interaction of these factors in influencing financial reporting integrity, providing empirical insights for the application of agency theory.

Abstract

Quranic narrative verses, in addition to serving as sources of spiritual, moral, and educational values, can also function as a medium for formulating legal principles. This article examines a model of interpreting Quranic narrative verses in Shajarat al-Maarif by Izz al-Din ibn Abd al-Salam. This study employs a qualitative method based on library research. The primary source of data is Shajarat al-Maarif, while secondary sources include classical Quranic commentaries, books, and scholarly articles relevant to the topic. The collected data are analyzed using content analysis techniques. The findings reveal that Ibn Abd al-Salam interprets Quranic narrative verses through a fil–jawab–natijah model, which is integrated with elements of Sufism, maqasid al-shariah, and usul al-fiqh in the process of deriving legal principles. Through this model, every human action (fil) is evaluated based on God’s response (jawab), which subsequently generates normative consequences (natijah) that can be generalized into legal maxims. From the narratives of the prophets—such as Prophet Yusuf, Musa, and Ibrahim—and the figure of Qarun, Ibn Abd al-Salam extracts legal principles including non-formal evidentiary procedures, the prioritization of public interest (maslahah), and prophetic ethics in the implementation of legal obligations (taklif). From the story of Qarun, he further emphasizes the importance of wealth redistribution, anti-greed ethics, and policies of economic justice. This study concludes that the fil–jawab–natijah model proposed by Ibn Abd al-Salam enriches the discourse of legal interpretation of Quranic narrative verses by offering an integrative and contextual approach.
