Abstract

Posyandu sebagai ujung tombak pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat memiliki peran strategis dalam upaya promotif dan preventif, sehingga peningkatan kapasitas kader menjadi kunci dalam menjawab tantangan perubahan sistem kesehatan. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalkan kapasitas kader dalam implementasi integrasi layanan primer untuk mendukung tranformasi layanan kesehatan di Posyandu. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini menggunakan pendekatan transfer knowledge, difusi ipteks, asset based community development dan participatory actions programs Kegiatan dilaksanakan melalui pelatihan, pendampingan, dan praktik langsung yang berfokus pada keterampilan kader dalam deteksi dini, pencatatan dan pelaporan, serta koordinasi layanan berjenjang bagi balita, remaja, dewasa, dan lansia. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan, keterampilan, dan motivasi kader dalam melaksanakan integrasi layanan primer. Selain itu, kader lebih mampu mengidentifikasi masalah kesehatan secara komprehensif serta berkolaborasi dengan tenaga kesehatan untuk tindak lanjut pelayanan. Dengan demikian, penguatan kapasitas kader diharapkan dapat mendukung keberhasilan transformasi pelayanan kesehatan yang lebih efektif, berkesinambungan, dan berorientasi pada kebutuhan masyarakat

Abstract

Kepemimpinan transformasional merupakan inovasi gaya kepemimpinan melalui visi dan misi organisasi, adaptasi dengan globalisasi, edukatif, dan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan disiplin, dan mental siswa. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan teori transformasional dalam kepemimpinan sekolah dasar dan berinovasi dalam pengembangan edukatif. Jenis penelitian adalah kuantitatif dengan responden para guru sekolah dasar kota Cilegon. Teknik pengumpulan data melalui survey google form dan terkumpul 180 responden untuk diuji dan dibahas melalui alat statistic structural equation modelling (SEM). Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap disiplin; (2) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap mental siswa; (3) tidak ada pengaruh kepemimpinan transformasional terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah; (4) tidak ada pengaruh disiplin terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah; serta (5) ada pengaruh mental siswa terhadap kinerja kepala sekolah. Simpulan penelitian ini adalah transformasi kepemimpinan masa depan lebih memfokuskan pada aspek peningkatan disiplin kerja dan mental siswa.

Abstract

The phenomenon of delays in the disbursement of Employee Income Supplements (TPP) for up to six months and a decrease in budget realization in Batang Hari Regency reflects the weak implementation of good governance principles, particularly accountability, transparency, and internal control. This study aims to analyze the influence of accountability and transparency on the performance of budget managers with the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) as a moderator. The method used is a quantitative approach and uses a questionnaire as a data source. The study population includes 28 agencies, with a purposive sample of 32 TPP management employees in six main agencies. The data analysis process uses the SmartPLS 4 tool with the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) principle with Partial Least Square (PLS). This study shows that accountability has no effect on the performance of budget managers, while transparency has a significant positive effect. SPIP has no direct effect on performance and does not moderate the relationship between accountability and performance. However, SPIP actually weakens the effect of transparency on performance, indicating that SPIP implementation has not been optimal. These findings confirm that transparency is an important factor in improving the performance of budget managers, while ineffective SPIP has the potential to reduce transparency. Abstract

This study addresses the limitation of single-objective content-based image retrieval in medical imaging, which fails to consider multiple clinical preferences such as image quality. The objective is to develop a preference-driven retrieval system for COVID-19 chest radiography images. A hybrid approach is proposed by integrating a Dual-Head DenseNet-121 model for feature extraction and quality regression with a multi-objective skyline query algorithm for retrieval optimization. The system evaluates multiple image quality dimensions, including sharpness, contrast, exposure, signal-to-noise ratio, and entropy. Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method achieves 100% Pareto efficiency and improves diversity and hypervolume coverage compared to conventional methods. This approach provides a more flexible and effective multi-objective retrieval mechanism, contributing to the advancement of intelligent medical image retrieval systems in computer science.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of internet technology in enhancing the competitiveness of ebusiness in Indonesia, particularly in the sector of small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Based on theoretical reviews, internet technology, e-business, technology adoption (TAM), and the concept of competitiveness serve as the main foundations for understanding the ongoing digital transformation. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a purposive sampling technique, involving five informants consisting of digital SME owners, online store managers, and users of service platforms. Data were collected through interviews and observations, then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model through the stages of data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the internet plays a crucial role as an essential infrastructure that enhances marketing effectiveness, expands market reach, and improves operational efficiency. Marketplaces, social media, and delivery-service platforms contribute significantly to sales growth and service quality. However, challenges such as low digital literacy, platform commission fees, changes in social media algorithms, and uneven infrastructure development still limit optimal utilization. From a policy perspective, the study recommends strengthening digital infrastructure and improving national digital literacy. This research emphasizes that the success of e-business depends on technology access, human resource competence, and support through public policy. It can be concluded that internet technology serves as a vital foundation for e-business competitiveness in the digital era.

Abstract

Universities in Indonesia create fierce competition. Alumni have an essential role for the educational institution, not only as a tool for measuring the performance quality and ability of education implementation but also as the standard or feedback to the perfection of the education system. One effective data presentation model is the dashboard system seen from the complexity, interactivity, and informative data presented. Therefore, this study aims to build a dashboard system at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta (UMY). This study utilized the dashboard life cycle method in its implementation. This method had six stages: project initiation, design, construction, testing, launching and monitoring. This method allowed the study to show data on the number of judicium students, the number of graduates, the average GPA of the alumni, the average study period of alumni, and the number of alumni per graduation level for the 2012/2013 to 2017/2018 academic year, according to the accreditation forms and needs analysis. The dashboard system can provide information about alumni at UMY from 2012 to 2017. The dashboard system is ready to be applied as a decision-making tool, particularly as a strategy for improving the quality and empowering strategy for alumni of the university.

Abstract

This research aims to enhance the efficiency of bandwidth utilization at MTs Muhammadiyah Tawangsari using the PCQ and Queue Tree bandwidth management methods on a MikroTik router. Through this approach, an analysis of bandwidth requirements, network topology design, and implementation were conducted. Post-implementation measurement results show a remarkable improvement in average user download speeds: 17.3 Mbps in administration rooms, 10 Mbps in classrooms, and 18.8 Mbps in faculty rooms. These results indicate a significant improvement in tailored bandwidth distribution that meets the specific needs of each network area and ensures that all users receive equal bandwidth usage. This leads to more evenly distributed and efficient network performance.

Abstract

Di era digital yang semakin maju, media sosial telah menjadi bagian integral dari kehidupan sehari-hari. Artikel ini membahas tentang integrasi algoritma dalam platform media sosial dan dampaknya terhadap interaksi pengguna. Dengan menggunakan algoritma canggih, platform media sosial dapat menyaring konten, mempersonalisasi pengalaman pengguna, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan. Penelitian ini merupakan hasil dari pengabdian masyarakat di Kelurahan Tanjung Johor dengan melibatkan lebih kurang 30 peserta pelaku UMKM di Desa tersebut. Pengabdian ini juga melibatkan content creator dari Kopi Paman. Hasil pengabdian ini memberikan wawasan tentang bagaimana integrasi algoritma media sosial mempengaruhi dinamika sosial dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk pengembangan usaha pelaku UMKM Kelurahan Tanjung Johor di masa depan.

Abstract

Utilization of free HPV DNA screening for early cervical cancer detection remains suboptimal among women of reproductive age. This cross-sectional study examined factors associated with free HPV DNA screening utilization among 300 women in Curug Manis Village, Serang City, Banten, Indonesia, selected via simple random sampling. Data were collected using a validated questionnaire (Cronbach’s ? = 0.852) and analyzed using Chi-square and binary logistic regression (p < 0.05). Overall, 62.3% of respondents had utilized the screening service. Bivariate analysis showed significant associations with knowledge, attitude, perception, family support, healthcare provider support, and healthcare access (all p < 0.05; OR range 1.68–1.95). Multivariable analysis identified knowledge (AOR = 1.94) and healthcare access (AOR = 1.83) as the strongest predictors. Screening utilization was influenced by both individual and healthcare service factors, with knowledge and access being most significant. Strengthening health education, improving service access, and enhancing family and provider engagement may increase screening coverage and support cervical cancer prevention in primary healthcare.
