Abstract

Serum uric acid levels are affected by dietary patterns and lifestyle factors. High-purine food consumption is a primary contributor to hyperuricemia, while hydration status may moderate this effect. This study aimed to examine the moderating role of drinking water habits on the relationship between high-purine dietary intake and serum uric acid levels among adults and the elderly. A cross-sectional design with purposive sampling was conducted, involving 87 respondents from Elderly Integrated Health Post (Posyandu Lansia). Data on purine-rich food intake and water-drinking habits were collected via structured questionnaires, and serum uric acid levels were measured using a point-of-care testing (POCT) device (Easy Touch GCU 3-in-1) with compatible test strips. Multiple logistic regression analysis assessed the interaction between purine intake and drinking water habits. Results revealed a significant association between high-purine dietary intake and elevated serum uric acid levels (p = 0.022). Participants who reported high-purine dietary habits along with insufficient water consumption demonstrated the highest prevalence of hyperuricemia (71.4%), whereas those with similar dietary patterns but adequate hydration showed a substantially lower prevalence (20.0%). A significant interaction effect (p = 0.040) indicated that sufficient water intake moderated the impact of a high-purine diet on uric acid levels. Adequate hydration thus plays a critical moderating role in reducing the adverse effects of a high-purine diet. Promoting sufficient water intake may serve as a simple and effective behavioral strategy to prevent hyperuricemia, particularly among individuals with high purine consumption.

Abstract

Hypertension is a non-communicable disease that is a leading cause of morbidity and mortality worldwide. Lack of public knowledge about the risks and management of hypertension leads to low awareness of blood pressure control. This community service activity aims to improve adults' understanding of the risks and management of hypertension. This community service activity was conducted in Dukuhlopo Hamlet, Jombang, and was attended by 53 participants who had risk factors for hypertension or had been diagnosed with hypertension. The methods used included interactive counseling, discussions, and blood pressure screening. The results of the community service showed that before the counseling, almost half of the participants had insufficient knowledge (36%). After the health education, the majority of participants had good knowledge (55%). The results showed an increase in participants' knowledge after the health education. Health education is effective in increasing public awareness and understanding of the importance of hypertension control to prevent long-term complications

Abstract

Through community service activities, the implementing team will provide education to MSME groups that produce date milk. This activity includes counseling on creating attractive and informative product labels. The main objective of this activity is to increase the capacity of MSMEs to manage their businesses professionally, legally, and with high competitiveness in an increasingly competitive market. The implementation of this community service activity includes education on the importance of product labels and label-making procedures. This series of activities will be carried out from June to October 2025. The result of this community service activity is the availability of new product logos and labels tailored to marketing strategies.

Abstract

Gout arthritis is one of the health problems commonly experienced by the elderly and can cause joint pain and limited activity if not managed properly. Lack of knowledge about gout arthritis management is a factor that can worsen the condition. Therefore, education about gout arthritis management and ergonomic exercise is needed as a non-pharmacological management effort that can be done independently. The purpose of this community service program was to increase the knowledge of the elderly exercise group in managing gout arthritis through health education and demonstrations of ergonomic exercises as a promotive and preventive measure. The method used was a lecture providing education on gout arthritis management and ergonomic exercises using leaflets and demonstrations of ergonomic exercises. The target of the activity was members of the elderly exercise group in Bacem Village, Ponggok District, Blitar Regency. The pre-test results showed that 70% of participants were in the adequate knowledge category, and 30% were in the good knowledge category. After the education was provided, the post-test results showed an increase in knowledge, with 85% in the good knowledge category and 15% in the adequate knowledge category. The results of the gout examination showed that 50% of participants had normal gout levels, 45% had high gout levels, and 5% had low gout levels. Education on gout arthritis management and ergonomic exercise proved to be effective in increasing the knowledge of the elderly and is recommended to be implemented continuously in promotive and preventive efforts in the community.

Abstract

This study designed an indoor environmental condition monitoring system based on IoT using the ESP32 microcontroller and DHT11 sensor, specifically tested to handle extreme temperature fluctuations in Indonesia's tropical climate. The system aims to proactively prevent mold growth on walls by providing early detection of condensation risks and dew points. Temperature and humidity data are periodically transmitted via Wi-Fi and stored in the Firebase Realtime Database for long-term trend analysis. Test results showed that the temperature sensor had an average error of 2.1% with a data transmission success rate of 98%. The implementation of this system offers direct benefits to residents by maintaining air quality and respiratory health through a significant reduction in mold frequency. Furthermore, the web dashboard visualization assists users in taking measurable preventive actions, such as more efficient ventilation management, thereby preserving the structural integrity of the building over the long term.

Abstract

Produktivitas adalah kapasitas suatu alat untuk memproduksi barang dalam periode waktu tertentu, dan alat menjadi elemen krusial dalam pelaksanaan proyek besar. Produktivitas alat ditentukan oleh kapasitas, waktu siklus, efisiensi alat, dan kondisi pengoperasian pemuatan di depan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi produktivitas alat berat dan kegiatan hauling akibat adanya New Crusher . Penelitian ini diambil dengan cara melakukan pengamatan menggunakan data CCTV, berupa data arus lalu lintas, waktu tunggu, dan geometri jalan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan , dapat disimpulkan bahwa cycle time memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap produktivitas alat angkut Adanya arus lalu lintas yang tinggi menyebabkan terjadinya waktu tunggu dengan rata-rata 1,07 menit yang mempengaruhi kelancaran aktivitas hauling. Adanya New Crusher mampu mengurangi hambatan lalu lintas sehingga waktu tunggu dapat diminimalkan. Keberadaan New Crusher terbukti mampu meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi aktivitas hauling, mengurangi waktu edar alat angkut, serta mendukung pencapaian target produksi batubara secara optimal.   Productivity is the capacity of equipment to produce goods within a certain period of time, and equipment is a crucial element in the implementation of large-scale projects. Equipment productivity is determined by capacity, cycle time, equipment efficiency, and the operating conditions. This study aims to evaluate the productivity of heavy equipment and hauling activities due to the presence of New Crusher. This study was conducted by observing using CCTV data, in the form of traffic flow data, waiting time, and road geometry. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that cycle time has a significant influence on the productivity of hauling equipment. The presence of high traffic flow causes an average waiting time of 1.07 minutes which affects the smoothness of hauling activities. The presence of New Crusher is able to reduce traffic congestion so that waiting time can be minimized. The presence of New Crusher is proven to be able to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of hauling activities, reduce the circulation time of hauling equipment, and support the achievement of coal production targets optimally.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh bauran pemasaran terhadap minat beli serta peran mediasi harapan dalam membangun kepuasan pelanggan produk Pinapie pada Teaching Factory Jurusan Pertanian Politeknik Negeri Subang.  Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dari 100 responden di Kabupaten Subang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dengan software AMOS untuk menguji hubungan antarvariabel dan goodness of fit model.  Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa model penelitian memenuhi kriteria kelayakan dengan nilai CMIN/DF = 1,391, RMSEA = 0,063, TLI = 0,904, dan CFI = 0,910. Bauran pemasaran terbukti berpengaruh signifikan dan positif terhadap minat beli. Temuan kunci penelitian mengungkap bahwa harapan berperan sebagai mediator penuh antara minat beli dan kepuasan pelanggan. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa minat beli hanya akan terkonversi menjadi kepuasan jika harapan yang terbentuk sebelumnya terpenuhi oleh kinerja aktual produk. Implikasi praktis dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pelanggan, pengelola tidak hanya perlu mengoptimalkan strategi bauran pemasaran untuk membangkitkan minat beli, tetapi juga harus secara aktif mengelola dan memenuhi ekspektasi konsumen melalui kualitas produk dan komunikasi pemasaran yang realistis.

Abstract

Penelitian ini berusaha untuk menjelaskan hubungan gender dalam karir keluarga. Masalah yang sering timbu ldalam keluarga karir ganda adalah ideologi gender dalammasyarakat, khususnya yang terkait dengan stereotipgender dalam kerja dan distribusi jender tenaga kerja.Oleh karena itu, hubungan gender dalam karir keluarga yang dapat dibangun melalui kemitraan gender adalahpersamaan dan keadilan antara suami dan istri, dan anakanak,baik laki-laki dan perempuan dalam melakukansemua fungsi keluarga melalui pembagian peran dantenaga kerja, baik dalam masyarakat, wilayah domestikdan sosial. Abstract

Baru-baru ini, kasus kekerasan dalam rumah tangga(KDRT) meningkat. Jumlah kasus yang terungkap tidak sebanyak kasus yang sebenarnya terjadi, karena kasus inimasih dianggap sebagai urusan rumah tangga yang tidaklayak untuk diketahui oleh publik. Budaya patriarkimenjadi salah satu kendala bagi korban, sebagian besar dari mereka adalah perempuan, melaporkan kekerasan yang mereka alami ke polisi untuk mendapatkanperlindungan hukum tidak membantu penyelesaianmasalah yang dialami perempuan ini. Selain itu, aparathukum dianggap tidak peka terhadap gender dalampenanganan kekerasan kasus di rumah. Undang-UndangNomor 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasandalam Rumah Tangga diharapkan mampu meningkatanperlindungan hukum bagi perempuan dan anak-anaksebagai korban kekerasan dalam rumah tangga. Makalah ini disajikan kekerasan terkait gender dalam UU Nomor 23 Tahun 2004kata kunci: Kekerasan berbasis gender, kekerasan domestik, UU No 23 Tahun 2004 The violence case in household is increasing recently.The number of cases caught is not as many as the oneactually occurs, because the case is still considered as thehousehold affair that does not deserve to be known bypublic. Patriarchy culture becomes one of obstacles forthe victim, most of them are women, to report violencethey experience to the police due to a great number of lawdo not help the women remaining, and the law apparatusnot sensitive to the gender in handling violence case inhouse-hold. Abstract

This paper describes the concept and functions of money in the Islamic economics perspective and analyze the role of money in monetary policy in Islam. The review was interesting to be discussed because there are fundamental differences between the concepts and functions of money in the modern economy and Islamic economics perspectives. In Islam, money is a flow concept and public goods, while capital is a stock concept and private goods. Instead, the concept of money in a modern economy is often interpreted as interchangeability that money as money and money as capital. The presence of money in the economic system will affect the economy of a country, which is usually associated with monetary policy. However, differences in the prevailing economic system, would have a different view about money and monetary policy.
