Abstract

Masalah penelitian ini adalah kurangnya perhatian dan kemampuan peserta didik dalam pembelajaran IPA sehingga nilainya rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan  hasil belajar Gerak bagi peserta didik melalui pembelajaran “AKIK” dengan media tekung. Penelitian dilakukan dalam 2 siklus dan tiap siklus terdiri dari 3 pertemuan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan  ada kenaikan nilai rata-rata dari  75,38 pada siklus I menjadi 81 pada siklus II dan ketuntasan belajar mencapai 94 %. Disimpulkan bahwa pembelajaran ”AKIK” dengan media tekung  pada konsep Gerak dapat meningkatkan   hasil belajar peserta didik kelas VIII G SMP Negeri 3 Purworejo tahun pelajaran 2018/2019.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the jointly significant influence of internal marketing, self-efficacy, and employee engagement on the achievement of the Vision and Mission of Satya Negara Hospital. A quantitative approach with path analysis method using the Structural Equation Modeling equation was used as the methodology of this study. The sampling technique was carried out by purposive sampling as much as 63 respondents. It is based on the number of health workers with permanent employee status at Satya Negara Hospital. The results show that Internal Marketing, Self-Efficacy, and Employee Engagement have a significant influence on the achievement of the Vision and Mission of Satya Negara Hospital. Partially, Internal marketing directly has a significant positive influence on the achievement of the Vision and Mission of the Satya Negara Hospital. Internal Marketing also has a partially significant positive effect on Employee Engagement at Satya Negara Hospital. On the other hand, Self-efficacy has a significant positive effect on Employee Engagement at Satya Negara Hospital partially. Self- efficacy directly has a significant and weak positive influence on the achievement of the Vision and Mission of the Satya Negara Hospital partially. Furthermore, Employee Engagement directly has a significant positive effect on the achievement of the Vision and Mission of the Satya Negara Hospital partially. Internal marketing indirectly has a significant positive influence on the achievement of the Vision and Mission of the Satya Negara Hospital through the variable employee engagement intervening. Self-efficacy indirectly has a significant positive effect on the achievement of the Vision and Mission of the Satya Negara Hospital through the intervening variable employee engagement. The findings of this study are that Employee Engagement acts as a partial mediation variable to provide a strong indirect influence on Self-Efficacy towards the Achievement of the Vision and Mission of Satya Negara Hospital. The managerial implication of this research is to improve the remuneration system and rewards obtained by health workers fairly and appropriately based on the individual performance of health workers.

Abstract

Background. Work engagement is a positive feeling, motivation, and work related to a psychological state characterized by enthusiasm, dedication, and appreciation. Objective: The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of leadership, organizational climate, and the level of maturity of patient safety culture simultaneously or individually on nurses' work engagement. Method: This study uses a quantitative approach with an explanatory causality research design. Collecting data was collected using a questionnaire and tested using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Results: The results found that leadership, organizational climate, and the level of maturity of patient safety culture simultaneously and partially affected work engagement. However, leadership somewhat affects work engagement, while organizational climate and maturity level of patient safety culture does not affect work engagement. Conclusion and Recommendation: This research helps hospital management in developing a policy system for making regulations that can be started from the bottom up, with nurses being involved in easy decision-making as well as completing standard operating procedures in their work units

Abstract

Kinerja dokter tidak dapat dinilai secara umum karena menyangkut outcome klinis pasien terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan. Manajemen perubahan merupakan strategi yang digunakan untuk mempertahankan posisi RS dalam dunia bisnis saat ini, jika manajemen perubahan tidak dipersiapkan dan dikelola dengan baik, akan menyebabkan resistensi dan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja, terutama bila tanpa dukungan pemimpin yang memiliki gaya kepemimpinan transformasional. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk menganalisis pengaruh manajemen perubahan terhadap kinerja dokter yang dimediasi oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan resistensi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian explanatory research dengan pendekatan kuantitatif dalam bentuk penggunaan kausalitas hipotesis terhadap 62 dokter yang bekerja minimal 1 tahun sebelum terjadinya manajemen perubahan. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah Three Box Method dan analisa jalur. Pada penelitian ini didapatkan persepsi manajemen perubahan memiliki pengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dokter, persepsi manajemen perubahan tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap gaya kepemimpinan transformasional, persepsi manajemen perubahan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resistensi, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dokter, resistensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja dokter, gaya kepemimpinan transformasional berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap resistensi dan persepsi manajemen perubahan berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja dokter jika dimediasi oleh gaya kepemimpinan transformasional dan resistensi sebagai variabel intervening

Abstract

Rumah sakit harus membuat sebuah sistem manajeman yang efektif dan efisien dalam rangka mewujudkan rumah sakit yang memiliki mutu yang sesuai dengan standar. Manajemen Rumah Sakit perlu merapkan 12 hospital readines dalam mengembangkan manajemen di Rumah Sakit. Pada penelitian kuantitatif ini menggunakan desain penelitian kausalitas. Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 20 staf di ruang Emergency di RS Tarumajaya Bekasi yang telah mengikuti pelatihan program PPI dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Analisa data yang digunakan adalah univariate skala numerik dan pembuatan rancangan model pengembangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hasil variabel yang memiliki presentase tertinggi adalah indikator pengawasan dan manajemen informasi (86,6%) serta variabel komunikasi risiko dan keterlibatan masyarakat (90%). Sedangkan variabel yang memiliki presentase terendah adalah kesinambungan layanan dukungan penting dengan persentase 63,33%. Variabel layanan dukungan penting menjadi salah satu rencana dalam rancangan model pengembangan karena belum cukup memiliki SDM dan logistic dalam menjalankan program PPI menghadapi covid 19. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian ini adalah pengawasan, pemberian informasi, komunikasi dan keterlibatan masyarakat adalah faktor yang perlu diperhatikan untuk merancang sistem pencegahan dan pengendalian infeksi di Rumah Sakit pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Adanya nilai variabel dengan nilai rendah yaitu kesinambungan layanan dukungan penting perlu diperhatikan karena menjadi gap dalam kesiapan pelaksanaan program PPI di Rumah Sakit khususnya pada peningkatan SDM dan logistik.

Abstract

Kurangnya kompetensi manajerial di rumah sakit merupakan masalah global yang berdampak negatif pada pencapaian program, kualitas pelayanan, dan keselamatan pasien. Manajer lini tengah di rumah sakit membutuhkan kompetensi yang mumpuni sebagai mediator manajemen papan atas dan karyawan dalam menjalankan program untuk mencapai tujuan rumah sakit. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan instrumen asesmen kompetensi manajerial, baik aspek kompetensi yang dinilai dan metode pengukuran yang digunakan sehingga dapat mengukur kompetensi manajerial secara objektif bagi manajer lini tengah rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode gabungan kualitatif dan kuantitatif yang terbagi atas lima tahapan, yaitu kajian pustaka, diskusi berkelompok dengan manajer lini tengah rumah sakit, diskusi berkelompok dengan tenaga ahli perumahsakitan, uji validasi dengan menggunakan metode Content Validity Index (CVI) dan multirater Kappa, dan uji validasi serta reliabilitas melalui survei kuesioner atas manajer lini tengah rumah sakit. Penelitian ini menghasilkan model instrumen asesmen yang mengukur tujuh dimensi kompetensi manajerial inti, 36 sub-kompetensi, dan 112 item penilaian terkait kompetensi, dengan dua metode pengukuran berjenjang, self-assessment dan pengukuran konfirmatif oleh atasan langsung manajer lini tengah rumah sakit. Instrumen asesmen ini penting dalam memberikan gambaran kompetensi manajerial manajer lini tengah rumah sakit bagi praktisi manajemen sumber daya manusia dan sektor pendidikan manajemen.

Abstract

Background: In 2022, there was a decrease in the satisfaction rate and BOR in the UKI General Hospital inpatient unit. Improvements in the quality of health are needed. The Malcolm Balridge criteria is the method of measuring the quality of health services from the United States. The malcolm balridge criteria has a dynamic framework and provide as an independent and comprehensive assessment. Purpose: Seven criteria are leadership, strategic planning, patient focus, measurement, analysis and knowledge management, workforce focus, work operation focus and organizational performance results. The researcher measured the quality assessment at the UKI General Hospital inpatient unit based on Malcolm Balridge’s Criteria. Method: This research was conducted on 70 respondents in the inpatient unit, using a qualitative approach with univariate analysis and scoring based on Malcolm Balridge’s Criteria. Results: The score was 276.5 out of 1000 points. It is an early result position, the poor quality. There are gaps in the approach and implementation stages as well as the deployment in several categories. Criteria that are below the average value are workforce focus and organizational performance results. Conclusion: The purpose was to provide an overview of the model development for the quality health services in the UKI General Hospital inpatient unit based on Malcolm Balridg’s criteria.

Abstract

This research is based on the dynamics of waiting time for drugs in 2021 which are not under regulatory standards. The purpose of this study was to empirically reveal the influence of HRM functions and facilities on the speed of drug waiting time service with work engagement as an intervening variable. The research design used a cross-sectional study and made 50 pharmacy installation officers the unit of analysis. The results of the study prove that the human resources management (HRM) function and facilities have a positive and significant effect on work engagement, the HRM function, facilities and work engagement have a positive and significant effect on the speed of service waiting time for drugs, and work engagement provides a positive intervention on the relationship between HRM functions and facilities on the speed of service time to wait for medicine. Work engagement is a psychological condition in which individuals are fully committed to helping the organization achieve its goals; with work engagement, pharmacy installation officers will try to meet the organization's expectations of speeding up drug waiting times according to applicable standards.

Abstract

Organizational citizenship behavior is an important thing that must be considered by hospitals because it can affect overall organizational performance. The low voluntary behavior of helping each other among colleagues and the lack of teamwork and support among others can affect all processes in the workplace, both in terms of work productivity and organizational profitability. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of diversity in the workplace and organizational culture on organizational citizenship behavior with self-efficacy as a mediator. The role of self-efficacy can help overcome the obstacles associated with low organizational citizenship behavior, including low organizational culture and differences arising from diversity. This research is explanatory with a quantitative approach in the form of using causal hypotheses with a sample of 90 health workers. This study uses the SEM-PLS (Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Squares) method to examine the model and the relationship between variables. In this study, self-efficacy was found to mediate the relationship between organizational culture and diversity in the workplace and organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, but diversity in the workplace does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Diversity in the workplace and organizational culture have a positive and significant influence on self-efficacy. The implications of this research theoretically prove the effect of research variables, and managerially, it can be used as an effective strategy to improve organizational citizenship behavior and create a good and productive work environment for health workers.

Abstract

Background: The Covid-19 outbreak turned into a pandemic in Indonesia in 2020. The patient's intention to visit the hospital due to the pandemic but can be influenced by the hospital's marketing strategy. Brebes Regional General Hospital before the Covid-19 pandemic used conventional marketing and, in an effort, to increase the number of repeat visits to patients in the pandemic era and industry 5.0, namely through the most effective marketing strategy, namely digital marketing. Purpose: The aim is to determine the influence and effectiveness of digital marketing in terms of people, physical evidence, process and promotion on the intention to revisit outpatients at Brebes Regional General Hospital. Methods: Using the Quasi Experimental Pre and postest method in digital groups and conventional groups and the Logistic Regression method. Results: The results showed that there was a difference and there was effectiveness in the digital marketing group on the promotion variable (0.45), process (0.56), physical evidence (0.37) and intention (0.54). There is a difference and effectiveness in the conventional group on the process variable (0.35). There is a simultaneous influence of 4P variables on the intention to revisit by 70.5%. Conclusion: There is a difference and effectiveness in patient re-visits in the outpatient service of the Brebes Regional General Hospital before and after the digital marketing intervention group on the variables of Promotion, Process, Physical Evidence and Visit Intention.
