Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to consider the impact of the pandemic on the teaching-learning process from the perspective of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) teachers. Not many studies have examined the effects of the pandemic on the teaching process with children, even at the PAUD level. This paper aims to gain a deeper understanding of the realization of the teaching and learning process during an emergency due to Covid-19 in Banjarbaru City, which came as a consequence of an unfavorable epidemiological situation. Teachers, children, and parents are recognized in this paper as the main determinants of the quality of education. The results of the attitude assessment of 40 teachers in the city of Banjarbaru there are important aspects of the educational process during an emergency. The data takes place, based on the results obtained, it can be concluded that the level of adaptability of teachers is considered capable enough to deal with new situations and is decreasing as it continues to be extended. face-to-face learning emergency. The results explain a high positive attitude in terms of cooperation between teachers and parents, which indicates that there is a lot of room to improve the quality of education in the future through blended learning. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas konsep Perpustakaan Islam Inklusif sebagai layanan untuk semua kalangan. Penelitian menggunakan metode literature review untuk menganalisis aksesibilitas koleksi dan layanan referensi perpustakaan Islam di era digital. Salah satu tantangan utama yang diidentifikasi adalah sistem pencarian dan aksesibilitas koleksi yang belum optimal, di mana banyak perpustakaan masih bergantung pada katalog tradisional dan memiliki akses daring terbatas. Hal ini menyulitkan pengguna, terutama mereka yang berada jauh, untuk memperoleh sumber informasi secara cepat dan efisien. Strategi seperti digitalisasi koleksi, penguatan layanan pencarian, peningkatan kompetensi pustakawan, serta program berbasis komunitas diperlukan agar perpustakaan Islam tetap relevan sebagai pusat literasi. Digitalisasi tidak hanya memperluas akses, tetapi juga berdampak pada keberlanjutan ilmu pengetahuan keislaman dengan mempermudah masyarakat mempelajari teks-teks klasik dan kajian terbaru. Penelitian juga menemukan kendala berupa kurangnya strategi dalam menghubungkan koleksi dengan kebutuhan pengguna, meskipun koleksi literatur Islam sangat luas. Kurasi dan penyajian yang kurang efektif membuat pengguna kesulitan menemukan referensi yang relevan. Tanpa sistem yang jelas untuk membimbing pemustaka, perpustakaan berisiko kehilangan perannya sebagai pusat edukasi dan dakwah. Oleh karena itu, strategi peningkatan layanan dan digitalisasi menjadi langkah penting untuk memastikan perpustakaan Islam tetap menjadi sumber literatur yang inklusif dan mudah diakses bagi seluruh masyarakat.

Abstract

The phenomenon of many Nahdlatul Ulama (NU) parents who send their children to Muhammadiyah high schools and vocational high schools raises the potential for religious value conflicts. This study aims to reveal the dynamics of the value conflict in Islamic Religious Education among students. The method employed is a mixed-methods approach with concurrent triangulation, where qualitative and quantitative data are collected simultaneously through questionnaires, interviews, and documentation from students, principals, Islamic Education and Cultivation teachers, and Al-Islam and Muhammadiyah teachers. This research was conducted in six Muhammadiyah schools in Banjarmasin. The results showed that most students experienced conflict between the religious teachings at school and their family traditions, so they tended to be ambivalent about following Muhammadiyah worship practices at school and reverting to NU practices when at home. A small number of students chose to consistently follow Muhammadiyah's teachings even though it caused tension with their parents. The conclusion of this study reveals that the value of Islamic Religious Education in Muhammadiyah schools influences the religious identity of students from NU backgrounds. The implications of this research include input and suggestions related to the concept of inter-religious harmony.

Abstract

The era of digitalization of education demands a solid quality assurance system to ensure that the use of technology as a learning medium can run effectively and optimally. This study aims to analyze in depth how the principles of Total Quality Management (TQM) are applied in the use of Chromebooks as a learning medium in the SMPN 1 Anggana environment. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach, where data is collected through three main techniques: participatory observation of teaching and learning activities, in-depth interviews with the principal, teachers, and student representatives, and documentation studies of learning planning and evaluation reports. The main findings in the field indicate that the principles of TQM have been internalized in the school culture, as evidenced by a strong commitment from management for continuous improvement, active participation of all school residents, and the existence of a periodic evaluation mechanism. However, its implementation still faces significant challenges, especially the limited number of devices and unstable internet network access. This study concludes that although the commitment to high quality is there, its success is still constrained by technical factors. Therefore, it is recommended to strengthen ICT infrastructure, improve teachers' digital competence through training, and involve students in evaluation to support a superior technology-based education ecosystem. ABSTRAKEra digitalisasi pendidikan menuntut adanya sistem penjaminan mutu yang kokoh untuk memastikan pemanfaatan teknologi sebagai media pembelajaran dapat berjalan secara efektif dan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara mendalam bagaimana prinsip-prinsip Manajemen Mutu Terpadu (Total Quality Management/TQM) diterapkan dalam pemanfaatan Chromebook sebagai media pembelajaran di lingkungan SMPN 1 Anggana. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif, di mana data dikumpulkan melalui tiga teknik utama: observasi partisipatif pada kegiatan belajar-mengajar, wawancara mendalam dengan kepala sekolah, guru, dan perwakilan siswa, serta studi dokumentasi terhadap perencanaan dan laporan evaluasi pembelajaran. Temuan utama di lapangan menunjukkan bahwa prinsip TQM telah terinternalisasi dalam budaya sekolah, yang dibuktikan melalui komitmen kuat dari pihak manajemen untuk perbaikan berkelanjutan, partisipasi aktif seluruh warga sekolah, serta adanya mekanisme evaluasi periodik. Kendati demikian, implementasinya masih menghadapi tantangan signifikan, terutama keterbatasan jumlah perangkat dan akses jaringan internet yang kurang stabil. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa meskipun komitmen terhadap mutu tinggi sudah ada, keberhasilannya masih terkendala oleh faktor teknis. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan adanya penguatan sarana prasarana TIK, peningkatan kompetensi digital guru melalui pelatihan, serta pelibatan siswa dalam evaluasi untuk mendukung ekosistem pendidikan berbasis teknologi yang unggul.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap proses keterpilihan anak Kepala Desa Bua sebagai anggota legislatif di Kabupaten Sinjai pada Pemilu 2024, serta menganalisis peran kepala desa dalam membangun dinasti politik di tingkat lokal. Fenomena ini mencerminkan bagaimana kekuasaan tidak hanya bersifat ad-ministratif, tetapi juga berakar pada relasi sosial dan kekeluargaan yang menguatkan praktik pewarisan kekuasaan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data diperoleh me-lalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan teori kekuasaan Michel Foucault dan konsep familisme sebagai kerangka analisis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa keterpilihan anak kepala desa tidak semata-mata berdasarkan kapasitas individu, melainkan dipengaruhi oleh legitimasi sosial yang dibentuk oleh posisi kepala desa sebagai patron. Dukungan politik diperoleh melalui jaringan kekuasaan, modal sosial, dan hubungan patron-klien yang terbangun di masyarakat desa. Selain itu, nilai-nilai familisme turut memperkuat legitimasi politik dalam lingkup keluarga. Kesimpulannya, praktik politik dinasti di Desa Bua memperlihatkan reproduksi kekuasaan melalui mekanisme sosial yang meng-hambat partisipasi politik yang inklusif dan kompetitif di tingkat desa.

Abstract

The problems discussed in this study are related to the implementation of science learning that focuses on practical work by using simple tools and materials to understand the learning outcomes of students about lava materials at SD Inpres 48 Sorong Regency. The focus of this research is to explore how to learn science practically using simple tools and materials. This research was carried out at SD Inpres 48 Sorong Regency and samples were taken from an affordable population, namely class V students totaling 38 people. This study uses a qualitative type of research, meaning that data collection is carried out directly at the research site, and the research method used is a qualitative method. This research was carried out in September 2024 and the results of the study showed that the average learning outcomes of students who participated in practical learning reached 90.2% higher than the average learning outcomes before practicum which was only 25.7%. It can be seen that practicum has a positive impact on students' understanding of lava materials

Abstract

The research discusses marketing promotion in the context of language use in promoting destinations. This scientifically answers the research question formulated on the promotional linguistic content used in discourses of Gililife magazine within one published edition. Discourse analysis as a method of analysis was employed under the descriptive-qualitative approach. Four steps were utilized to analyze the data deeply: collecting, reducing, displaying data, and drawing a conclusion. The data source was the selection of two discourses only discussing destinations with four tourism components (attraction, amenity, accessibility, security) as a basis for content analysis. Findings show that analyzed discourses dominantly emphasized marketing promotion on attraction and amenity. However, security is being neglected in every single discourse. Language content applied is the denotative preference, although few metaphor words are included.

Abstract

Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) memiliki peran strategis dalam membentuk karakter dan nilai spiritual peserta didik. Namun, efektivitas pembelajaran PAI sering terkendala oleh pengelolaan pembelajaran yang kurang optimal, seperti minimnya kompetensi pedagogik guru, rendahnya keterlibatan siswa, dan keterbatasan bahan ajar yang relevan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengelolaan pembelajaran dan pengembangan bahan ajar dalam PAI menggunakan metode library research. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan guru, yang meliputi rekrutmen, pelatihan, dan evaluasi, sangat penting dalam memastikan kompetensi pedagogik yang mumpuni. Pengelolaan siswa yang efektif mendukung keterlibatan aktif dalam proses belajar, sehingga mereka dapat memahami materi lebih mudah dan mengembangkan potensi secara optimal. Lingkungan belajar yang nyaman, baik indoor maupun outdoor, memberikan suasana kondusif untuk pembelajaran. Selain itu, pengembangan bahan ajar berbasis digital menjadi solusi untuk meningkatkan aksesibilitas dan fleksibilitas dalam pembelajaran. Dengan pendekatan yang terintegrasi, pengelolaan pembelajaran dan bahan ajar dalam PAI dapat dioptimalkan untuk meningkatkan efektivitas proses belajar-mengajar, sekaligus menjawab kebutuhan pendidikan di era modern.

Abstract

Although research on the Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, Sipakainge’ philosophy has been widely discussed by scholars, few have analyzed them from the perspective of religious moderation and Islamic law. This article aims to discuss the Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, Sipakainge' traditions from the perspective of religious moderation and Islamic Law among the Bugis community in Sorong, Papua. This study uses an ethnographic research design. Data collection was conducted through interviews. The results show that from the perspective of religious moderation, the Sipakatau, Sipakalebbi, Sipakainge' traditions embody values of religious tolerance, peace, mutual respect, understanding of other ethnic cultures, and harmony among religious communities. From the perspective of Islamic law, these traditions contain values of justice, honesty, and ethics in social interactions. The factors influencing the presence of values of religious moderation and Islamic Law in these traditions are due to the strong cultural heritage and local wisdom of the Bugis community in Sorong, Papua, which is passed down to the younger generation, strong religious education, and the involvement of religious and community leaders. Thus, this research is expected to complement previous studies by presenting philosophical values of religious moderation and Islamic Law applied in daily life.
