Abstract

Public transportation plays a crucial role in supporting community mobility while also reducing traffic congestion, pollution, and travel costs. The Trans Jatim Corridor IV bus service on the Bunder–Paciran route is an initiative by the East Java Provincial Government to enhance the quality of public transportation services. This study aims to assess user satisfaction with Trans Jatim’s services and analyze the probability of mode shift from previous modes of transportation to Trans Jatim. The methods employed include the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and probability analysis using a Stated Preference approach and binary logistic regression. A total of 98 respondents were involved in data collection. The analysis results show a CSI index value of 0.85, indicating a "very satisfied" category. The IPA identified two priority attributes for improvement: safety and comfort inside the bus (X3_2) and the availability of proper bus stops (X3_3). Meanwhile, binary logistic regression results indicate that gender and frequency of use significantly influence mode shift decisions. The probability of mode shift is recorded at 89.2% for female respondents and 89.6% for respondents who travel daily. This study concludes that while the overall quality of Trans Jatim services is very good, improvements are still needed in several service aspects.

Abstract

Patriarchal families are still the main pattern in the social structure of Sumbertumpuk Village, Pasuruan, which creates gender inequality and positions women in a subordinate position. This research aims to explore the dynamics of women's roles in patriarchal families and examine the views of liberal feminism as the basis for the transformation of gender equality in the neighborhood. This research method is qualitative research using a gender-based critical descriptive approach, through observation and in-depth interviews with women and men in the family. The results show that women in Sumbertumpuk face a double burden and limited access to education and economic opportunities, which strengthens their dependence on men. However, awareness of the need for change is starting to show through solidarity and small discussions within the family, as well as support from policies that favor women's empowerment. These findings emphasize the importance of policies and education that can facilitate a paradigm shift from patriarchal structures towards more egalitarian families, as supported by the philosophy of liberal feminism.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe the application of the group investigation model to strengthen students' democratic attitudes in the Pancasila Education course. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data were obtained through observation, interviews, and documentation. This research was conducted at Yogyakarta State University in the undergraduate department of education management in the odd semester of the 2023/2024 academic year, involving 46 students as the main informants. The results showed that the application of the group investigation model in the active learning process, both in class and through WhatsApp groups, was facilitated by a discussion sheet containing responses, suggestions, and questions that had to be filled in by several groups of listeners. The discussion was conducted after the presenting group delivered its topic, where the listening group gave responses to the presenting group. This democratic attitude emerges due to students' active participation in the learning forum, which includes freedom to participate, freedom of expression, and the development of collaborative attitudes. Thus, the group investigation model improves the understanding of the material and shapes students' characters to be more democratic and collaborative in their interactions with others.

Abstract

Penyakit jantung merupakan penyebab utama kematian di seluruh dunia, sehingga deteksi dini sangat penting untuk meningkatkan harapan hidup pasien. Dengan kemajuan teknologi data mining dan machine learning, prediksi penyakit jantung dapat dilakukan lebih akurat. Penelitian ini membandingkan kinerja prediksi model Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, Random Forest, K-Nearest Neighbors (KNN), dan Support Vector Machine (SVM) dalam mendeteksi penyakit jantung menggunakan UCI Heart Disease Dataset. Teknik feature selection—Filter Method, Wrapper Method (RFE), dan Embedded Method—diterapkan untuk meningkatkan akurasi prediksi dan mengurangi kompleksitas model. Hasil eksperimen menunjukkan bahwa SVM mencapai akurasi tertinggi sebesar 91,2%, diikuti Random Forest dengan 90,7%. Penggunaan feature selection terbukti meningkatkan kinerja model secara signifikan dengan mengurangi dimensi data dan menghindari overfitting. Temuan ini menunjukkan efektivitas SVM dan Random Forest dalam pengembangan sistem prediksi penyakit jantung yang efisien di lingkungan klinis. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the implementation of Islamic education policies in Islamic Education (PAI) learning at SMPN Satu Atap 10 Sarolangun and to explore the roles of teachers, principals, and the surrounding community in supporting this implementation. This research employed a qualitative approach with field studies conducted at SMPN Satu Atap 10 Sarolangun through observations, interviews, and documentation with selected informants. Data were analyzed using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model with triangulation to ensure the validity of the findings. The results indicate that the implementation of Islamic education policies at SMPN Satu Atap 10 Sarolangun is effectively carried out through the synergy of teachers, principals, and the community. PAI teachers play a central role in both teaching and character development, principals provide policy and managerial support, while the community, particularly parents and religious leaders, reinforces Islamic values through active participation. Despite limited facilities, this collaboration fosters a religious and conducive learning environment in the rural context.

Abstract

This study aimed to analyze and identify obstacles to the development of students' Islamic creativity at SMP Negeri 2 Reteh in Islamic Religious Education lessons using project-based learning. This study used a qualitative approach with descriptive phenomenology. Data collection techniques included observation, interviews, and documentation. The results showed that the implementation of project-based learning had a positive impact on the development of students' Islamic creativity, particularly in aspects of responsibility, honesty, self-confidence, and active participation in the learning process. Students were able to discuss, convey ideas, and complete projects effectively. Challenges faced by teachers included time management, lack of supporting facilities, and differences in student ability levels. Thus, project-based learning has proven to be an effective learning alternative for developing students' Islamic creativity in secondary schools.

Abstract

In this era of globalization, the development of information technology has become a major catalyst in the transformation of the business world. Ragasi Pharmacy located in Karawang, West Java, is a business entity engaged in general trade, namely selling. Medicines and medical devices to consumers. And is one of the pharmacies that has implemented the Zahir system in the cash management process, especially in the aspects of cash receipts and disbursements. This study uses qualitative research using inductive analysis and is descriptive. Based on the facts and data obtained in the field, Ragasi Pharmacy in recording cash receipts and disbursements even though it has used the Zahir Accounting application. However, there are still some obstacles in its implementation. This is due to human resources who are less proficient in using Zahir Accounting. The Zahir Accounting application has been implemented at Ragasi Pharmacy Karawang to manage cash receipts and disbursements more efficiently, Each transaction is recorded clearly, Ragasi Pharmacy Karawang applies data verification and validation procedures before the transaction is saved. Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh skala ekonomi terhadap firm value perbankan syariah di Indonesia. Menggunakan pendekatan retrospektif kuantitatif, penelitian ini mengolah data panel dari 10 bank syariah selama periode 2018–2020 yang ditentukan secara purposive. Penelitian ini membatasi periode 2018–2020 guna menghindari bias akibat merger BSI 2021 yang dapat mengaburkan data historis akibat berubahnya struktur operasional. Variabel independen dalam penelitian ini meliputi total aset (Ln), ROA dan total laba (Ln) sebagai indikator skala ekonomi, sementara firm value diukur dengan rasio Tobin’s q. Model diprediksi menggunakan multiple regression analysis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ROA memiliki pengaruh positif yang signifikan terhadap firm value, menegaskan bahwa bank syariah dengan tingkat profitabilitas yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki valuasi pasar yang lebih baik. Sebaliknya, total aset tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap firm value, yang mengindikasikan bahwa skala ekonomi dalam perbankan syariah belum sepenuhnya tercapai tanpa pengelolaan aset yang efisien. Selain itu, total laba memiliki hubungan negatif yang mendekati signifikan dengan firm value, menunjukkan bahwa laba yang tinggi belum tentu meningkatkan firm value jika tidak diikuti oleh pertumbuhan laba yang berkelanjutan. Implikasinya, bagi perbankan syariah, penelitian ini menekankan pentingnya optimalisasi aset dan strategi profitabilitas guna meningkatkan daya saing dan firm value di bursa. Kata Kunci: Tobin’s q;Total Aset; Return On Aset; Total Laba Abstract This study aims to analyze the effect of economies of scale on the firm value of Islamic banking in Indonesia. Using a quantitative retrospective approach, this study processes panel data from 10 Islamic banks during the 2018–2020 period determined purposively. This study limits the period 2018–2020 to avoid bias due to the 2021 BSI merger which can obscure historical data due to changes in operational structure. The independent variables in this study include total assets (Ln), ROA and total profit (Ln) as indicators of economies of scale, while firm value is measured by the Tobin's q ratio. The model is predicted using multiple regression analysis. The results show that ROA has a significant positive effect on firm value, confirming that Islamic banks with higher levels of profitability tend to have better market valuations. Conversely, total assets do not have a significant effect on firm value, indicating that economies of scale in Islamic banking have not been fully achieved without efficient asset management. In addition, total profit has a negative relationship that is close to significant with firm value, indicating that high profits do not necessarily increase firm value if they are not followed by sustainable profit growth. The implication for Islamic banking is that this study emphasizes the importance of asset optimization and profitability strategies to increase competitiveness and firm value on the stock exchange. Abstract

This study aims to determine the professional competence of teachers in the learning process of Islamic Religious Education at Baiturrahim Junior High School, Jambi City. This type of research is field research with a qualitative approach through descriptive methods. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation and documentation, while data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the learning process of Islamic Religious Education at Baiturrahim Junior High School, Jambi City is carried out through the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. Teachers' professional competence is already visible in several aspects, but has not been fully achieved so that it cannot be said to have complete professional competence.
