Abstract

Curriculum Construction for the Education of Indonesian Migrant Workers' Children in Malaysia. Curriculum is one of the essential elements of the education system. In the learning process, the curriculum must be developed innovatively to continue to follow the development flow. There are many types of curriculum development models, one of which is the Hilda Taba development model. The Hilda Taba development model focuses more on teacher attention when developing the educational curriculum used in an academic institution. The research method used in this study is qualitative, with a case study approach. This study examines the curriculum construction at the Guidance Center of the Indonesian School of Kuala Lumpur (SIKL) through the lens of Taba's curriculum development theory. Moreover, this study employs a case-based qualitative method, with an educational anthropology approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. Furthermore, the analysis utilized an interactive model, incorporating data collection, condensation, presentation, and verification of conclusions. To sum up, the teacher’s role is crucial in organizing education at the Guidance Center. The purpose of this education is to eradicate illiteracy, involving the Merdeka Curriculum and 2013 Curriculum materials. In the meantime, the education process is organized by class levels, starting from class 1 to class 6, with an additional so-called calistung class. Abstract

Angso Duo Baru Market, the largest market in Jambi City, contributes 9 tons of waste per day, with 36.37% of the total 291,863.27 tons of waste in Jambi in 2023 coming from the market. This research Analyzes Waste Management in Angso Duo Baru Market in 2024 using descriptive qualitative method. Data were collected from 11 informants through interviews, observations, and document reviews, then analyzed using Nvivo 12 software. The results show that the waste sorting, collection, and processing system is not yet in accordance with Government Regulation No. 27 of 2020. Traders do not segregate waste, and the shelters are not standardized. However, waste transportation is carried out twice a day and the final processing of waste at the Talang Gulo landfill has been carried out properly according to standards.

Abstract

Pondok pesantren di Indonesia menghadapi tantangan kesehatan masyarakat serupa yakni rentannya santri dari terpaparnya penyakit menular seperti scabies, ISPA, gastritis, diare, muntaber, thifoid, hepatitis A, cacar, keracunan makanan (food poisoning), sampai penyakit demam berdarah. Hal tersebut masih belum menjadi perhatian bagi beberapa warga pesantren, masyarakat sekitar pesantren ataupun pihak pemerintah. Berdasarkan hasil survey awal di Pesantren Wadi Muqoddas, aspek perilaku terutama higiene personal santri di pesantren tersebut masih kurang. Selain itu, lingkungan pondok pesantren tersebut juga belum bersih dan sehat karena masih banyak sampah sampah yang berserakan. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi faktor risiko tempat berkembangbiaknya nyamuk. Salah satu strategi yang dapat dilakukan adalah promosi kesehatan melalui KIE. Edukasi tersebut bertujuan meningkatakan pengetahuan santri mengenai PHBS dan berpengaruh terhadap perilaku sehat santri. Selain itu, melalui peningkatan kapasitas santri juga dapat meningkatkan keterampilan santri dalam berperilaku sehat. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini dilakukan mulai dari tahap persiapan hingga tahap evaluasi. Output yang diharapkan dalam pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah peningkatan literasi kesehatan mengenai PHBS dan peningkatan kapasitas dalam santri dalam pemantauan jentik nyamuk. Kegiatan dilakukan selama 3 hari. Pelaksanaan hari pertama mengenai edukasi Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. Sebelum pelaksanaan edukasi, santri diberikan pre-test mengenai PHBS untuk mengetahui presentasi pengetahuan mereka sebelum terpapar informasi mengenai PHBS. Berdasarkan hasil pre-test diperoleh tingkat pengetahuan santri sebesar 50%. Literasi mengenai PHBS juga terbilang rendah. Hal ini disebabkan kurangnya paparan informasi yang didapatkan mengenai PHBS. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara juga menyebutkan bahwa sebagian besar belum mengetahui PHBS dan baru pertama kali mendapatkan informasi tersebut. Setelah diberikan intervensi berupa edukasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan sebesar 90%. Hal ini menunjukkan terjadi perbedaan tingkat pengetahuan sebelum dan sesudah dilakukan edukasi. Penerapan promosi kesehatan masyarakat melalui komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi (KIE) merupakan salah satu langkah praktis dan tepat untuk meningkatkan kapasitas dan literasi kesehatan masyarakat di bidang Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat santri Pesantren Wadi Muqoddas Pondok Meja, Provinsi Jambi. Selain itu agar program KIE ini bisa terus berlanjut maka langkah-langkah seperti pemberdayaan, pembentukan, dan penguatan kader santri untuk meneruskan praktik dan ilmu pengetahuan ini kepada sebayanya sangatlah diperlukan.

Abstract

Based on the research results, it was found that there was an influence of the TGT (Teaching Games Tournament) model on the basketball chest pass learning outcomes of class XI students at Xaverius Vocational School, Palembang. This is proven by research findings which show that tcount is greater than ttable (2.413 > 1.70). The influence of games on chest pass learning outcomes shows that the quality of learning through games has really been proven to be significant. Through continuous and consistent learning, students experience good improvement in making chess passes. Based on the results of the data analysis that has been described, this research concludes that there is an influence of the TGT (Teaching Games Tournament) model on the basketball chess pass learning outcomes of class XI students at Xaverius Vocational School, Palembang. This is proven by research findings which show that tcount is greater than ttable (2.413 > 1.70).

Abstract

The aim and direction of the research is to look at the causal or causal relationship between the independent (free) variables which consist of Economic Growth, Unemployment, and Inflation, and the dependent (bound) variable, namely poverty. The type of data used in this study is secondary data (Time Series The secondary data used in this study comes from various related agencies such as the Publication of the Central Statistics Agency which is accessed through the official website, as well as government agencies that can support this research data. Data collection techniques use a field research approach by collecting data from the variables Economic Growth, Unemployment, Inflation, as well as poverty obtained in processed form sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) of North Sumatra Province. In the t-test results, the variable Economic Growth on Poverty has a probability of 0.0387 < 0.05, so it can be said that the variable Economic Growth (x1) has a (significant) influence on poverty. The unemployment variable on poverty has a probability of 0.0248 <0.05, so it can be said that the unemployment variable (x2) has a (significant) influence on poverty. Also, the t-test results for the inflation variable on poverty have a probability of 0.8839 > 0.05, so it can be said that the inflation variable (x3) has no effect (not significant) on poverty. Meanwhile, based on the output results processed using Eviews 10 software, the calculated F value is 91.27120 while the F table with a level of α = 5% is 2.37. Thus F count > F table (91.27120 > 2.37), then it can also be seen from the probability value of 0.000000 which is smaller than the significance level of 0.05. This shows that the variables of Economic Growth, Unemployment, and Inflation together the same (simultaneously) have a significant effect on poverty in North Sumatra.

Abstract

Pendahuluan: Anemia yang terjadi pada remaja putri memiliki kelompok usia yaitu mulai dari usia 15-24 tahun dan anemia remaja pada jenjang sekolah mencapai angka sekitar 23% remaja putri. Hal ini dapat berdampak buruk terhadap penurunan imunitas, konsentrasi, prestasi belajar, kebugaran emaja dan produktifitas. Selain itu, secara khusus anemia yang dialami remaja putri akan berdampak lebih serius, mengingat mereka adalah para calon ibu yang akan hamil dan melahirkan seorang bayi, sehingga memperbesar risiko kematian ibu melahirkan, bayi lahir prematur dan berat bayi lahir rendah (BBLR). Tujuan : kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan sosialisasi pengetahuan pada Remaja Putri Tentang Pencegahan Anemia Metode: Kegiatan dilaksanakan pada sabtu, 26 april 2025,dengan cara ceramah, diskusi dan Evaluasi dinilai berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest yang dilaksanakan sebelum dan setelah kegiatan sosialisasi.Indikator keberhasilan peserta ditunjukkan dengan adanya peningkatan pengetahuan remaja Tentang Pencegahan anemia Manfaat: kegiatan ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan pengetahuan remaja tentang pencegahan anemia dengan mengkonsumsi Tablet FE Hasil: Diperoleh nilai rata–rata Remaja dengan nilai diatas 70 pada pretest sebesar 49,1% dan nilai rata–rata posttest sebesar 69,1%. Kesimpulan: meningkatnya pengetahuan Remaja tentang pencegahan anemia sebesar 20%. Diharapkan remaja dapat mengkonsumsi Tablet FE secara Teratur untuk mencegah terjadinya anemia pada remaja.Kata Kunci : Sosialisasi , Anemia , Remaja, Tablet FE

Abstract

Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan pragmatik dengan menerapkan teori prinsip kesantunan berbahasa Leech. Subjek penelitian ini adalah calon Bupati dan calon wakil Bupati Sumenep yang terlibat dalam acara debat tersebut. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik unduh, teknik simak, teknik catat, dan studi literatur untuk memperkuat temuan penelitian. Data yang telah terkumpul kemudian diproses melalui tahapan sistematis, meliputi seleksi data, interpretasi data, serta penarikan kesimpulan berdasarkan hasil interpretasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan potret kesantunan calon Bupati dan calon wakil Bupati direpresentasikan melalui berbagai aspek, seperti cara bertutur, sikap menghargai sesama, serta penggunaan bahasa yang sopan dan penuh tatakrama. Nilai kesantunan dalam debat calon Bupati dan calon wakil Bupati Sumenep tahun 2024 selaras dengan prinsip-prinsip kesantunan Leech. Meliputi maksim kebijaksanaan, kedermawanan, pujian, kerendahan hati, kesepakatan, dan simpati. Maksim kerendahan hati menjadi temuan paling dominan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat di Desa Sampe Raya bertujuan meningkatkan keterampilan dan daya saing UMKM lokal melalui pelatihan pembuatan produk kreatif berbasis kawat bulu dan penerapan digital marketing. Kawat bulu dipilih karena mudah dibentuk dan bernilai ekonomi tinggi. Program selama satu bulan ini mencakup sosialisasi, workshop, praktik, dan pendampingan pemasaran online. Hasilnya menunjukkan peningkatan keterampilan produksi, kreativitas desain, serta pemahaman strategi pemasaran digital. Peserta, terutama ibu rumah tangga dan pelaku UMKM, berhasil menghasilkan produk inovatif yang siap dipasarkan secara online. Program ini berkontribusi pada pemberdayaan masyarakat, penguatan UMKM, dan pengembangan ekonomi kreatif berbasis kearifan local.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of the 7P marketing mix strategy (Product, Price, Place, Promotion, People, Process, Physical Evidence) at Bebek Goyang Sulawesi Restaurant in Makassar City. A descriptive research method with a qualitative approach was employed, where data were collected through interviews and questionnaires administered to management and consumers. The findings reveal that most marketing mix elements have been effectively implemented, particularly regarding product quality, strategic location, and digital media promotions. However, some areas require improvement, such as the pricing strategy, which is perceived as less competitive, and the cleanliness of physical facilities. From the consumers' perspective, the "People" and "Process" elements received high ratings, while the "Price" and "Physical Evidence" elements still need enhancement. This study provides recommendations to improve customer satisfaction through refining pricing strategies, enhancing cleanliness, and innovating promotional efforts. The findings are expected to serve as a reference for the management of Bebek Goyang Sulawesi Restaurant in optimizing its marketing strategy to achieve a competitive advantage in the increasingly competitive culinary industry. Abstract

The health status of the Suku Anak Dalam (SAD) community remains a serious concern, particularly regarding mortality, morbidity, nutrition, and reproductive health. Nutritional problems among toddlers, adolescents, women of reproductive age, and the wider community continue to contribute to poor health outcomes. In addition, childbirth and reproductive health complications are still major factors causing high infant mortality rates within SAD communities. This study aimed to evaluate the effectiveness of mentoring and educational interventions for SAD Posyandu cadres in improving their knowledge and practical skills. The study used a pre-experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest design and was conducted at the SAD community hall in Dwi Karya Bakti Village, Pelepat District, Bungo Regency, Jambi. The study population consisted of all SAD Posyandu cadres, totaling 19 participants. Most cadres were unemployed, with 6 men (31.6%) and 13 women (68.4%). Fourteen participants (73.7%) had low educational backgrounds, while 5 participants (26.3%) had higher education levels. The youngest respondent was 12 years old, and the oldest was 31 years old, with an average age of 18.53 years and a standard deviation of 5.037 years. Statistical analysis showed a p-value of 0.002 (<0.05), indicating a significant increase in knowledge after the educational intervention. Therefore, continuous mentoring and training are recommended to strengthen cadre competencies and sustain independent health services. Strengthening community participation through regular Posyandu activities may also help reduce preventable diseases, maternal complications, and infant deaths among SAD families.
