Abstract

Unsafe road user behavior is something that can affect the implementation of transportation as data from the police states that 61% of accidents are caused by human factors. This study aims to determine the types and factors that cause violations committed by road users who have passed intersection three (Jalan Hasan Esa-Jalan Ahmad Yani) and (Jalan Pemuda-Jalan A.M Kamaruddin) along with the handling of these violations. The results of the analysis found that the most common type of violation was not using a rear helmet by 88.8% caused by not having a helmet. Meanwhile, based on the analysis with the AHP method, the violation that must be prioritized in handling is against the flow with priority alternative handling, including education, sanctions and training.

Abstract

The issue of religious intolerance in Indonesia remains high and threatens social cohesion. Tolerant religious guidance is crucial for maintaining harmony. The Maiyah Mocopat Syafa’at Religious Study Forum serves as an inclusive space emphasizing dialogue, openness, and humanitarian values. This study examines the practice of tolerant religious guidance in a socio-cultural context. This study aims to understand the practice of tolerant religious guidance at the Maiyah Mocopat Syafa’at Religious Study Forum in Yogyakarta. Using a qualitative approach, data were obtained through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation. The results show that religious guidance in this forum is participatory, non-hierarchical, and culturally based. The Maiyah Forum does not differentiate between preachers and congregants, but rather builds a space for open, equal dialogue. Guidance materials are contextual and reflective, and are delivered through the medium of art and culture. Values ​​of tolerance such as equality, openness to differences, and empathy are the foundation of religious practice in this forum. In addition, Maiyah serves as an alternative religious literacy space, a forum for interfaith and cultural dialogue, and a vehicle for fostering humanistic spirituality. These findings indicate that the inclusive culture and spirituality-based religious guidance approach in Maiyah is able to foster moderate, open, and peaceful religious attitudes.

Abstract

Saat ini, aspek sosial khususnya dalam dunia pendidikan masih sangat kurang. Minimnya pendidikan karakter dalam aspek sosial terlihat pada kualitas hubungan sosial yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik di sekolah menengah pertama, yang biasanya lebih dipengaruhi oleh kondisi sosial dan lingkungan daripada perkembangan karakter mereka. Pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini sedang mengalami tantangan besar dengan adanya “tiga dosa besar”. Tiga dosa besar adalah bullying, kekerasan seksual, dan intoleransi. Hal tersebut dapat menjadi kendala untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang baik. Tujuan Penelitian yang ingin ditemukan oleh peneliti alah ingin melihat seberapa besar pengaruh dari ketiga dosa besar dalam pendidikan tersebut akan mempengaruhi aspek sosial siswa di sekolah menengah pertama. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah dengan literatur review. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa ketiga dosa besar dalam pendidikan, yakni perundungan, kekerasan seksual serta intoleransi ini sangatlah berhubungan dengan aspek sosial siswa di sekolah menengah pertama.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai implementasi program pengabdian kepada masyarakat oleh program pascasarjana UNKHAIR, dengan tujuan menjembatangi dunia pendidikan dan kepentingan masyarakat baik jangka pendek maupun untuk jangka panjang, kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan menggunakan metoda atau teknik pengabdian yakni memberikan pengetahuan melalui ceramah dan diskusi mengenai jalan desa, dan juga memberikan pelatihan tentang jalan desa. Melalui pengabdian ini diperoleh adanya peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam teknologi konstruksi jalan, sehingga kedepan diharapkan mampu membangun infrastruktur jalan desa yang baik, yang akan meningkatkan kualitas hidup masyarakt desa sebagi bagian pengembangan potensi desa.

Abstract

Education is a shared duty and responsibility to develop awareness and insight between humans to continue life. Efforts to increase awareness, children's personality, and develop creativity gave birth to an educational approach called "humanization" in the current educational process. Efforts are needed to create humanist schools to create a diverse world of education for students and teachers alike. Humanist education has the concept that humans, as subjects, can face the world and their environment, as well as the ability to overcome and solve problems that will be faced by humans themselves. Humanist school is a school that loves and gives freedom in creativity according to students' interests and talents. The humanist curriculum's goal must be dynamic personal development, integrity, and autonomy, healthy personality attitudes to the environment. Teachers, as initiators, motivators, and facilitators, carry out learning to solve students' problems or social problems. Students understand their potential to develop their potential positive and minimize negative self-potential.

Abstract

This article aims to examine the internalization of the value of religious moderation through Citizenship Education in Higher Education. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of library research, where the data comes from books, articles and other sources that are relevant to the problem formulation. The results of the research show that: first, the internalization of the values of religious moderation in Citizenship Education in Higher Education is carried out through: (a) the existence of Citizenship Education courses, which are substantially related directly to the formation of moderate students character, (b) the example set by lecturers Citizenship Education which always prioritizes a moderate attitude, and (c) the methods used in teaching Citizenship Education. Second, the implementation of religious moderation in Citizenship Education in Higher Education is carried out based on: (a) national commitment, (b) tolerance, (c) non-violence, and (d) accommodating to local culture.

Abstract

Students find mathematics boring to study because it is thought to be difficult for them to understand, particularly when it comes to arithmetic operations, symbols, and a variety of abstract formulas. The challenge in working with fractions is equal the denominator throughout addition and subtraction operations. This study's goal was to identify the types and causes of student difficulty in the content for fractional arithmetic operations. Descriptive research is used in this study. All class VII students make up the population, and there were a total of 17 participants sampled. a tool with an interview guide and written test. Six students were chosen for interviews based on the test results that have been examined. The results showed that the students' level of difficulty was 29.41 percent, moderate difficulty was 5.88 percent, high difficulty was 41.18 percent, and very high difficulty was 23.53 percent. The types of difficulties experienced by students in using concepts and principles ranged from 26.47 percent to 64.71 percent, and difficulties in using verbal were as high as 14.71 percent. It was determined that children were still having trouble grasping the idea of fractions.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the use of teaching materials that are not varied, and the discussion of physics material is considered difficult due to students' lack of critical thinking. This resulted in students having difficulty understanding the concepts and equations contained in the sound wave material, thus requiring an appropriate learning model, namely discovery learning, where students are expected to overcome the problems faced. So, the development of e-modules based on discovery learning was assisted by Physics Education Technology (PhET) Simulation as a substitute for actual practicum. This study aims to determine the design, feasibility, and practicality of discovery learning-based physics learning e-modules assisted by PhET Simulation on sound wave material. The Alessi and Trollip development model guides an e-module based on discovery learning assisted by PhET Simulation because it is suitable for use in this research model. The resulting product is in electronic form and has three stages, namely: (1) Planning, (2) Design, and (3) Development. The product produced from this research is a learning e-module. Based on the alpha test of media and material experts with a very feasible category of 94.09% and based on the beta test getting a value of 93.92% very feasible category. So, e-modules based on discovery learning assisted by PhET Simulation can be used as physics learning materials on sound wave material, this e-module product can accelerate and clarify abstract theories on sound wave material for students' understanding. The study refers to one material in physics lessons at school, the object of research is still lacking, in the future it can expand the study on other physics materials and expand or increase data for beta testing by manipulating other research variables.

Abstract

PENGEMBANGAN KAPABILITAS UNIT PENGELOLA SISTEM INFORMASI MANAJEMEN KEUANGAN TERPADU (INTEGRATED FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT INFORMATION SYSTEMS) STUDI KASUS PADA PENERAPAN SISTEM PERBENDAHARAAN DAN ANGGARAN NEGARA (SPAN)  DI KEMENTERIAN KEUANGAN REPUBLIK INDONESIA Dalam beberapa tahun terakhir ini banyak Negara termasuk Indonesia, telah memulai, dan sedang menerapkan agenda reformasi di Negara masing-masing, khususnya pada manajemen keuangan publik. Hal ini telah membuat penerapan IFMIS (Integrated Financial Management Information Systems) menjadi satu agenda terpenting. IFMIS dapat meningkatkan pelayanan publik dalam hal meningkatkan tingkat kepuasan layanan yang dibutuhkan oleh seluruh pemangku kepentingan. Disisi lain IFMIS dapat memberikan informasi keuangan yang akurat dan tepat-waktu kepada manajer baik di kantor pusat, di kantor wilayah dan di kantor kabupaten atau kota, serta dapat meningkatkan kinerja dan kapabilitas pengambilan keputusan. Kementerian Keuangan Republik Indonesia saat ini sedang menerapkan IFMIS yang dikenal dengan nama SPAN (Sistem Perbendaharaan dan Anggaran Negara), dimana ERP-COTS telah dipilih sebagai landasan (platform) pengembangan sistem. Salahsatu area terpenting dalam penerapan IFMIS adalah pada proses deployment, termasuk penyiapan dan pengembangan kapabilitas Unit Pengelola IFMIS dalam menghadapi kesiapan penerapan, khususnya menghadapi fase Go-Live. Tujuan: Tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun sebuah model pengembangan kapabilitas untuk Unit Pengelola IFMIS, dalam rangka mendukung penerapan IFMIS di Indonesia, khususnya dalam menghadapi tahapan Go-Live. Metode: Penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif, dengan metode penelitian Action Research (AR), yang dipergunakan untuk membentuk dan meng-eksplorasi sebuah model pengembangan kapabilitas dalam tiga fase. Keseluruhan fase dikembangkan paralel dengan fase penerapan IFMIS. Temuan: Beberapa temuan dalam penelitian ini menunjukkan, bahwa terdapat beberapa tantangan termasuk didalamnya kurangnya personel yang berkualifikasi, kemunduran jadwal penyelesaian kustomisasi ERP-COTS, resistensi, dan isu-isu lainnya dalam pengembangan kapabilitas Unit Pengelola IFMIS. Hasil: Hasil penelitian ini berupa sejumlah refleksi yang sekaligus menjadi pengetahuan yang diperoleh peneliti, pada setiap fase pelaksanaan penelitian AR yang telah dilakukan. Berdasarkan hasil dari penelitian ini, sebuah model yang relevan dikembangkan, yang memungkinkan proses pengembangan kapabilitas dilakukan secara lebih berhasil, khususnya kapabilitas dari setiap anggota Unit Pengelola IFMIS, guna mengelola IFMIS sebagai sebuah sistem informasi baru dalam fase Go-Live. Kesimpulan: Penerapan IFMIS memerlukan waktu yang lama dengan segala kompleksitasnya, yang mempengaruhi rencana pengembangan kapabilitas guna memenuhi kapabilitas yang dibutuhkan oleh sebuah Unit Pengelola IFMIS. Namun demikian, model pengembangan kapabilitas Unit Pengelola IFMIS yang telah dibangun diakhir penelitian ini, dapat dipergunakan dalam menghadapi kondisi penerapan yang sangat dinamis, dan pada saat yang sama menyukseskan penerapan IFMIS. Model tersebut direkomendasikan untuk dipergunakan oleh pemerintah Indonesia dalam penerapan sistem informasi, khususnya di area pelayanan publik. Kata kunci: IFMIS, Fase Penerapan IFMIS, ERP-COTS, Unit Pengelola IFMIS, Pengembangan Kapabilitas, Action Research   In recent years, many countries including Indonesia have to implement their reform agenda, especially in Public Financial Management. It makes Integrated Financial Management Information Systems (IFMIS) implementation become one of the important agenda. IFMIS can improve public sector services in term of services satisfaction level that need by all stakeholders. On the otherhand IFMIS by providing accurate, real-time financial information to managers both in head quarter office, regional and municipal office can enhance their work performance as well as decision-making capabilities. The Ministry of Finance of Republic of Indonesia is currently in the process of the implementation of an IFMIS called as SPAN (Sistem Perbendaharaan dan Anggaran Negara), where ERP-COTS has been chosen as a development platform. One of the important areas in IFMIS Implementation is on deployment including the preparation and development of IFMIS Management Unit capability to cope with implementation readiness, especially in Go-Live phase. Objectives: The aim of this research is to develop a capability development model for IFMIS Management Unit in term of to support the IFMIS implementation in Indonesia. Method: This is a qualitative research, where action research method is used to configure and explore the proposed model into three phases of capability development. All phases are developed parallel with IFMIS implementation processes. Based on the result of this research, a relevan model is developed. Findings: The findings of this research indicate that there are a number of challenges including lack of qualified people, resistency, and others issues involved with the capability development of IFMIS Management Unit. Results: The result of this research is a list of reflections as well as knowledge that researcher acquired for each phase of this Action Research. Based on the result of this research, a relevant model is developed that may make the process of capability development more successful, especially in the capability of member of IFMIS Management Unit to manage IFMIS as a new information systems in Go-Live Phase. Conclusion: The Implementation of IFMIS takes along time and with its complexity, that influence the capability development plan to fulfill the capability that require by an IFMIS Management Unit.  However, there is a model of IFMIS capability development that can be used to cope with a implementation dynamic condition as well as to make the IFMIS project succeed. The model is recommended to be used by the government of Indonesia in information systems implementation, especially in Public Service sector. Abstract

Perusahaan multifinance, sebagai bagian dari sektor lembaga keuangan, mengalami pertumbuhan pesat namun juga menghadapi tantangan signifikan, terutama akibat pandemi Covid-19 yang mempengaruhi kinerja keuangan dan peningkatan risiko kegagalan. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis Non Performing Loan, Ukuran Perusahaan, dan Struktur Modal terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh Profitabilitas pada perusahaan multifinance yang terdaftar di BEI periode tahun 2019 sampai 2023. Data sekunder diambil dari situs ID dan melibatkan 10 dari 16 perusahaan yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Analisis menggunakan E-Views Versi 12 menunjukkan hasil penelitian bahwa: 1). Non Performing Loan (NPL) tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, 2). Ukuran Perusahaan tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, 3). Struktur Modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan, 4). Non Performing Loan tidak berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh profitabilitas, 5). Ukuran Perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh Profitabilitas, 6). Struktur Modal berpengaruh terhadap Nilai Perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh Profitabilitas, dan 7). Hasil uji simultan Non Performing Loan, Ukuran Perusahaan, Struktur Modal dan Profitabilitas berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap Nilai Perusahaan.
