Advances in digital technology are changing the paradigm of learning, especially in the development of students' analytical thinking skills. Applications of technology, such as complex conceptual visualization and interactive approaches, have a positive impact on the quality of learning. Technology capabilities support collaborative learning, adapt teaching methods to student learning styles, and create intelligent digital learning systems. In the development of analytical thinking capabilities, digital technology is not only a tool but also a potential partner, becoming a catalyst for expanding and deepening the learning process. Research using library methods shows that the integration of digital technology in education contributes to the development of students' analytical thinking skills. While digital technology provides the advantage of information access and dynamic learning experiences, the role of teachers and active guidance remains important. A deep understanding of these dynamics is needed to design contextual, adaptive, and relevant learning approaches in the digital age.

This study aims to analyze the KIP-K Scholarship instrument at PTKIN IAIN Langsa while developing non-test instruments (questionnaires). This instrument is used to obtain information about students who apply for KIP-K scholarships. The instrument of content validity is obtained through a quantitative analysis by nine selected experts and a qualitative approach with an expert review of a set of questionnaires that have been arranged. In determining the content validity and reliability level, the experts analyzed a questionnaire quantitatively consisting of 29 items with three components: economic, household, and academic and non-academic students’ achievements. The data from this expert judgment is calculated using the formula Aiken V. While expert reviews are qualitatively similar to suggestions and feedback, they are used to refine constructed items. The result of these students’ economic condition, household, and academic and non-academic achievements was above 0.72 with a significance level of 5%, namely 0.92, 0.96, and 0.96. All of the 29 items are very valid (V > 0.72, V1 > 0.50) and reliable (α = 0,944). The conclusion that each component is closely related indicates information on the feasibility of distributing KIP-K. The instruments embodied at IAIN Langsa have high validity, and the level of reliability is excellent. This instrument can obtain complete information on prospective students who will become KIP-K scholarship recipients in 2022.

Artikel ini membahas tentang Transparansi pengelolaan dana Desa di Desa Bassiang Timur Kabupaten Luwu dalam perspektifÂ hukum Islam, Penelitian bertujuan guna mengetahui, transparansi dana Desa di Desa Bassiang Timur, mengetahui tinjauan hukum Islam terhadap transparansi Dana Desa Bassiang Timur Kabupaten Luwu.Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah Penelitian field research dengan pendekatan emperis. Tehnik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik ini merupakan teknik untuk mendapatkan data-data dilapangan berdasarkan sumber-sumber yang diteliti.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa transparansi merupakan suatu hal yang dibangun atas dasar kebebasan arus informasi, dana Desa harus dikelola berdasarkan prinsip transparansi. Dan didalam pengelolaan dana Desa di Desa Bassiang Timur yakni sudah sesuai dengan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku serta melibatkan masyarakat mulai dari tahapan perencanaan, pelaksanaan, penatausahaan, pelaporan, pertangunggjawaban dan juga berdasarkan indikator transparansi menunjukkan bahwa adanya ketersediaan aksebilitas dokumen serta adanya kelengkapan, kejelasan dan kemudahan bagi masyarakat untuk mengakses informasi dibeberapa titik dan dapat disimpulkan Desa Bassiang Timur sudah menerapkan prinsip transparansi dengan baik sesuai dengan peraturan yang berlaku. Dalam perspektif Hukum Islam terhadap transparansi Dana Desa di Desa Bassiang Timur Kecamatan Ponrang Selatan berjalan sesuai dengan Hukum Islam dikarekana Kepala Desa Bassiang Timur mengikuti konsep transparansi yang telah direlasasikan oleh Nabi Muhammad SAW diantaranya Siddiq dibuktikan oleh adanya papan informasi, Amanah yang dibuktikan oleh adanya surat pertanggungjawaban, fathona ialah pemimpin yang cerdas dan Tabligh yaitu orang komunikatif.

The urgency of this research arises from intensifying competition among law faculties and study programs in South Sulawesi, which demands a clear strategic positioning and distinctive profile for each program. This study aims to analyze the distinctiveness of law study programs in several universities in South Sulawesi by employing a Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (SWOT) approach to identify internal and external factors influencing their competitiveness and differentiation. Using a qualitative descriptive design, data were collected through observation, in-depth interviews with key stakeholders, and an extensive review of institutional and policy documents. The findings indicate that program differentiation can be systematically developed through market needs analysis and benchmarking, the formulation of visions and missions grounded in institutional core values, and curriculum development aligned with each university’s core business and regional characteristics. The strengths of the examined law programs include lecturer competence, relatively adaptive curricula, and networking with local legal and governmental stakeholders, while weaknesses are evident in limited facilities, constrained research resources, and insufficiently structured internship schemes. Opportunities are created by the high demand for qualified legal professionals and the dynamic evolution of national regulations, whereas major threats stem from intense inter-program competition and shifting higher education policies. The novelty of this study lies in its SWOT-based comparative mapping of multiple law study programs within a single geographic region, simultaneously identifying their substantive differentiation. The research contributes strategic recommendations for enhancing program competitiveness by strengthening flagship academic offerings, expanding collaboration with legal institutions, and optimizing internal resources to improve academic quality and competitive positioning at regional and national levels.

Changes in the maritime environment, such as ecosystem degradation, climate change and human activities, pose major challenges to coastal communities. This research aims to analyze the level of resilience of coastal communities of Lake Lot Tawar in Central Aceh District to changes in the maritime environment. The approach used in this research is a qualitative method with a case study, where primary data is obtained through in-depth interviews with local stakeholders, as well as field observations. The results show that the level of resilience of coastal communities in this region is influenced by various factors, including socio-economic conditions, government policies, and the level of public awareness of the importance of environmental conservation. Communities that have active involvement in sustainable economic activities, as well as access to information and support from government and non-government institutions, tend to be more resistant to the impacts of environmental change. The study also found a need to improve the adaptive capacity of communities through environmental education programs and adaptation skills training. In conclusion, the resilience of Lake Lot Tawar coastal communities to changes in the maritime environment can be improved through a holistic approach involving various stakeholders.

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kapasitas Berth Occupancy Ratio (BOR), Berth Throughput (BTP), Kapasitas Container Yard Occupancy (YOR) untuk saat ini dan yang akan datang, menjadi pertimbangan untuk kebijakan optimasi dan efisiensi operasional serta pengembangan fasilitas terminal peti kemas untuk mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi. Dengan metode regresi linier yang digunakan dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat penggunaan dermaga dan galangan peti kemas Pelabuhan Babang tergolong baik untuk hasil proyeksi nilai BOR 10 tahun mendatang yang pada tahun 2031 mencapai 26,33%. tingkat penggunaan dermaga bongkar muat petikemas masih dapat dilayani dengan panjang dermaga 263 m dengan hasil perhitungan BTP untuk penggunaan dermaga tahun 2031 dapat mencapai 164,89 m. Pada perhitungan YOR tahun 2031 telah terjadi over capacity dengan nilai YOR 135.

This study investigates erosion modeling in overburden excavation in mining areas with the approach of rain intensity and duration. The main variables considered included rainfall erosion as well as slope length and slope, which were identified as key factors in predicting soil management. The linear regression method evaluated the relationship between independent variables (rainfall erosion, length, and slope) and dependent variables (soil management). The analysis showed that in Model 1, not all independent variables significantly influenced soil management. However, Model 2 revealed that precipitation erosion and slope length and slope significantly affected the dependent variables. These results provide an in-depth understanding of how weather and topographic factors affect soil management practices in mining environments. These findings can be used as a basis for environmental conservation and mitigation decision-making, especially in minimizing soil erosion due to mining activities. By paying attention to these factors, it is hoped that soil management practices can be improved to achieve better environmental sustainability. Further research is recommended to expand this understanding in various geographical conditions and mining environments

The background of this community service initiative is rooted in the deteriorating road infrastructure conditions in Rawajaya Village, North Halmahera Regency. Significant structural damage to the village's primary pathways has created a bottleneck for local economic growth and restricted social accessibility for residents. The core problem addressed in this program is the lack of technical and managerial capacity among the local community to maintain their roads independently. This deficit has led to a chronic dependency on regional government assistance, which is often delayed or insufficient to address immediate local needs. To tackle these challenges, a comprehensive eight-week program was implemented using a multi-faceted methodology. This included participatory socialization, hands-on technical training for road repairs utilizing sustainable local materials, and intensive workshops on budget management. The novelty of this initiative lies in its integrated approach: the introduction of appropriate technology—specifically a simplified road damage measurement tool—combined with the formal establishment of a Community-Based Road Maintenance Working Group (Pokja). This structural innovation represents the first time such a localized governance model has been applied within the village. The results and discussions highlight a substantial increase in local capacity. Out of the 48 participants involved, 82% demonstrated the proficiency required to accurately diagnose various types of road distress and are now equipped to execute independent repairs. Furthermore, the community successfully drafted an accountable maintenance budget plan, marking a transition toward transparent financial self-govern ance. In conclusion, this community service demonstrates that a combination of practical, hands-on training and the formalization of working groups is highly effective in fostering rural independence regarding infrastructure management. However, the long-term sustainability of this progress remains contingent upon the commitment of the village government. Specifically, the strategic allocation of Village Funds (Dana Desa) for the collective procurement of materials and equipment is essential to ensure that the newly formed Pokja remains operational and impactful in the years to come.

Community access to forest management within protected areas has been strengthened by the enactment of a policy known as social forestry. Data indicates that the achievements of the social forestry program through 2025 amount to 8.3 million hectares, or approximately 54% of the national target of 15.3 million hectares. However, behind these program achievements, there remain a number of challenges on the ground, such as limited capacity among beneficiary groups, bureaucratic obstacles, and insufficient post-approval support. The objective of this study is to determine the level of understanding, participation, as well as institutional arrangements and support following the designation of social forestry areas in the Tabona urban village. This study employed a mixed-methods approach, combining qualitative and quantitative descriptive methods, with research subjects selected using provocative sampling. Data analysis involved data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The results of the study indicate that the community’s level of knowledge regarding the social forestry program is relatively good, ranging from 73.3% to 93.3% across all measured indicators. Community participation showed fairly good results, with the percentage of involvement in some indicators exceeding 73%. The community’s overall perception of the benefits of the social forestry program fell into the “agree” category, with an average score of 34.2%. Institutional strength indicated a robust traditional-based internal system at 73.3%. Keywords: Social forestry, Participation, Perceptions, Tabona Village Institutions

Pelabuhan laut merupakan salah satu infrastruktur transportasi penting yang berperan dalam pertumbuhan ekonomi regional dan nasional. Namun, aktivitas pelabuhan berpotensi memberikan dampak negatif terhadap lingkungan, seperti pencemaran air laut, degradasi habitat pesisir, dan perubahan kualitas udara. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis strategi pengembangan Pelabuhan Pelindo IV Ahmad Yani Ternate berbasis lingkungan dengan pendekatan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif, observasi lapangan, dan analisis dokumen kebijakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perlu adanya integrasi antara perencanaan infrastruktur pelabuhan dan manajemen lingkungan melalui penerapan prinsip ramah lingkungan, efisiensi sumber daya, serta sistem pemantauan dan mitigasi dampak lingkungan. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan penguatan kebijakan, teknologi bersih, dan partisipasi pemangku kepentingan untuk mewujudkan pelabuhan yang produktif sekaligus lestari.
