Abstract

Abstract: This research aims to describe the difficulties in writing cursive letters and to determine the factors that cause difficulties in writing cursive letters. The method practiced in research is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. In this research, the techniques used by researchers to obtain and collect data are through observation, interviews, assignments and documentation. In this research, researchers used source triangulation techniques. The data analysis method used in this research is data reduction, data display. The research results showed that of the 4 students, namely DH, ANM, SH, and YDF, the difficulties that had been identified, there were 2 difficulties that were most often found, namely difficulty distinguishing continuous vertical letters and difficulty following the correct line flow. The difficulty factors faced by students in writing cursive letters are internal factors and external factors. It can be concluded that the difficulty is more dominant due to internal factors, namely correct body position when writing. Meanwhile, external factors include: bright lights, chatting while studying, and disturbing friends. Keywords: writing, continuous upright letters, factor Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesulitan dalam menulis huruf tegak bersambung dan untuk mengetahui faktor penyebab kesulitan dalam menulis huruf tegak bersambung. Metode yang dipraktikan dalan penelitian adalah metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini, teknik yang digunakan oleh peneliti untuk memperoleh dan mengumpulkannya yaitu melalui obervasi, wawancara, penugasan, dan dokumentasi. Dalam penelitian ini penenliti menggunakan teknik triangulasi sumber. Metode Analisis Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu Reduksi Data, Display Data. Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari ke 4 siswa yaitu DH, ANM, SH, dan YDF kesulitan yang telah diindetifikasi, ada 2 kesulitan yang paling banyak ditemukan yaitu kesulitan membedakan huruf tegak bersambung dan kesulitan mengikuti alur garis yang tepat. Adapun faktor kesulitan yang dihadapi siswa dalam menulis huruf tegak bersambung yaitu terdapat faktor internal dan faktor eksternal. Dapat disimpulkan kesulitan yang lebih dominan pada faktor internal yaitu pada psosisi tubuh yang benar pada saat menulis. Sedangkan faktor eksternal yaitu meliputi: cahaya terang, mengobrol saat belajar, dan menggangu teman. Kata Kunci : Menulis, Huruf Tegak Bersambung, Faktor

Abstract

Co-working spaces, which were initially favored by freelancers and startups, are now starting to be eyed by students as a suitable place for alternative learning. This study involved a sample of Postgraduate students at the Masters and Doctoral levels from one of the Universities in Bandung. The purpose of this study was to see what students wanted from a collaborative workplace or co-working space as an alternative learning place. The data collected includes student preferences for facilities, atmosphere, and time flexibility offered by co-working spaces. The results of the study show that students in the midst of their busy learning activities really need a supportive place, the majority of students consider co-working spaces as a more productive place to study. This choice is influenced by several factors, including convenience, fast internet access, an environment that supports collaboration, and the existence of supporting facilities such as discussion rooms and the availability of food that can be ordered. These findings indicate that there is great potential to build a student-friendly workplace

Abstract

Pengembangan instrumen penilaian untuk mengukur kompetensi ethnoguidance guru PAUD sangat penting agar bimbingan yang diberikan relevan dengan latar belakang budaya anak. Ethnoguidance adalah model bimbingan yang mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai budaya dalam praktik pendidikan. Agar efektif, diperlukan instrumen yang valid dan akurat. Penelitian ini merancang instrumen berbasis tiga dimensi utama—pengetahuan, sikap, dan keterampilan—yang dijabarkan dalam 13 indikator dan 60 item awal. Validasi dilakukan melalui penilaian ahli dan uji keterbacaan oleh lima guru PAUD. Hasil akhir berupa 52 item menggunakan skala Likert lima poin. Instrumen ini diuji pada 152 guru menggunakan convenience sampling, lalu dianalisis dengan EFA dan CFA serta berbagai fit indices (CFI, TLI, RMSEA, SRMR). Hasil analisis menunjukkan validitas dan reliabilitas yang tinggi. Instrumen ini terbukti konsisten secara internal, menjadikannya alat ukur yang andal. Kontribusi utama penelitian ini adalah tersedianya instrumen terstandar untuk menilai sejauh mana guru PAUD mampu mengintegrasikan budaya dalam layanan bimbingan. Dengan validitas dan reliabilitas yang kuat, alat ini dapat menjadi tolok ukur dalam mengembangkan pendidikan anak usia dini yang lebih sensitif terhadap keberagaman budaya di Indonesia.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to obtain data that provides an overview of how the special Indonesian Sign Language System and oral communication program is implemented in special needs school classes. This study used a descriptive research design with a qualitative approach. In the data collection process, the researchers chose the instruments of interviews, observation, documentation, and questionnaires. Data analysis researchers used the data analysis model of Miles and Huberman in Sugiyono (2017), which consists of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study indicate that the description of the implementation of the special Indonesian Sign Language System and oral communication program for deaf students begins with assessment activities and follows up. In the planning stage, teachers prepare assessment instruments, then develop lesson plans, provide learning media, tools, and places. The implementation process is carried out based on the lesson plan that has been made and the sequence of materials that have been designed. Activities are not only in the classroom, but also outside the classroom. Follow-up in the form of discussions and delivery of progress by teachers to parents of students.

Abstract

Multicultural Education plays a role in shaping the character of Pancasila students by instilling an attitude of tolerance, togetherness, and respect for diversity. This study aims to analyze the role of multicultural Education in building the character of Pancasila students, with a focus on tolerance, togetherness, and respect for diversity. This study evaluates the implementation and impact of the Diklat Guru Merdeka Penuh Inovasi Program. This study uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods to gain an in-depth understanding of the program's Influence. This study used a purposive sampling approach, selecting participants who were actively involved in the training program. The sample consisted of teachers, students, program coordinators, and trainers. Data collection methods were through observation and interviews. The research instrument was a questionnaire. Data analysis techniques used descriptive qualitative analysis. The results of the study indicate that students' and teachers' understanding of diversity increased significantly after participating in this program, which is reflected in an increase in attitudes of tolerance and openness to other cultures. However, challenges such as the lack of integration of multicultural values in the curriculum and obstacles in implementing inclusive learning methods remain obstacles in its implementation. Therefore, a more comprehensive strategy is needed in multicultural Education, including ongoing training for teachers to enhance their competence in teaching diversity, as well as the active participation of the school community in instilling Pancasila values through various activities that involve all elements of the school.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengukur profil karakter kinerja mahasiswa pada pembelajaran kewirausahaan. Karakter kinerja perlu dikuatkan dan dibangun para mahasiswa untuk membangun jiwa kewirausahaan. Beberapa aspek yang dilihat pada karakter kinerja mencakup pada ketekunan, keuletan, etika kerja yang kuat, sikap positif, kecerdikan dan disiplin diri. Adapun metode yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif deskriptif. Analisis deskriptif digunakan untuk membantu merangkum trend atau kecendrungan secara keseluruhan data yang diperoleh. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa profil karakter kinerja mahasiswa Perguruan Tinggi Swasta di Tasikmalaya berada pada kategori cukup berkualitas. Hasil temuan mengenai karakter kinerja, berimplikasi pada harus adanya pengembangan model pembelajaran, sehingga dapat membangun karakter kinerja khususnya pada mahasiswa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi kemanjuran intervensi motorik berbasis keluarga dalam meningkatkan tingkat konsentrasi pada anak dengan sindrom Down menggunakan desain Single Subject Research (SSR). Dua anak usia sekolah dasar dengan sindrom Down berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Intervensi terdiri dari aktivitas motorik terstruktur, yang dilaksanakan di lingkungan rumah dengan keterlibatan orang tua. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan pengamatan perilaku dan penilaian konsentrasi standar di seluruh fase awal, intervensi, dan tindak lanjut. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan konsentrasi Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan konsentrasi yang signifikan dengan rata-rata 40% dan 35% setelah intervensi.  Temuan ini menunjukkan potensi aktivitas motorik berbasis keluarga untuk mendukung perkembangan kognitif pada anak-anak dengan sindrom Down dan rekomendasi untuk menerapkan intervensi serupa dalam konteks Pendidikan dan terapi.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the contribution of sport in improving individual moral values through a systematic literature review approach. This study evaluates various relevant literature to identify the relationship between participation in sports activities and the development of moral values, such as honesty, responsibility, cooperation and respect. Through systematic selection and analysis of data from journals, books and research reports, it was found that sport can be an effective medium in moral formation, especially through social interaction, healthy competition and application of game rules. Factors such as the role of the coach, the sporting environment and the type of sport undertaken also influence the extent to which moral values can be developed. This finding also shows that the integration of moral values in sports does not happen automatically but requires a structured approach and awareness from all parties involved. Therefore, it is important to design training programs that do not only focus on the physical aspect but also emphasize the learning of ethical values explicitly. The results of this research provide insight for educational practitioners, sports coaches, and policy makers to integrate moral values into sports programs as a character building strategy.

Abstract

This article describes the exploration of religious tolerance from the perspective of Universitas Negeri Padang (UNP; Padang State University) students. The research is motivated by the development of a diverse conception of religious tolerance based on  authority of the state and the culture of local communities. Students are part of the academic community that are constantly in flux. However, the conception of rel­­­igious tolerance from a student's perspective has not been developed comprehensively, so further studies are needed to understand how students explore religious tolerance at UNP. This research method uses a qualitative approach.  The subject of this study are the active students across different study programs; they are also cross-organizations, cross-religious and cross-cultural. We have also selected  the active lecturers registered at UNP. Sampling was conducted with snowball sampling technique. Data collection uses in-depth  interviews and observation.. The data analysis technique uses descriptive analysis. The results of this study reveal the indicators of religious tolerance from the perspective of UNP students, namely, being open toward differences, having mutual respect, having independence in acting, and giving the freedom for people to carry out worship, and prioritizing positive interaction between individuals and interfaith groups. The results of this study can be used to construct student religious tolerance assessments.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui penerapkan Model Problem Based Instruction (PBI) dalam pembelajaran tematik. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk memperbaiki kualitas pembelajaran sehingga dapat diketahui dampak positif diterapkannya model Problem Based Instruction. Metode yang digunakan adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dengan pelaksanaan tiga siklus. Setiap siklus disesuaikan dengan tahapan model problem based instruction yaitu Orientasi siswa pada masalah, Mengorganisasi siswa untuk belajar, Membimbing penyelidikan individual maupun kelompok, Mengembangkan dan menyajikan hasil karya, Menganalisis dan mengevaluasi proses. Penelitian ini ditinjau dari proses serta hasil belajar siswa, siklus I aktivitas siswa dan guru belum terlaksana dengan baik, terlihat masih banyak siswa yang belum kerjasama dengan baik, presntase ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus I mencapai 41%. Pada siklus II aktivitas siswa dan guru diperbaiki berdasarkan refleksi dari siklus I sehingga berjalan cukup baik walaupun masih terdapat beberapa kekuragan dan presntase ketuntasan hasil belajar pada siklus II mencapai 62%. Pada siklus III aktifitas siswa dan guru berjalan sesuai dengan perencanaan serta siswa aktif mengikuti pembelajaran dengan baik sehingga dapat memperoleh presntase ketuntasan belajar 90% dan sudah mencapai presntase yang diharapkan. Dengan demikian, Penerapan Model Problem Based Instruction dalam pembelajaran tematik di sekolah dasar ini dapat dikatakan berhasil dalam melakukan perbaikan pembelajaran.
