Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti konsekuensi tidak terdaftarnya akta pemberian hak tanggungan dalam pemberian hak tanggungan dan perlindungan hukum bagi kreditur perbankan di PT Bank Sumut Kota Binjai. Penelitian hukum sosiologis deskriptif ini menggunakan data sekunder dan primer dengan teknik studi dokumen dan wawancara. Akta pemberian hak tanggungan yang tidak terdaftar dapat memiliki implikasi hukum tertentu tergantung pada peraturan hukum properti di suatu yurisdiksi. Pemberian hak tanggungan biasanya melibatkan pendaftaran hak tersebut di kantor pertanahan atau lembaga yang berwenang. Konsekuensi tidak terdaftarnya hak tanggungan terhadap jaminan kredit termasuk ketidakmampuan mengeluarkan Sertifikat Hak Tanggungan, menghambat kreditur dalam melaksanakan eksekusi jika debitur wanprestasi. Untuk melindungi kreditur perbankan, terutama di PT Bank Sumut Kota Binjai, penelitian menyarankan implementasi klausa kuasa menjual dalam perjanjian kredit. Ini memberdayakan kreditur untuk menjual properti yang dijaminkan tanpa menunggu perintah pengadilan, memberikan perlindungan bagi kreditur perbankan terkait akta pemberian hak tanggungan yang tidak terdaftar.

Abstract

Base on preliminary observations taken at VIIIC class of SMPN 10 Malang during 6th to October 31, 2014, were found several facts. Most of students test result have not reached minimum standard result that is 75 (only 14.17% of students who reach minimum standard result, and average of test results obtained by the students is 50), students are less skilled to do practical work, only certain students are active and enthusiastic in learning activities, some of these phenomenon are proof that motivation and student learning outcomes need to be improved. Solution that can be applied is to apply inquiry learning model. The purpose of this study is to obtain a clear explanation about the improvement of motivation and student learning outcomes at VIIIC class of SMPN 10 Malang through the implementation of inquiry learning model. This classroom action research was conducted at the time of learning by chapter of excretion system. Results of the research showed that, Students' motivation have increased from 72% in the first cycle to 82% in the second cycle. Cognitive learning outcomes of students have increased from 79.41% in the first cycle to 88.24% in the second cycle. Psychomotor learning outcomes of students have increased from 78% in the first cycle to 91% in the second cycle. Affective of learning outcomes of students have increased from 84% in the first cycle to 90% in the second cycle. Base on the data of these research, it can be concluded that the implementation of inquiry learning model can improve students motivation and learning outcomes at VIIIC class of SMPN 10 Malang.

Abstract

Pembelajaran abad 21 diharapkan menghasilkan generasi yang produktif, kreatif, inovatif, dan mandiri. Permasalahan yang ditemukan di kelompok sasaran adalah guru mengalami kesulitan dalam memahami KD tentang materi Plantae, mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran materi Plantae, serta menentukan metode dan media pembelajaran. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman materi, mengembangkan perangkat pembelajaran, serta menentukan metode dan media pembelajaran materi Plantae. Metode yang diterapkan dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah pelatihan dan workshop. Luaran dalam kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah perangkat pembelajaran materi Plantae meliputi RPP, LKS, instrumen penilaian, bahan ajar, kunci identifikasi, dan foto herbarium basah dan kering. Kesimpulan yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa hasil pelatihan dan workshop yang telah diujicobakan oleh guru kepada siswa dapat meningkatkan keaktifan siswa.

Abstract

The research aims to know the result of qualitative and quantitative analysis of items, and improvement and conformity of the items with the indicators of Biology final test grade X and XI at SMAN 1 Kampak on 2016/2017 periode. The research method is descriptive with qualitative-quantitative approach. The results showed contents validity of the final test items in X and XI grade is 87,5% and 85,83%. Percentage of construct validity of the final test items in X and XI grade is 95,71% and 84,29%. Percentage of language validity of the final test items in X and XI grade is 89,16% and 91,67%. The percentage of difficult item in X grade is greater than the medium and easy item. The percentage of medium items in XI grade is greater than the difficult and easy items, but it does not reach 50%, so the proportion of final test in X and XI grade are not appropriate. The discriminating power of item in X and XI grade with very bad and bad criteria are more than or equal to 50%. The effectiveness of item distractor in X grade with very good and good criteria are 70%, while in XI grade are 20%. The reliability of final test in X grade is enough criteria, while in the XI grade is low criteria.

Abstract

Kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi (Higher order thinking skills /HOTS) penting bagi siswa untuk memenuhi kompetensi abad ke-21. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan, menguji validitas, kepraktisan,  reliabilitas, dan keefektifan instrumen tes kognitif tipe HOTS, RPP, dan LKS materi struktur jaringan dan fungsi organ pada tumbuhan. Produk dikembangkan dengan model ADDIE. Kesimpulan pada penelitian ini yaitu produk sangat valid, sangat praktis, reliabel, dan efektif dalam mengukur dan melatih HOTS. Saran dari penelitian ini yaitu produk perlu dikembangkan pada materi lain, memperbanyak jumlah subjek uji coba, ditambahkan dimensi proses, dan ditambahkan gambar tangan.

Abstract

Abstrak. Penelitian dan Pengembangan dilakukan untuk menghasilkan produk berupa Media Cell Thru Augmented Reality yang multirepresentatif pada matakuliah Biologi Sel yang valid dan praktis. Model ADDIE digunakan dalam pengembangan produk yang disusun. Tahap Analisis, Desain, Pengembangan dan Evaluasi dilakukan dengan lengkap, namun tahap Penerapan belum dilaksanakan. Data kuantitatif yaitu data hasil uji validitas dan kepraktisan dianalisis secara deskriptif. Data kualitatif yaitu data saran dari validator, praktikan, dan responden dianalisis secara kualitatif, dan dievaluasi sebagai dasar revisi produk. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa produk telah valid, dengan rata-rata dari validator ahli materi, ahli perangkat dan ahli media berturut-turut adalah 100%, 96.75%, 97.33%, serta produk telah diperbaiki sesuai saran. Produk juga dinyatakan telah praktis dengan rata-rata 96.82%. Hasil produk yang dikembangkan dapat dilanjutkan pada tahap berikutnya.Abstract. Research and Development was carried out to produce a product in the form of Cell Thru Augmented Reality Media which is multi-representative in Cell Biology courses that are valid and practical. The ADDIE model was used in the development of the products that were prepared. Analysis, Design, Development and Evaluation stages are carried out completely, but the Implementation stage has not been carried out. Quantitative data, that is, data from validity and practicality tests, were analyzed descriptively. The suggestions from validators, practitioners, and respondents, was analyzed qualitatively, and evaluated as a basis for product revision based on qualitative data. The results showed that the product was valid, with an average of 100%, 96.75%, 97.33% from material expert validators, device experts and media experts respectively, and the product had been improved according to suggestions. The product was also declared practical with an average of 96.82%. The results of the developed product can be continued at the next stage.

Abstract

Result of observations and teacher interviews class of natural sciences VIII-H Junior High School 20 Malang, information obtained student participation in learning activities is low. Evident from; (1) The classical completeness third aspect of student participation that aspect of the task, the business discussion, and the liveliness of the opinion reached only 12.5% of 32 students and understanding the concept of students is low as evidenced by the results of tests on classical completeness system material only amounted to 37.5%. The solution can be applied is the application of PBL learning model TPS combined. This research was conducted in classes VIII-H Junior High School 20 Malang, the second semester 2015/2016. Data taken in this study is enforceability of TPS combined PBL learning, student participation, and students' understanding of the concept. The results showed that the learning model of TPS combined PBL can improve students' participation and understanding of the concept.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and examine the factors influencing of digital banking, operating costs to operating income (BOPO) and Non Performance Financing (NPF) on Return on Asset (ROA) in the Islamic Commercial Banks in period 2018-2022. The method of research is using the quantitative and regression analysis. The sample is Islamic Commercial Banks are consistenly publish financial report period 2018-2022 listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with a total sample of 3 companies. The sampling technique used a purposive sampling. The data analysed with IBM SPSS version 22 and was carried out by several tests such as validity test, realibility test, classic assumption test, linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination test. The results of this study indicate that the digital banking, BOPO and NPF simultaneously and significantly influence on ROA. The results of the partial test demonstrates that the digital banking and NPF has significant effect on ROA. While BOPO has a negative effect on ROA in the Islamic Commercial Banks in period 2018-2022. This research contributes to Islamic banking in order to make effective financing with results sharing and operational cost efficiency in operating income so that performance can be improve financial performance.

Abstract

Packaging is an important element in maintaining food quality and safety. Aisyiyah is a women's organization that exists to support the government in various fields, one of which is the welfare of the people through the Economic and Welfare Council in developing and marketing food that has economic value as tourist souvenirs. The obstacle faced is the weak packaging design. Training and empowerment in visual merchandising design management was carried out for Aisyiyah residents in Karanganyar. Aisyiyah residents as a partnership network of lecturers under LPPMPP ISI Surakarta handle problems with training assistance from the design and postgraduate departments. The strategy chosen for empowerment is ecologically based, using the Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA) Method. In this method, participants are invited to learn to understand the potential and awareness of maintaining environmental safety, and are able to build motivation for EcoDesign creativity. The Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) method emphasizes participant involvement in being able to foster creativity related to the personal potential of traders, building creative interior design abilities, especially related to merchandise image. The results of the empowerment training consist of (1) participants' skills in analyzing packaging design needs for culinary businesses; (2) The creative results of merchandise packaging designs consist of snacks, side dishes, bags, batik in the concept of plastic wrap, paper, and environmentally friendly rattan bags and paper bags. Abstract

SNI merupakan bentuk nyata keinginan pemerintah dalam memberikan perlindungan kepada konsumen. UU No. 8 tahun 1999 tentang Perlindungan Konsumen tidak menyatakan secara jelas standard dan syarat apa yang harus dipenuhi pelaku usaha, penerapan dan pemberlakuan standar tidak diuraikan secara jelas dan lengkap pengaturannya. Kewajiban SNI secara garis besar diatur dalam UU No. 20 Tahun 2014 Tentang Standardisasi dan Penilaian Kesesuaian, sedangkan Pengaturan lanjutan diterapkan melalui Peraturan Menteri dan Petunjuk Teknis. Pertanggungjawaban pelaku usaha yang tidak memenuhi kewajiban SNI adalah pertanggungjawaban produk (product liability), sehingga pelaku usaha dapat diminta pertanggungjawaban secara perdata dan pidana. UU No. 20 Tahun 2014 tentang Standardisasi dan Penilaian Kesesuaian tidak mengatur perihal pertanggungjawaban perdata pelaku usaha. Upaya hukum penyelesaian sengketa dengan pelaku usaha sebagai akibat kerugian yang ditimbulkan oleh produk yang tidak memenuhi kewajiban SNI dapat diajukan melalui Badan Penyelesaian Sengketa Nasional (BPSK) atau diajukan langsung kepada peradilan umum berdasarkan pilihan sukarela para pihak yang bersengketa. UU No. 9 Tahun 1999 Tentang Perlindungan Konsumen mengatur perihal penyelesaian sengketa, tetapi UU No. 20 Tahun 2014 Tentang Standardisasi dan Penilaian Kesesuaian tidak mengatur perihal tersebut. Kata kunci: Konsumen, Perlindungan Hukum, Tanggung Jawab Hukum, SNI. Abstract Indonesian Compulsory Standard (SNI) is the government action to give protection to consumers. Law No. 8 Year 1999 concerning Consumer Protection does not clearly mention what kind of standard and requirement should be fulfilled by business practitioners, the implementation of standard are not clearly explained, as well with its arrangementCompulsory standards are highlighted under Law No. 20 Year 2014 concerning Standardization and Conformity Assessment, for the further arrangement is implemented under Ministry Regulations and Technical Instructions. Products that do not fulfil compulsory standards can be exposed with product liability, and therefore business practitioners must bear the criminal and the civil liability. The attempt of dispute settlement with the business practitioners as a result of loss caused by products that do not fulfil compulsory standard can be advised through National Dispute Settlement Body or directly to the tribunal court based on voluntarily choices by the conflicted parties. Law No 9 Year 1999 about Consumer Protection regulate the issues of dispute settlement, but Law No. 20 Year 2014 concerning Standardization and Conformity Assessment does not regulate such issues.
