Abstract

Studi ini akan mengeksplorasi hubungan antara fikih lingkungan dan hukum penataan ruang di Indonesia. Dengan pendekatan relational artikel ini menemukan bahwa fikih lingkungan, meskipun bersifat umum namun dapat diterjemahkan dan dikonfirmasi keberadaan dalam hukum Indonesia. Dalam studi ini, setidaknya terdapat empat aspek yang menghubungkannya, yaitu prinsip, hak, peran pemerintah, dan tata pelaksanaannya (bisnis proses). Keempat aspek ini tidak hanya terikat pada nilai namun juga pada amanat-amanat konstruktif yang diperlukan dalam pengelolaan ruang di Indonesia agar terhindar dari mudarat, kerusakan, dan bencana. Riset pustaka yang dilakukan ini diharapkan turut berkontribusi dalam menganulir dikotomi non-konstruktif antara hukum Islam dan hukum positif Indonesia. Dengan berorientasi pada tujuan (al-Maqashid) dan berlandaskan pada ajaran agama (asy-syariah), penataan ruang di Indonesia pun, meskipun dibingkai dalam hukum yang sekular, akan mencerminkan nuansa keislaman.

Abstract

Membaca pemahaman merupakan keterampilan yang sangat diperlukan dalam pembelajaran bahasa Indonesia, salah satunya pada jenjang sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas penggunaan media komik edukasi bermuatan budaya jawa dalam meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa sekolah dasar. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Populasi penelitian adalah siswa SD Bratan 02 Surakarta. Sementara itu, sampel penelitian adalah siswa kelas IV A yang berjumlah 12 siswa sebagai kelas eksperimen dan kelas IV B yang berjumlah 12 siswa sebagai kelas kontrol. Analisis data dengan teknik statistika deskriptif meliputi uji normalitas, homogenitas, dan uji beda independent test menggunakan software SPSS versi 25 untuk windows 10. Diperoleh hasil pengolahan data menggunakan uji beda independent t-test menunjukkan nilai sig. (2-tailed) adalah 0,008<0,05. Maka Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima sehingga terdapat perbedaan rata-rata signifikan antara kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Oleh karena itu, dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa media komik efektif untuk meningkatkan keterampilan membaca pemahaman siswa sekolah dasar.

Abstract

This research examines the interaction between customary law, Islamic law and state law in the context of marriage in the Sasak community, Lombok, Indonesia. Through a descriptive qualitative approach, this research collects data using in-depth interviews, participant observation, and documentation studies to understand the complex dynamics of interlegality. The research results show that the Sasak people actively navigate the tensions and synergies between the three legal systems in their marriage practices. Legal conflicts often arise from differences in the interpretation and application of customary, Islamic and state law, especially in aspects of dowry, inheritance and child custody. The Sasak people use mechanisms such as mediation by traditional and religious leaders and adaptation of customary legal practices to resolve this conflict. This research provides important insights into how multicultural societies such as the Sasak manage their legal diversity, which can help in the development of legal policies that are more inclusive and sensitive to cultural diversity in Indonesia.

Abstract

Banyuwangi is a regency with a coastline length of about 175.8 km with 10 islands. The east coast of Banyuwangi (Bali Strait) is one of the largest fish producers in East Java. Banyuwangi is the second largest producer of fishery commodities in Indonesia. One of the villages in Banyuwangi Regency, Mojopanggung Village, has the potential for a thriving squid cracker business. The management of crackers in this village has not changed significantly from year to year, 90% of the management of the ponds is done traditionally, starting from the process of making raw materials for crackers, drying crackers to the marketing process. The most common problem faced by cracker business owners is the loss caused by the rainy season. Almost 50% to 75% of the crackers are not produced in a period of 1 to 4 months due to limited sunlight as a medium for drying crackers. This is evident from the decreasing amount of production. The most influential factor is the heating medium that changes based on natural conditions. Meanwhile, the demand for all types of crackers continues to grow. In its management, one of the dynamic elements that need to be considered is the temperature of the cracker dryer. Some of the physical variables that affect the quality of the drying process are temperature, humidity, and automatic scheduling, and to support the success of the cracker drying process, these parameters really need to be known by SME cracker business owners in Banyuwangi Regency. So the need for a cheap and energy-efficient technology for the drying process of crackers, which can produce good quality crackers, so that cracker-producing SMEs can significantly increase their production without any restrictions on natural conditions.

Abstract

Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengungkap peran Mas Marco dalam gerakan sosial pra-kemerdekaan. Gerakan sosial itu dilakukan dengan menghadirkan ilustrasi teks sederhana dan umum supaya mudah dimengerti oleh masyarakat pembaca. Hasil penelitian ini menemukan, bahwa gerakan sosial pra-kemerdekaan tidak hanya dilakukan dengan organisasi kerumanan. Narasi teks juga memiliki kemampuan untuk menjadikan pemerintah kolonial khawatir tentang intensi kemerdekaan. Respon pemerintah terhadap teks-teks yang diproduksi Mas Marco dapat menjadi bukti, narasi dapat memberi penyadaran kepada pembaca, bahkan menggerakkan seseorang untuk melakukan tindakan gerakan sosial.Abstract: This study aims to reveal the role of Mas Marco in the pre-independence social movement. The social movement was carried out by presenting simple and general text illustrations so that it is easy to understand by the reading public. The results of this study found that the pre-independence social movement was not only carried out by crowd organizations. The narrative text also has the ability to make the colonial government worried about the intention of independence. The government's response to the texts produced by Mas Marco can be evidence, the narrative can provide awareness to readers, even move someone to take social movement actions.

Abstract

An effective and efficient work attendance system is key to good human resource management. In this context, the use of information technology can facilitate the process of monitoring employee locations in real-time. This research aims to implement a work attendance application system that utilizes maps services to monitor employee locations in real-time through Android devices. The application development method uses an Android-based development approach with the integration of Maps services. Users can log in and register, and then the application will automatically track their location using GPS on Android devices. The location data is then synchronized with the server in real-time.

Abstract

The purpose of this writing is to provide a view that with the rapid development of technology, it certainly makes new dynamics related to Intellectual Property Rights produced by Artificial Intelligence (AI) against the current law, which in fact has not been able to accommodate the development of AI technology. the author's research method is the historical method. That the historical method is a method by examining events that have occurred in the past, starting from the stages of heuristics, criticism, interpretation, and historiography. Intellectual property should have existed for a long time, namely in ancient China. At that time, Intellectual Property was in the form of patents given to silk craftsmen specifically for the kingdom. For this performance, the kingdom then gave the title to the craftsman, namely the title of the king's vassal. That the development of Intellectual Property is growing with the times, until the emergence of AI. The emergence of AI is not matched by existing regulations, so it is necessary to immediately formulate these regulations by policy makers.

Abstract

This research has two objectives. The first objective is to describe the form of illocutionary speech acts in the dialogue of the cartoon film "al-Farabi" by Abu Giyas. The second objective is to find out the function of illocutionary speech acts in the dialogue of the cartoon film "al-Farabi" by Abu Giyas. This research is a qualitative research with descriptive analysis method. The data source of this research is the dialogue of the film "al-Farabi" by Abu Giyas. The research data are oral data containing illocutionary speech acts which include the form of illocutionary speech acts and the function of illocutionary speech acts in the dialogue film "al-Farabi" by Abu Giyas. The data collection technique used the listening method with the free-of-conversation listening technique followed by a transcript, and the last one was the note-taking technique. The validity of the data is done by using the persistence of observation of triangulation theory. The conclusion from the results of this study is related to illocutionary speech acts seen from the aspect of form and function. In the dialogue of the film "al-Farabi" found five forms of illocutionary speech acts, namely Assertive, Directive, Expressive, Commissive and Declaration. Judging from the function of illocutionary speech acts, the dialogue of the film "al-Farabi" has various functions. Assertive illocutionary speech acts have the functions of stating, suggesting, claiming, affirming, and complaining. The form of directive illocutionary speech acts has the functions of ordering, commanding, pleading, and recommending. Expressive illocutionary speech acts have the functions of praising, expressing sadness, thanking, and apologizing. The form of commissive illocutionary speech acts has the function of promising and offering something. The illocutionary speech act form of declaration has the function of surrender.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide empirical evidence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Competence as determinants of Surakarta City Government Employee Performance through Motivation Using the convenience sampling method, 40 respondents were selected as the sample. Then performed an analysis of the data obtained in the form of instrument test, validity test, reliability test, linearity test, path analysis, t test, F test, determination coefficient test (R²) The results of this research show that organizational culture and competence have no effect on motivation, while leadership has a significant positive effect. Organizational culture and leadership have no effect on performance, while competence has a positive and significant effect. Motivation mediates the influence of organizational culture and leadership on organizational performance but does not mediate competence Keywords: Competence, Leadership, Organizational Culture, Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui partisipasi masyarakat sebagai prinsip good governance dalam melaksanakan perubahan sosial dan pengembangan pedesaan melalui pengelolaan keuangan desa dan potensi desa. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan melakukan pengamatan dan pengumpulan data primer berupa hasil wawancara kepada masyarakat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa partisipatif masyarakat dalam melakukan perubahan sosial dan pengembangan pedesaan melalui pengelolaan keuangan desa masih belum dapat terlaksana dengan baik, hal ini dikarenakan adanya permasalahan mendasar dari masyarakat terletak pada minimnya pengetahuan mengenai peraturan-peraturan dan kebijakan desa. Sedangkan partisipatif masyarakat melalui pengelolaan potensi desa dapat dilaksanakan dengan baik, dikarenakan adanya gotong-royong yang sudah menjadi budaya dari masyarakat. Perubahan sosial perlu dilakukan dalam peningkatan potensi dan pengembangan desa serta perlu adanya campurtangan pemerintah dalam melakukan fasilitator dan pendampingan yang terarah pada masalah yang ada di masyarakat dalam melakukan pengelolaan dan pengembangan desa.
