Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia (MSDM) berbasis nilai Islam melalui pendekatan Maqasid Syariah di Nature Care Indonesia (NCI) Centre Samarinda, yang mencakup lima prinsip: memelihara agama, jiwa, akal, harta, dan keturunan. Metode yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan studi kasus, pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi, serta uji keabsahan triangulasi sumber.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan penerapan prinsip Maqasid Syariah di NCI meliputi: penyediaan sarana ibadah dan program infak (agama), layanan aman dan ramah serta jaminan kesehatan (jiwa), pelatihan dan seminar kesehatan (akal), pemberian gaji dan bonus meski di bawah UMR (harta), serta cuti dan jaminan kesehatan (keturunan). Kendala ditemukan pada seleksi tanpa tes kompetensi agama, belum adanya pemisahan pasien berdasarkan gender perawat, dan gaji yang rendah.Secara keseluruhan, penerapan nilai Islam di NCI berdampak positif pada mutu layanan dan kepercayaan publik, dengan rekomendasi perbaikan pada aspek seleksi keagamaan, kebijakan pelayanan berbasis gender, dan peningkatan kesejahteraan karyawan.

Abstract

Bermula dari dikotomi keilmiahan antara sastra dan sejarah, mana yang lebih ilmiah dan hanya sekedar seni, mendorong peneliti untuk mengaitkan keduanya guna membedah karya sastra. Sastra yang bersifat kemanusiaan dan memiliki dimensi personal dan sosial, serta sejarah yang mampu menguatkan muatan sosial dan humanistik sebuah karya menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh keyakinan-keyakinan sejarawan yang ia curahkan untuk memperindah cerita atau menegaskan suatu opini. Pada penelitian kualitatif ini, peneliti akan menyelidiki pemikiran Pramoedya Ananta Toer dan novel-novel sejarahnya melalui kajian historiografi. Dengan demikian, subyektivitas sejarawan akan terlihat dari penulisannya. Objek yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Tetralogi Buru, yang sarat pesan-pesan kemanusiaan, pengetahuan sejarah dan estetika sastra. Dari hasil pengkajian, peneliti menemukan persoalan kemanusiaan menjadi dasar pemikiran Pram, serta penggambaran gerakan perlawanan mau pun perjuangan yang digambarkan Pram dalam karyanya menguatkan kaitan antara sastra dan sejarah. Dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa eksistensi keilmiahan antara sastra dan sejarah bukanlah suatu dikotomi, dan bahkan karya sastra dan pengetahuan sejarah dapat berjalan beriringan dalam membentuk kehidupan kemanusiaan masyarakat yang lebih baik. Karya sastra Pram yang subjektif dan imajinatif justru dapat digunakan sebagai fasilitas pembelajaran sejarah dengan lebih manusiawi.

Abstract

This research seeks to assess the influence of price and product on purchasing decisions, both directly and indirectly through purchase intention as a mediating variable. A quantitative method was employed, utilizing a survey technique. Data were gathered by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents who are customers of Kedai Kopi Abah Sintang, and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Partial Least Squares (SmartPLS) approach. The results show that price has a significant and positive effect on both purchase intention and purchasing decisions, and also exerts an indirect influence on purchasing decisions through purchase intention. Conversely, the product factor does not have a significant impact on purchase intention or purchasing decisions, either directly or indirectly. Furthermore, purchase intention is found to have a significant effect on purchasing decisions. These findings highlight the crucial role of purchase intention in mediating the relationship between price and purchasing decisions, while it does not act as a mediator between product and purchasing decisions. This study is intended to serve as a useful reference for business practitioners in developing more effective marketing strategies, particularly in setting pricing strategies and enhancing consumer purchase intention.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the role of self-control as a mediator in the influence of financial literacy, e-money usage, and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students in Sintang. High consumptive behavior among students is often influenced by low financial literacy, increased e-money usage, and a consumptive lifestyle that has developed in the digital era. This research method uses a quantitative approach with data collection through questionnaires distributed to students in Sintang. and then analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) technique based on Partial Least Square (SmartPLS). The research results show that financial literacy has a positive and significant impact on students' consumptive behavior. Lifestyle has a positive and significant effect on self-control, but does not have a significant effect on consumptive behavior. Meanwhile, e-money does not have a significant effect on self-control. Additionally, self-control does not have a significant effect on the consumptive behavior of students. This study also found that there is no significant mediating effect of self-control between financial literacy, lifestyle, and e-money on consumptive behavior. These findings imply that efforts to control students' consumptive behavior require additional strategies beyond merely enhancing self-control.

Abstract

Wayang purwa is a product of Javanese culture which constructs a world of symbols. The depiction of wayang figures does not represent human figures but the symbolisation of human characters and qualities. The research goal is to reveal hidden messages of the four punakawan wayang: Sêmar, Garèng, Pétruk, and Bagong, who are loyal followers of Arjuna in Javanese wayang purwa. Javanese puppets are indeed sourced from Mahabharata, but the four figures are additional figures from the creators. The research method is explorative qualitative and based on iconographical theory. The results of the study show that Sêmar symbolises ‘spirituality’, a Javanese knight must have a high level of spirituality; Garèng symbolises ‘personal awareness’, a knight must have awareness as an imperfect being; Pétruk symbolises a ‘visionary’, a knight must be able to look far into the future, and Bagong symbolise ‘holistic awareness’, a knight must also have empathy for his surroundings. Wayang should be understood as a world of symbols, but positioning the iconography of wayang from a representation of a human figure to the symbolisation of ‘character and aptitude’ is an ‘extreme interpretation’ within the boundaries of an interpretative study. This is a way of understanding Javanese culture in a cosmological context; what appears is not real because what is essential is invisible.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and assess the impact of capital structure, profitability, and investment policy on firm value in the energy sector, focusing on firms that were publicly listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2021 and 2024. Using a documentation method and a quantitative approach, the data is derived from the annual financial statements of energy companies officially published on the IDX website (www.idx.co.id). Following the Chow, Hausman, and Lagrange Multiplier tests to determine the most appropriate model, Panel regression model with the Common Effects Model was employed as the analytical method. The findings indicate that while capital structure does not have a significant partial effect, both profitability and investment policy exert a positive*and*significant influence on firm value. However, when assessed simultaneously, all three independent variables significantly affect firm value. The adjusted*R-squared value of 97.58% suggests that the model effectively explains the dependent variable. These findings imply that corporate management should prioritize improving profitability efficiency and implementing targeted investment strategies, as both are key factors in enhancing long-term firm value and attracting investor interest.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the influence of product and promotional techniques on consumer purchasing decisions at Saga Cake & Cookies in Sintang Regency. The research employed a quantitative methodology via a survey approach, with data gathered via survey forms administered to 100 participants. The employed data analysis procedures encompass validity assessments, reliability evaluations, classical assumption tests (normality, linearity, multicollinearity), multiple linear regression, and hypothesis testing. The data indicates that neither product nor promotion significantly influences purchasing decisions, whether considered together or individually. This is demonstrated by a significant value of 0.05 and a coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.006, indicating that merely 0.6% of the purchasing decision variable might be clarified by the goods and promotion. Consequently, variables beyond product and promotion are likely to exert a more substantial influence on consumer purchasing decisions at Saga Cake & Cookies.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui kelayakan budidaya pisang di kawasan timur bawah Kecamatan Seriyan Kabupaten Seuyan. Dalam penelitian ini kasus disajikan, wawancara dilakukan dan data yang tersedia disusun dalam format tabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa potensi budidaya pisang di wilayah Kecamatan Seuyan Hulu Timur Kabupaten Seuyan Hulu Timur berada pada ketinggian 1 hingga 7 derajat di atas permukaan laut dan suhu rata-rata 20 hingga 32 derajat. Pisang yang ditanam merupakan varietas daerah sebagai berikut: Pisang Kepok.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to provide empirical evidence of Organizational Culture, Leadership Competence as determinants of Surakarta City Government Employee Performance through Motivation Using the convenience sampling method, 40 respondents were selected as the sample. Then performed an analysis of the data obtained in the form of instrument test, validity test, reliability test, linearity test, path analysis, t test, F test, determination coefficient test (R²) The results of this research show that organizational culture and competence have no effect on motivation, while leadership has a significant positive effect. Organizational culture and leadership have no effect on performance, while competence has a positive and significant effect. Motivation mediates the influence of organizational culture and leadership on organizational performance but does not mediate competence Keywords: Competence, Leadership, Organizational Culture, Motivation, Performance.

Abstract

 This research explores lawsuits containing formal defects from 2022-2023 which resulted in a lawsuit being declared inadmissible or Niet Onvankelijkverklaard by the judge. The focus is to examine what the judge considers so that the judge in his decision makes a decision containing the ruling that the lawsuit is declared inadmissible or Niet Onvankelijkverklaard. This research applies the normative-empirical method using a qualitative descriptive approach, namely the research process by seeking information by going to the field by visiting the Sleman District Court. The research data sources are primary and secondary data sources, primary data sources are through laws and information obtained in the field while secondary data sources are literature studies such as journals, books and encyclopedias. The results of this study are from the 2022-2023 decision data, it was found that most of the decisions were declared unacceptable due to obscuur libel and the factors of unacceptable decisions other than obscuur libel were also suspected of other factors such as lack of parties, premature lawsuits and unclear legal standing
