Abstract

ABSTRACT This research to determine the effect of fermentation incubation using MA-11 on the in vitro digestibility value of dry matter and organic matter of palm leaves.  The design used is a Complete Random Design (RAL) unidirectional pattern with 4 treatments and and 3 replicates. The treatment is T0: oil palm leaves without fermentation;  T1: oil palm leaves fermented using MA-11, incubated for 3 days, T2: oil palm leaves fermented using MA-11, incubated for 6 days. T3: palm leaves are fermented using MA-11, incubated for 9 days. The variables observed included the digestibility value of dry materials and organic materials. The data obtained was then analyzed using Variance Analysis (Anova) with a unidirectional pattern RAL and if there was a difference between the treatments, further tests were carried out using the Duncan't Multiple Region Test (DMRT). The results showed that fermentation using MA-11 with an incubation period of 0 – 9 days had a very significant effect on increasing the digestibility value of dry and organic materials (P<0.01). This research  can conclude that the fermentation of oil palm leaves using MA-11 with an incubation period of 0 – 9 days can increase the digestibility value of dry matter and organic matter, and the longer the incubation time in fermentation, the more it increases the digestibility value of dry matter and organic matter.

Abstract

Transformasi Desa Langensari, Kecamatan Saketi, melalui penerapan web edukasi dan perbaikan plang jalan bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat desa. Web edukasi dikembangkan untuk menyediakan pembelajaran digital, termasuk modul agribisnis, literasi digital, dan keterampilan kerja. Sementara itu, perbaikan plang jalan dilakukan di lokasi strategis dengan desain ramah pengguna, menggunakan bahasa lokal dan simbol universal. Hasil program menunjukkan bahwa web edukasi berhasil meningkatkan keterampilan masyarakat, terutama di kalangan pemuda, sedangkan plang jalan mempermudah mobilitas warga dan pengunjung serta mendukung efisiensi logistik desa. Kendala yang dihadapi, seperti rendahnya literasi digital dan pemeliharaan plang jalan, diatasi melalui pelatihan masyarakat dan pengawasan rutin. Program ini memberikan dampak positif dalam aspek ekonomi, sosial, pendidikan, dan mobilitas, menjadikan Desa Langensari sebagai model transformasi desa berbasis teknologi dan infrastruktur.

Abstract

Background: Factors from pediculosis capitis in the cottage environment are usually caused by a lot of teenager students who don't be able to look after themselves alone or a number of bad nature that doesn't reflect clean and healthy life behavior. So on this study conducted action gift education behavior clean and healthy life (PHBS) with counseling method. This study aimed to know the influence of gift education to prevent the disease pediculosis.Method: This study was held at Pondok Al-Huda Village Islamic Boarding School Sragi Subdistrict Songgon Regency Banyuwangi. Study use type study experiment with design quantitative experiment quasi experimental pre and post design, with sample using simple random sampling as many as 51 respondents. Data analysis using Paired Sample T- Test with condition test normality normally distributed (0.05), however if normality data distribution is not fulfilled so will next with Wilcoxon Test..Results: Results from Test Statistics obtained enhanced behavior life clean and healthy 27 respondents (53%) and enhanced behavior prevention disease pediculosis capitis there are 24 respondents (47%). seen that the value of 0.000 which can be interpreted that the score is not enough from 0.05, so that H1 is accepted means there is influence education behavior life clean and healthy in preventing disease pediculosis Capitis at Pondok Boarding school.Conclusion: Education on clean and healthy living behaviours plays a pivotal role in the prevention of pediculosis capitis. By enhancing knowledge and promoting hygiene practices, communities can significantly reduce the prevalence of this common yet often overlooked condition. Future research should focus on longitudinal studies to evaluate the long-term impact of educational interventions on head lice prevention.

Abstract

This research is motivated by some students who have not been able to concentrate in learning, so that efforts are needed to improve student learning concentration by using the right techniques. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of efforts to improve student learning concentration using Self-management techniques through group guidance in class XI IPA 1 SMA Tamansiswa Teluk Betung in the 2022/2023 academic year". This research uses the Guidance and Counseling Action Research (PTBK) method which is carried out in two cycles. Based on the results of the study, it is known that the problem of learning concentration in students before obtaining group guidance services with Self-management techniques obtained 50.25% after getting group guidance services with Self-management techniques in cycle I reached 56.25% in the low to medium category. Thus it can be concluded that the Self-management technique is effective in increasing learning concentration, this is indicated by the acquisition of cycle II results implemented by researchers.

Abstract

Bawang putih (Allium sativum L.) merupakan komoditas hortikultura yang memiliki potensi ekonomi tinggi. Pada tahun 2023 produksi bawang putih di Indonesia mencapai 39.254 ton sedangkan kebutuhan bawang putih dalam negeri mencapai 554 ribu ton. Berdasarkan hal tersebut diperlukan upaya peningkatan produktivitas salah satunya dengan mengaplikasikan ZPT asam giberelin GA3. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Kelompok Tani Maju Dukuh Pancot, Desa Kalisoro, Kecamatan Tawangmangu, Karanganyar. Kelompok Tani Maju merupakan kelompok tani yang berfokus sebagai sentra pengembangan bahan tanam dan produksi bawang putih Varietas Tawangmangu Baru. Metode yang digunakan adalah kaji tindak dengan tahapan koordinasi kegiatan, perencanaan aksi, pelaksanaan dan pengumpulan data, kemudian monitoring dan evaluasi. Berdasarkan data yang telah diperoleh penggunaan GA3 mampu meningkatkan hasil bawang putih pada tinggi tanaman, bobot segar brangkasan per rumpun, bobot kering brangkasan per rumpun, diameter umbi, jumlah umbi, bobot segar umbi, dan bobot kering umbi sehingga penggunaan GA3 layak untuk diaplikasikan lebih lanjut oleh petani.

Abstract

Tempe adalah salah satu makanan tradisional khas Indonesia. Di tanah air tempe sudah lama dikenal selama beraba-abad silam. Makanan ini diproduksi dan dikonsumsi secara turun temurun, khususnya di daerah Jawa Tengah dan sekitarnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui total biaya, penerimaan, pendapatan, keuntungan, mengetahui kelayakan usaha melalui uji R/C ratio dan sensitivitas usaha Tempe Kedelai Skala Rumah Tangga di Desa Rembun Kecamatan Siwalan Kabupaten Pekalongan. Metode penelitian menggunakan deskripif kuantitatif. Pemilihan lokasi penelitian dilakukan secara sengaja (Purposive Sampling) dengan 8 dukuh dan metode pengambilan sampel pengrajin tempe kedelai menggunakan sensus sebanyak 25 responden. Data yang digunakan merupakan data primer dan data skunder. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata biaya eksplisit sebesar Rp 13.227.500 dan biaya implisit sebesar Rp 1.869.717. Hasil yang diperoleh rata-rata total biaya sebesar Rp 15.097.217. Harga tempe kedelai dijual dengan harga Rp 3.000 ukuran plastik ½ liter dan Rp 5.000 ukuran plastik 1 liter serta rata-rata kedelai yang digunakan produksi tempe kedelai sebesar 999,6 Kg dalam satu bulan, sehingga rata-rata penerimaan sebesar Rp 24.184.000, rata-rata pendapatan sebesar Rp 10.956.500, dan rata-rata keuntungan sebesar Rp 9.086.783. Nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,63 sehingga usaha tempe kedelai layak diteruskan. Usaha tempe kedelai skala rumah tangga mengalami penurunan pendapatan apabila sensitivitas harga kedelai naik 5% dengan hasil pendapatan sebesar Rp 8.487.023.Kata kunci: Tempe Kedelai, Skala Rumah Tangga, Pendapatan, Sensitivitas

Abstract

Kelurahan Joyotakan berlokasi daerah perkotaan yaitu Kecamatan Serengan, Kota Surakarta. Kelurahan ini memiliki kelompok wanita tani yang bergerak dalam kegiatan urban farming. Kelompok ini berfokus untuk mencapai ketahanan pangan di Kelurahan Joyotakan. Namun, dalam pelaksanaanya terdapat kendala karena kurangnya pengetahuan sehingga kegiatan sempat terhenti. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, diperlukannya pendampingan guna mengoptimalisasikan kegiatan urban farming di kelompok wanita tani Joyotakan. Metode yang dilakukan adalah koordinasi dan identifikasi pemasalahan, analisis kebutuhan mitra, pelatihan, pendampingan, dan monitoring evaluasi. Dalam kegiatan tersebut masyarakat aktif berpartisipasi mengikuti kegiatan sehingga meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam budidaya tanaman obat dan manajemen usaha. Peningkatan pengetahuan dan keterampilan juga dapat terlihat dari tanaman yang dibudidayakan dapat tumbuh dengan baik. Perbaikan fasilitas kegiatan juga dilakukan selama pendampingan guna mendukung keberlanjutan kegiatan urban farming di Kelurahan Joyotakan.
