The Integrated Model teaches science through a process not just a mere conceptual presentation so that students are given the opportunity to find their own answers so that students can more easily understand the lessons given by the teacher. Integrated learning as a unifying learning activity that combines several subjects at once in one face-to-face, to provide meaningful experiences for students. Through a student-centered and fun learning atmosphere, so that children are motivated to learn. This study aims to analyze and compare the effect of the integrated model on science learning in terms of education level and student learning outcomes. This study used a meta-analysis method that examined 15 articles. The data analysis technique used is quantitative and qualitative data analysis because narrative research data has been found. Based on the research results it can be seen that: The integrated model is more effectively applied at the junior high school level with an effect size value of 1.33 (very high category) and at the elementary level with an effect size value of 0.88 (high category). and integrated learning, the integrated model also has an impact on the learning outcomes of elementary and junior high school students' knowledge and skills.

The 2013 education curriculum suggests providing space for the development and implementation of modern education such as a STEM-based educational approach (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics). The type of research used is journal analysis. Research data collection was carried out by researchers by browsing articles contained in online journals. The journals analyzed in this study amounted to 20 journals published in 2016-2020, with details of 6 international journals and 14 national journals. The effect of STEM learning on science and physics subjects at high school education with an effect size of 0.20, at junior high school level with an effect size of 0.75 and having an effect on elementary education with an effect size of 0.85.The effect of STEM learning on science and physics subjects based on the model shows that the PPA learning model effect size is 0.62, the PBL model effect size is 0.58, for inquiry learning model the effect is 0.61.The effect of STEM learning on science and physics subjects based on the competencies achieved, it was found that the ES score for critical thinking achievement was 0.27, ES creative thinking was 0.81, ES critical thinking was 0.81, and for problem solving the ES score was 0.58.

The research was conducted based on field observations. The research conducted was educational research so that the observations were carried out in schools, namely high schools in the city of Padang. Observation activities refer to the learning system, implementation of learning and the practicality of educators in teaching and using teaching resources or textbooks. Observations were carried out by distributing questionnaires, interviews and field observations directly to educators and to students. The results obtained during the observation were that the students' books used had not been integrated with creative thinking skills. In addition, the available student books had not used the model in the 2013 curriculum that should have been applied in schools. This has an impact on the satisfaction of students in receiving learning. The results of the distributed questionnaires found that all aspects asked related to the learning system were below 80%. This is categorized as low for the SMA Negeri level in the city of Padang. Therefore, the development of student books by using models in the 2013 curriculum, one of which is the Problem based learning model to improve students' creative thinking skills, is deemed necessary. The formulation proposed in this study is how to develop a student book with a Problem Based Learning model that integrates practical high school students' creative thinking skills. The purpose of this study was to develop a student book with a problem based learning model that integrates creative thinking skills to improve the creative thinking skills of high school students. The research carried out includes R&D research with the development model used is the 4D model. The investigation carried out was the level of practicality of student books which were developed using a practicality questionnaire of educators and students which contained the benefits of use, time efficiency, ease of use and attractiveness. The research was carried out at SMAN 16 Padang. The research process was carried out well. Practical analysis of students and educators is carried out by analyzing the completed questionnaire and looking for the percentage of the implementation of the questionnaire given.The results obtained after the research from the analysis of students' book practicality questionnaires from the results obtained from the students' practicality sheets got very practical results and the teacher's practicality got very practical results. Aspects of ease of use and time efficiency get results in the practical category, while aspects of benefit and attractiveness get very practical results from educators and practical from students so it is stated that the student books developed are practical.

Science and twchnology developed rapidly in the 21st century. The 21st century demanded that human have a broad outlook especially in the world of education. The 2013 curriculum was created to face the challenges of the 21st century and aims to increase students' mindset and conceptual mastery of learning material. Integrated learning can combine a concept with other concepts and can be integrated into learning in schools so that it can realize educational goals. However, in reality the teacher's understanding of integrated learning is still limited. One of the solutions to overcome this problem is by conducting a meta-analysis of the effect of the connected model on student learning outcomes. The type of research used is meta-analysis. Meta analysis is a research conducted by summarizing, reviewing and analyzing research data from several pre-existing research results. The articles of this research consist of 25 articles. The Articles are made up of accredited international and national journals. Based on the data analysis, four research results can be stated. First, the application of the connected model has a high effect on learning outcomes at the primary and junior high school levels. Second, the application of the connected model has a meaningful effect on Science, Social Sciences, and Mathematics in SD. Third, the connected learning model has a significant effect on learning outcomes in junior high school science learning materials. Fourth, the application of the connected learning model has a high effect on student cognitive learning outcomes with an average effect size of 1.60. So, it can be concluded that the connected model has a significant effect on student knowledge competencies.

Natural Science is one of the subjects in Junior High School (SMP). Preliminary survey shows that many (65%) of students who have not finished learning science. The subject matter of science is not yet integrated. Teacher centered learning. Therefore, it is carried out an integrated science learning based on guided inquiry. The study aims to determine the effectiveness of integrated IPA learning based on guided inquiry to improve the competence of learners. This research uses quasi experiment method with pretest-posttest group control design. The subjects of the study were students of eight grades at SMP Negeri 24 Padang. Data were collected using observation sheets, learning outcome test, skill assessment sheets, and attitude questionnaires. The result of the research indicates that the learning of integrated science based on guided inquiry is effectively to improve the student’s competence, based on: (1) Mastery learning of has been achieved by most (87.5%) students on knowledge competence, 96.9% on skills and 100% on attitude competence. (2) The improvement of student’s competency on experiment class including high category on knowledge domain, (3) Average competence of experiment class is higher than control class. (4) The effect of the implementation of integrated science based on guided inquiry to the student’s competence including large categories. (5) Student response to the implementation of learning is very good category.

The competence of vocational students in mastering electric motor installation was still low, because learning process has not involved student activities. One of the choices to activate students in learning was through project-based learning. Students were trained to be able to solve problems and make creative products. Project-based learning that applied in learning the Electric Motor Installation has not been able to increase students’ creativity in solving problems and make creative products. Therefore, research was carried to develop a project-based learning model into creative project-based learning. To support the implementation of the creative project-based learning model, teaching material is needed. The development of creative project-based learning use research and development method of 4D model of Thiagarajan with the stages of define, design, develop and disseminate. The research instruments were interview guides, observation sheets, questionnaires, skills assessment sheets, and test. Data analysis use percentage, gain score, and t-test. The research resulted a creative project-based learning model that was valid, practical and effective to improve student competence in Electric Motor Installation. The creative project-based learning model can increase students' creativity and competence in the form of mastery of teaching materials, skills in make the creative product and work attitudes.

he position of a textbook is very important in the world of education and is a source for teachers and students. The development of the world of books in Indonesia, which has continued rapidly until now, has provided many choices for educational institutions, teachers, and students to get the various books they want. Selection of books that are appropriate, easy to understand and learn, contain content that is in accordance with the applicable curriculum, and students will support the achievement of learning objectives. This research aims to determine the feasibility and utilization of the Basic Electricity and Electronics book. The research use a descriptive method. The subject of this research is the book Basic Electricity and Electronics Class X Mediatama publisher by Dewi Wahyuningsih. Respondents of research are students of class X TITL and teachersof Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects. The data was taken using a questionnaire created using google form. Therefore the Covid-19 so that the distribution of the questionnaire was carried out online. Data analysis was percentage technique. The results of research was obtained that the teacher responses to the content and presentation feasibility include the good criteria, while the students' responses to the use of book include the good criteria.

This research on the development of electronic media or e-media for interactive learning is motivated by the limited number of interactive media used by teachers in the learning process, resulting in low student learning outcomes or not meeting the Minimum Completeness Criteria (KKM) in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects. The research objective is to produce interactive e-learning media in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects that are valid and practical to increase the learning interest of students in SMK. This type of research is the development of Research and Development (R&D) with a 4-D model (define, design, develop, and disseminate). The subject of this research is interactive e-media learning using problem-solving in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects. Respondents for practicality trials in this study were students of class X TITL 1 and teachers of Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects. The validation sheet data collection was given to two Electrical Engineering lecturers and a Basic Electrical and Electronics subject teacher. Practical data collection uses a questionnaire distributed to teachers and students of class X TITL 1 in Basic Electrical and Electronics subjects. Based on the results of the research conducted validation of the validator about e-media interactive learning developed with a valid category. The results of the practicality test of interactive e-learning media from subject teachers and 36 students with very practical categories. Thus this research has produced interactive e-learning media that can be used in Basic Electricity and Electronics subjects at SMK Negeri 5 Padang

This research is motivated by the module used by the teacher that has not been able to stimulate students to be able to learn independently because the module used has not led students to be able to find learning concepts and the material in the module does not fully cover all the basic competencies applied in the syllabus based on the 2013 curriculum. The material presented cannot be understood by students because it is not conceptual so that students feel bored and do not have the motivation to learn. This research aims to produce a valid, practical, and effective E-Module for the Basics of Electricity and Electronics learning. This study uses a development research method with a 4D model which consists of four stages of research, namely define, design, development, and dissemination. The research subjects were students of class X TITL 1 SMK N 2 Sungai Penuh in the odd semester of the 2020/2021 school year. The research instrument was a validity questionnaire, a practicality questionnaire, and a test. The results of the research obtained E-Module validity data from material experts and media experts with a valid category. Practicality test with the teacher and student respondents obtained E-Module learning Basics of Electricity and Electronics including the very practical category. The effectiveness test of the E-Module learning Basics of Electricity and Electronics through the students' post-test results showed that the E-module was in the effective category.

This research was conducted because of the limited use of instructional media that can guide students to understand learning material easily because the teacher focuses students on understanding concepts that tend to be passive. The use of less varied media has an impact on students' interest in learning. This interactive learning media was developed in order to promote more interesting learning, increase understanding, strengthen memory, and learning media are expected to foster student interest in learning. This study aims to produce interactive e-learning media that are valid, practical, and effective. This study uses a research and development method (Research and Development) with a 4-D model consisting of 4 stages, namely the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages. This research was conducted on class X TITL students at SMK N 1 Pariaman. The results in this study are interactive e-media learning, including the valid category. The practicality of interactive e-learning media is very practical. The effectiveness of interactive e-learning media is in the effective category. Based on the research results obtained, it is concluded that the developed interactive learning media is valid, practical, and effective.
