Pembelajaran yang dilaksanakan di sekolah mitra cenderung berpusat pada guru dan tidak mengembangkan potensi dan karakter siswa. Guru masih kesulitan untuk melaksanakan pembelajaran remedial bagi siswa yang belum tuntas belajarnya. Banyak guru yang masih rendah keterampilan literasi digitalnya. Solusi yang ditawarkan dalam pemecahan masalah prioritas mitra adalah dengan melakukan kegiatan pelatihan merancang modul e-learning interaktif berbasis teknologi informasi. E-modul pembelajaran interaktif dapat digunakan oleh siswa yang belum tuntas belajar secara individu di rumah. Selain pembelajaran remedial, e-modul pembelajaran interaktif juga dapat digunakan dalam pembelajaran di kelas secara kelompok atau individu. Pelatihan ini bertujuan agar guru mampu membuat e-modul pembelajaran interaktif dengan aplikasi flip pdf professional dan soal ujian berbasis teknologi informasi. Pelaksanaan kegiatan menggunakan metode presentasi, diskusi, dan praktik pembuatan e-modul interaktif. Pada awal kegiatan pelatihan, peserta mengisi angket untuk mengetahui pengetahuan awalnya tentang bahan ajar berbasis teknologi informasi. Selanjutnya, peserta dilatih dan didampingi dalam pembuatan e-modul pembelajaran interaktif berbasis teknologi informasi. Hasil pelatihan menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar peserta pelatihan telah menguasai pembuatan e-modul pembelajaran interaktif dan soal ujian online menggunakan aplikasi flip pdf professional. Hasil dari kegiatan pelatihan dan pendampingan diharapkan berdampak pada peningkatan kemampuan guru dalam membuat bahan ajar dengan menggunakan aplikasi flip pdf professional. Learning conducted in partner schools tends to be teacher-centered and does not develop the potential and character of students. Teachers still find it difficult to carry out remedial learning for students who have not completed their studies. Many teachers' digital literacy skills are still low. The solution offered in solving partner priority problems is to carry out training activities to design interactive e-learning modules based on information technology. Interactive learning e-modules can be used by students who have not finished studying individually at home. In addition to remedial learning, interactive learning e-modules can also be used in group or individual classroom learning. The aim of the training is that teachers are able to create interactive learning modules with flip pdf professional application and information technology-based exam questions. Implementation of activities using the method of presentation, discussion, and practice of making interactive e-modules. At the beginning of the training it was provided to find out the participants' initial knowledge about information technology-based teaching materials. Furthermore, participants were trained and assisted in making interactive learning e-modules based on information technology. The results of the training showed that most of the training participants had mastered making interactive learning e-module and online exam questions using the flip pdf professional application. The results of the training and mentoring activities are expected to have an impact on increasing the ability of teachers to make teaching materials using the flip pdf professional application.

The competience of 21st century emphasizes to the skills, attitudes and knowledge. literacy skills and mastery of concepts are needed in facing the challenges of the 21st century. Currently, students' scientific literacy skills and mastery of concepts are relatively low. This happens because of the lack of a learning approach that includes scientific literacy. Therefore, in this study, an analysis of the effect of the stem approach on scientific literacy and students' mastery of concepts was carried out. The sample use is 20 journals that have met the criteria. The data analysis technique is the calculation of the effect size of each journal. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the stem approach has a significants influence at every level of education an every grade level, both elementary and junior high schools in improving science prosess skills and student achievement

Science proses skills are skills that must be possessed by stuents in facing the challenges of the 21st century, an these skills also have a significants influence on student achievement, because science process skills are comprehensive and directed skills that cover the cognitive and psychomotor domains. The SETS approach in science learning is proven to be able to improve science process skills and student achievement. The purpose of this stuy is to find out the effect of the SETS approach in science learning on science process skills and student achievement. This type of research is a meta-analysis research. The sample use is 20 journals that have met the criteria. The data analysis technique is the calculation of the effect size of each journal. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the SETS approach in science learning has a significants influence at every level of education an every grade level, both elementary and junior high schools in improving science prosess skills and student achievement.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of using Kahoot to improve the learning outcomes of class X TL students at SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra. Student learning outcomes are still low which is caused by the media used in learning being less attractive, thus affecting students' activeness in capturing learning material. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out research using Kahoot to see its effectiveness on student learning outcomes. This research uses a type of experimental research which is categorized into a type of quasi-experimental research with a pretest-posttest control group design. The subjects of this research were class X TL students at SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra in the 2023/2024 academic year, consisting of 30 students. To measure this effectiveness, a pretest was given before using Kahoot in learning. The posttest is given after the learning process of Basics of Electrical Engineering using Kahoot. The posttest results that have been given are then analyzed using a series of tests such as the prerequisite test, N-Gain Score and Effect Size. After the test results were carried out, there was an increase in the scores of students who used Kahoot compared to classes who did not use it. Student learning outcomes after using Kahoot increase. So Kahoot is effective in improving student learning outcomes.

Science and technology continue to experience developments in education at the school level, giving rise to demands and improvements in the learning process. In the 21st century, students need the right learning resources in order to understand the lesson well. It is necessary to do a needs analysis to develop learning media. This study aims to analyze the need for e-module development for physics learning. The urgency of this research is due to the difficulties faced by students in understanding physics concepts and solving physics problems. The problem discussed in this study is the need for effective learning media that can improve learning outcomes and students' interest in physics. The solution proposed is the development of an e-module learning physics on static electricity that can help students understand concepts and improve problem solving and critical thinking skills. This type of research is qualitative descriptive research. Research data collection instruments in the form of a questionnaire analysis of teacher needs, and a questionnaire analysis of student needs. The results of this study are the use of learning media on static electricity material in the four schools is very low. They only rely on textbooks as the only source in the learning process, so that students in the four schools may experience limitations in the exposure of information and learning experiences. Limitations in the use of textbooks can hinder creativity, interactivity, and in-depth understanding in learning, so it is necessary to develop e-modules as learning media for this material.

This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the discovery learning model in the subjects of Electricity Basic and Electronics class X TITL at SMK Dhuafa Padang. The design used in this research is experimental research, while the type of experimental design used is Pre-Experiment. The design used in this research is one one-group pretest and posttest design. The method used in measuring the assessment of student's skills is a skill scale assessment and is carried out through observation. Based on the results of data analysis and discussion, it can be concluded that the discovery learning model is effective for improving student learning outcomes in the subject of Electricity Basic and Electronics class X of Electrical Power Installation Engineering at SMK Dhuafa Padang. This is known from the increasing completeness of student learning outcomes. The average post-test score is higher than the pre-test score. Then the discovery learning method is also declared effective because the results of the effect size analysis are included in the large category and the competence of students' skills has reached the minimum classical value, which is at 86.68% with the predicate A (very good) and B (good).

This study was conducted to determine the practical skills of students by using a project-based learning model in Electrical Lighting Installation lessons in class XI TITL SMK Negeri 5 Padang. This type of research is experimental research with a pre-experimental design with a one-shot chase study. The research instrument used is a student skills assessment sheet using an assessment rubric collected through observation. Before conducting research, the skill assessment sheet was validated first by two experts, namely FT-UNP Electrical Engineering lecturers and Electrical Lighting Installation subject teachers. The population amounted to 73 students with a research sample of 13 people from class XI TITL 2 at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. The data analysis technique used is quantitative descriptive data analysis technique which includes mean, median, mode, standard deviation, frequency distribution table, and histogram. The results showed that students' practical skills were very good in Electrical Lighting Installation lessons using the project-based learning model.

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning method on the learning outcomes of Basic Electrical Engineering Students in class X at SMKN 1 Pariaman. Learning using the Problem-Based Learning method has not shown significant changes in student learning development. Therefore, students do not appear to have the skills to express thoughts, opinions, and ideas and digest the discussion topics presented, thus influencing student learning outcomes in the cognitive domain. Therefore, it is necessary to research the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning method to see its effectiveness on student learning outcomes. This research uses a type of experimental research which is categorized into a type pf quasi-experimental research using two classes, namely the experimental and control classes. The subjects of this research were students in class to measure this effectiveness, a pretest was given before implementing Problem-Based Learning. The posttest is given after the Basic Electrical Engineering learning process. The post-test results will be analyzed using tests such as classical completeness and effect size. The test results show that the scores of students who apply Problem-Based learning are better than those who do not apply Problem-Based Learning. There was an increase in student learning outcomes after implementing Problem-Based Learning. So Problem-Based learning is effective in improving student learning outcomes.
