Abstract

This research aims at describing the language program based on bī'ah lughawiyah as an Arabic-language medium in improving the ability of Arabic speaking skills (mahārah kalām) undertaken by PUSDIKLAT UNIDA Gontor at the Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur'an SahabatQu, Deresan, Yogyakarta. The main research problem is related to the strategy undertaken by PUSDIKLAT UNIDA Gontor in developing the Arabic language environment. To answer this research question, the method used is descriptive qualitative. Research data sources are the Pesantren manager and students at the Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur'an SahabatQu, Deresan, Yogyakarta. The research used several data collection techniques, interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques in qualitative research systematically track and organize field notes obtained from interviews, observations, and other materials so that researchers can report research results. The results showed that PUSDIKLAT UNIDA Gontor had done some strategies in developing the Arabic language environment. The activities of the bī’ah lughawiyah including ilqā' al mufradāts (giving Arabic vocabulary), musyāhadah (watching), language games, Arabic speech, taqdīm al qishah (Arabic drama), Arabic poetry, master of ceremony (MC) Arabic, and muhādatsah. These programs improved the speaking ability of most female students in the Pesantren Tahfizhul Qur'an SahabatQu, Deresan, Yogyakarta, precisely in utilizing Arabic as the daily communication medium and eliminating the rigidity of learners in expressing the contents of their minds.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role and effectiveness of corrective feedback in improving students' speaking performance in English as a Foreign Language (EFL) classrooms. Corrective feedback is considered one of the essential strategies in the language learning process, especially in addressing students' language errors both directly and indirectly. Various types of corrective feedback, such as recasts, prompts, and explicit correction, are known to facilitate effective learner uptake and positively impact students' speaking accuracy and fluency. Based on a comprehensive review of academic literature, this study reveals that timely and context-appropriate corrective feedback significantly contributes to the development of students' speaking skills. Additionally, both teachers' and students' perceptions of the importance of corrective feedback play a crucial role in determining its effectiveness. Teachers who can select the appropriate feedback techniques based on students' characteristics and learning situations help learners build confidence and self-correct their language errors more effectively. This study suggests that English teachers should actively and consistently provide corrective feedback during speaking activities. The selection of feedback types and timing should be adjusted to maximize their impact on students' speaking development. Thus, corrective feedback serves not only as a correction tool but also as a pedagogical strategy that encourages students to engage more actively in the language learning process.

Abstract

Kemerosotan akhlak pada peserta didik disebabkan karena kurang tertanamnya pendidikan agama yang kuat. Keadaan akhlak pesrta didik di Sekolah Menengah pertama Negeri 1 Sungai Menang sangat memprihatinkan, bahkan dapat dikatakan tidak memiliki akhlak yang baik. Maka dari itu pihak Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Sungai menan menanggulangi hal tersebut dengan penguatan nilai-nilai religius Adapun tujuan pada penelitian ini adalah : pertama untuk mendeskripsikan urgensi penguatan nilai-nilai religius terhadap akhhlak peserta didik, dan kedua untuk mendeskripsikan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penguatan nilai-nilai religius pada akhlak peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama negeri Sungai Menang. Kemudian metode penelitian ini adalah mengunakan pendekatan kualitatif degan jenis penelitian Deskriptif Kualitatif. Dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan Observasi untuk menjawab urgensi penguatan nilai-nilai religius terhadap akhlak peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Sungai Menang. Wawancara, dan Dokumentasi digunakan untuk menjawab faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penguatan nilai-nilai religius terhadap akhlak peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Sungai Menang. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian adalah pertama : Urgensi penguatan nilai-nilai religius berperan dalam membentuk akhhlak peserta didik diSekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Sungai Menang. Dengan adanya pnguatan nilai-nilai religius akhlak peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama Negeri 1 Sungai Menang mulai terarah dan membaik. Kedua faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi penguatan nilai-nilai religius pada akhlak peserta didik di Sekolah Menengah Pertama negeri Sungai Menang adalah faktor keluarga, faktor lingkunngan, faktor sarana. Karena setiap faktor memiliki peranan masing-masing dalam mempengaruhi akhlak peserta didik.

Abstract

The aims of the research is to determining the best employee to increase work motivation. Selection subjectivity is a prevalent issue that might impact employee motivation. For objective assessment, this work intends to create a Decision Support System (DSS) based on the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The accuracy of the judgment is guaranteed by the test results, which indicate that the Consistency Ratio (CR) and Consistency Index (CI) values are less than 0.1.

Abstract

Abstract: The pious children's festival as a medium for religious moderation education aims to understand and highlight the role of this festival as a means of character education for children, involving the development of interests and talents in the field of Islam. It is a medium for character building, strengthening religious identity, empowering local communities, promoting moral values, and instilling positive habits from an early age. This method is qualitative because it focuses on direct observation of the phenomena that occur during the festival activities. The data analysis techniques applied include three main stages, namely data reduction and conclusion drawing.  The pious children's festival shows that this festival plays an important role as a means of character education for children because it successfully develops children's interests and talents in the field of religion, increases their self-confidence, and fosters motivation to learn Islam. It also strengthens children's religious identity, empowers local communities, and promotes positive habits. The pious children's festival is not only a competition, but also a fun and effective learning medium for nurturing Islamic character and self-confidence from an early age. This short activity will be a direct learning experience that involves various aspects of holistic child development in Untemungkur Village, Kolang District, Central Tapanuli Regency.  Keywords: Educational Media, Religious Moderation, Anal Sholeh Festival Abstrak: Festival anak sholeh sebagai media edukasi moderasi bergama bertujuan untuk memahami dan menyalakan peran festival ini sebagai sarana pendidikan karakter anak yang melibatkan pengembangan minat dan bakat dalam bidang agama Islam. Media pembinaan karakter, penguatan identitas keagamaan, pemberdayaan komunitas lokas, promosi nilai moral, dan penanaman kebiasaan positif sejak dini. Pelaksanaan festival anak sholeh adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif. Teknik analisis data yang diterapkan meliputi tiga tahap utama yaitu reduksi data, dan penarikan kesimpulan.  Festival anak sholeh menunjukan bahwa festival ini berperan penting sebagai sarana pendidikan karakter bagi anak-anak, karena berhasil mengembangkan minat dan bakat anak dalam bidang agama, meningkatkan rasa percaya diri, serta menumbuhkan motivasi belajar agama Islam dan mampu memperkuat identitas keagamaan anak-anak, memberdayakan komunitas lokal, serta kebiasan positif. Kegiatan festival anak sholeh tidak hanya sebagai kompetensi ajang, tetapi juga sebagai media pembeajaran yang menyenangkan dan efektif untuk menumbuhkan karakter Islam dan rasa percaya disi sejak dini. Kegiatan yang berlangsung singkat akan menjadi pembelajaran langsung yang melibatkan berbagai aspek pengembangan anak secara holistik di Desa Untemungkur, Kecamatan Kolang, Kabupaten Tapanuli Tengah.Kata kunci: Media Edukasi, Moderasi Beragama, Festival Anal Sholeh

Abstract

Kecamatan Kranggan Kota Mojokerto adalah salah satu kecamatan yang memiliki potensi untuk pengembangan sentra kerajinan, salah satunya pada RW 03 Desa Suratan terdapat beberapa warga yang mempunyai pekerjaan sebagai pengrajin. Di Desa Suratan RW 03 terdapat UMKM Batik yang bernama “Miss Batik Collection”, UMKM ini merupakan satu-satunya UMKM yang berkembang secara pesat di Desa Suratan. Permasalahan yang ada adalah, bagaimana memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar UMKM dengan cara membuka rumah-rumah rintisan kerajinan baru atau pemberdayaan masyarakat sekitar atau dengan memperkerjakan masyarakat sekitar. Pemanfaatan Teknologi kurang dilakukan secara maksimal di UMKM “Miss Batik Collection”. Untuk menjawab permasalahan ini maka dilakukan Program Holistik Pembinaan Dan Pemberdayaan Desa (PHP2D) untuk masyarakat sekitar. Program dilakukan melalui beberapa tahapan, salah satunya adalah dengan melaksanakan pelatihan. Pelatihan diberikan dengan tema menghasilkan batik dengan empat teknik, antara lain batik jumput, batik cap, batik tulis dan batik tie dye, juga diberikan pelatihan pengenalan dan pemanfaatan teknologi informasi untuk melakukan proses perluasan pemasaran, pengelolaan keuangan dan penjualannya melalui media digital. Dari pelaksanaan rangkaian tahapan kegiatan yang ada, masyarakat merasa bahwa mendapatkan ilmu baru dan terjadi peningkatan kemampuan khususnya dalam membatik dan memanfaatkan teknologi informasi.

Abstract

This study analyzes the use of ṭibāq (semantic opposition) in Surah Al-Lail from the perspective of balāghah (Arabic rhetoric). Previous studies on ṭibāq in the Qur’an generally focus on long chapters; therefore, this research is significant for highlighting rhetorical beauty in a short surah rich in meaning, an aspect that has received little scholarly attention. The purpose of this study is to explain the forms of ṭibāq found in Surah Al-Lail and to understand their aesthetic and rhetorical functions in reinforcing the moral messages of its verses. The research employs a qualitative approach with a library research method, utilizing primary sources such as the Qur’an, Jāmiʿ al-Bayān by al-Ṭabarī, al-Kashshāf by al-Zamakhsharī, and academic literature on Qur’anic stylistics. Content analysis was conducted to identify, classify, and interpret the forms of ṭibāq appearing in the surah. The findings reveal the presence of both positive and negative ṭibāq, such as contrasts between “night” and “day,” “giving” and “withholding,” as well as “the easy path” and “the difficult path.” The use of ṭibāq clarifies semantic contrasts, strengthens moral messages, and enhances rhetorical impact. Thus, this study contributes to a deeper understanding of the stylistic function of ṭibāq in short surahs and reaffirms the relevance of balāghah.

Abstract

Bullying di lingkungan sekolah dasar merupakan fenomena yang dapat mengganggu perkembangan psikososial dan akademik siswa. Upaya pencegahannya memerlukan pendekatan yang komprehensif, tidak hanya sekadar sosialisasi aturan, tetapi juga internalisasi nilai. Pengabdian masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan pendekatan berbasis nilai-nilai Islam dalam sosialisasi dan pelatihan anti-bullying di SD Negeri 09166 Naga Bayu. Metode yang digunakan bersifat partisipatif, mencakup ceramah interaktif, simulasi kasus, role-play, dan diskusi kelompok, yang dirancang untuk membangun empati, rasa hormat, dan tanggung jawab sosial. Program ini merupakan hasil kolaborasi interdisipliner antara Program Studi Pendidikan Agama Islam (PAI) dan Hukum Ekonomi Syariah (HES). Kontribusi PAI fokus pada internalisasi nilai-nilai akhlakul karimah, seperti rahmah (kasih sayang), ‘adl (keadilan), dan hiqmah (kebijaksanaan) sebagai dasar perilaku anti-bullying. Sementara itu, HES memberikan perspektif tentang hak dan tanggung jawab anak dalam Islam, serta konsep menjaga kehormatan (irdh) dan harta (maal) orang lain yang dapat teranalogi dengan menjaga fisik dan mental korban bullying. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman peserta (siswa dan guru) mengenai bentuk-bentuk bullying, dampaknya, serta strategi pencegahan dan penyelesaiannya berdasarkan perspektif Islam. Siswa menunjukkan respons positif dan mampu mengidentifikasi nilai-nilai Islam yang relevan untuk mencegah perilaku agresif. Kolaborasi ini membuktikan bahwa pendekatan interdisipliner yang mengintegrasikan nilai spiritual dengan pemahaman hak mampu menciptakan intervensi yang lebih kontekstual dan mendalam. Program ini merekomendasikan pentingnya sinergi keilmuan serupa untuk dikembangkan dalam bentuk modul tetap pencegahan bullying di sekolah dasar.

Abstract

Loneliness is a psychological condition that arises due to a mismatch between expected and existing social relationships. This study aims to test the validity and reliability of the UCLA Loneliness Scale version 3 in measuring loneliness in college students in West Sumatra. A total of 200 active college students became participants selected through purposive sampling techniques. Data were collected using an online questionnaire and analyzed using the Cronbach's Alpha reliability test and exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and confirmatory factor analysis (CFA). The results showed that this scale has very high reliability (α = 0.955), as well as adequate item discrimination power (0.491–0.791). EFA identified two main factors, namely social loneliness and emotional loneliness, which were then confirmed through CFA with good model fit values (RMSEA = 0.079; SRMR = 0.049; GFI = 0.924). These findings support the two-dimensional structure of the loneliness construct and indicate that the UCLA Loneliness Scale version 3 is suitable for use in the Indonesian cultural context. This scale has the potential to be applied in psychological screening and campus-based interventions to address loneliness among college students.

Abstract

This article examines the concept of Qaul as a foundational paradigm for message theory within Islamic communication studies. While dominant communication theories commonly conceptualize messages as neutral units of information exchange, the Islamic intellectual tradition understands speech as an ethically accountable act with social and moral consequences. This study aims to elaborate on the multidimensional character of Qaul within Islamic epistemology and to explore its relevance for contemporary communication discourse. Using a conceptual qualitative approach based on library research, the study analyzes classical Islamic sources together with contemporary literature in communication studies. The analysis demonstrates that Qaul cannot be reduced to a merely linguistic act or a vehicle for information transmission; rather, it represents a normative communicative construct that shapes belief formation, ethical orientation, and social cohesion. The findings indicate that Qaul operates simultaneously across cognitive, moral, and relational dimensions, thereby situating communication within a framework of responsibility and accountability. Furthermore, the article highlights the relevance of the Qaul paradigm for contemporary communication practices, particularly within digital environments characterized by information abundance, fragmentation, and ethical ambiguity. By proposing an integrative theoretical framework, this study positions Qaul as a core concept that can enrich existing message theories and contribute to the development of a distinctive philosophy of Islamic communication grounded in Islamic epistemology.
