Abstract

The formula at the research is The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Tugumulyo is a education the swasta institute have the achievement to know from the statistic graudiantion data and change class is up. The beside at general lesson study, the islamic lesson studi have the same. But the special The Al Qur’an and Hadits, there are many student is low have Minimum Completion Criteria (KKM) subject is 75/76. The other indicator is low the learning motivation and the learning discipline is low, its can showed the habits at school, as didn’t to studying with maximal as the late came to class, dowsiness, and didn’t homework, didn’t active at class or group, the peformence student is hight and didn’t studying is special at Monday, made a scene in the class if the teacher was absen. The research uses a quantitative approach using associative methods. While this type of research is field research. The research data was collected using the observation method, questionnaires and documentation using multiple regression and F test. The results of the research that: 1) The results of the t test above can be explained that the Motivation variable towards learning outcomes at The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Village F Trikoyo, Tugumulyo Subdistrict, MusiRawas Regency showed that ttest = 3.471 was more than ttable = 1.683 with dk = 40 and significant level sig = 0.004, this means that partially the Motivation variable had a significant effect on learning outcomes at The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Village F Trikoyo District TugumulyoMusi Rawas Regency. This proves the hypothesis in the study is proven and the hypothesis is accepted. 2) The results of the t test are explained that the Discipline variable learns about the learning outcomes of the The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Village F Trikoyo, TugumulyoSubdistrict, MusiRawas Regency showed that tcount = 3.782 was greater than t table = 1.683 with dk = 40 and significant level sig = 0.001, this means that partially the discipline of learning discipline had a significant effect on learning outcomes at The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Village F Trikoyo District TugumulyoMusiRawas Regency. This proves the hypothesis in the study is proven and the hypothesis is accepted. 3) Value of Ftest > Ftable means that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning the Motivation variable (X1) and learning Discipline variable (X2) have a significant effect on learning outcomes (Y) in The Al Muhajirin Islamic Senior High School Village F Trikoyo District Tugumulyo Musi Rawas Regency.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze and describe empirically the effect of leverage and capital intensity on the effective tax rate (ETR) with profitability as a moderating variable. The population in this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2016-2018 with a total of 185 companies. Sampling was done using a purposive sampling method and a final sample of 93 companies was obtained with 154 units of analysis after being reduced by 125 outliers. Data analysis techniques used in this study were descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis, namely regression analysis with moderating variables using the absolute difference test method. The results showed that leverage does not significantly influence the effective tax rate (ETR). Capital intensity has a positive and significant effect on the effective tax rate (ETR). Profitability is able to moderate the effect of leverage on the effective tax rate (ETR). But profitability is not able to moderate the effect of capital intensity on the effective tax rate (ETR). Keywords: Effective Tax Rate (ETR); Leverage; Capital Intensity; Profitability  ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mendeskripsikan secara empiris pengaruh leverage dan intensitas modal terhadap effective tax rate (ETR) dengan profitabilitas sebagai variabel moderating. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2018 dengan jumlah 185 perusahaan. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan menggunakan metode purposive sampling dan diperoleh sampel akhir sejumlah 93 perusahaan dengan 154 unit analisis setelah dikurangi dengan 125 outlier. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis statistik deskriptif dan analisis statistik inferensial yaitu analisis regresi dengan variabel moderating menggunakan metode uji nilai selisih mutlak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa leverage tidak berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap effective tax rate (ETR). Intensitas modal berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap effective tax rate (ETR). Profitabilitas mampu memoderasi pengaruh leverage terhadap effective tax rate (ETR). Namun profitabilitas tidak mampu memoderasi pengaruh intensitas modal terhadap effective tax rate (ETR).Kata Kunci: Effective Tax Rate (ETR); Leverage; Intensitas Modal; Profitabilitas

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of thin capitalization, debt covenants, and tunneling incentives on transfer pricing with the audit committee as the moderating variable. The population used is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019, totaling 170 companies. The data analysis method used is moderated analysis regression with the IBM SPSS 24 tool. The result show that thin capitalization has a significant positive effect on transfer pricing, debt covenants have no significant effect on transfer pricing, and tunneling incentives have no effect on transfer pricing. The audit committee was unable to significantly moderate the relationship between thin capatalization and transfer pricing and was also unable to significanlty moderate the relationship between debt covenants and tranfer pricing, however, the audit committee was able to strengthen the relationship between tunneling incentives and transfer pricing.

Abstract

Berdasarkan analisis situasi diketahui bahwa sebagian besar ibu-ibu warga Kalisegoro Kecamatan Gunungpati, Kota Semarang berprofesi sebagai ibu rumah tangga, sehingga mereka mempunyai waktu yang cukup banyak untuk melakukan kegiatan yang mampu menambah penghasilan. Tujuan dari program ini adalah untuk memberdayakan ibu rumah tangga dengan memberi pelatihan bercocok tanam atau berkebun dengan sistem hidroponik. Konsep “Hidroponik” merupakan budidaya menanam dengan memanfaatkan air/larutan mineral bernutrisi tanpa menggunakan tanah dengan menekankan pada pemenuhan kebutuhan nutrisi bagi tanaman. Sistem bertanam “Hidroponik” ini merupakan konsep bertanam yang cocok untuk daerah perkotaan dan lahan terbatas. Luaran jangka panjang yang diharapkan dari pengabdian ini adalah peningkatakan penghasilan dan peningkatan kesejahteraan melalui hidroponik. Guna mencapai target luaran yang telah direncanakan, kegiatan pengabdian dilakukan dengan tahapan sebagai berikut: (1) pemaparan materi “Hidroponik” untuk memberikan pemahaman; (2) Pelatihan kepada masyarakat dan Praktik Pembuatan “Hidroponik” yaitu dengan menggunakan barang bekas; serta (3) pendampingan selama satu bulan atas praktik berkebun dengan system “Hidroponik” yang dibuat dimasing-masing rumah warga. Hasil dari pengabdian ini adalah terbentuknya kebun hidroponik yang ditempatkan di RT 04/RW 02 Kelurahan Kalisegoro yang dikelola bersama serta kebun hidroponik dengan botol bekas yang ditanam di rumah masing-masing warga sebanyak 24 rumah.

Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana pendidikan karakter pada anak melalui kegiatan assembly. Artikel ini merupakan hasil kajian dari berbagai referensi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa kegiatan assembly merupakan kegiatan rutin bersama antara sekolah dan keluarga. Dalam kegiatan ini anak-anak menunjukkan bakat dan prestasi di hadapan teman, guru, kepala sekolah dan orang tua. Guru dan kepala sekolah memberi motivasi pada orang tua dan anak. Beberapa anak yang secara bergilir menjadi leader, tampil untuk memberikan penghargaan kepada salah satu temannya. Kegiatan ini mendukung terbentuknya karakter berani, percaya diri, saling menghargai, disiplin, sportif, sabar, jujur, dan bertanggungjawab, serta karakter lain yang disisipkan dalam tema. Berdasarkan kajian tersebut disimpulkan bahwa kegiatan assembly merupakan strategi yang tepat dan menyenangkan dalam pendidikan karakter anak. Hal tersebut karena kegiatan assembly memberi contoh nyata, dilakukan melalui praktek langsung secara rutin, serta melibatkan keluarga sebagai lingkungan terdekat anak.

Abstract

Program Sekolah Penggerak merupakan salah satu upaya pemerintah dalam meningkatkan kualitas pendidikan di Indonesia. Program ini memiliki peran penting dalam menghadapi transformasi global yang semakin kompleks. Melalui Program Sekolah Penggerak, Kepala sekolah dibekali ketrampilan kepemimpinan yang mampu mendorong perubahan di sekolahnya. Digitalisasi sekolah yang menjadi salah satu intervensi program sekolah penggerak dapat mempermudah sumber daya manusia disekolah untuk dapat beradaptasi dan bersaing didunia internasional. Selain itu, pendampingan yang konsultatif dan asimetris kepada Kepala Sekolah dan Guru diharapkan mampu menghadirkan pembelajaran dengan paradigma baru, yang dapat memperkuat karakter profil pelajar pancasila sehingga meskipun harus bersaing di dunia global, mereka tidak kehilangan identitas sebagai warga negara indonesia.

Abstract

Era digital beriringan dengan inovasi teknologi, implikasinya sangat berarti terhadap dunia pendidikan (tujuan pendidikan, proses pembelajaran, evaluasi, dan kurikulum). Konsekuensinya muncul sebagai peluang sekaligus tantangan sebagai contoh proses pembelajaran berbasis internet dengan bahan ajar digital menyebabkan terjadinya pergeseran proses pembelajaran. Tak semuanya berhasil, sebab pengembangan teknologi berikut aplikasinya yang dibutuhkan hanya teknologi tepat guna, mudah, dan aplikatif. Meskipun guru menyadari pentingnya integrasi teknologi ke dalam pembelajaran, mereka cenderung menghadapi sejumlah hambatan dalam integrasi teknologi secara efektif ke dalam kurikulum. Tantangan implementasi ICT dalam proses instruksional dari tiga aspek, yaitu kurangnya dukungan, kurangnya kepercayaan, dan kurangnya perlengkapan. Guru harus mau dan mampu mengadopsi teknologi dalam kepentingan inovasi pendidikan. Solusinya ialah mengembangkan visi bersama tentang peran ICT dalam pendidikan dengan pemangku kepentingan dan menciptakan komunitas praktik bersama. Tanpa peningkatan holistik pada pelatihan guru, ada risiko menciptakan generasi siswa yang kurang siap menghadapi masa depan digital. Penelitian tentang kegagalan masa lalu dapat membantu satuan pendidikan menyiapkan praktik terbaik baru dalam integrasi teknologi yang mungkin akan menghemat waktu, uang, dan sumber daya. Dinamisasi teknologi di setiap ruang belajar tidak selalu berjalan di setiap satuan pendidikan pada semua daerah, maka pemecahan masalah harus dilihat kasus per kasus.

Abstract

One important factor that influences the quality of higher education is qualified lecturers. The management of lecturers must have the main target, namely increasing the quality of their productivity through increasing work efficiency as educators, researchers and community service or more precisely in providing services to the community. Institutional support as one of the environmental factors was found to be an important factor in research productivity. The management literature indicates that there are various factors associated with effective performance outcomes. For example, some suggest it is related to managerial practice. This study aims to provide a more in-depth study related to the relationship between Academic Culture in increasing research productivity and supporting accreditation. The approach used in this research study is to adopt a literature study approach. The results of the study obtained show that several studies have proven that Academic Culture has an effect on Lecturer Productivity in the research field. Academic culture does not just grow, or originates from applied rules and regulations, but is rooted in scientific norms and values. With the development of academic culture, it encourages lecturers to actively conduct research. The existence of a quality assurance system allows the growth of a culture of quality within the existing academic culture, so that the whole process of quality assurance in the education system in the form of setting standards, implementing standards, evaluating the implementation of standards and efforts to continuously improve the implementation of standards can become part of life in higher education.

Abstract

The idea of teacher professional development is the most phenomenal topic because it demands innovative practices to improve didactical-pedagogical skills. In line with the Implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum (IKM) and Teacher Mobilization Education Program, although this author's idea is a modification, it emphasizes proposals that focus on strengthening teachers, that encourage reflection and collaboration among teachers, and that promote an academic approach to learning. Coaching Lesson Study (CLS) is a solution to answer these demands and what is known as the Collaboration of Teaching and Learning. CLS is a cyclical process in which a group of teachers collaborated in designing, teaching, observing, and discussing lessons that are, in parallel, being investigated to improve them. In doing so, CLS links teacher professional development to student learning, integrates coaching and teaching practice, and facilitates self-inspection through observation and reflection among peers. This article presents seven principles for practicing CLS as an innovative idea for teacher professional development that is based on what the literature suggests and on best practice in education and learning. In many studies CLS contributes to the development of teacher's didactic knowledge but if it is collaborated with Coaching techniques, the results should be more optimal.

Abstract

The existence of the Covid-19 pandemic has had a major impact on various sectors in Indonesia, one of which is education. In the new era, education is important to improve human resources. The rapid development of technology will change the way people move and work. The presence of technology as part of society's needs will further reinforce insight into technology. And the Independent Curriculum provides flexibility for educators to improve the quality of education according to the needs of students, so the use of technology in education must be seen as a way to encourage the improvement of the quality of education in this era. In facing the rapid development of technology, digital literacy is the main key and foundation that must be owned by educators. One of the problems faced by teachers is the difficulty of using digital platforms for learning. With limited mastery of technology for learning, it is an initiative for schools to organize training as an effort to increase teacher digital literacy. The purpose of this training activity is to provide interactive learning media training to improve the digital literacy of MTsN teachers in Gowa Regency. The method in this activity is carried out in three stages: pre-training, training implementation, and post-training. Indicators of the success of the activity can be seen from (1) the positive response from the participants regarding this training and (2) the existence of interactive learning media products made by the participants. The results of this training activity showed (1) there was an increase in participants' understanding of interactive learning media with an average of 77% and categorized as very good and, (2) participants were able to make quizzes using interactive learning media.
