The minimum wages policy in Indonesia raises many pros and cons. This is due to increasing the minimum wage will have an impact on increasing the income of workers, at the same time an increase in the minimum wage adds to the burden of costs on employers. Some studies saw that increasing minimum wages policy can increase employment while other studies saw e opposite results. This study aimed to analyze the effect of minimum wages on employment in the industrial sector in Indonesia for the period 2012-2017.This study used a control variable from the supply side namely the labor force and used a quantitative approach using panel regression analysis techniques with 6 year time series data for the 2012-2017 period combined with 33 province cross section data. The results showed that the minimum wage had a negative effect on employment in the industrial sector in Indonesia for the period 2012-2017. Whereas the labor force control variable has a positive influence on employment.

Knowledge of endangered animals and plants is very important for children. Material about those two begins to be studied in class III at the elementary school. A book is used as a medium to deliver the materials. This resulted in a lack of understanding of students toward knowledge about endangered animals and plants. One of the solutions being made is to use the interactive learning media. This paper elaborates on the creation of interactive multimedia learning containing text, images, sound, and animation of 2D. The research shows that: (1) Interactive multimedia is created in the form of tutorials and practice questions in the .exe format so that their use does not depend on a specific software; (2) the aspect of interest-ness of the multimedia is 82.4%; (3) pretest and post-tests show that the interactive multimedia experience increased the student understanding, namely achieving 50% with the average value of the students' score reaches 83.3%.

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penggunaan Master Hanacaraka dalam pembelajaran menulis semboyan bahasa Jawa siswa kelas IV. Jenis penelitiannya adalah penelitian tindakan kelas. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, tes dan catatan lapangan. Berdasarkan perhitungan nilai keterlaksanaan pembelajaran pada siklus I 77,77% dan siklus II mencapai 100%. Nilai ketercapaian pembelajaran pada siklus I 50,69 dan siklus II mencapai nilai 96,52. Rata-rata nilai siswa pencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Belajar pada siklus I 86,42 dan nilai rata-rata siswa pencapai Kriteria Ketuntasan Belajar pada siklus II 90,90, nilai tersebut mengalami peningkatan sebesar 4,48. Sedangkan ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa secara klasikal pada siklus I 29,17% dan pada siklus II mencapai 91,66%. Dapat disimpulkan penggunaan Master Hanacaraka dalam pembelajaran menulis semboyan bahasa Jawa dengan huruf Carakan pada siswa kelas IV SDN Sumurwelut III/440 Surabaya berhasil. The type of research is classroom action research. Data collection techniques use observation, tests and field notes. Based on the calculation of the value of learning implementation in cycle I 77.77% and cycle II reached 100%. The value of learning achievement in cycle I 50.69 and cycle II reached the value of 96.52. The average value of students achieve Criteria of Learning Mastery in cycle I 86.42 and the average value of students reaching Criteria of Learning Mastery in cycle II 90.90, the value has increased by 4.48. Whereas classically the completeness of student learning outcomes in cycle I 29.17% and on the cycle II reachs 91.66%. Plants Suruhan (Paperomia pellucida L. Kunth) has traditionally been used as a drug abscesses, boils acne, skin diseases, headaches, relieve pain in arthritic.Various properties owned by the plant Suruhan make this plant as a major commodity medicinal plants are cultivated by the people. Suruhan pharmacological function can not be separated because their secondary metabolites that allegedly resulted from their symbiosis with endophytic microbes such as fungi. Endophytic fungi are microscopic fungi that live intracellularly in the plant tissue without damaging the host. This study aimed to isolate and identify endophytic fungi on plant fruit organs errand. Isolation of endophytic fungi on errands obtained 15 isolates comprising of Fusarium sambucinum, Cladosporium cladosporoides, Cladophialophora sp. Myrothecium sp., Gliocladium sp., Penicillium expansum, Aspergillus sp., Aspergilus niger, Lichtheimia sphaerocystis dan Absidia corymbifera.

Koperasi sekolah merupakan suatu koperasi yang dibentuk di lingkungan sekolah, baik lembaga pendidikan formal maupun non formal, dimana anggotanya adalah para siswa di sekolah tersebut. Fungsi dibentuknya koperasi sekolah ini adalah sebagai media pendidikan dan penerapan ilmu ekonomi yang berazaskan gotong royong, sebagai alat untuk membantu para siswa dalam pengadaan keperluan sekolah, sebagai tempat untuk melakukan kegiatan menabung di sekolah. Tujuan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah untuk menjelaskan tentang pengelolaan koperasi sekolah sebagai media pembelajaran pendidikan ekonomi bagi siswa kelas X di SMA BUDI UTOMO Perak Jombang tahun pelajaran 2018/2019. Adapun metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif deskriptif. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji rank spearman dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui ada atau tidaknya perbedaan peningkatan kemampuan siswa dalam menyerap ilmu ekonomi melalui pengelolaan koperasi sekolah. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dengan adanya pengelolaan koperasi sekolah di SMA BUDI UTOMO Perak Jombang dapat menambah media pembelajaran pendidikan ekonomi bagi siswa kelas X. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari hasil nilai rapor dan hasil angket yang disebarkan ke siswa yang menyatakan 90% pengelolaan koperasi sekolah dapat menjadi media pembelajaran pendidikan ekonomi bagi siswa.

Background: Globally, the infant and maternal mortality rate is still a severe problem because it was an indicator of national health â€“ no exceptions for Indonesia. In 2017, the average infant mortality rate was 76 per 1,000 live births, while in Yogyakarta, it was 313 cases. The most common causes of infant and neonatal mortality were low birth weight babies (LBW) and sepsis. In 2018 in Wonosari, Gunungkidul Regional Hospital found 1,421 new-borns were normal, and 298 infants were experiencing LBW. This study aims to determine preeclampsia's relationship with the incidence of low-birth-weight babies (LBW) in Wonosari, Gunungkidul Regional Hospital Year 2018.Methods: This research was conducted in Wonosari, Gunungkidul Regional Hospital, using quantitative analysis with a case-control approach. The case population was 280 and using the Slovin formula. We recruited 170 controls and 170 cases. Inclusion criteria used include (1) Babies born with low birth weight <2,500 grams; (2) a single fetus; and (3) recorded in the medical record at the hospital.Results: There was a significant relationship between preeclampsia with low-birth-weight babies (LBW) in Wonosari, Gunungkidul Regional Hospital 2018 with a p-value of 0.004 (p <0.05) and crude OR 2.114; 95% CI (1.268-3.523).Conclusions: Pregnant women with preeclampsia will be at greater risk of giving birth to a baby with LBW.

Background: Nurses in public health centers, or known as public health nurses (PHNs), have duties in implementing promotive, preventive, curative, and rehabilitative efforts. In Indonesia, there is no basic reference to the competencies that should be performed by PHNs. The provision of health services in the community should cover two areas, namely inside and outside the building (Minister of Healthâ€™s Regulation No. 279 Year 2006); it causes nurses in the community to further hone their skills while in the field.Purpose: This study aimed to identify the competencies of the Indonesian PHNs from experts using the C/PHN competencies of the Quad Council Coalition through a Delphi method.Methods: This study was quantitative research with a Delphi method. We employed a purposive sampling technique to recruit the experts of public health nurses. The experts did a Delphi method to identify, analyze, and modify the C/PHN Competencies of the Quad Council Coalition into the Indonesian version of C/PHN Competencies with local cultures.Results: Results showed that from eight domains of the Quad Council Coalition C/PHN competencies, there were changes for priority of the PHN competencies in Indonesia. All priorities were classified into eight groups, namely: (1) Leadership Skills and Thinking Systems; (2) Community Dimensions of Practice; (3) Assessment Analytic; (4) Policy Development and Program Planning; (5) Communication Skills; (6) Financial Planning and Management and Planning; (7) Public Health Sciences Skills; and (8) Cultural Competency.Conclusion: The Quad Council Coalition of C/PHN competencies are appropriate with the Indonesian PHN competencies, although the priority is changed related of local wisdom as stated in the Minister of Healthâ€™s Regulation No. 279 Year 2006. Therefore, the Indonesian P/HN competencies should be developed to support the Indonesian health people through family approach.

Tujuan PengabdianÂ ini untuk membantu siswa yangÂ belum dapat memahami prosedur perkalian matriks dan meminimalisir kesalahan menghitung perkalian matriks sehingga peneliti mendesain software berupa aplikasi MS excel.Â Adapun Ms Excel merupakan program aplikasi spreadsheet yang memerlukan kapasitas RAM maksimum 2 gigabyte (2 GB)Â sangat mudah di acses melalui laptop atau HP secara gratis. Software pembelajaran berupa aplikasi MS excel ini menjadi sangat penting didalam strategi pembelajaran sebagai alat bantu mengajar yang direncanakan, dipersiapkan dan diciptakan oleh guru. Penggunaan media dalam proses pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan minat dan semangat yang baru, membangkitkan motivasi dan rangsangan kegiatan belajar. Sasaran pengabdian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 7 dari MA Negeri 3 Jombang yang mempunyai permasalahan pada metode pembelajaran secara daring sehingga siswa belum memahami konsep perkalian matriks yang diterima dan tidak tertanam lama dalam ingatan siswa. Adapun pelaksanaan pengabdian dilaksanakan dengan memberikan pretest, memberikan materi perkalian Matriks, pembimbingan penggunaan software berupa aplikasi ms excel dan postest. AdapunÂ hasil pretest yang diperoleh siswa rata rata 57,8 sedangkan hasil posttest rata rata 83,4 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa penggunaan software berupa aplikasi MS Excel dapatÂ membantu siswa untuk memahami proses perkalian matriks dalam memecahkan permasalahan dan dapat meningkatkan kemampuan serta hasil belajar siswa

This study aims to examine the effect of the investment variable in accounts receivable on profitability at PT. BPRS LantaburJombang. This researcher used quantitative descriptive methods by analyzing the effect of investment in receivables on profitability at PT. BPRS LantaburJombang 2017-2020. Methods of data collection using documentation and interviews. The statistical analysis model used is the simple linear regression model statistical test and the F-test. Based on the analysis of the results above, it shows that the effect of investment in accounts receivable on profitability is very small.

Underpricing is a condition which shows that stocks price at primary market is lower than the stocks price at secondary market. This research was aimed to find out the influence of financial and non-financial information in the form of Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return on Equity (ROE), underwriter reputation, and the percentage of stocks offering to underpricing of stock prices in companies that conducted Initial Public Offering (IPO). The population in this research were the companies that conduct IPO listed in the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the period time of 2013-2017. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method and there were obtained 52 companies as the samples. The used data were the secondary data in the form of the data of companies that carry out IPO and listed in IDX in 2013-2017and the prospectus of the companies.The data analysis technique was multiple linier regression. The result of this reseach showed that Return on Equity (ROE) and Underwriter Reputation has a negative significant effect to underpricing, while Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Percentage of Stocks Offering doesnâ€™t have significant effect to underpricing.
