Abstract

This research aims to determine the effectiveness of the application of power point media to increase the mastery of mufradat. As a form of effort to improve skills in learning Arabic, especially in the mastery of mufrodat. So it takes a variety of methods and media that are varied and innovative. At this time information media technology has been able to make various ways to make it easier to convey information, such as power point media. This study uses an experimental method with the subject of this research is class VII MTs NU Karangploso Malang. The data were searched using observation, interview, documentation, test, and questionnaire techniques. The results of this study indicate the effectiveness of the power point media to increase the mastery of mufrodat students of class VII MTs NU Karangploso Malang in learning Arabic.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the implementation of school quality control management at SMK N 2 Karanganyar, Surakarta, Central Java. This research uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques are carried out with interviews, observations, and documentation. Indicators developed by researchers as guidelines in data collection include school planning, school program implementation, principal leadership, and supervision and evaluation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and inference. The education process at SMK N 2 Karanganyar has met the quality education criteria which include: 1) the effectiveness of the headmaster's leadership; 2) active participation of all interested components in the school; 3) effectiveness of teaching and learning process; 4) relevant curriculum; 5) directed vision, mission, and objectives; 6) conducive to the climate and school environment; 6) community involvement and parents of learners. This research implies that the headmaster's leadership and managerial ability are necessary to realize effective school management. The quality of education at SMK N 2 Karanganyar has the opportunity to be dynamically and innovatively devised to achieve improved standard quality.

Abstract

Background: The Hospital Management Information System (SIMRS) is a crucial component in supporting the digital transformation of healthcare services, particularly through the implementation of electronic medical records. The transition from manual, paper-based medical records to electronic medical records has generated a positive response from users. This response has impacted nurses' satisfaction with nursing care documentation in electronic medical records. This satisfaction is measured through five dimensions of End-User Computer Satisfaction (EUCS). Purpose: To analyze the determinants of nurses' satisfaction with nursing care documentation in electronic medical records. Method: This quantitative study used a descriptive-analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The data collection instrument was a questionnaire based on the five EUCS dimensions. Results: The determination test showed that all EUCS dimensions were determinants of nurses' satisfaction with nursing care documentation in electronic medical records. Multiple linear regression analysis showed that format had the most significant influence on nurse satisfaction, followed by timeliness and accuracy, while ease of use had a negative influence. Conclusion: All EUCS dimensions (format, content, ease of use, timeliness, and accuracy) were determinants of nurses' satisfaction with nursing care documentation in electronic medical records at Kota Regional General Hospital. Statistics show that formatting has the most significant impact on user satisfaction. Suggestion: To support the smooth operation of electronic medical record applications, a stable internet connection, an attractive format, ease of system operation, content tailored to user needs, and accurate data are required. To improve user satisfaction, regular and planned evaluations involving various parties within the agency are necessary, and electronic medical record users must respond promptly to complaints and suggestions.   Keywords: Electronic Medical Record; Nursing Care Documentation; Nurse Satisfaction.   Pendahuluan: Sistem Informasi Manajemen Rumah Sakit (SIMRS) merupakan bagian penting dalam mendukung transformasi digital pelayanan kesehatan, khususnya melalui penerapan Rekam Medis Elektronik (RME). Perubahan RM manual kertas menjadi RME menimbulkan respon terhadap penggunanya. Respon ini berdampak terhadap kepuasan perawat dalam melakukan dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di RME. Kepuasan ini dilihat dari lima dimensi End User Computer Satisfaction (EUCS). Tujuan: Untuk menganalisis determinan kepuasan perawat terhadap dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di rekam medis berbasis elektronik. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif menggunakan desain deskriptif analitik observasional dengan pendekatan cross sectional, Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa kuesioner berdasarkan lima dimensi EUCS. Hasil: Uji determinasi didapatkan semua dimensi EUCS merupakan determinan kepuasan perawat terhadap dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di RME. Analisis regresi linier berganda menunjukkan bahwa dimensi format memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan perawat, diikuti oleh timeliness dan accuracy, sedangkan dimensi easy of use justru menunjukkan pengaruh negatif. Simpulan: Determinan kepuasan perawat terhadap dokumentasi asuhan keperawatan di rekam medis elektronik di rumah sakit Kota adalah semua dimensi EUCS (format, content, easy to use, timelines, accuracy). Adapun secara statistic menunjukkan bahwa variable format yang memiliki pengaruh paling signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna. Saran: Dalam mendukung kelancaran aplikasi RME, diperlukan kestabilan jaringan internet, tampilan format yang menarik, kemudahan dalam operasional system, conten/isi yang memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, serta ketepatan data yang diberikan. Sementara, untuk meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna perlu terus dilakukan evaluasi yang rutin dan terencana dengan melibatkan berbagai pihak di instansi ini dan segera merespon keluhan ataupun saran dari pengguna RME.   Kata Kunci: Dokumentasi Asuhan Keperawatan; Kepuasan Perawat; Rekam Medis Elektronik.

Abstract

Gerakan sempalan di Indonesia kembali mengemuka setelah munculnya video viral dari sekelompok orang yang sedang mandi bugil bersama di sebuah rawa yang berada di Kabupaten Pandeglang, Provinsi Banten. Gerakan sempalan tersebut bernama Hakekok Balakasuta, disebut sempalan karena ajaran tersebut menyempal dari agama mainstream yang dianut oleh mayoritas masyarakat, yang dalam hal ini adalah agama Islam. Gerakan sempalan ini tentu tidak muncul dengan sendirinya, tetapi ada berbagai hal yang melatar belakanginya baik secara sosiologis maupun psikologis. Setelah aliran Hakekok diketahui oleh masyarakat luas, maka beragam respon negatif kemudian muncul dari berbagai lapisan masyarakat dan pemerintah. Jika tidak segera ditangani, maka akan rentan menimbulkan konflik. Bimbingan konseling lintas agama dan budaya menjadi salah satu pendekatan yang dapat digunakan dalam mengatasi permasalahan gerakan sempalan hakekok Balakasuta tersebut. Tujuan dari penulisan ini adalah untuk mengetahui gerakan sempalan Hakekok Balakasuta, Apa yang melatarbelakangi munculnya gerakan tersebut, dan bagaimana perspektifnya menurut bimbingan konseling lintas agama dan budaya. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah literatur review dengan menganalisis artikel yang relevan, akurat, valid, dan berfokus pada tema gerakan sempalan Hakekok Balakasuta dan bimbingan lintas agama dan budaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Hakekok Balakasuta adalah aliran yang menyempal dari Agama Islam. Munculya aliran ini dilatar belakangi oleh faktor sosiologis seperti adanya pergerakan postmordenism, kriris kemanusiaan, ketidakpercayaan terhadap institusi keagamaan yang ada, menguatnya semangat konservatisme, dan adanya pemahaman liberal. Sedangkan faktor psikologis munculya aliran ini adalah munculnya halusinasi pendiri sempalan dan ketidakmampuan dalam pengendalian diri. Pendekatan bimbingan dan konseling lintas Agama dan Budaya menjadi salah satu solusi untuk menghadapi para pengikut aliran Hakekok Balakasuta di tengah masyarakat Indonesia yang plural.

Abstract

Stigma terhadap gangguan jiwa masih menjadi tantangan besar dalam upaya promosi kesehatan mental, termasuk di lingkungan akademik. Mahasiswa keperawatan, sebagai calon tenaga kesehatan, memiliki peran penting dalam memberikan edukasi dan pelayanan keperawatan jiwa. Oleh karena itu, diharapkan mereka memiliki pemahaman dan sikap yang positif terhadap individu dengan gangguan jiwa. Salah satu faktor yang diyakini dapat memengaruhi stigma tersebut adalah literasi kesehatan mental, yaitu kemampuan individu dalam mengakses, memahami, dan menggunakan informasi kesehatan mental untuk membuat keputusan yang tepat. Namun, tingkat pengetahuan belum tentu selalu sejalan dengan sikap yang ditunjukkan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara literasi kesehatan mental dengan stigma gangguan jiwa pada mahasiswa keperawatan Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode deskriptif korelasional dengan pendekatan cross-sectional, Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 77 mahasiswa. Instrumen penelitian untuk variable literasi kesehatan mental menggunakan Mental Health Literacy Questionnaire-Short version adult (MHLq-Sva) yang disusun oleh Campos et al. (2022) dan variabel stigma gangguan jiwa menggunakan Perceived-Devaluation Discrimination oleh Mora‑Ríos dan Ortega (2021). Berdasarkan analisis korelasi Spearman diperoleh hasil P-Value = 0.584 (p>0,05) yang menunjukkan bahwa Ho diterima dan H1 ditolak, yang menunjukkan tidak ada hubungan yang signifikan antara literasi kesehatan mental dengan stigma gangguan jiwa.

Abstract

Primary dysmenorrhea is a menstrual disorder that occurs in women and often has different effects on each individual. Psychologically, the pain it causes can trigger anxiety, preventing the body from having enough time to fall asleep. This study aims to investigate the relationship between anxiety levels and sleep quality in female students with primary dysmenorrhea. The method used is a quantitative approach with a true correlation design. The sample was drawn from a population of 144 female nursing students in the class of 2023 at Muhammadiyah University in Surakarta, with 106 respondents randomly selected. The analysis results show a significant relationship between anxiety levels and sleep quality in female students with primary dysmenorrhea, with a p-value of less than 0.01 and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.560, indicating a moderate correlation. This means that the higher the anxiety of students with primary dysmenorrhea, the poorer their sleep quality tends to be. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of a holistic approach to treating menstrual pain, focusing not only on pain management but also addressing anxiety. This is expected to improve sleep quality and overall well-being among students and serve as a basis for developing support and prevention programs campus.

Abstract

Local script is one of the local wisdoms that must be preserved. Primary school education plays an important role in the preservation of local writing. This study aims to determine the perception of prospective elementary school teachers towards the preservation of local writing. the intended local writing is the Sasambo script in NTB. This research uses a combined method. Data collection using questionnaires and interviews. The results of the questionnaire were analyzed using descriptive statistics. Interview results were analyzed qualitatively. This study involved the University of Mataram PGSD students as respondents. The problems studied include: how is the motivation of prospective teachers in preserving local writing? What do prospective teachers do in preserving local writing? What are the difficulties experienced by prospective teachers in preserving local writing? The results showed that the motivation of prospective elementary school teachers in preserving local writing was still quite high. However, prospective teachers have difficulty in preserving local writing. Difficulties faced by prospective teachers include: local writing is rarely used, low community interest in learning, lack of teachers, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of literature, low awareness and low literacy. Efforts to preserve local writing by prospective elementary school teachers include: studying local writing, conducting training, and holding competitions. Local writing preservation programs in NTB need attention. The attention of prospective teachers, the government and the community can save local writing from extinction

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of the academic self-concept on the independence of learning class VI students during the pandemic. Research in the background is a problem that many students lack self-reliance in learning at an elementary school education level, especially when online-based learning is enforced during the pandemic. In addition, when exams are many students who are unable to work on their own and ask a friend next to him when the exam is in progress. This research uses a quantitative-descriptive approach. This type of research is correlation research. The subject in this study amounted to 40 students. The variables studied are self-concept academic and self-learning independent students. Data is collected through the self-learning concept of academic and student self-reliance. From the analysis results using the correlation analysis of product-moment with the help of SPSS version 23.0, obtained R table results with N = 70 and ? = 5%, is 0.235. While the Rcount obtained the magnitude of 0.769, then Rcountdown > Rtabel (0,769 > 0,235), meaning there is a positive and significant influence, consequently Ho rejected and Ha accepted. So, in conclusion "there is a positive and significant influence of the self-academic concept of learning Independence-class VI students". That means the higher the academic self-concept of students, the higher the independence of learning and vice versa when the self-academic concept is low then the student independence is low. Based on the results of the study students are expected to learn with self-awareness without the compulsion of parents or teachers and in learning not dependent on others. Teachers are expected to observe the students ' academic self-concept and strive to improve it so that students can have high self-reliance learning and can complete their study tasks perfectly.

Abstract

Empirical facts show that literacy and numeracy abilities are very diverse. This study aims to analyze the design of inclusive learning according to the diversity of students' abilities. The research location is SDN Selebung 2, Central Lombok Regency. The type of research used is a case study. Collecting data using observation, interviews, questionnaires, and documentation. The results of the study found that the inclusive literacy and numeracy learning model was teaching at the right level (TaRL). Students are divided into several groups according to their ability level. The stages of the TaRL learning model include initial assessment, grouping students, and learning according to level. The application of the level-based learning model shows an improvement in the learning process. Indicators of the success of the application of the model can be seen from the increase in students' literacy and numeracy skills, as well as the large number of students who give positive responses to ability level-based learning.

Abstract

Hemodialysis is cleaning blood through an artificial kidney or dialyzer assisted by a machine. Kidney failure patients undergoing therapy experience anxiety due to various stressors. One way to overcome fear is to use relaxation therapy, including Benson relaxation. Benson relaxation is a breathing relaxation technique with the addition of an element of belief in the form of words that express the anxiety that the patient is experiencing. This literature aims to determine the effectiveness of Benson's relaxation on reducing stress in chronic kidney failure patients undergoing hemodialysis. A literature review comparing some literature through the journal databases used is Pubmed, Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Garuda Portal, and Jane Semantic.
