Abstract

This study aims to describe the implementation of a project-based learning model in teaching Arabic writing skills to students in the Arabic Language and Literature Study Program at the State Islamic College of Majene. Arabic writing skills, as one of the fundamental skills in Arabic language learning, requires creative and applicable instructional strategies. The project-based learning model was selected because it promotes an active, collaborative learning process centered on real-life projects that are relevant to students’ experiences. This research employed a descriptive qualitative approach, with data collected through observations, interviews, and documentation of student projects. The findings indicate that the implementation of project-based learning significantly enhanced students’ motivation, engagement, and writing proficiency. Students showed notable improvements in writing structure, grammatical accuracy, and creativity in content development. In addition, this model also fostered critical thinking and collaborative skills. Therefore, project-based learning can serve as an effective alternative approach for teaching Arabic writing skills in other higher education institutions

Abstract

Adanya latar belakang pendidikan yang mana tidak semua siswa pernah mempelajari bahasa Arab menjadikan suat permasalahan dalam proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Proses pembelajaran bahasa Arab di Mts Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan  kurang diminati oleh siswa karena bahasa Arab adalah bahasa asing bagi mereka. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah siswa masih kesulitan dalam berbicara bahasa Arab dan kurang aktifnya pembelajaran bahasa Arab di kelas. Permainan cerita berantai adalah salah satu metode yang bisa digunakan untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa dalam pembelajaran bahasa Arab. Maka dari itu peneliti tertarik untuk menerapkan metode tersebut dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa. Adapun teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, tes dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah penerapan permainan cerita ini sangat signifikan terhadap peningkatan maharah kalam siswa dan memberikan dampak yang positif dakam pembelajaran bahasa Arab yaitu dapat meningkatkan antusias dan semangat siswa dalam belajar. Teknik analisis data menggunakan rumus uji t dengan hasil hitung t lebih besar daripada tabel t pada taraf signifikan 0,05/5% (10,68 > 1,697) atau 0,01/1% (10,68 > 2,457), dengan demikian Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima dikarenakan pengaruh positif yang signifikan dengan adanya penerapan permainan cerita berantai dalam meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas 8J Mts Sunan Drajat Banjarwati Paciran Lamongan.

Abstract

Kasus kekerasan terhadap anak yang terjadi di sekolah menjadi salah satu alasan program Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA). Penelitian ini dilakukan di tiga SD di tiga provinsi yang berbeda yaitu Jawa Barat, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta, dan Nusa Tenggara Barat. Lokasi penelitian adalah SDN 2 Hegarsari, SDN Kaligintung, dan SDN 1 Sangkawana. Penerapan Sekolah Ramah Anak (SRA) akan dievaluasi dengan merujuk pada 6 komponen yaitu kebijakan SRA, pelaksanaan kurikulum, pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan terlatih hak-hak anak, sarana dan prasarana SRA, partisipasi anak, partisipasi warga diluar sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Subyek penelitian adalah kepala sekolah, guru, tenaga kependidikan, orang tua siswa, dan beberapa siswa kelas 6. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan tinjauan literature. Validitas data dilakukan dengan triangulasi sumber. Teknik analisis data untuk penelitian kualitatif terdiri dari reduksi data, tampilan data, dan verivikasi data. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ketiga SD yang menjadi subyek penelitian sudah menjadi sekolah ramah anak baik secara fisik maupun non fisik, meskipun ada beberapa sarana yang harus dilengkapi. Ketiga sekolah secara umum sudah menjadi tempat yang aman dan nyaman bagi siswa dalam melaksanakan proses belajar. Kata kunci: implementasi, keluarga, sekolah ramah anak Implementation of Children and Family Friendly Schools in SDN 2 Hegarsari, SDN Kaligintung, and SDN 1 Sangkawana Abstract Cases of violence against children that occur in schools are one of the reasons for the Child-Friendly School (SRA) program. This research was conducted in three elementary schools in three different provinces, namely West Java, Yogyakarta Special Region, and West Nusa Tenggara. The research locations were SDN 2 Hegarsari, SDN Kaligintung, and SDN 1 Sangkawana. The implementation of a Child-Friendly School (SRA) will be evaluated by referring to 6 components, namely the SRA policy, curriculum implementation, educators and education personnel trained in child rights, SRA facilities, and infrastructure, child participation, citizen participation outside school. This research uses a qualitative approach. The research subjects were the principal, teachers, education staff, parents of students, and several 6th-grade students. Data collection techniques used observation, interviews, documentation, and literature review. Data validity is done by source triangulation. Data analysis techniques for qualitative research consist of data reduction, data display, and data verification. The conclusion of this study shows that the three elementary schools which were the subject of the study have become child-friendly schools both physically and non-physically, although several facilities must be equipped. The three schools, in general, have become a safe and comfortable place for students to carry out the learning process. Keywords: child-friendly school, family, implementation

Abstract

Anxiety is a prevalent psychological issue among university students, particularly nursing students who face intense academic and clinical demands. According to the World Health Organization (WHO, 2024), the global prevalence of anxiety disorders increased by 26% after the COVID-19 pandemic, while national data from Indonesia (Riskesdas, 2019; 2021) reported emotional mental disorders affecting 9.8% of the productive-age population. Unmanaged anxiety can impair concentration, reduce academic performance, and negatively affect mental health. One promising non-pharmacological approach is health education through peer counseling, which utilizes emotional support among students at similar academic levels. This study aimed to analyze the effect of peer counseling-based health education on nursing students’ anxiety levels. A quasi-experimental one-group pretest–posttest design was applied, involving 50 sixth-semester nursing students from the Faculty of Health Sciences, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, selected using purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires measuring knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors, and the State-Trait Anxiety Inventory (STAI-T) to assess anxiety levels. Statistical analysis was performed using the Paired Sample t-test and Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test. The results showed significant improvements in students’ knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors after the peer counseling intervention (p < 0.05). The mean anxiety score decreased from 50.98 to 46.60 (p < 0.05), indicating a substantial reduction in anxiety levels. These findings confirm that peer counseling-based health education effectively enhances student understanding and alleviates anxiety. The study recommends implementing peer counseling as a promotive and preventive strategy to support mental health among nursing students, especially during high-pressure academic periods.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengeksplorasi peran Virtual Reality di era pembelajaran digital dengan pemanfaatan Millealab Platform dalam pembelajaran  materi di kelas. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kepustakaan (library research) dengan menganalisis berbagai sumber literatur terkait pembelajaran bahasa Arab digital berbasis Virtual Reality. Melalui penelitian ini, ditemukan data bahwa pemanfaaatan media berbasis virtual reality mendorong efektivitas pembelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa media virtual reality dengan menggunakan Millealab Platform mempermudah guru untuk menyampaikan materi dan meningkatkan perhatian siswa dalam mempelajari materi.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemic has greatly impacted the economy and education in all parts of the world, including Indonesia. This requires the government to change teaching and learning policies by conducting distance learning, including for elementary school education. This study aims to identify barriers for elementary school students in implementing distance learning during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data collection in this study used qualitative methods, with interview techniques and closed questionnaires. The research subjects used were 45 students from 16 elementary school institutions in West Nusa Tenggara. The results shown from this study are the obstacles experienced by students in conducting distance learning, including difficulty in understanding teaching materials, lack of explanation from the teacher, no place to ask questions, no friends to discuss with, often scolded by parents, and assignments given. a huge amount.

Abstract

Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) adalah ketentuan danmutu pelayanan dasar minimal sebagai urusan pemerintah untukmemenuhi hak setiap warga negara. Sesuai dengan yang sudahditetapkan pemerintah untuk memenuhi setiap SPM yang berlakudiharapkan target dapat mencapai 100 % untuk memenuhikesejahteraan masyarakat. Satu dari empat orang dewasa pernahmengalami gangguan kesehatan jiwa sekali dalam hidupnya. Bahkan,dalam 40 detik di suatu wilayah di dunia ada orang yang meninggalkarena bunuh diri. Penyakit kesehatan jiwa masih banyak yang tidakterlaporkan, karena memang pengaruh dari stigma masyarakat yangmenganggap bahwa penyakit jiwa adalah sepeti orang yangbekerliaran di jalanan. Padahal pada dasar nya penyakit kesehatanjiwa menyangkut beberapa masalah emosial dan perilaku. Maka dariitu, masih banyak masyarakat yang tidak merasakan fasilitas yangdisediakan dari tenaga kesehatan.Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif denganpendekatan fenomenologi. Pemilihan partisipan menggunakan teknikpurposive sampling. Jumlah nara sumber sebanyak 10 partisipan,terdiri dari : 1) koordinator PTM dan Keswa di DKK Sukoharjo, 2)petugas kesehatan yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan jiwa diPuskesmas kecamatan Sukoharjo dan Tawangsari, 3) bidan desa, 4)dua kader kesehatan, dan 5) empat keluarga pasien gangguan jiwa.Analisa data menggunakan Thematic analysis.Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa Puskesmas Tawangsarisebagai puskesmas percontohan yang melayani pasien dengangangguan jiwa masyarakat di sebelah selatan Sukoharjo, telah dapatmelaksanakan SPM kesehatan jiwa, termasuk dapat melayanipengobatan rujuk balik pasien dengan gangguan jiwa setelah dirawatdi RSJ. Sementara di Puskesmas Sukoharjo, obat-obatan ODGJ harusdibelikan di apotik terdekat.

Abstract

One of the mental disorders that can affect self-perception, emotions, behavior, and social functioning is schizophrenia. Schizophrenia patients may experience anxiety, behavioral disorders, cognitive disorders, speech disorders, and perception disorders. By calming the muscles of the head to the legs, progressive relaxation technique interventions are a nonpharmacological way to reduce anxiety. This study aims to determine the effect of the intervention of progressive relaxation techniques on the anxiety level of schizophrenia patients at RSJD Surakarta. The instrument used in this study was the Zung Self-Rating Anxiety Scale (ZSAS) on 30 respondents of schizophrenia patients who were surveyed and treated at RSJD Surakarta. A purposive sampling technique was used to determine the research objectives. The results showed that there was an effect of progressive relaxation technique intervention on the anxiety level of schizophrenia patients, using the Wilcoxon test with a significance result (p-value) = 0.001. In conclusion, the administration of progressive relaxation interventions in schizophrenia patients can have an effect in lowering the level of anxiety felt by patients.

Abstract

The period of accepting new students at Mah'ad Al-Jami'ah UIN KH Achmad Siddiq Jember has an impact on the psychology of students in carrying out adjustments in learning Islamic boarding school life. Santri as adult educated people are required to have initiative, strategy, management and evaluation of their own learning so that their goals can be achieved. Self-regulation of students in learning in psychological studies is called Self Regulated Learning. Based on the results of the interviews, there were still students who had not carried out self-regulated learning properly. The purpose of this research is to explore the motivations, strategies, metacognitive and management of new student santri resources in carrying out self-adjustment in learning mah'ad life. This research was conducted at Ma'had Al - Jami'ah KH Achmad Siddiq State Islamic University Jember using qualitative research methods. Research data obtained through interviews and documentation. The research subjects were new student students. The results of the study found the following; (1) New student students' learning motivation is divided into intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. (2) Learning strategies for new students using sorogan and dialogue (3) Metacognitive learning for new students maximizing basic skills (4) Managing new student santri resources is done by asking for help from friends and Muslim teachers/ustadzah when having difficulty mastering the material. Abstract

Remaja adalah orang-orang yang sedang berada didalam periode transisi dari masa anak-anak menuju masa dewasa. Semua aspek yang ada dalam masa perkembangan dan peralihan ini termasuk perkembangan fisik, kognitif, kepribadian, dan sosial. Perubahan-perubahan yang terjadi di masa remaja tak jarang menimbulkan masalah kesehatan mental dan kondisi ini yang memerlukan perhatian penting untuk mengukur kesehatan mental tersebut. Salah satu caranya dapat menggunakan kuesioner tentang kesehatan mental yang sebelumnya belum pernah digunakan pada remaja untuk tes validitas dan relibilitasnya, yaitu Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20). Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengukur validitas dan reliabilitas Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20) yang dimodifikasi pada remaja di SMA Batik 1 Surakarta. Metode dalam penelitian adalah Deskriptif Statistik dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Probability Sampling jenis Proportional Random Sampling yang dilakukan kepada siswa dan siswi kelas 12 sebanyak 207 orang. Penelitian ini dimulai dari bulan Oktober – November 2023. Penelitian ini dilakukan sebanyak dua kali dengan hasil akhir penelitian uji valdiitas dan reliabilitas menunjukkan bahwa Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20) yang telah dimodifikasi memiliki item pertanyaan dengan validitas yang tinggi, yaitu r hitung (0,708 – 0.941) > r tabel (0,136), sedangkan hasil uji reliabilitas diperoleh nilai Cronbach Alpha sebesar 0,981 > 0,688. Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa Self Reporting Questionnaire (SRQ-20) yang telah dimodifikasi valid dan reliabel untuk menilai kesehatan mental remaja dan dapat digunakan untuk penelitian selanjutnya.
