Abstract

PDDIKTI noted that the number of new students in Indonesia has continued to increase since the academic year 2016/2017. The increase in the number of new students every year proves that the level of public awareness of the importance of education is increasing. On this basis, the author initiated the design of a system that could be used by prospective new students or students who have completed in Higher Secondary School educators and their equivalents. The system the author designed is a Decision Support System by implementing topsis algorithms on its calculations. The result of this research is a system of decision support for the selection of PTS specialized program of study in Informatics/Technology.

Abstract

Posyandu is a forum for community empowerment to obtain basic health services, one of which is controlling the health of pregnant women by recording health in a register book. These records are used as a guide for pregnant women and as a reference for midwives to control the health of pregnant women during pregnancy until delivery. Currently, it is still found that recording is carried out manually, namely written in the register book of pregnant women. This results in the data not being able to be read properly, as well as data processing being difficult and the resulting reports being inaccurate. This research aims to design and build a website-based computerized system for recording and processing pregnant women's health data which is expected to speed up and make it easier for cadres and midwives in the process of recording, data processing and reporting. This type of research is descriptive research using observation and interview data collection methods and using a cross sectional approach. The subjects in this research were cadres and midwives, while the object of this research was recording and processing data on pregnant women. Using the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) system development method, namely the system design and creation process as well as the methodology used to develop the system.Computerized websitebased health records for pregnant women were built using the PHP programming language and a MySQL database with input data for pregnant women, staff data (cadres and midwives), and examination data. The resulting output is a pregnant woman's report, an officer's data report, a monthly examination data report and a chart of the development of pregnant women. This system can be accessed by cadres, midwives and pregnant women. Cadres can enter and edit data on pregnant women, officer data, examination data and reports. Midwives can edit and add examination data and view all reports. Meanwhile, pregnant women can see their own history of examination data

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture, work team, and competence on the performance of the enlisted personnel of Rifle Company C Battalion 461 Kopasgat. This study uses a quantitative approach, survey method and path analysis. The population with saturated sampling technique obtained 52 respondents. Data were analyzed using Excel and SPSS 25 software. The results of the study indicate that: Organizational culture has a direct positive and significant effect on competence of 0.334; Work team has a direct positive and significant effect on competence of 0.663; Organizational culture has a direct positive and significant effect on performance of 0.501; Work team has a direct positive and significant effect on performance of 0.418; Competence has a direct positive and significant effect on the performance of enlisted personnel of Rifle Company C Battalion 461 Kopasgat of 0.243.

Abstract

The purpose of study to examine implementation of reporting, clarity of budget target, internal control on performance accountability of government agencies in Yogyakarta City Regional Apparatus Organizations. The formulation of research problem is influence the application of public sector accounting reporting on government performance accountability, effect of budget target clarity on government agency performance accountability, effect of internal control on government agency performance accountability. Collecting research data use purposive sampling technique. This type research is quantitative. Data collection use a questionnaire and 53 respondents consisting of heads of offices, heads of finance, and financial staff in 18 Regional Organizations of the City of Yogyakarta. The data analysis use multiple linear analysis with SPSS 25 application. The result show public sector accounting reporting has a positive effect in government agency performance accountability, clarity budget target has positive effect on government agency performance accountability, and internal control has an effect on government agency performance accountability.

Abstract

Posyandu cadres are health providers who are closest to the community. One of the tasks of posyandu cadres is to address stunting. The problem faced by posyandu cadres in addressing stunting is the difficulty in determining the nutritional status and stunting status of toddlers. This is because this work is usually carried out by midwives at the Community Health Centre (Puskesmas). The objective of this community service project is to implement a smart application for detecting stunting in toddlers for posyandu cadres. The smart application includes: recording toddler medical records, automatically detecting toddler nutritional status and stunting, and displaying graphs of weight, height, and head circumference development. This community service project covers two main points. First is the implementation of a smart application for detecting stunting in toddlers for posyandu cadres, and second is training in the operation of the programme for posyandu cadres. The accuracy of the smart application for detecting stunting in toddlers is 96%. Meanwhile, the results of the evaluation of the feasibility of implementing the software using the PIECES method obtained a result of 83.8%. The results of the community service conducted at the Arumdalu Posyandu, Sangrahan Village, Grogol, Sukoharjo, show that Posyandu cadres are greatly assisted by the stunting detection software for infants using an intelligent system.

Abstract

Stunting is a condition of failure to achieve normal growth due to poor nutritional status over a long period of time. The purpose of this Community Service Program is to increase the knowledge of stunting cadres through smart applications for stunting prevention. This is the basis for community service with the title "PKM Implementation of Smart Applications for Stunting Prevention at the Arumdalu Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in Sanggrahan Village, Grogol, Sukoharjo". The activity stages begin with coordination and communication activities with the Village Head, Village Midwife, and the Chairperson of the Arumdalu Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) in Sanggrahan Village. The implementation of Community Service (PKM) is carried out offline through digital-based education with a brainstorming method. The outputs of this PkM activity are the publication of scientific articles in the PkM journal, proceedings, posters, mass media publications, application guides, 5-minute PkM activity videos, and the integration of PkM activity results into courses. The outputs of this PkM are expected to have an impact on increasing knowledge, improving the quality of abilities, and real practices of the Arumdalu Integrated Health Post (Posyandu) cadres in Sanggrahan Village in stunting prevention.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kompetensi dan beban kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan PT. Easton Kaleris Indonesia. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif dengan metode survei melalui SPSS versi 25. Jumlah populasi dan sampel sebanyak 35 orang berdasarkan teknik sampling jenuh. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala Likert 1 sampai dengan 5. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1). Kompetensi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Produksi PT. Easton Kaleris Indonesia sebesar 67,8%. 2). Beban kerja secara parsial berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Produksi PT. Easton Kaleris Indonesia sebesar 37,3%. 3). Kompetensi dan beban kerja secara simultan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan Divisi Produksi PT. Easton Kaleris Indonesia sebesar 67%.   Sedangkan sebesar 33% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak dibahas dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This study examines the effectiveness of the STATPRO game-based learning on mathematics achievement and investigates the factors that influence the formation of self-regulated learning (SRL) among senior high school students in rural areas. Recognizing SRL as a critical factor influencing academic success, creativity, and lifelong learning, this research examines the roles of gender, class, and parental education level in shaping SRL. Employing a quantitative pre-post design using the Wilcoxon-Signed and Friedman test for mathematics achievement and three-way multivariate analysis of variance (MANOVA) for SRL evaluation. Data were collected from cluster-randomized samples across classes 8A to 8C using standardized mathematics tests and the Academic Self-Regulated Learning Questionnaire (ASLQ). Results indicate that class (p = 0.016) and gender (p = 0.001) significantly affect mathematics achievement, while parental education level has no direct impact (p = 0.623). However, SRL development is significantly influenced by the interaction of class, gender, and parental education (p=0.004). These findings highlight the necessity of integrated support from both schools and families to cultivate the students’ self-regulated learning, thereby enhancing students’ cognitive and academic outcomes, especially within resource-limited rural contexts.

Abstract

Purpose: The main problems in this research are: (1) How is the construction of narcotics crimes committed by military personnel reviewed from legal and criminological aspects? (2) What is the background to the judges’ decisions to impose penalties for narcotics crimes?. Research/methodology: This study uses normative legal research with a descriptive-analytical approach. The data used were secondary data supported by interviews. The analysis was qualitative, and conclusions were drawn deductively. Results: Based on the results and discussion, it was concluded that the construction of narcotics crimes committed by military personnel was viewed legally from three military court decisions, each describing the reasoning behind not dismissing the offenders. Criminologically, it refers to Rational Choice Theory (RCT), where individuals freely choose to obey or violate rules based on rational considerations. This theory is supported by the legal documents and interview data. Military judges should impose stricter sanctions on such offenders to ensure a deterrent effect, educate others, and improve public perception of the Indonesian National Army. Conclusion: Weak punishment for military narcotics offenders risks reducing the authority of the military judiciary and damaging institutional reputation. Limitation: This study is limited to three court decisions and selected expert sources, which may not represent all the cases. Contribution: This study highlights the inconsistencies in sentencing military drug offenders and calls for stronger and more consistent sanctions to reinforce deterrence and restore institutional integrity.

Abstract

Abstract: The growth of e-commerce has increased the demand for secure and efficient package delivery systems, especially for Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions. This study designs and implements an Internet of Things (IoT)-based Smartbox capable of automatically receiving and monitoring packages without the recipient's direct presence. The system uses an ESP32 as the main controller, a load cell sensor to measure package weight, an ultrasonic sensor to detect package height, and an ESP32-CAM to document the package and courier through photographs. Control and monitoring are carried out via the Blynk IoT application, which displays real-time data on package weight, height, and box capacity. Additionally, delivery documentation including photos and package information is automatically uploaded to Google Drive for easy access and verification. Test results show that all system components function accurately and are well-integrated under real-world conditions. This Smartbox system offers an innovative solution to enhance the security and convenience of COD-based package deliveries.Abstrak: Perkembangan e-commerce mendorong kebutuhan akan sistem penerimaan paket yang aman dan efisien, terutama untuk transaksi Cash on Delivery (COD). Penelitian ini merancang dan mengimplementasikan Smartbox berbasis Internet of Things (IoT) yang mampu menerima dan memantau paket secara otomatis tanpa kehadiran langsung penerima. Sistem ini menggunakan ESP32 sebagai pusat kendali, sensor load cell untuk mengukur berat paket, sensor ultrasonik untuk mendeteksi tinggi paket, serta ESP32-CAM untuk mendokumentasikan paket dan kurir melalui foto. Proses kendali dan monitoring dilakukan melalui aplikasi Blynk IoT yang menampilkan data berat, tinggi, dan kapasitas box secara real-time. Selain itu, dokumentasi pengiriman berupa foto dan informasi paket secara otomatis diunggah ke Google Drive untuk kemudahan akses dan verifikasi. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa semua komponen sistem bekerja secara terintegrasi dan akurat, serta dapat berfungsi dengan baik dalam kondisi nyata. Sistem Smartbox ini dapat menjadi solusi inovatif untuk menunjang keamanan dan kenyamanan pengiriman paket berbasis COD.Kata kunci: Cash on Delivery, Internet of Things, Smartbox, Sistem Monitoring.
