Abstract

Good quality sleep is very important for everyone in improving physical and mental health. Because sound sleep is very important for growth, especially for babies. During sleep, the baby's brain growth reaches its peak. (Motors & Europe, 2016). Baby massage therapy is a method used to reduce and help sleep pattern disorders in babies aged 3-6 months. This type of research is descriptive using a case study approach model. The sample was two respondents who were given baby massage therapy for seven days. The parents of both respondents stated that they were quite familiar with baby massage but did not know about the theory of baby massage, had already done baby massage but did not know how to do baby massage. However, after being educated and taught, the parents of the two respondents were able to absorb the knowledge provided, so they understood the theory of baby massage and were able to practice how to do baby massage properly and correctly. The results of the research on the two respondents after being given baby massage were very effective and had particular benefits for improving the quality of sleep in children to overcome sleep pattern disorders and provide a sense of comfort to babies. From the results of this research, it was found that baby massage therapy is very effective in overcoming sleep pattern disorders to improve the quality of sleep in babies after application within seven days.

Abstract

Kenaikan jumlah penyandang Diabetes melitus di Indonesia menjadi masalah kesehatan yang mengkahwatirkan dan harus dicegah. Diabetes melitus tipe 2 yang tidak diterapi dengan benar akan menyebabkan komplikasi pada jantung, mata dan ginjal. Kegagalan pengendalian glikemia pada diabetes mellitus menjadi faktor yang memperparah kondisi. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan edukasi intermitten fasting sebagai upaya penerapan pola hidup sehat untuk mencegah peningkatan kadar gula darah. Pengabdian kepada masyarakat dilaksanakan menggunakan metode ceramah dan tanya jawab. Sasaran kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah Ibu – ibu PKK RW 006 Keluarahan Tajurhalang berjumlah 15 orang. Hasil evaluasi kegiatan menunjukkan mayoritas peserta memiliki kadar gula darah dalam kategori tidak normal. Kategori tidak normal terdiri dari terlalu tinggi dan terlalu rendah. Sedangkan Evaluasi pengetahuan menunjukkan mayoritas peserta memiliki pengetahuan tentang diabetes melitus kategori kurang (66,7%). Setelah diberikan edukasi terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan menjadi baik (93,3%). Melihat hasil yang ada maka dapat disimpulkan pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang dilakukan memberikan dampak yang positif untuk diterapkan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari.

Abstract

Disminore merupakan rasa nyeri perut bawah, yang dapat muncul sebelum, saat, atau setelah selesai menstruasi. Disminore dapat mengganggu aktifitas, dan dapat menyebabkan ketidakstabilan emosional hingga mengarah ke stress. Yoga hatha merupakan aliran yoga yang membangkitkan dua energi dalam hidup, teknik yang diuraikan dalam hatha yoga adalah menyelaraskan dan memurnikan sistem tubuh serta memfokuskan pikiran, memperbaiki kesehatan mental dan detoksifikasi fisik. Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini yaitu memberikan edukasi penenerapkan teknik yoga hatha pada remaja ketika mengalami stres dan disminore. Pengabdian ini dilaksanakan di wilayah RT 01 RW 04 Cinere Kota Depok, digunakan beberapa metode ceramah untuk memaparkan materi yang telah disusun oleh Tim Pelaksana. Metode diskusi tanya Jawab untuk merespon sejauh mana tingkat pemahaman peserta sosialisasi terhadap materi yang telah disampaikan. Serta praktek yoga hatha. Tahapan kegiatan yang dijalankan meliputi persiapan, pelaksanaan, monitoring dan evaluasi. Kegiatan terapi yoga Hatha telah dilaksanakan dan berjalan tertib, baik dan lancar. Peserta dalam kegiatan ini adalah 15 remaja putri yang telah menstruasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan seluruh peserta mengatakan pasti disminore saat haid dan disminore dianggap menggangu aktivitasnya hingga mengakibatkan stress. Pengetahuan peserta sebelum edukasi adalah 0% tidak mengetahui tentang yoga hatha, setelah edukasi dilakukan 100% peserta mengetahui tentang yoga hatha dan mampu mempraktekkannya. Melihat hasil yang ada maka edukasi penerapan yoga hatha pada remaja ketika mengalami stres dan disminore berjalan dengan baik.

Abstract

Confidence plays an important role in the academic success of primary school students, with a close link to learning outcomes and influenced by a variety of factors. This study aims to analyze the relationship between confidence and learning outcomes of elementary school students and identify the factors that contribute to its formation. The method used is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by examining previous research from indexed databases such as Google Scholar, DOAJ, and Garuda. Out of the 200 articles found, the screening process based on abstract and topic relevance resulted in 80 articles. After applying the inclusion and exclusion criteria, there were 15 articles analyzed in depth. The results of the study show that self-confidence has a positive relationship with student learning outcomes, especially in subjects such as mathematics and social sciences. Students with high levels of confidence tend to understand concepts better, have the courage to express their opinions, and are more persistent in facing academic challenges. In addition, factors such as teacher and parent support, a positive learning environment, and interactive learning methods play an important role in increasing student confidence. The implications of this study confirm the importance of learning strategies that can increase student confidence. By understanding the factors that affect student confidence, educators can develop more effective approaches to optimizing student learning outcomes.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education (PAI) teachers in Indonesia face both challenges and opportunities in adapting to the rapid digital transformation in education. The integration of digital technology in Islamic education raises concerns regarding its alignment with Islamic values, disparities in digital literacy, resistance to change, and limited technological infrastructure. Previous studies have highlighted these challenges but have not comprehensively explored effective strategies for managing digital adaptation while preserving the integrity of Islamic teachings. This study employs a descriptive qualitative approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and document analysis involving PAI teachers from various Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia. The findings indicate that successful adaptation to digital transformation requires structured management strategies, including continuous professional development, contextual integration of Islamic values into digital learning, collaborative learning networks, and the development of well-curated digital content. Furthermore, this research proposes a digital-based Islamic education model that emphasizes institutional support, structured technology training for teachers, and the development of Islamic digital learning platforms. The study concludes that the success of digital transformation in Islamic education depends on the collaboration between teachers, educational institutions, and policymakers to ensure that digital learning remains effective and aligned with Islamic educational principles.

Abstract

The utilization of artificial intelligence (AI) in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning has become a promising innovation in enhancing students' religious understanding in the digital era. This research aims to explore how AI is used in PAI learning, the challenges faced in its implementation, and its impact on students' religious understanding. This research uses a qualitative approach with a literature study method and descriptive analysis of various studies and practices that have been implemented in technology-based Islamic education. The research results show that AI can provide a more interactive, adaptive, and personalized learning experience according to students' needs. However, there are several challenges that need to be addressed, such as dependence on technology, lack of understanding of ethics in the use of AI, and limitations in adapting learning content to Islamic values. Although there are positive impacts such as the increased understanding of religious concepts through interactive media, we must also be wary of the risk of reduced direct interaction between teachers and students. This can affect the affective aspect of Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning. Therefore, the use of AI in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) must be balanced with appropriate policies, so that it remains in line with Islamic values and provides maximum benefits for students.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the trend of STEM implementation in IPAS learning in primary schools. The research method used systematic literature review. Data collection came from google scholar and publish or perish from 2023 to 2025, from 50 articles focused on reviewing 14 articles. Data were analysed by descriptive analysis. The research procedure includes planning, conducting, and reporting. The results showed that Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) education has become a major focus in efforts to improve the quality of learning at the primary school level. From the analysis of 14 studies that the application of the STEM approach shows novelty in learning methods that create more relevant and interesting learning experiences by integrating local culture, technology and art. The focus on 21st century skills, such as critical thinking, creativity and collaboration, indicates the need to adapt education to the needs of the modern world of work. The application of STEM approaches in education not only improves students' conceptual understanding but also prepares them to face challenges in the digital age. This research emphasises the importance of innovation in STEM education to create more competitive and skilled students for the future.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze the use of electronic modules in improving learning motivation in mathematics subjects in elementary schools. The method used is qualitative with a bibliometric analysis approach. Documents collected from the Publish or Perish (PoP) application using the Google Scholar database are then combined into one file in RIS format and entered into the VOSviewer application. The initial number of articles retrieved was 1000 and then narrowed down to 100 articles for analysis. Data analysis is the search stage, filtering stage, and bibliometric analysis stage. The results of the study showed that the year of publication that published the most articles and journals was 2023 with a total of 59 publications, then when viewed from the publishing institution, Ganesha University of Education has the highest number of documents, namely 6 documents and 106 citations. Meanwhile, when viewed from the publisher who published, the Scientific Journal of Education and Learning has the most document publications along with the number of citations. When viewed from the author, Yunita Lastri received 87 citations, making it the highest among other publications. When viewed from the keywords, "Electronic Module (E-module)" recorded 81 occurrences, while the keyword "Electronic Module in Improving Learning Motivation," which recorded 16 occurrences. Through bibliometric analysis, it was found that there is a positive trend in publications related to e-modules, indicating increasing attention to the implementation of technology in education. E-modules not only provide interactive and interesting learning materials, but can also meet the diverse needs of students, thus encouraging their involvement in the learning process.

Abstract

This study sought to evaluate the influence of the CORE learning model on the analytical thinking skills of fourth-grade elementary students. This study utilized Class IV A as both the experimental and control group. A cohort of 42 fourth-grade students from SDS Swadhipa Natar participated in this study. The control group employed a problem-based learning approach, whereas the experimental group utilized a learning CORE model. This study utilized a quantitative methodology using a quasi-experimental design. This study employed purposive sampling to choose individuals, designating class IV A (experimental group) and class IV B (control group). This study's findings demonstrate that the CORE learning technique enhances students' analytical thinking abilities in Chapter 8 of the IPAS Lesson, which emphasizes the cultivation of a civilized society. Class IV A, implementing the CORE learning model, achieved an average score of 87.82, whilst Class IV B, utilizing the problem-based learning model, attained an average score of 78.77. The conclusion is corroborated by t-test results indicating a significance level of 0.000. Given that the significance level of 0.000 is below 0.05, we may conclude that the application of the CORE learning model significantly influences students' analytical thinking skills.
