This study aims to determine and analyze Village Financial Management in Increasing the Effectiveness of the Implementation of Development Programs in Tassese Village, Gowa Regency. This type of research used a quantitative descriptive approach. The data used are village income budget in 2016, 2017,2018. The calculation technique used in the study is the effectiveness ratio analysis. The results of the analysis though the calculation of the 2016 PAD effectiveness ratio income by 29% then the income is said to be ineffective and in 2017 the amount of revenue increased by 100% then the income is said to be effective, while in 2018 the amount of revenue decreased by 99% then the income is said to be quite effective. Financial analysis using the effectiveness fluctuation of PAD. Thus, it can be said that financial management through the effectiveness ratio helps planning and implementing development programs.

This study aims to determine wheter Individual characteristics and work experience affect the work ethic of employees at the marine and fisheries department of shouth Sulawesi province. Data collection uses primary data using a questionnaire technique. The population is the entire marine and fishery department of south Sulawesi province totaling 207. While the sample taken is 67 employees using the slovin formula. The result of the questionnaire have been tested for validity and reliability. And classical assumptions have been tested in the form of normality assumptions. Heteroscedasticity assumptions and multycollinearity. The method of data analysis used multiple regression analysis techniques.The result of the research shows that individual characteristics have a positive and significant effect on the employees work ethic. Work experience has a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees. And simultaneously individual characteristics and work experience have a positive and significant effect on the work ethic of employees

Palembang: Penerbit & Percetakan Universitas Sriwijaya (UNSRI).The use of resistant varieties is currently reliable in efforts to prevent tungro disease, but the possibility of broken in resistance causes the need for monitoring or re-testing of resistant varieties that have been released with inoculation sources from endemic areas.This study aims to determine the durability of resistance of tungro resistant varieties to Pinrang inoculums. The study used isolate sources from Toe Village, with the T1 - T4 and V1 - V4 class varieties, as a comparison used Utri Merah and the TN1. The design used was a RAK with ten treatments and three replications. Inoculation was carried out for 24 hours by entering two green leafhoppers for one plant that had been aquisition for 48 hours. Observations were made up to three weeks after inoculation. Tukad Unda had the smallest plant height reduction 4.2%, not much different from the Utri Merah resistant comparison of 4.64%, while IR20 had the highest plant height reduction of 47.64%, exceeding the TN1 susceptibility comparison of 46.70%. The lowest disease index was found in the comparison variety Utri Merah (1.67) which was not significantly different from Tukad Petanu (2.67) and Tukad Unda (3.33). The highest disease index was IR20 (8) which was not significantly different from the TN1 susceptible comparison (6.5). IR64 with IP 5.67 were also not significantly different from TN1. Tukad Petanu have an IP of 2.67 which is classified as resistant, while the IR20 (T1) has an IP of 7.5 which is classified as susceptible.

(Sesamum indicumL.) is one of important vegetableoil cropsin theworld. Indonesian local sesame cultivars in use today still have indeterminate growth types that cause simultaneous harvest, narrow adaptability and lower yield. Stage of the research is to see dynamics growth type of sesame due to environmental change and to find morphological and biochemical selection criteria of determinate growth cultivar. This study uses a factorial completely randomized design consisting of three replications. The first factor is six cultivars of sesame, two types of determinate growth type cultivar introduced from Turkey III Det 23, III Det 36 and four indeterminate growth type cultivars Sbr 3, Sbr 4, white local and black local. The second factor is six environments that combine various combinations of temperature and several concentrations of NaCl as salinity stress. The results showed that the environment combined heat stress temperature and salinity affect growth type of sesame. Heat stress makes longer vegetative phase and salinity stress causes black local genotype changed to determinate growth type. III det 23 and III det 36 were considered as stable determinate cultivar and best used as a parent crossing in sesame breeding program.

The constitution is essentially the legal basis of a country, and has a function as a tool of social control, meaning that the law determines the charac-teristics of society. However, the law must be able to respond to changing conditions of the people. This paper uses a normative legal research method, with a conceptual approach. The data source is secondary legal materials, which are analyzed qualitatively. Talking about changing the constitution, there are several aspects that need to be studied carefully. First, the relationship between the constitution and the dynamic condition of society. Second, the aspect of domination between politics and law. When correlated, the constitution and society have a dynamic relationship, meaning that the constitution can follow changes and the dynamics of development in society. As for carrying out the formation and amendment of the constitution, politics and law are two aspects that complement each other and act as a counterweight to each other. Therefore, community involvement in the formation and amendment of the constitution is some-thing that must be considered.

Abstrak Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian studi kasus, yaitu penelitian yang dilakukan pada data yang berwujud kasus-kasus. Lokasi yang dipilih adalah Provinsi Lampung. Alasan keberatan mempersandingkan pemakaman jenazah antar agama yang seringkali menggelayuti benak umat Islam adalah kepercayaan bahwa jenazah muslim akan ikut serta merasakan pedihnya siksaan Tuhan yang ditimpakan kepada non-muslim yang dimakamkan di sampingnya. Dari beberapa hadis yang telah dikumpulkan dapat diketahui bahwa tidak ditemukannya hadis yang melarang untuk memisahkan pemakamam umat yang berbeda agama. Dalam hal ini hanya terdapat keterangan bagaimana perlakuan sebuah jenazah, tata cara salat jenazah, cara Rasul membangun makam, dan juga beberapa kejadian tentang pemindahan jenazah yang telah disepakati para ulama, serta adab-adab untuk jiarah kubur bagi umat Islam. Islam dalam hal ini sangat menjunjung tinggi rasa toleransi beragama, bagaimana kita tidak hanya menghormati orang yang berbeda agama, akan tetapi juga menghormati jenazah yang berbeda agama. Andesit merupakan suatu tipe batuan beku vulkanik, ekstrusif, komposisi menengah, dengan tekstur afanitik sampai porfiritik yang banyak tersebar di pulau Jawa. Penelitian batuan andesit dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh sifat fisik batuan terhadap kuat tekan uniaksial pada batuan andesit dengan melakukan pengujian sifat fisik, dan pengujian kuat tekan uniaksial. Analisis sifat fisik batuan dilakukan untuk mengenali ukuran dimensi, bobot isi, kandungan air, porositas, serta derajat kejenuhan. Sebaliknya analisis sifat mekanik batuan andesit mendapatkan nilai UCS. Lewat uji sifat fisik serta kuat tekan uniaksial pada batuan andesit diperoleh bobot isi asli, kering, serta jenuh berkorelasi negatif dengan porositas. Semakin besar porositas, nilai bobot isi semakin kecil. Sampel batuan andesit memiliki porositas dengan rata-rata 2,108%, bobot isi asli rata-rata 2,778 gr/cm3, bobot isi kering dengan rata-rata sebesar 2,773 gr/cm3 dan bobot isi jenuh rata-rata sebesar 2,796 gr/cm3, Kadar air rata-rata sebesar 0,182% dan derajat kejenuhan sebesar 22,659%. Semakin besar porositas dan kadar air yang terkandung, maka akan semakin berkurang kekuatan batuan.

The importance of the role of the network at this time makes companies and organizations look for ways to keep data flows running without downtime. Application of link backup is one way to overcome this. The need for the use of backup links at this time is expected to ensure the smooth running of the company is running its business. In this study, a design that will use BGP routing as well as using the methods HSRP and VLAN (Virtual Local Area Network) on the switch as supporters. The results obtained from the tests that have been carried out have resulted in the application of a backup link using BGP routing with the method HSRP can provide network availability of almost 0 percent in overcoming interference.

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif menggunakan tehnik deskriptif kualitatif. Deskripsi diperoleh setelah analisis data dilakukan terhadap data. Langkah berikutnya adalah penarikan kesimpulan setelah pembahasan secara menyeluruh terkait aspek yang diteliti tentang faktor pendukung dan penghambat bagi guru PAI PPG saat menggunakan LMS SPACE. Kesimpulan dari hasil penelitian ini yaitu: faktor pendukung berupa bimbingan dari admin cara mengoprasionalkan LMS, bantuan teman kelas dalam menyelesaikan tugas, dispensasi waktu dari dosen, motivasi internal dan external. Faktor pengambatnya yaitu: kurang penguasaan Teknologi Informasi; sistem LMS SPACE sering eror, sering lampu padam dan bencana Alam, tidak adanya kebijakan bebas mengajar dari kepala sekolah.

Tujuan utama dari suatu usaha adalah untuk mencari keuntungan semaksimal mungkin dengan modal dan pengeluaran seminimal mungkin. Pada badan usaha yang memproduksi opak dan pakan ternak, metode simpleks di gunakan untuk mencari nilai optimal dengan memaksimalkan keuntungan yang diperoleh perbulannya. Dari hasil yang diperoleh, metode simpleks dapat digunakan untuk memaksimalkan keuntungannya dengan peningkatan keuntungan sebesar Rp. 5.375.000,-
